 しかしながら、特許文献1には、冷却通路内における温度分布及び/又は圧力分布に応じたタービン翼の冷却を行うことについて、具体的に開示されていない。
 上述の事情に鑑みて、本発明の少なくとも一実施形態は、タービン翼を効果的に冷却可能なタービン翼及びガスタービンを提供することを目的とする。
(1)本発明の少なくとも一実施形態に係るタービン翼は、
 翼部と、
前記翼部の内部において翼高さ方向に沿って延在する冷却通路と、
前記翼高さ方向に沿って配列するように前記翼部の後縁部に形成され、前記冷却通路に連通するとともに前記後縁部における前記翼部の表面に開口する複数の冷却孔と、
を備え、
前記後縁部における前記複数の冷却孔の形成領域は、
前記翼高さ方向における前記翼部の第1端と第2端との中間位置を含み、且つ、複数の前記冷却孔の開口密度を示す指標がd_midで一定である中央領域と、
前記翼高さ方向において前記中央領域よりも前記冷却通路内における冷却媒体流れの上流側に位置し、且つ、複数の前記冷却孔の開口密度を示す指標がd_upで一定である上流側領域と、
前記翼高さ方向において前記中央領域よりも前記冷却媒体流れの下流側に位置し、且つ、複数の前記冷却孔の開口密度を示す指標がd_downで一定である下流側領域と、を含み、d_up<d_mid<d_downの関係を満たす。
 翼部の内部に形成された冷却通路内では、冷却媒体は翼部を冷却しながら流れるため、冷却媒体流れの下流側ほど高温となる温度分布が生じる場合がある。この点、上記(1)の構成では、冷却通路における冷却媒体流れの下流側の位置において、より上流側の位置に比べて冷却孔の開口密度を大きくしたので、冷却媒体温度が相対的に高くなる下流側において、冷却孔を介した冷却媒体の供給流量を増やすことができる。これにより、冷却通路の温度分布に応じて、タービン翼の後縁部を適切に冷却することができる。
(2)本発明の少なくとも一実施形態に係るタービン翼は、
 翼部と、
 前記翼部の内部において翼高さ方向に沿って延在する冷却通路と、
 前記翼高さ方向に沿って配列して前記翼部の後縁部を対流冷却するように前記後縁部に形成され、前記冷却通路に連通するとともに前記後縁部を貫通して後縁端面に開口する複数の冷却孔と、を備え、
 前記翼高さ方向における前記翼部の第1端と第2端との中間位置を含む中央領域における前記冷却孔の開口密度を示す指標をd_midとし、
前記翼高さ方向において前記中央領域よりも前記冷却通路内における冷却媒体流れの上流側に位置する領域における前記指標をd_upとし、
前記翼高さ方向において前記中央領域よりも前記冷却媒体流れの下流側に位置する領域における前記指標をd_downとしたとき、d_up<d_down<d_midの関係を満たすとともに、
前記後縁部における前記複数の冷却孔の形成領域は、
 前記翼高さ方向における前記翼部の第1端と第2端との中間位置を含み、且つ、複数の前記冷却孔の開口密度を示す指標がd_midで一定である中央領域と、
 前記翼高さ方向において前記中央領域よりも前記冷却通路内における冷却媒体流れの上流側であって前記形成領域における前記冷却媒体流れの最上流側に位置し、且つ、複数の前記冷却孔の開口密度を示す指標がd_upで一定である最上流側領域と、
 前記翼高さ方向において前記中央領域よりも前記冷却媒体流れの下流側であって前記形成領域における前記冷却媒体流れの最下流側に位置し、且つ、複数の前記冷却孔の開口密度を示す指標がd_downで一定である最下流側領域と、を含む。
 タービン翼が配置される燃焼ガス流路を流通するガスの温度は、翼高さ方向において、翼部の両端部(第1端及び第2端)側の領域に比べて、中央領域において高くなる傾向がある。一方、翼部の内部に形成された冷却通路内では、冷却媒体は翼部を冷却しながら流れるため、冷却媒体流れの下流側ほど高温となる温度分布が生じる場合がある。このような場合には、後縁部を適切に冷却するためには、翼高さ方向の中央領域における冷却孔を介した冷却媒体流量を最大とし、且つ、冷却通路の冷却媒体流れの下流側に位置する領域の方において上流側に位置する領域よりも冷却孔を介した冷却媒体流量が大きくすることが望ましい。
 この点、上記(2)の構成によれば、中央領域における冷却孔の開口密度を、該中央領域よりも上流側に位置する領域(上流側領域)及び下流側に位置する領域(下流側領域)における冷却孔の開口密度よりも大きくしたので、燃焼ガス流路を流通するガス温度が相対的に高くなる中央領域において、冷却孔を介した冷却媒体の供給流量を増やすことができる。また、上記(2)の構成では、上述の下流側領域において、上述の上流側領域に比べて冷却孔の開口密度を大きくしたので、冷却媒体温度が上流側領域よりも高くなる下流側領域において、冷却孔を介した冷却媒体の供給流量を増やすことができる。こうして、冷却通路の温度分布に応じて、タービン翼の後縁部を適切に冷却することができる。
(3)本発明の少なくとも一実施形態に係るタービン翼は、
 翼部と、
 前記翼部の内部において翼高さ方向に沿って延在する冷却通路と、
 前記翼高さ方向に沿って配列するように前記翼部の後縁部に形成され、前記冷却通路に連通するとともに前記後縁部における前記翼部の表面に開口する複数の冷却孔と、
を備えるタービン翼であって、
 前記タービン翼は動翼であり、
 前記翼高さ方向における前記翼部の先端と基端との中間位置を含む中央領域における前記冷却孔の開口密度を示す指標をd_midとし、前記翼高さ方向において前記中央領域よりも前記先端側に位置する領域における前記指標をd_tipとし、

 タービンの運転時、動翼の翼部の内部に形成された冷却通路内の冷却媒体には遠心力が作用するため、該冷却通路内において翼部の先端側ほど高圧となる圧力分布が生じる場合がある。この点、上記(3)の構成では、翼部の先端側の位置において、より基端側の位置に比べて冷却孔の開口密度を小さくしたので、上述の圧力分布がある場合であっても、冷却孔を介した冷却媒体の供給流量の翼高さ方向におけるばらつきを小さくすることができる。これにより、冷却通路の圧力分布に応じて、タービン翼の後縁部を適切に冷却することができる。
(4)本発明の少なくとも一実施形態に係るタービン翼は、
 翼部と、
前記翼部の内部において翼高さ方向に沿って延在する冷却通路と、

 動翼(タービン翼)が配置される燃焼ガス流路を流通するガスの温度は、翼高さ方向において、翼部の両端部(先端及び基端)側の領域に比べて、中央領域において高くなる傾向がある。一方、タービンの運転時、動翼の翼部の内部に形成された冷却通路内の冷却媒体には遠心力が作用するため、該冷却通路内において翼部の先端側ほど高圧となる圧力分布が生じる場合がある。このような場合には、後縁部を適切に冷却するためには、翼高さ方向の中央領域における冷却孔を介した冷却媒体流量を最大とし、且つ、翼高さ方向における先端側に位置する領域と基端側に位置する領域とで、冷却孔を介した冷却媒体の供給流量のばらつきを小さくすることが望ましい。
 この点、上記(4)の構成によれば、中央領域における冷却孔の開口密度を、該中央領域よりも先端側に位置する領域(先端側領域)及び基端側に位置する領域(基端側領域)における冷却孔の開口密度よりも大きくしたので、燃焼ガス流路を流通するガス温度が相対的に高くなる中央領域において、冷却孔を介した冷却媒体の供給流量を増やすことができる。また、上記(4)の構成では、上述の先端側領域において、上述の基端側領域に比べて冷却孔の開口密度を小さくしたので、上述の圧力分布がある場合であっても、先端側領域と基端側領域とで冷却孔を介した冷却媒体の供給流量のばらつきを小さくすることができる。こうして、冷却通路の圧力分布に応じて、タービン翼の後縁部を適切に冷却することができる。
(5)幾つかの実施形態では、上記(1)乃至(4)の何れかの構成において、
 前記中央領域は、同一径の複数の冷却孔を含み、
前記中央領域より前記翼部の先端側に位置する先端側領域及び前記中央領域より前記翼部の基端側に位置する基端側領域は、前記中央領域における冷却孔と同一径の複数の冷却孔を含む。
(6)幾つかの実施形態では、上記(1)乃至(5)の何れかの構成において、前記翼部の前記表面が前記後縁部の端面である。
(7)幾つかの実施形態では、上記(1)乃至(6)の何れかの構成において、前記複数の冷却孔は、前記翼高さ方向に直交する平面に対して傾きをもって形成されている。
 上記(7)の構成によれば、複数の冷却孔が、翼高さ方向に直行する平面に対して傾きをもって形成されるので、該冷却孔を翼高さ方向に直交する平面と平行に形成する場合に比べて、冷却孔を長くすることができる。これにより、タービン翼の後縁部を効果的に冷却することができる。
(8)幾つかの実施形態では、上記(1)乃至(7)の何れかの構成において、前記複数の冷却孔は、互いに平行に形成されている。
 上記(8)の構成によれば、複数の冷却孔は互いに平行に形成されるので、複数の冷却孔が互いに平行でない場合に比べて、より多くの冷却孔を翼部に形成することができる。これにより、タービン翼の後縁部を効果的に冷却することができる。
(9)幾つかの実施形態では、上記(1)乃至(8)の何れかの構成において、前記冷却通路は、前記翼部の内部に形成されたサーペンタイン流路のうちの最終パスである。
 上記(9)の構成によれば、サーペンタイン流路の最終パスに連通する複数の冷却孔を、後縁部における翼部の表面に開口させることで、タービン翼の後縁部を適切に冷却することができる。
(10)幾つかの実施形態では、上記(1)乃至(9)の何れかの構成において、
 前記タービン翼は動翼であり、
 前記翼部の先端側に、前記冷却通路の出口開口が形成されている。
 上記(10)の構成によれば、タービン翼としての動翼が上記(1)~(9)の何れかの構成を有するので、タービン翼としての動翼の後縁部を適切に冷却することができる。
(11)幾つかの実施形態では、上記(1)又は(2)の何れかの構成において、
 前記タービン翼は静翼であり、
 前記翼部の内側シュラウド側に、前記冷却通路の出口開口が形成されている。
 上記(11)の構成によれば、タービン翼としての静翼が上記(1)又は(2)の構成を有するので、タービン翼としての静翼の後縁部を適切に冷却することができる。
(12)本発明の少なくとも一実施形態に係るガスタービンは、
 上記(1)乃至(11)の何れかに記載のタービン翼と、
 前記タービン翼が設けられる燃焼ガス流路を流れる燃焼ガスを生成するための燃焼器と、を備える。
