Abstract

Description
本发明涉及空调器设备技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种出风框结构及具有其的室内机。
对于采用驱动盒驱动全闭合导风板的空调器,驱动盒穿过出风框结构与导风板配合。而若需对出风框进行拆装时,需将驱动盒的推杆机构归位,即处于收缩状态下才能对出风框进行拆卸。具体操作为:控制驱动盒使推杆部分伸出,将导风板结构进行拆卸后,再将驱动盒的推杆缩回,再对出风框进行拆装,现有的空调器的结构使得室内机拆卸起来操作复杂。
进一步地,现有技术中的出风框供电器盒的推杆穿过的通孔的缝隙较大,造成空调器内部元器件外路的问题,降低了用户使用体验。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种出风框结构及具有其的室内机,以解决现有技术中空调器元器件外露的问题。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种出风框结构,包括:出风框本体,出风框本体上开设有用于供驱动盒的推杆穿过的通孔;开闭件,开闭件与出风框本体相连接,开闭件相对出风框本体可活动地设置,开闭件具有沿第一方向移动以将至少部分的通孔遮蔽的遮蔽位置,以及开闭件具有沿与第一方向相反的第二方向移动以将通孔露出的打开位置。
进一步地,出风框结构还包括:连接部,连接部设置于通孔的孔边沿处,开闭件与连接部相连接,开闭件相对连接部可滑动地设置。
进一步地,连接部包括:连接本体,连接本体与出风框本体相连接;第一限位筋,第一限位筋与连接本体相连接,第一限位筋的内表面与连接本体的外表面之间具有距离地设置以形成第一滑槽,至少部分的开闭件位于第一滑槽内。

具体地,该出风框结构包括出风框本体10和开闭件20。出风框本体10上开设有用于供驱动盒的推杆50穿过的通孔11。开闭件20与出风框本体10相连接,开闭件20相对出风框本体10可活动地设置,开闭件20具有沿第一方向移动以将至少部分的通孔11遮蔽的遮蔽位置,以及开闭件20具有沿与第一方向相反的第二方向移动以将通孔11露出的打开位置。
在本实施例中,在出风框本体10上的通孔11处设置了开闭件20。其中,开闭件20可相对出风框本体10可活动地设置,开闭件20具有沿第一方向移动以将至少部分的通孔11遮蔽 的遮蔽位置,以及开闭件20具有沿与第一方向相反的第二方向移动以将通孔11露出的打开位置。通过开闭件20将通孔与推杆50之间的缝隙进行遮蔽,有效地防止位于出风框本体10内部的元器件外露的问题,将开闭件20打开可以增加推杆50的活动空间,方便出风框本体实现一次性拆卸的问题。使得对出风框本体拆卸时更加方便、高效。
其中,出风框结构还包括连接部12。连接部12设置于通孔11的孔边沿处,开闭件20与连接部12相连接,开闭件20相对连接部12可滑动地设置。这样设置能够增加开闭件20与出风框本体的连接稳定性。
如图3所示,连接部12包括连接本体121和第一限位筋122。连接本体121与出风框本体10相连接,第一限位筋122与连接本体121相连接,第一限位筋122的内表面与连接本体121的外表面之间具有距离地设置以形成第一滑槽30,至少部分的开闭件20位于第一滑槽30内。这样设置使得该开闭件20能够在第一滑槽30内滑动,增加了开闭件20的稳定性。
为了防止开闭件20从第一滑槽30内脱出,连接部12还包括第二限位筋123。第二限位筋123与出风框本体10相连接并位于连接本体121的外侧,第二限位筋123与第一限位筋122相对设置,第二限位筋123与连接本体121之间形成第二滑槽40,开闭件20的两侧分别位于第一滑槽30和第二滑槽40内。
为了防止滑动开闭件20时,开闭件20与推杆的距离较近而与推杆发生干涉作用,连接部12包括限位凸起124。限位凸起124凸出地设置于连接本体121的外表面上。
具体地,如图6所示,开闭件20包括拨盘21。拨盘21的两侧边分别设置于第一滑槽30和第二滑槽40内。这样设置能够有效地增加拨盘21与出风框本体的连接稳定性。
为了方便将拨盘21滑动至预设位置,在拨盘21上开设有与限位凸起124相配合的限位孔22。
为了方便将拨盘21滑动,在拨盘21上设置有拨片23拨片23所在的平面与拨盘21所在的平面具有夹角。优选地,拨片23所在的平面与拨盘21所在的平面相垂直。
为了能够最大范围地将通孔与推杆之间形成的缝隙进行遮蔽住,在拨盘21的边沿处设置有与推杆外周面相配合的弧形缺口24。使得部分的推杆能够从弧形缺口24处穿过,有效地减小了推杆与通孔之间的缝隙,避免了出风框本体内部元器件外露的情况,提高了用户使用体验。如图6所示,拨片23设置于拨盘21的第一端处,弧形缺口24设置于拨盘21的第二端处,限位孔22位于拨片23与弧形缺口24之间。
上述实施例中的出风框结构还可以用于空调器设备技术领域,即根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种室内机。该室内机包括出风框结构。出风框结构为上述实施例中的出风框结构。具体地,出风框结构包括出风框本体10和开闭件20。出风框本体10上开设有用于供驱动盒的推杆穿过的通孔11。开闭件20与出风框本体10相连接,开闭件20相对出风框本体10可活动地设置,开闭件20具有沿第一方向移动以将至少部分的通孔11遮蔽的遮蔽位置,以及开闭件20具有沿与第一方向相反的第二方向移动以将通孔11露出的打开位置。
具体地,传统带有驱动盒的空调器的外观件是在驱动盒的推杆处于闭合状态下,才能进行拆卸外观件以方便内部零件的清洗及维修。在本实施例中提供的室内机,方便了出风框结构外观件拆卸的同时改善了室内机外观的美观性。即在满足出风框结构可拆的同时不影响整机在全局上的美观性。
在本实施例中,室内机的导风板是依靠驱动盒的推杆向外推动实现不同角度的导风功能。所以,出风框结构的拆卸路径会受到驱动盒的推杆的干涉。为了解决以上的问题,出风框在驱动盒的推杆处设置了通孔和开闭件结构。开闭件包括拨盘结构,通孔一方面是增大了驱动盒的推杆的活动空间,做到出风框可拆卸,另一方面该拨盘的位置可变动,故可起到了遮挡封闭驱动盒的推杆与通孔开口的作用,以防止室内机内部空调器内部零件的外露的问题。
在不拆卸出风框结构时,拨盘位于遮挡位置处,使得整机在外观美观性得到很大的改善,防止内部零件的外露。当需要拆卸出风框结构时。需要向远离推杆的一侧拨动拨盘,增大了出风框处的驱动盒的推杆的活动空间,实现了拆卸出风框结构时出风框结构的拆卸路径与驱动盒的推杆不发生空间的干涉,方便了出风框结构的拆卸。
在出风框驱动盒的推杆对应的通孔的一侧设置有两个滑槽结构,在两个滑槽端部的中间处设置限位凸起结构。拨盘的两侧边分别被限位在的两个滑槽内,手动拨动拨盘上的拨片可实现拨盘滑动。
除上述以外,还需要说明的是在本说明书中所谈到的“一个实施例”、“另一个实施例”、“实施例”等,指的是结合该实施例描述的具体特征、结构或者特点包括在本申请概括性描述的至少一个实施例中。在说明书中多个地方出现同种表述不是一定指的是同一个实施例。进一步来说,结合任一实施例描述一个具体特征、结构或者特点时,所要主张的是结合其他实施例来实现这种特征、结构或者特点也落在本发明的范围内。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。

