Abstract

Provided are a resource selection method and device, and a terminal. The resource selection method comprises: determining a set of resources related to a first service that a terminal participates in, and prohibiting data packets of other services, other than the first service, from being sent in a time domain or a time-frequency domain corresponding to each resource in the resource set.