 上記(12)の構成によれば、タービン翼が上記(1)~(11)の何れかの構成を有するので、タービン翼の後縁部を適切に冷却することができる。
 本発明の少なくとも一実施形態によれば、タービン翼を効果的に冷却可能なタービン翼及びガスタービンが提供される。

 以下、添付図面を参照して本発明の幾つかの実施形態について説明する。ただし、実施形態として記載されている又は図面に示されている構成部品の寸法、材質、形状、その相対的配置等は、本発明の範囲をこれに限定する趣旨ではなく、単なる説明例にすぎない。
 本発明の基本的な考え方について、タービン動翼を代表例に以下に説明する。
 ガスターピンの動翼26は、高速回転するロータ8に固定され(図1参照)、高温の燃焼ガス雰囲気中で稼働するため、冷却媒体を用いて翼部42を冷却している。図20Aに示すように、動翼26の翼部42の内部には冷却通路66が形成され、基端50側から供給された冷却媒体は、冷却通路66内を流れて翼部42を冷却し、後縁46側の最終パス60eの先端48から燃焼ガス中に排出される。また、冷却媒体は、最終パス60eを流れ、後縁部47のロータ8の軸方向下流側に形成され後縁46に開口を有する複数の冷却孔70に供給される。冷却媒体は、冷却孔70を流れ燃焼ガス中に排出する過程で、後縁部47を対流冷却している。また、特許文献1に開示された冷却孔は、図20Bに示すように、後縁部47の翼高さ方向の全長に渡って、同一孔径の冷却孔70を同一のピッチで配置して、冷却孔70の開口密度を翼高さ方向に均一としている。この例が、従来の冷却孔の配置の一例である。
 冷却媒体は、最終パス60eより上流側の冷却通路66を流れる過程で翼部42から加熱され、後縁46側の最終パス60eに流入する。冷却媒体は、最終パス60eの流れ方向の入口側の基端50から出口側の先端48まで流れる過程で、翼部42から熱を受けて更にヒートアップされる。従って、最終パス60eを流れる冷却媒体の先端側領域の翼部42の温度は高温となり、厳しい使用条件となる場合がある。動翼26の場合、翼部42の翼高さ方向外側(径方向外側)の先端側領域は、酸化減肉許容量から定める使用限界温度に近いメタル温度になり、使用限界温度を越えないように翼部42を冷却する必要がある。前述の従来の翼構造の場合、冷却媒体のヒートアップにより、翼部42の最終パス60eの先端側領域が最もメタル温度が高くなり、翼部42の中央領域は先端側領域より低く、基端側領域は中央領域より更に低くなる。従って、冷却媒体のヒートアップによる翼部42の過熱の観点からは、各領域のメタル温度のばらつきを大きくすることなく、均一なメタル温度の分布となるように、翼高さ方向に配列された冷却孔70の開口密度を選定することが望ましい。すなわち、動翼26の翼高さ方向外側の先端側領域であって、冷却媒体の流れ方向の下流側領域の冷却孔70の開口密度を、最も密な分布とし、中央領域の冷却孔70の開口密度を中間の分布とし、基端側領域の冷却孔70で最も疎な分布とすることが望ましい。上記の考え方に基づき、本発明に係る一実施態様としての冷却孔の模式図の一例を、図20Cに示す。
 一方、最終パス60eの中央領域及び基端側領域は、遠心力によるクリープ強度も併せて考慮する必要がある。動翼26の場合、回転するロータ8に固定され一体として高速回転するため、翼部42には遠心力が作用して、翼壁の翼高さ方向に引張応力が発生する。図20Eは、翼材料のクリープ限界曲線の一例を示す。縦軸は許容応力を示し、横軸はメタル温度を示す。メタル温度の増加と共に許容応力が低下する下向きの曲線になる。クリープ限界曲線より下方の応力が小さい領域であれば、翼部42のクリープ破断は発生しないが、曲線より上方の応力が大きい領域であれば、クリープ破断により翼部42が損傷する可能性がある。翼部42の先端側領域は作用する遠心力が小さいため、クリープ破断は生じないが、翼部42の中央領域と基端側領域は、先端側領域よりメタル温度が低くてもクリープ破断の可能性を考慮する必要がある。
 図20D及び図20Eに示す例は、中央領域及び基端側領域のクリープ強度がクリティカルになる場合の一例を示す。図20Eにおいて、中央領域のA1点と基端側領域のB1点を例に挙げて説明する。この例は、A1点はクリープ限界を越えている状態を示し、B1点はクリープ限界内に納まっている状態を示す。クリープ限界に納まるか否かは、該当部位における翼の大きさ、壁厚、メタル温度等に左右される。本実施形態に示す例の場合、中央領域にあるA1点の位置では、クリープ限界を越えているため、メタル温度を下げる必要がある。つまり、中央領域の冷却孔70の開口密度を更に密にして冷却を強化し、A2点の位置のメタル温度を下げる。一方、中央領域の冷却孔70の開口密度を大きくすると、中央領域の冷却孔70を流れる冷却媒体の流量が増加して、基端側領域の冷却孔70を流れる冷却媒体の流量が低下する可能性がある。従って、中央領域の冷却を強化した場合は、基端側領域のメタル温度がB2点に上昇するが、B2点の位置が図20Eに示すようにクリープ限界内であれば、この開口密度を選定すればよい。先端側領域も同様に調整できる。つまり、先端側領域の冷却孔70の開口密度を小さくすれば、先端側領域の冷却孔70を流れる冷却媒体の流量を絞ることが出来る。先端側領域のメタル温度が、前述した使用限界温度を越えない範囲で冷却媒体の流量を減ずることにより、中央領域の冷却孔70を流れる冷却媒体の流量を増加させ、中央領域の冷却を強化出来る。このような手順で、冷却孔70の開口密度を修正した例が、図20Dに示されている。実線が調整後の開口密度であり、破線が調整前の開口密度を示す。各領域のいずれもが、使用限界温度又はクリープ限界内にあることを確認し、各領域の冷却孔の適切な開口密度が決定できる。
 次に、先端48側のメタル温度が使用限界温度よりも低く、先端48側のメタル温度に比較的余裕がある動翼26の場合、最終パス60eを流れる冷却媒体に作用する遠心力が冷却孔70の配置に影響する場合がある。その一例を以下に説明する。図20Aに示すように、翼部42の最終パス60eを流れる冷却媒体には、冷却媒体の流れ方向と同じ方向に遠心力が作用する。すなわち、遠心力の作用により、冷却媒体には基端50側から先端48側に向かって圧力が上昇する圧力勾配が生ずる。従って、図20Bに示す均一な開口密度を有する冷却孔の配置では、翼部42の先端48の出口開口64又は先端側領域の冷却孔70から燃焼ガス中に排出する冷却媒体の流量が専ら増加し、中央領域及び基端側領域の冷却孔70に供給される冷却媒体の流量が減少して、中央領域及び基端側領域が冷却不足となる場合がある。このような場合は、基端側領域から先端側領域に向かってステップ状に開口密度を小さくして、先端48側の出口開口64又は先端側領域の冷却孔70から燃焼ガス中に排出する冷却媒体の流量を絞り、中央領域及び基端側領域の冷却孔70に供給される冷却媒体量を増加させる必要がある。このような適切な冷却孔の開口密度の選定により、各領域のメタル温度を均一にすることができる。図20Fは、遠心力の影響を考慮した冷却孔70の開口密度分布の一例を示す。
 上記の考え方に基づき各領域の開口密度を決定することにより、後縁部の酸化減肉及びクリープ破断等に伴う翼の損傷が回避され、翼の信頼性が向上する。なお、上記の説明は、タービン動翼を例に挙げて説明したが、遠心力の作用がない点を除き、タービン静翼にも適用できる。次に、本発明の具体的な実施形態について説明する。
 まず、幾つかの実施形態に係るタービン翼が適用されるガスタービンについて説明する。
 図1は、一実施形態に係るタービン翼が適用されるガスタービンの概略構成図である。図1に示すように、ガスタービン1は、圧縮空気を生成するための圧縮機2と、圧縮空気及び燃料を用いて燃焼ガスを発生させるための燃焼器4と、燃焼ガスによって回転駆動されるように構成されたタービン6と、を備える。発電用のガスタービン1の場合、タービン6には不図示の発電機が連結される。
 圧縮機2は、圧縮機車室10側に固定された複数の静翼16と、静翼16に対して交互に配列されるようにロータ8に植設された複数の動翼18と、を含む。
 圧縮機2には、空気取入口12から取り込まれた空気が送られるようになっており、この空気は、複数の静翼16及び複数の動翼18を通過して圧縮されることで高温高圧の圧縮空気となる。
 燃焼器4には、燃料と、圧縮機2で生成された圧縮空気とが供給されるようになっており、該燃焼器4において燃料が燃焼され、タービン6の作動流体である燃焼ガスが生成される。燃焼器4は、図1に示すように、ケーシング20内にロータを中心として周方向に沿って複数配置されていてもよい。
 タービン6は、タービン車室22内に形成される燃焼ガス流路28を有し、該燃焼ガス流路28に設けられる複数の静翼24及び動翼26を含む。
 静翼24はタービン車室22側に固定されており、ロータ8の周方向に沿って配列される複数の静翼24が静翼列を構成している。また、動翼26はロータ8に植設されており、ロータ8の周方向に沿って配列される複数の動翼26が動翼列を構成している。静翼列と動翼列とは、ロータ8の軸方向において交互に配列されている。
 タービン6では、燃焼ガス流路28に流れ込んだ燃焼器4からの燃焼ガスが複数の静翼24及び複数の動翼26を通過することでロータ8が回転駆動され、これにより、ロータ8に連結された発電機が駆動されて電力が生成されるようになっている。タービン6を駆動した後の燃焼ガスは、排気室30を介して外部へ排出される。
 幾つかの実施形態において、タービン6の動翼26又は静翼24の少なくとも一方は、以下に説明するタービン翼40である。
 図2は、一実施形態に係るタービン翼40である動翼26の部分断面図である。なお、図2には、動翼26のうち、翼部42の部分の断面が示されている。図3は、図2に示すタービン翼40のIII-III断面である。図4は、図2に示す動翼26(タービン翼40)の模式的な断面図である。また、図5は、一実施形態に係るタービン翼40である静翼24の模式的な断面図である。なお、図4及び図5においては、タービン翼40の一部の構成について図示を省略している。なお、図中の矢印は、冷却媒体の流れの向きを示す。
 図2及び図4に示すように、一実施形態に係る動翼26であるタービン翼40は、翼部42と、プラットフォーム80と、翼根部82と、を備えている。翼根部82は、ロータ8(図1参照)に埋設され、動翼26は、ロータ8と共に回転する。プラットフォーム80は、翼根部82と一体的に構成されている。翼部42は、ロータ8の径方向(以下、単に「径方向」ということがある。)に沿って延在するように設けられており、プラットフォーム80に固定される基端50と、径方向において基端50とは反対側に位置する先端48と、を有する。
