Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de surveillance (1) et un procédé de surveillance destinés à mesurer le taux de salinité dans un volume de liquide collecté dans un récipient ouvert, notamment pour applications culinaires, tel que, par exemple, un bol pour faire tremper un poisson salé, tel que de la morue sèche et salée, ledit dispositif de surveillance offrant une fiabilité de mesure, une simplicité structurale et une ergonomie d'utilisation améliorée.