Claims (10)
- 一种出风框结构,其特征在于,包括:出风框本体(10),所述出风框本体(10)上开设有用于供驱动盒的推杆穿过的通孔(11);开闭件(20),所述开闭件(20)与所述出风框本体(10)相连接,所述开闭件(20)相对所述出风框本体(10)可活动地设置,所述开闭件(20)具有沿第一方向移动以将至少部分的所述通孔(11)遮蔽的遮蔽位置,以及所述开闭件(20)具有沿与所述第一方向相反的第二方向移动以将所述通孔(11)露出的打开位置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的出风框结构,其特征在于,所述出风框结构还包括:连接部(12),所述连接部(12)设置于所述通孔(11)的孔边沿处,所述开闭件(20)与所述连接部(12)相连接,所述开闭件(20)相对所述连接部(12)可滑动地设置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的出风框结构,其特征在于,所述连接部(12)包括:连接本体(121),所述连接本体(121)与所述出风框本体(10)相连接;第一限位筋(122),所述第一限位筋(122)与所述连接本体(121)相连接,所述第一限位筋(122)的内表面与所述连接本体(121)的外表面之间具有距离地设置以形成第一滑槽(30),至少部分的所述开闭件(20)位于所述第一滑槽(30)内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的出风框结构,其特征在于,所述连接部(12)还包括:第二限位筋(123),所述第二限位筋(123)与所述出风框本体(10)相连接并位于所述连接本体(121)的外侧,所述第二限位筋(123)与所述第一限位筋(122)相对设置,所述第二限位筋(123)与所述连接本体(121)之间形成第二滑槽(40),所述开闭件(20)的两侧分别位于所述第一滑槽(30)和所述第二滑槽(40)内。
- 根据权利要求3或4所述的出风框结构,其特征在于,所述连接部(12)包括:限位凸起(124),所述限位凸起(124)凸出地设置于所述连接本体(121)的外表面上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的出风框结构,其特征在于,所述开闭件(20)包括:拨盘(21),所述拨盘(21)的两侧边分别设置于所述第一滑槽(30)和所述第二滑槽(40)内。
- 根据权利要求6所述的出风框结构,其特征在于,所述拨盘(21)上开设有限位孔(22)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的出风框结构,其特征在于,所述开闭件(20)还包括:拨片(23),所述拨片(23)与所述拨盘(21)相连接,所述拨片(23)所在的平面与所述拨盘(21)所在的平面具有夹角。
- 根据权利要求6所述的出风框结构,其特征在于,所述拨盘(21)的边沿处设置有与所述推杆外周面相配合的弧形缺口(24)。
- 一种室内机,包括出风框结构,其特征在于,所述出风框结构为权利要求1至9中任一项所述的出风框结构。