 幾つかの実施形態では、タービン翼40は静翼24であってもよい。
 図5に示すように、静翼24であるタービン翼40は、翼部42と、翼部42に対して径方向内側に位置する内側シュラウド86と、翼部42に対して径方向外側に位置する外側シュラウド88と、を備えている。外側シュラウド88はタービン車室22に支持され、静翼24は外側シュラウド88を介してタービン車室22に支持される。翼部42は、外側シュラウド88側(すなわち径方向外側)に位置する外側端52と、内側シュラウド86側(すなわち径方向内側)に位置する内側端54と、を有する。
 図2~図5に示すように、タービン翼40の翼部42は、動翼26の場合は基端50から先端48にかけて(図2~図4参照)、静翼24の場合は外側端52から内側端54にかけて(図5参照)、前縁44及び後縁46を有する。また、翼部42の翼面は、動翼26の場合は基端50と先端48との間において、静翼24の場合は外側端52と内側端54との間において、翼高さ方向に沿って延在する圧力面(腹面)56と負圧面(背面)58(図3参照)とによって形成される。
 翼部42の内部には、翼高さ方向に沿って延在する冷却通路66が形成されている。冷却通路66は、タービン翼40を冷却するための冷却媒体(例えば空気等)を流すための流路である。
 図2~図5に示す例示的な実施形態では、冷却通路66は、翼部42の内部に設けられたサーペンタイン流路60の一部を形成している。
 図2~図5に示すサーペンタイン流路60は、それぞれ翼高さ方向に沿って延在する複数のパス60a~60eを含み、前縁44側から後縁46側に向かってこの順に配列されている。これらの複数のパス60a~60eのうち互いに隣り合うパス(例えばパス60aとパス60b)は、先端48側又は基端50側において互いに接続され、この接続部において、冷却媒体流れの方向が翼高さ方向において逆向きに折り返るリターン流路のようになっており、サーペンタイン流路60全体として蛇行した形状を有している。
 図2~図5に示す例示的な実施形態では、冷却通路66は、サーペンタイン流路60のうちの最終パス60eである。典型的には、最終パス60eは、サーペンタイン流路60を構成する複数のパス60a~60eのうち冷却媒体流れ方向の最も下流側の後縁46側に設けられる。
 タービン翼40が動翼26である場合、冷却媒体は、例えば翼根部82の内部に形成された内部流路84及び翼部42の基端50側に設けられた入口開口62(図2及び図4参照)を介してサーペンタイン流路60に導入され、複数のパス60a~60eを順に流れる。そして、複数のパス60a~60eのうち、冷却媒体流れ方向の最も下流側の最終パス60eを流れる冷却媒体は、翼部42の先端48側に設けられた出口開口64を介してタービン翼40の外部の燃焼ガス流路28に流出するようになっている。
 タービン翼40が静翼24である場合、冷却媒体は、例えば外側シュラウド88の内部に形成された内部流路(不図示)及び翼部42の外側端52側に設けられた入口開口62(図5参照)を介してサーペンタイン流路60に導入され、複数のパス60a~60eを順に流れる。そして、複数のパス60a~60eのうち、冷却媒体流れ方向の最も下流側の最終パス60eを流れる冷却媒体は、翼部42の内側端54側(内側シュラウド86側)に設けられた出口開口64を介してタービン翼40の外部の燃焼ガス流路28に流出するようになっている。
 タービン翼40を冷却するための冷却媒体として、例えば、圧縮機2(図1参照)で圧縮された圧縮空気の一部が冷却通路66に導かれるようになっていてもよい。圧縮機2からの圧縮空気は、冷熱源との熱交換により冷却された後、冷却通路66に供給されるようになっていてもよい。
 なお、サーペンタイン流路60の形状は、図2及び図3に示される形状に限定されるものではない。例えば、1つのタービン翼40の翼部42の内部に、複数のサーペンタイン流路が形成されていてもよい。あるいは、サーペンタイン流路60は、該サーペンタイン流路60上の分岐点において複数の流路に分岐していてもよい。
 図2及び図3に示すように、翼部42の後縁部47(後縁46を含む部分)には、翼高さ方向に沿って配列するように複数の冷却孔70が形成されている。複数の冷却孔70は、翼部42の内部に形成された冷却通路66(図示する例においてはサーペンタイン流路60の最終パス60e)に連通するとともに、翼部42の後縁部47における翼部42の表面に開口している。
 冷却通路66を流れる冷却媒体の一部は、冷却孔70を通過して、翼部42の後縁部47の開口からタービン翼40の外部の燃焼ガス流路28に流出する。このようにして冷却媒体が冷却孔70を通過することにより、翼部42の後縁部47が対流冷却される。
 なお、翼部42の後縁部47の表面は、翼部42の後縁46を含む表面であってもよく、あるいは、後縁46近傍の翼面の表面であってもよく、後縁端面49の表面であってもよい。翼部42の後縁部47における翼部42の表面は、前縁44と後縁46とを結ぶコード方向(図3参照)において、翼部42のうち、後縁46を含む後縁46側10%の部分における翼部42の表面であってもよい。後縁端面49とは、正圧面(腹側)56と負圧面(背側)とが、ロータ8の軸方向下流側の後縁46の末端で交わり、ロータ8の軸方向下流側を向く端面を言う。
 複数の冷却孔70は、翼高さ方向において一定でない不均一な開口密度の分布を有する。
 以下、幾つかの実施形態に係る複数の冷却孔70の開口密度の分布について説明する。
 図6~図8、図14及び図15は、それぞれ、一実施形態における動翼26(タービン翼40)の後縁部47の翼高さ方向における開口密度の分布の一例を示すグラフである。図9及び図13は、それぞれ、翼高さ方向における燃焼ガスの温度分布の一例を示すグラフである。図10~図12は、それぞれ、一実施形態における静翼24(タービン翼40)の後縁部47の翼高さ方向における開口密度の分布の一例を示すグラフである。図16は、一実施形態に係るタービン翼40の後縁部47における翼高さ方向に沿った断面図であり、図17は、一実施形態に係るタービン翼40の後縁部47を、翼部の後縁から前縁に向かう方向に視た図である。
 以下の説明において、「上流側」及び「下流側」とは、それぞれ、「冷却通路66内における冷却媒体流れの上流側」及び「冷却通路66内における冷却媒体流れの上流側」のことである。
 幾つかの実施形態では、翼高さ方向における翼部42の両端である第1端と第2端の中間位置Pmを含む中央領域における冷却孔70の開口密度を示す指標(以下、開口密度指標とも称する)d_midと、中央領域よりも上流側に位置する上流側領域における冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_upと、中央領域Rmよりも下流側に位置する下流側領域における冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_downとが、d_up<d_mid<d_downの関係を満たす。
 また、幾つかの実施形態では、上述の中央領域における冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_midと、上述の上流側領域における冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_upと、上述の下流側領域における冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_downとが、d_up<d_down<d_midの関係を満たす。
 これらの実施形態について、タービン翼40が動翼26である場合と、タービン翼40が静翼24である場合のそれぞれについて説明する。
 まず、上述の実施形態のうち、タービン翼40が動翼26である幾つかの実施形態について図4及び図6~図9を参照して説明する。
 タービン翼40が動翼26である場合、冷却媒体は、冷却通路66(サーペンタイン流路60の最終パス60e)を基端50側から先端48側に向かって流れるので(図2及び図4参照)、冷却通路66内における冷却媒体流れの「上流側」及び「下流側」は、それぞれ、冷却通路66における翼部42の基端50側及び先端48側に相当する。また、翼高さ方向における翼部42の両端である第1端及び第2端は、それぞれ先端48及び基端50に相当する。
 幾つかの実施形態では、例えば図6及び図7のグラフに示すように、翼高さ方向における翼部42の先端48と基端50の中間位置Pmを含む中央領域Rmにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_midと、中央領域Rmよりも上流側(基端50側)に位置する上流側領域Rupにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_upと、中央領域Rmよりも下流側(先端48側)に位置する下流側領域Rdownにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_downとが、d_up<d_mid<d_downの関係を満たす。
 図6のグラフに係る実施形態では、翼部42の翼高さ方向領域が、中央領域Rmと、基端50を含み中央領域Rmよりも基端50側に位置する上流側領域Rupと、先端48を含み中央領域Rmよりも先端48側に位置する下流側領域Rdownと、を含む3つの領域に分割されている。そして、3つの各領域において冷却孔70の開口密度が均一で一定であり、開口密度は翼高さ方向においてステップ状に変化している。
 すなわち、中央領域Rmにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_midは、中間位置Pmにおける開口密度指標dmで一定であり、上流側領域Rupにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_upは、中間位置Pmよりも基端50側の位置Prにおける開口密度指標dr(ただしdr<dm)で一定であり、下流側領域Rdownにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_downは、中間位置Pmよりも先端48側の位置Ptにおける開口密度指標dt(ただしdm<dt)で一定である。
なお、図6において、上流側領域Rup及び中央領域Rm並びに下流側領域Rdownのそれぞれの領域について、各領域における全ての冷却孔70の開口密度を同一で一定として、各領域における径方向の領域中間位置における冷却孔70の開口密度指標をそれぞれd_up及びd_mid並びにd_downとして、d_up<d_mid<d_downの関係を満たすことでもよい。各領域における領域中間位置は、上流側領域Rup及び中央領域Rm並びに下流側領域Rdownのそれぞれについて、Pdm、Pcm、Pumで表示される。ここで、Pdm、Pcm及びPumは、各領域における径方向の最も外側に配置された冷却孔70の位置と径方向の最も内側に配置された冷却孔70の位置との間の径方向長さの中間位置であってもよい。また、各領域における冷却孔の径方向に配列された冷却孔数の中間に相当する位置に配置された冷却孔の位置であってもよい。また、冷却孔70の孔径Dは、先端48側から基端50側まで同一孔径Dでもよく、異なる孔径Dの冷却孔70の組合せであってもよい。また、上流側領域Rup及び中央領域Rm並びに下流側領域Rdownのそれぞれの領域について、開口密度の異なる冷却孔70が含まれている場合、それぞれの領域における平均開口密度指標が、d_up<d_mid<d_downの関係を満たすことでもよい。ここで各領域における平均開口密度指標とは、各領域における全ての冷却孔70の開口密度の平均値を示す指標を意味する。
 なお、上流側領域Rupの領域中間位置Pumは、翼高さ方向の先端48から基端50の間の全長Lに対して、基端50から1/4Lまで長さの位置を含み、基端50側に寄った位置に配置することが望ましい。中央領域Rmの領域中間位置Pcmは、基端50から1/4Lの長さの位置から3/4Lの長さの位置までの間に配置することが望ましい。また、下流側領域Rdownの領域中間位置Pdmは、基端50から3/4Lの長さの位置を含み、先端48までの間の位置に配置することが望ましい。
 図7のグラフに係る実施形態では、翼部42の翼高さ方向において、冷却孔70の開口密度が、基端50側から先端48側に向かうにしたがい大きくなるように連続的に変化している。
 すなわち、中央領域Rmにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_midは、中間位置Pmにおける開口密度指標dmを含む範囲の値であり、上流側領域Rupにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_upは、基端50側の位置Prにおける開口密度指標dr以上かつ中間位置Pmにおける開口密度指標dm未満の値であり、下流側領域Rdownにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_downは、先端48側の位置Ptにおける開口密度指標dt以下かつ中間位置Pmにおける開口密度指標dmよりも大きい値である。
 動翼26(タービン翼40)の翼部42の内部に形成された冷却通路66内では、冷却媒体は翼部42を冷却しながら流れるため、冷却媒体流れの下流側(先端48側)ほど高温となる温度分布、すなわち、前述したヒートアップが生じる場合がある。この点、上述の実施形態に係る動翼26(タービン翼40)のように、冷却通路66における冷却媒体流れの下流側(先端48側)の位置において、より上流側(基端50側)の位置に比べて冷却孔70の開口密度を大きくすることにより、冷却媒体の温度が相対的に高くなる下流側(先端48側)において、冷却孔70を介した冷却媒体の供給流量を増やすことができる。これにより、冷却通路66の温度分布に応じて、動翼26(タービン翼40)の後縁部47を適切に冷却することができる。
 また、翼部42の翼高さ方向における一部の領域において、他の領域よりも冷却孔70の開口密度を小さくすることにより、翼部42全体として冷却孔70の開口密度を比較的小さくすることができる。これにより、冷却通路66の圧力を高く維持しやすいので、冷却通路66と、タービン翼40外部(例えば、ガスタービン1の燃焼ガス流路28)の圧力との差圧を適切に維持して、冷却媒体を効果的に冷却孔70に供給しやすくなる。
 なお、翼高さ方向における冷却孔70の開口密度の分布は、上述の開口密度指標d_mid、d_up及びd_downがd_up<d_mid<d_downの関係を満たすものであればよく、図6又は図7のグラフに示すものに限定されない。
 例えば、翼部42における翼高さ方向の領域を3つよりも多い領域に分割し、各領域における冷却孔70の開口密度が、基端50側から先端48側に向かうにしたがい徐々に大きくなるように、ステップ状に変化するようにしてもよい。
 また、例えば、翼部42における翼高さ方向の領域において、一部の領域では冷却孔70の開口密度が連続的に変化するとともに、他の一部の領域では冷却孔70の開口密度が一定であってもよい。
 幾つかの実施形態では、例えば図8のグラフに示すように、中央領域における冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_midと、中央領域よりも上流側(基端50側)に位置する上流側領域における冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_upと、中央領域よりも下流側(先端48側)に位置する下流側領域における冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_downとが、d_up<d_down<d_midの関係を満たす。
 図8のグラフに係る実施形態では、翼部42の翼高さ方向領域が、中央領域Rmと、基端50を含み中央領域Rmよりも基端50側に位置する上流側領域Rupと、先端48を含み中央領域Rmよりも先端48側に位置する下流側領域Rdownと、を含む3つの領域に分割されている。そして、3つの各領域において冷却孔70の開口密度が一定であり、開口密度は翼高さ方向においてステップ状に変化している。
 すなわち、中央領域Rmにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_midは、中間位置Pmにおけるdmで一定であり、上流側領域Rupにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_upは、中間位置Pmよりも基端50側の位置Prにおける開口密度指標dr(ただしdr<dm)で一定であり、下流側領域Rdownにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_downは、中間位置Pmよりも先端48側の位置Ptにおける開口密度指標dt(ただしdr<dt<dm)で一定である。
 動翼26(タービン翼40)が配置される燃焼ガス流路28(図1参照)を流通するガスの温度は、例えば図9のグラフに示すような分布となっており、翼高さ方向において、翼部42の先端48側の領域及び基端50側の領域に比べて、先端48と基端50との中間位置Pmを含む中央領域において高くなる傾向がある。
 一方、翼部42の内部に形成された冷却通路66内では、冷却媒体は翼部42を冷却しながら流れるため、冷却媒体流れの下流側(先端48側)ほど高温となる温度分布が生じる場合がある。このような場合には、後縁部47を適切に冷却するためには、翼高さ方向の中央領域Rmにおける冷却孔70を介した冷却媒体流量を最大とし、且つ、上述の下流側領域Rdownの方において上流側領域Rupよりも冷却孔70を介した冷却媒体流量が大きくなるようにすることが望ましい。
 すなわち、前述したように、冷却媒体が最終パス60e内を流れる過程でヒートアップされ、最終パス60eの先端48又は下流側領域Rdownにおける冷却孔70のメタル温度が、最も高くなる。しかし、メタル温度が、酸化減肉許容量から定める使用限界温度を越えない範囲内に抑えられる翼の場合は、図20C及び図6に示す冷却孔70の開口密度分布を選定することにより翼の損傷が抑制できる。一方、図9に示す燃焼ガス温度分布を示す燃焼ガスの雰囲気で稼働する翼の場合、中央領域Rmにおける翼部42が燃焼ガスから受ける入熱が大きく、図20C及び図6に示す中央領域Rmの冷却孔70の開口密度指標では、中央領域Rmの冷却孔70のメタル温度が、使用限界温度を越える場合がある。このような場合は、中央領域Rmの冷却孔70の開口密度指標を更に大きくして、冷却を強化する必要がある。つまり、下流側領域Rdownの冷却孔70の開口密度指標を小さく、中央領域Rmの冷却孔70の開口密度指標を大きくして、下流側領域Rdownの冷却孔70を流れる冷却媒体の供給流量を絞ることにより、中央領域Rmの冷却孔70を流れる冷却媒体の供給流量を増加させることができる。メタル温度によっては、更に、上流側領域Rupの冷却孔70の開口密度指標を小さくして、最終パス60eの先端48及び下流側領域Rdownにおける冷却孔70のメタル温度並びに中央領域Rmにおけるメタル温度が使用限界温度内に納まる開口密度分布を選定してもよい。また、併せて、中央領域Rm及び上流側領域Rupにおける前述したクリープ強度がクリープ限界内に納まることを確認して、本実施形態における各領域の冷却孔70の開口密度分布を選定してもよい。
上述の実施形態に係る動翼26(タービン翼40)のように、中央領域Rmにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_midを、上述の上流側領域Rup及び下流側領域Rdownにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_up,d_downよりも大きくすることにより、燃焼ガス流路28を流通するガス温度が相対的に高くなる中央領域Rmにおいて、冷却孔70を介した冷却媒体の供給流量を増やすことができる。また、上述の実施形態に係る動翼26(タービン翼40)のように、下流側領域Rdownにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_downを上流側領域Rupにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_upに比べて大きくすることにより、冷却媒体温度が上流側領域Rupよりも高くなる下流側領域Rdownにおいて、冷却孔70を介した冷却媒体の供給流量を増やすことができる。こうして、冷却通路66の温度分布に応じて、動翼26(タービン翼40)の後縁部47を適切に冷却することができる。
なお、図8において、上流側領域Rup及び中央領域Rm並びに下流側領域Rdownのそれぞれの領域について、各領域における全ての冷却孔70の開口密度を同一で一定として、各領域における径方向の領域中間位置における冷却孔70の開口密度指標をそれぞれd_up及びd_mid並びにd_downとして、d_up<d_down<d_midの関係を満たすことでもよい。また、上流側領域Rup及び中央領域Rm並びに下流側領域Rdownのそれぞれの領域について、開口密度の異なる冷却孔70が含まれている場合、それぞれの領域における平均開口密度指標が、d_up<d_down<d_midの関係を満たすことでもよい。ここで各領域における領域中間位置及び平均開口密度指標の考え方及は、前述の通りである。また、冷却孔70の孔径Dは、先端48側から基端50側まで同一孔径Dでもよく、異なる孔径Dの冷却孔70の組合せであってもよい。
 なお、翼高さ方向における冷却孔70の開口密度の分布は、上述の開口密度指標d_mid、d_up及びd_downがd_up<d_down<d_midの関係を満たすものであればよく、図8のグラフに示すものに限定されない。
 例えば、翼部42における翼高さ方向の領域を3つよりも多い領域に分割し、各領域における冷却孔70の開口密度が上述の関係を満たすように、ステップ状に変化するようにしてもよい。
 また、例えば、翼部42における翼高さ方向の領域において、少なくとも一部の領域において冷却孔70の開口密度が連続的に変化していてもよい。この場合、翼部42の翼高さ方向における他の一部の領域において冷却孔70の開口密度が一定であってもよい。
 次に、上述の実施形態のうち、タービン翼40が静翼24である幾つかの実施形態について図5及び図10~図13を参照して説明する。
 タービン翼40が静翼24である場合、冷却媒体は、冷却通路66(サーペンタイン流路60の最終パス60e)を外側端52側から内側端54側に向かって流れるので(図5参照)、冷却通路66内における冷却媒体流れの「上流側」及び「下流側」は、それぞれ、冷却通路66内における翼部42の外側端52側及び内側端54側に相当する。また、翼高さ方向における翼部42の両端である第1端及び第2端は、それぞれ外側端52及び内側端54に相当する。
 幾つかの実施形態では、例えば図10及び図11のグラフに示すように、翼高さ方向における翼部42の外側端52と内側端54の中間位置Pmを含む中央領域における冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_midと、中央領域よりも上流側(外側端52側)に位置する上流側領域における冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_upと、中央領域よりも下流側(内側端54側)に位置する下流側領域における冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_downとが、d_up<d_mid<d_downの関係を満たす。
 図10のグラフに係る実施形態では、翼部42の翼高さ方向領域が、中央領域Rmと、外側端52を含み中央領域Rmよりも外側端52側に位置する上流側領域Rupと、内側端54を含み中央領域Rmよりも内側端54側に位置する下流側領域Rdownと、を含む3つの領域に分割されている。そして、3つの各領域において冷却孔70の開口密度が一定であり、開口密度は翼高さ方向においてステップ状に変化している。
 すなわち、中央領域Rmにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_midは、中間位置Pmにおける開口密度指標dmで一定であり、上流側領域Rupにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_upは、中間位置Pmよりも外側端52側の位置Poにおける開口密度指標do(ただしdo<dm)で一定であり、下流側領域Rdownにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_downは、中間位置Pmよりも内側端54側の位置Piにおける開口密度指標di(ただしdm<di)で一定である。
 図11のグラフに係る実施形態では、翼部42の翼高さ方向において、冷却孔70の開口密度が、外側端52側から内側端54側に向かうにしたがい大きくなるように連続的に変化している。
 すなわち、中央領域Rmにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_midは、中間位置Pmにおける開口密度指標dmを含む範囲の値であり、上流側領域Rupにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_upは、外側端52側の位置Poにおける開口密度指標do以上かつ中間位置Pmにおける開口密度指標dm未満の値であり、下流側領域Rdownにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_downは、内側端54側の位置Piにおける開口密度指標di以下かつ中間位置Pmにおける開口密度指標dmよりも大きい値である。
 静翼24(タービン翼40)の翼部42の内部に形成された冷却通路66内では、冷却媒体は翼部42を冷却しながら流れるため、冷却媒体流れの下流側(内側端54側)ほど高温となる温度分布、すなわち、前述したヒートアップが生じる場合がある。この点、上述の実施形態に係る静翼24(タービン翼40)のように、冷却通路66における冷却媒体流れ方向の下流側(内側端54側)の位置において、より上流側(外側端52側)の位置に比べて冷却孔70の開口密度を大きくすることにより、冷却媒体の温度が相対的に高くなる下流側(内側端54側)において、冷却孔70を介した冷却媒体の供給流量を増やすことができる。これにより、冷却通路66の温度分布に応じて、静翼24(タービン翼40)の後縁部47を適切に冷却することができる。
 なお、図10において、上流側領域Rup及び中央領域Rm並びに下流側領域Rdownのそれぞれの領域について、各領域における全ての冷却孔70の開口密度を同一で一定として、各領域における径方向の領域中間位置における冷却孔70の開口密度指標をそれぞれd_up及びd_mid並びにd_downとして、d_up<d_mid<d_downの関係を満たすことでもよい。また、上流側領域Rup及び中央領域Rm並びに下流側領域Rdownのそれぞれの領域について、開口密度の異なる冷却孔70が含まれている場合、それぞれの領域における平均開口密度指標が、d_up<d_mid<d_downの関係を満たすことでもよい。ここで各領域における領域中間位置及び平均開口密度指標の考え方は、前述の通りである。また、冷却孔70の孔径Dは、先端48側から基端50側まで同一孔径Dでもよく、異なる孔径Dの冷却孔70の組合せであってもよい。
 なお、翼高さ方向における冷却孔70の開口密度の分布は、上述の開口密度指標d_mid、d_up及びd_downがd_up<d_mid<d_downの関係を満たすものであればよく、図10又は図11のグラフに示すものに限定されない。
 例えば、翼部42における翼高さ方向の領域を3つよりも多い領域に分割し、各領域における冷却孔70の開口密度が、内側端54側から外側端52側に向かうにしたがい徐々に大きくなるように、ステップ状に変化するようにしてもよい。
 また、例えば、翼部42における翼高さ方向の領域において、一部の領域では冷却孔70の開口密度が連続的に変化するとともに、他の一部の領域では冷却孔70の開口密度が一定であってもよい。
 幾つかの実施形態では、例えば図12のグラフに示すように、中央領域における冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_midと、中央領域よりも上流側(外側端52側)に位置する上流側領域における冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_upと、中央領域よりも下流側(内側端54側)に位置する下流側領域における冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_downとが、d_up<d_down<d_midの関係を満たす。
 図12のグラフに係る実施形態では、翼部42の翼高さ方向領域が、中央領域Rmと、外側端52を含み中央領域Rmよりも外側端52側に位置する上流側領域Rupと、内側端54を含み中央領域Rmよりも内側端54側に位置する下流側領域Rdownと、を含む3つの領域に分割されている。そして、3つの各領域において冷却孔70の開口密度が一定であり、開口密度は翼高さ方向においてステップ状に変化している。
 すなわち、中央領域Rmにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_midは、中間位置Pmにおけるdmで一定であり、上流側領域Rupにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_upは、中間位置Pmよりも外側端52側の位置Poにおける開口密度指標do(ただしdo<dm)で一定であり、下流側領域Rdownにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_downは、中間位置Pmよりも内側端54側の位置Piにおける開口密度指標di(ただしdo<di<dm)で一定である。
 静翼24(タービン翼40)が配置される燃焼ガス流路28(図1参照)を流通するガスの温度は、例えば図13のグラフに示すような分布となっており、翼高さ方向において、翼部42の外側端52側の領域及び内側端54側の領域に比べて、外側端52と内側端54との中間位置Pmを含む中央領域において高くなる傾向がある。
 一方、翼部42の内部に形成された冷却通路66内では、冷却媒体は翼部42を冷却しながら流れるため、冷却媒体流れの下流側(内側端54側)ほど高温となる温度分布が生じる場合がある。このような場合には、後縁部47を適切に冷却するためには、翼高さ方向の中央領域Rmにおける冷却孔70を介した冷却媒体流量を最大とし、且つ、上述の下流側領域Rdownの方において上流側領域Rupよりも冷却孔70を介した冷却媒体流量が大きくなるようにすることが望ましい。
 すなわち、前述したように、冷却媒体が最終パス60e内を流れる過程でヒートアップされ、最終パス60eの内側端54又は下流側領域Rdownにおける冷却孔70のメタル温度が、最も高くなる。しかし、酸化減肉許容量から定める使用限界温度を越えない範囲内に抑えられる翼の場合は、図10に示す冷却孔70の開口密度分布を選定することにより翼の損傷を抑制できる。一方、図13に示す燃焼ガス温度分布を示す燃焼ガスの雰囲気で稼働する翼の場合、中央領域Rmにおける翼部42が燃焼ガスから受ける入熱が大きく、図10に示す中央領域Rmの冷却孔70の開口密度指標では、中央領域Rmの冷却孔70のメタル温度が、使用限界温度を越える場合がある。このような場合は、中央領域Rmの冷却孔70の開口密度指標を更に大きくして、冷却を強化する。つまり、下流側領域Rdownの冷却孔70の開口密度指標を小さく、中央領域Rmの冷却孔70の開口密度指標を大きくして、下流側領域Rdownの冷却孔70を流れる冷却媒体の供給流量を絞ることにより、中央領域Rmの冷却孔70を流れる冷却媒体の供給流量を増加させることができる。メタル温度によっては、更に、上流側領域Rupの冷却孔70の開口密度指標を小さくして、最終パス60eの内側端54及び下流側領域Rdownにおける冷却孔70のメタル温度並びに中央領域Rmにおけるメタル温度が使用限界温度内に納まる開口密度分布を選定してもよい。
 上述の実施形態に係る静翼24(タービン翼40)のように、中央領域Rmにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_midを、上述の上流側領域Rup及び下流側領域Rdownにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_up,d_downよりも大きくすることにより、燃焼ガス流路28を流通するガス温度が相対的に高くなる中央領域Rmにおいて、冷却孔70を介した冷却媒体の供給流量を増やすことができる。また、上述の実施形態に係る静翼24(タービン翼40)のように、下流側領域Rdownにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_downを上流側領域Rupにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_upに比べて大きくすることにより、冷却媒体温度が上流側領域Rupよりも高くなる下流側領域Rdownにおいて、冷却孔70を介した冷却媒体の供給流量を増やすことができる。こうして、冷却通路66の温度分布に応じて、静翼24(タービン翼40)の後縁部47を適切に冷却することができる。
 なお、図12において、上流側領域Rup及び中央領域Rm並びに下流側領域Rdownのそれぞれの領域について、各領域における全ての冷却孔70の開口密度を同一で一定として、各領域における径方向の領域中間位置における冷却孔70の開口密度指標をそれぞれd_up及びd_mid並びにd_downとして、d_up<d_down<d_midの関係を満たすことでもよい。また、上流側領域Rup及び中央領域Rm並びに下流側領域Rdownのそれぞれの領域について、開口密度の異なる冷却孔70が含まれている場合、それぞれの領域における平均開口密度指標が、d_up<d_down<d_midの関係を満たすことでもよい。ここで各領域における領域中間位置及び平均開口密度指標の考え方は、前述の通りである。また、冷却孔70の孔径Dは、先端48側から基端50側まで同一孔径Dでもよく、異なる孔径Dの冷却孔70の組合せであってもよい。
 なお、翼高さ方向における冷却孔70の開口密度の分布は、上述の開口密度指標d_mid、d_up及びd_downがd_up<d_down<d_midの関係を満たすものであればよく、図13のグラフに示すものに限定されない。
 例えば、翼部42における翼高さ方向の領域を3つよりも多い領域に分割し、各領域における冷却孔70の開口密度が上述の関係を満たすように、ステップ状に変化するようにしてもよい。
 また、例えば、翼部42における翼高さ方向の領域において、少なくとも一部の領域において冷却孔70の開口密度が連続的に変化していてもよい。この場合、翼部42の翼高さ方向における他の一部の領域において冷却孔70の開口密度が一定であってもよい。
 次に、他の幾つかの実施形態について図4、図14及び図15を参照して説明する。これらの実施形態において、タービン翼40は動翼26(図4参照)である。
 幾つかの実施形態では、例えば図14のグラフに示すように、翼高さ方向における翼部42の先端48と基端50との中間位置Pmを含む中央領域における冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_midと、中央領域よりも先端48側に位置する先端側領域における開口密度指標d_tipと、中央領域よりも基端50側に位置する基端側領域における開口密度指標d_rootとが、d_tip<d_mid<d_rootの関係を満たす。
 図14のグラフに係る実施形態では、翼部42の翼高さ方向領域が、中央領域Rmと、先端48を含み中央領域Rmよりも先端48側に位置する先端側領域Rtipと、基端50を含み中央領域Rmよりも基端50側に位置する基端側領域Rrootと、を含む3つの領域に分割されている。そして、3つの各領域において冷却孔70の開口密度が一定であり、開口密度は翼高さ方向においてステップ状に変化している。
 すなわち、中央領域Rmにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_midは、中間位置Pmにおける開口密度指標dmで一定であり、先端側領域Rtipにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_tipは、中間位置Pmよりも先端48側の位置Ptにおける開口密度指標dt(ただしdt<dm)で一定であり、基端側領域Rrootにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_rootは、中間位置Pmよりも基端50側の位置Prにおける開口密度指標dr(ただしdm<dr)で一定である。
 ガスタービン1の運転時、動翼26の翼部42の内部に形成された冷却通路66内の冷却媒体には遠心力が作用するため、該冷却通路66内において翼部42の先端48側ほど高圧となる圧力分布が生じる場合がある。この点、上述の実施形態に係る動翼26(タービン翼40)のように、翼部42の先端48側の位置において、より基端50側の位置に比べて冷却孔70の開口密度を小さくすることにより、上述の圧力分布がある場合であっても、冷却孔70を介した冷却媒体の供給流量の翼高さ方向におけるばらつきを小さくすることができる。これにより、冷却通路66の圧力分布に応じて、動翼26(タービン翼40)の後縁部47を適切に冷却することができる。
 なお、図14において、基端側領域Rroot及び中央領域Rm並びに先端側領域Rtipのそれぞれの領域について、各領域における全ての冷却孔70の開口密度を同一で一定として、各領域における径方向の領域中間位置における冷却孔70の開口密度指標をそれぞれd_root及びd_mid並びにd_tipとして、d_tip<d_mid<d_rootの関係を満たすことでもよい。各領域における領域中間位置は、基端側領域Rroot及び中央領域Rm並びに先端側領域Rtipのそれぞれについて、Prm、Pcm、Ptmで表示される。また、基端側領域Rroot及び中央領域Rm並びに先端側領域Rtipのそれぞれの領域について、開口密度の異なる冷却孔70が含まれている場合、それぞれの領域における平均開口密度指標が、d_tip<d_mid<d_rootの関係を満たすことでもよい。ここで各領域における領域中間位置及び平均開口密度指標の考え方は、前述の通りである。また、冷却孔70の孔径Dは、先端48側から基端50側まで同一孔径Dでもよく、異なる孔径Dの冷却孔70の組合せであってもよい。
 なお、翼高さ方向における冷却孔70の開口密度の分布は、上述の開口密度指標d_mid、d_tip及びd_rootがd_tip<d_mid<d_rootの関係を満たすものであればよく、図14のグラフに示すものに限定されない。
 例えば、翼部42における翼高さ方向の領域を3つよりも多い領域に分割し、各領域における冷却孔70の開口密度が上述の関係を満たすように、ステップ状に変化するようにしてもよい。
 また、例えば、翼部42における翼高さ方向の領域において、少なくとも一部の領域において冷却孔70の開口密度が連続的に変化していてもよい。この場合、翼部42の翼高さ方向における他の一部の領域において冷却孔70の開口密度が一定であってもよい。
 また、幾つかの実施形態では、例えば図15のグラフに示すように、上述の中央領域における冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_midと、中央領域よりも先端48側に位置する先端側領域における開口密度指標d_tipと、中央領域よりも基端50側に位置する基端側領域における開口密度指標d_rootとが、d_tip<d_root<d_midの関係を満たす。
 図15のグラフに係る実施形態では、翼部42の翼高さ方向領域が、中央領域Rmと、先端48を含み中央領域Rmよりも先端48側に位置する先端側領域Rtipと、基端50を含み中央領域Rmよりも基端50側に位置する基端側領域Rrootと、を含む3つの領域に分割されている。そして、3つの各領域において冷却孔70の開口密度が一定であり、開口密度は翼高さ方向においてステップ状に変化している。
 すなわち、中央領域Rmにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_midは、中間位置Pmにおける開口密度指標dmで一定であり、先端側領域Rtipにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_tipは、中間位置Pmよりも先端48側の位置Ptにおける開口密度指標dt(ただしdt<dm)で一定であり、基端側領域Rrootにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_rootは、中間位置Pmよりも基端50側の位置Prにおける開口密度指標dr(ただしdt<dr<dm)で一定である。
 動翼26(タービン翼40)が配置される燃焼ガス流路28(図1参照)を流通するガスの温度は、例えば図9のグラフに示すような分布となっており、翼高さ方向において翼部42の先端48側の領域及び基端50側の領域に比べて、先端48と基端50との中間位置Pmを含む中央領域において高くなる傾向がある。
 一方、ガスタービン1の運転時、動翼26の翼部42の内部に形成された冷却通路66内の冷却媒体には遠心力が作用するため、該冷却通路66内において翼部42の先端48側ほど高圧となる圧力分布が生じる場合がある。このような場合には、後縁部47を適切に冷却するためには、翼高さ方向の中央領域における冷却孔70を介した冷却媒体流量を最大とし、且つ、翼高さ方向における先端48側に位置する領域と基端50側に位置する領域とで、冷却孔を介した冷却媒体の供給流量のばらつきを小さくすることが望ましい。
 この点、上述の実施形態に係る動翼26(タービン翼40)のように、中央領域Rmにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_midを、上述の先端側領域Rtip及び基端側領域Rrootにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_tip,d_rootよりも大きくすることにより、燃焼ガス流路28を流通するガス温度が相対的に高くなる中央領域Rmにおいて、冷却孔70を介した冷却媒体の供給流量を増やすことができる。また、上述の実施形態に係る動翼26(タービン翼40)のように、先端側領域Rtipにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_tipを基端側領域Rrootにおける冷却孔70の開口密度指標d_rootに比べて小さくすることにより、上述の圧力分布がある場合であっても、先端側領域Rtipと基端側領域Rrootとで冷却孔70を介した冷却媒体の供給流量のばらつきを小さくすることができる。こうして、冷却通路66の圧力分布に応じて、動翼26(タービン翼40)の後縁部47を適切に冷却することができる。
 なお、図15において、基端側領域Rroot及び中央領域Rm並びに先端側領域Rtipのそれぞれの領域について、各領域における全ての冷却孔70の開口密度を同一で一定として、各領域における径方向の領域中間位置における冷却孔70の開口密度指標をそれぞれd_root及びd_mid並びにd_tipとして、d_tip<d_root<d_midの関係を満たすことでもよい。各領域における領域中間位置は、基端側領域Rroot及び中央領域Rm並びに先端側領域Rtipのそれぞれについて、Prm、Pcm、Ptmで表示される。また、基端側領域Rroot及び中央領域Rm並びに先端側領域Rtipのそれぞれの領域について、開口密度の異なる冷却孔70が含まれている場合、それぞれの領域における平均開口密度指標が、d_tip<d_root<d_midの関係を満たすことでもよい。ここで各領域における領域中間位置及び平均開口密度指標の考え方は、前述の通りである。また、冷却孔70の孔径Dは、先端48側から基端50側まで同一孔径Dでもよく、異なる孔径Dの冷却孔70の組合せであってもよい。
 なお、翼高さ方向における冷却孔70の開口密度の分布は、上述の開口密度指標d_mid、d_tip及びd_rootがd_tip<d_root<d_midの関係を満たすものであればよく、図15のグラフに示すものに限定されない。
 例えば、翼部42における翼高さ方向の領域を3つよりも多い領域に分割し、各領域における冷却孔70の開口密度が上述の関係を満たすように、ステップ状に変化するようにしてもよい。
 また、例えば、翼部42における翼高さ方向の領域において、少なくとも一部の領域において冷却孔70の開口密度が連続的に変化していてもよい。この場合、翼部42の翼高さ方向における他の一部の領域において冷却孔70の開口密度が一定であってもよい。
 なお、例えば上述した図6、図8、図10、図12、図14及び図15のグラフに係る実施形態では、翼部42の翼高さ方向における各領域(中央領域Rm、上流側領域Rup及び下流側領域Rdown、又は、先端側領域Rtip及び基端側領域Rroot)における冷却孔70の開口密度がそれぞれ一定であるので、各領域における冷却孔の加工がしやすくなる。
 上述したタービン翼40の冷却孔70の開口密度の指標として、例えば、翼高さ方向における冷却孔70のピッチP(図16参照)と、冷却孔70の直径D(図16参照)との比P/Dを採用してもよい。なお、冷却孔70の直径Dとして、冷却孔70の最大径、最小径又は平均径を用いてもよい。
 あるいは、上述の開口密度指標として、冷却孔70の翼部42の表面への開口端72(図17参照)における濡れ縁長さS(即ち、翼部42表面における開口端72の周長)と、翼高さ方向における冷却孔70のピッチP(図17参照)との比S/Pを採用してもよい。
 あるいは、上述の開口密度指標として、翼部42の後縁部47における翼部42の表面の単位面積あたり(又は単位長さあたり)の冷却孔70の個数を採用してもよい。
 タービン翼40の翼部42の後縁部47に形成される冷却孔70は、以下のような特徴を有していてもよい。
 幾つかの実施形態では、冷却孔70は、翼高さ方向に直交する平面に対して傾きをもって形成されていてもよい。
 このように、冷却孔70が、翼高さ方向に直行する平面に対して傾きをもって形成されることにより、該冷却孔70を翼高さ方向に直交する平面と平行に形成する場合に比べて、冷却孔70を長くすることができる。これにより、タービン翼40の後縁部を効果的に冷却することができる。
 幾つかの実施形態では、冷却孔70の延在する方向と、翼高さ方向に直交する平面とのなす角度A(図16参照)が、15°以上45°以下、又は、20°以上40°以下であってもよい。前記角度Aが上述の範囲であれば、冷却孔70の加工のしやすさを維持しながら、あるいは、翼部42の後縁部47の強度を維持しながら、比較的長い冷却孔70を形成することができる。
 また、幾つかの実施形態では、冷却孔70は、互いに平行に形成されていてもよい。
 このように、複数の冷却孔70が互いに平行に形成されることにより、複数の冷却孔70が互いに平行でない場合に比べて、より多くの冷却孔70を翼部42の後縁部47に形成することができる。これにより、タービン翼40の後縁部47を効果的に冷却することができる。
 次に、最終パス60eと後縁部47の冷却孔70の開口密度の関係について、以下に説明する。一般に、サーペンタイン流路60の翼内面には、冷却媒体との間の熱伝達を促進するため、タービュレータ90が設けられている。図18には、後縁部47近傍に形成された冷却孔70の配置と、後縁部47に隣接して冷却媒体の流れ方向の上流側に配置された冷却通路66の最終パス60eの構成が示されている。最終パス60eには基端50から先端48まで、翼部42の圧力面(腹側)56と負圧面(背側)58の各内壁面68に、乱流促進材としてのタービュレータ90が配置されている。同様に、最終パス60eより冷却媒体の流れ方向の上流側のサーペンタイン流路60にも、タービュレータ(不図示)が配置されている。
 サーペンタイン流路60に配置されるタービュレータ90は、図19に示すように、各パス60a~60eの少なくとも1つのパスの圧力面(腹側)56と負圧面(背側)58の内壁面68に設けられており、タービュレータ90の内壁面68を基準に高さeに形成されている。また、各パス60a~60eの背腹方向の通路幅はHで形成され、各流路において、径方向に隣接して配置された複数のタービュレータ90は、ピッチPPの間隔で設けられている。タービュレータ90は、タービュレータ90のピッチPPと高さeの比(PP/e)及びタービュレータ90の高さeと背腹方向の通路幅Hとの比(e/H)並びに冷却媒体の流れ方向に対するタービュレータ90の傾き角が、基端50から先端48まで大略一定となるように形成され、冷却媒体との間で最適な熱伝達が得られるように配置されている。
 しかし、最終パス60eにおいては、最終パス60eの通路幅Hが、最終パス60e以外の他のパス60a~60dより狭くなる。そのため、前述の適正な熱伝達を得る冷却通路66のタービュレータ90の高さeと通路幅Hとの適正な比(e/H)に対応させたタービュレータ高さeを選定することが困難な場合がある。すなわち、最終パス60eの場合、他のパス60a~60dと比較して、タービュレータ90の高さeと通路幅Hとの適正な比(e/H)を維持するためには、タービュレータ90の高さeが小さくなり過ぎて、タービュレータ90の加工が困難になる場合がある。特に、基端50側と比較して先端48側の方がより通路幅Hが狭くなるため、タービュレータ90の適正な高さeの選定がより困難になる場合がある。
 また、サーペンタイン流路60の最終パス60eに流入する冷却媒体は、最終パス60eより上流側の各パス60a~60dを流下する過程で翼部42の内壁面68から加熱され、最終パス60eに供給される。従って、最終パス60eのメタル温度は高温化され易く、特に最終パス60eの先端48側近傍は、高温化され易い。そのため、最終パス60eのメタル温度が使用限界温度を越えないような手段が採用される。例えば、最終パス60eの翼高さ方向の中間位置から先端48の出口開口64に向けて通路幅Hを徐々に狭め、通路断面積を減少させ、冷却媒体の流速を上げる通路構造を選定する場合がある。最終パス60eの通路断面積を出口開口64に向けて減少させて、冷却媒体の流速を早め、最終パス60eとの間の熱伝達を促進させ、最終パス60eのメタル温度を使用限界温度以下に抑制することが可能になる。このような構造を適用する場合、最終パス60eの先端48近傍の通路幅Hは更に狭くなる方向である。
 そこで、最終パス60eを流れる冷却流体の圧力損失が許容される範囲で、通路幅Hに対するタービュレータ90の適正な高さeに対して、相対的に高さeが大きいタービュレータ90を選定する場合がある。すなわち、最終パス60eに形成されるタービュレータ90は、最終パス60e以外の他のパス60a~60dのタービュレータ90より高さeが小さくなるが、タービュレータ90の高さeを基端50から先端48まで変えることなく一定の同じ高さeを選定する場合がある。その結果、最終パス60eのタービュレータ90の高さeと通路幅Hとの比(e/H)は、他のパス60a~60dに適用される高さeと通路幅Hとの比(e/H)より大きくなる。このように、最終パス60eにおいて、適正値より相対的に高さeが大きいタービュレータ90を選定することにより、最終パス60eの冷却媒体の乱流の発生が促進され、他のパス60a~60dと比較して最終パス60eにおける冷却媒体との間の熱伝達が更に促進される。その結果、最終パス60eのメタル温度が、使用限界温度以下に抑制される。
 一方、上述のように最終パス60eにおける熱伝達が促進された場合、最終パス60eのメタル温度は低下するものの、最終パス60eを流れる冷却媒体の温度は更に上昇する。温度上昇を伴った冷却媒体が後縁部47に配置された冷却孔70に供給されるため、後縁部47の開口密度の分布に影響する場合がある。すなわち、最終パス60eにおける通路幅Hを先端48側に向けて減少させたり、最終パス60eのタービュレータ90の高さeを他のパス60a~60dより相対的に大きくすること等により、最終パス60eの冷却が強化され、熱応力の発生等が改善される。一方、後縁部47に供給される冷却媒体の温度上昇に対しては、最終パス60eの翼高さ方向の中間位置から先端48の出口開口64までの後縁部47の冷却孔70の開口密度を大きくして、流入する冷却媒体の温度上昇を吸収し、後縁部47のメタル温度の上昇を抑制して、最終パス60eを含めた後縁部47の適正な冷却が可能になる。
 以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上述した実施形態に限定されることはなく、上述した実施形態に変形を加えた形態や、これらの形態を適宜組み合わせた形態も含む。
 本明細書において、「ある方向に」、「ある方向に沿って」、「平行」、「直交」、「中心」、「同心」或いは「同軸」等の相対的或いは絶対的な配置を表す表現は、厳密にそのような配置を表すのみならず、公差、若しくは、同じ機能が得られる程度の角度や距離をもって相対的に変位している状態も表すものとする。

 また、本明細書において、四角形状や円筒形状等の形状を表す表現は、幾何学的に厳密な意味での四角形状や円筒形状等の形状を表すのみならず、同じ効果が得られる範囲で、凹凸部や面取り部等を含む形状も表すものとする。

Claims (12)

  1.  翼部と、
    前記翼部の内部において翼高さ方向に沿って延在する冷却通路と、
    前記翼高さ方向に沿って配列するように前記翼部の後縁部に形成され、前記冷却通路に連通するとともに前記後縁部における前記翼部の表面に開口する複数の冷却孔と、
    を備え、
    前記後縁部における前記複数の冷却孔の形成領域は、
    前記翼高さ方向における前記翼部の第1端と第2端との中間位置を含み、且つ、複数の前記冷却孔の開口密度を示す指標がd_midで一定である中央領域と、
    前記翼高さ方向において前記中央領域よりも前記冷却通路内における冷却媒体流れの上流側に位置し、且つ、複数の前記冷却孔の開口密度を示す指標がd_upで一定である上流側領域と、
    前記翼高さ方向において前記中央領域よりも前記冷却媒体流れの下流側に位置し、且つ、複数の前記冷却孔の開口密度を示す指標がd_downで一定である下流側領域と、を含み、
    d_up<d_mid<d_downの関係を満たすタービン翼。
  2.  翼部と、
     前記翼部の内部において翼高さ方向に沿って延在する冷却通路と、
     前記翼高さ方向に沿って配列して前記翼部の後縁部を対流冷却するように前記後縁部に形成され、前記冷却通路に連通するとともに前記後縁部を貫通して後縁端面に開口する複数の冷却孔と、
    を備え、
     前記翼高さ方向における前記翼部の第1端と第2端との中間位置を含む中央領域における前記冷却孔の開口密度を示す指標をd_midとし、
    前記翼高さ方向において前記中央領域よりも前記冷却通路内における冷却媒体流れの上流側に位置する領域における前記指標をd_upとし、
    前記翼高さ方向において前記中央領域よりも前記冷却媒体流れの下流側に位置する領域における前記指標をd_downとしたとき、
     d_up<d_down<d_midの関係を満たすとともに
    前記後縁部における前記複数の冷却孔の形成領域は、
     前記翼高さ方向における前記翼部の第1端と第2端との中間位置を含み、且つ、複数の前記冷却孔の開口密度を示す指標がd_midで一定である中央領域と、
     前記翼高さ方向において前記中央領域よりも前記冷却通路内における冷却媒体流れの上流側であって前記形成領域における前記冷却媒体流れの最上流側に位置し、且つ、複数の前記冷却孔の開口密度を示す指標がd_upで一定である最上流側領域と、
     前記翼高さ方向において前記中央領域よりも前記冷却媒体流れの下流側であって前記形成領域における前記冷却媒体流れの最下流側に位置し、且つ、複数の前記冷却孔の開口密度を示す指標がd_downで一定である最下流側領域と、を含むタービン翼。
  3.  翼部と、
     前記翼部の内部において翼高さ方向に沿って延在する冷却通路と、
     前記翼高さ方向に沿って配列するように前記翼部の後縁部に形成され、前記冷却通路に連通するとともに前記後縁部における前記翼部の表面に開口する複数の冷却孔と、
    を備えるタービン翼であって、
     前記タービン翼は動翼であり、
     前記翼高さ方向における前記翼部の先端と基端との中間位置を含む中央領域における前記冷却孔の開口密度を示す指標をd_midとし、前記翼高さ方向において前記中央領域よりも前記先端側に位置する領域における前記指標をd_tipとし、前記翼高さ方向において前記中央領域よりも前記基端側に位置する領域における前記指標をd_rootとしたとき、
     d_tip<d_mid<d_rootの関係を満たすとともに、
     前記開口密度を示す指標d_tip、d_mid及びd_rootは、前記後縁部を貫通するように設けられる前記冷却孔の貫通孔径Dの、前記翼高さ方向に隣り合う前記冷却孔間のピッチPに対する比D/Pであり、
    前記後縁部における前記複数の冷却孔の形成領域は、
     前記翼高さ方向における前記翼部の先端と基端との中間位置を含み、且つ、複数の前記冷却孔の開口密度を示す指標がd_midで一定である中央領域と、
     前記翼高さ方向において前記中央領域よりも前記先端側であって前記形成領域のうち最も前記先端寄りに位置し、且つ、複数の前記冷却孔の開口密度を示す指標がd_tipで一定である先端側領域と、
     前記翼高さ方向において前記中央領域よりも前記基端側であって前記形成領域のうち最も前記基端寄りに位置し、且つ、複数の前記冷却孔の開口密度を示す指標がd_rootで一定である基端側領域と、
    を含むタービン翼。
  4.  翼部と、
    前記翼部の内部において翼高さ方向に沿って延在する冷却通路と、
     前記翼高さ方向に沿って配列して前記翼部の後縁部を対流冷却するように前記後縁部に形成され、前記冷却通路に連通するとともに前記後縁部を貫通して後縁端面に開口する複数の冷却孔と、
    を備えるタービン翼であって、
     前記タービン翼は動翼であり、
     前記翼高さ方向における前記翼部の先端と基端との中間位置を含む中央領域における前記冷却孔の開口密度を示す指標をd_midとし、前記翼高さ方向において前記中央領域よりも前記先端側に位置する領域における前記指標をd_tipとし、前記翼高さ方向において前記中央領域よりも前記基端側に位置する領域における前記指標をd_rootとしたとき、
     d_tip<d_root<d_midの関係を満たし、
    前記後縁部における前記複数の冷却孔の形成領域は、
     前記翼高さ方向における前記翼部の先端と基端との中間位置を含み、且つ、複数の前記冷却孔の開口密度を示す指標がd_midで一定である中央領域と、
     前記翼高さ方向において前記中央領域よりも前記先端側であって前記形成領域のうち最も前記先端寄りに位置し、且つ、複数の前記冷却孔の開口密度を示す指標がd_tipで一定である先端側領域と、
     前記翼高さ方向において前記中央領域よりも前記基端側であって前記形成領域のうち最も前記基端寄りに位置し、且つ、複数の前記冷却孔の開口密度を示す指標がd_rootで一定である基端側領域と、
    を含むタービン翼。
  5.  前記中央領域は、同一径の複数の冷却孔を含み、
    前記中央領域より前記翼部の先端側に位置する先端側領域及び前記中央領域より前記翼部の基端側に位置する基端側領域は、前記中央領域における冷却孔と同一径の複数の冷却孔を含む、
    請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のタービン翼。
  6.  前記翼部の前記表面が前記後縁部の端面である請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のタービン翼。
  7.  前記複数の冷却孔は、前記翼高さ方向に直交する平面に対して傾きをもって形成された請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載のタービン翼。
  8.  前記複数の冷却孔は、互いに平行に形成された請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載のタービン翼。
  9.  前記冷却通路は、前記翼部の内部に形成されたサーペンタイン流路のうちの最終パスである請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載のタービン翼。
  10.  前記タービン翼は動翼であり、
     前記翼部の先端側に、前記冷却通路の出口開口が形成されている
    請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載のタービン翼。
  11.  前記タービン翼は静翼であり、
     前記翼部の内側シュラウド側に、前記冷却通路の出口開口が形成されている
    請求項1又は2に記載のタービン翼。
  12.  請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載のタービン翼と、
     前記タービン翼が設けられる燃焼ガス流路を流れる燃焼ガスを生成するための燃焼器と、を備えるガスタービン。
