本发明涉及一种智能手表,特别涉及一种智能手表的独立蓝牙发射装置。
背景技术
目前的手表大部分为机械手表,随着智能手机等智能移动终端设备的兴起,越来越多的人对手表的需求不仅仅局限于看时间,希望手表能带有更多的智能因素,能进行数据的处理和交换,但是在数据交换的过程中,由于手表的金属边框会阻挡天线信号的发射,导致信号的弱或者根本没有信号,数据传输效率十分低下。
CN103707721A公开了一种多功能手表,该手表的芯片、芯片板都设置在金属表壳内,在与手机连接时,传输信号不太稳定。
CN104639361A公开了一种手表天线以及覆盖GPS和蓝牙的智能手表,该手表为了在金属边框上设置有多个缝隙防止信号的干扰。但是该设置主要是为了防止信号的干扰,并没有意识到即使解决了信号的干扰问题,但是数据传输不太稳定还是没有解决。
CN 2016111730384(申请号)将蓝牙贴片设置在机芯主板上,经测试,蓝牙信号较弱,在绑定或者运动数据同步传输的过程中偶有信号弱的情况。
技术问题
在数据交换的过程中,由于手表的金属边框会阻挡天线信号的发射,导致信号的弱或者根本没有信号,数据传输效率十分低下。
技术解决方案
本发明为了解决上述的技术问题,提供一种独立的蓝牙发射装置以及结构排布方式,使得智能手表在通过蓝牙传输数据时信号十分稳定。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种带独立蓝牙天线的智能手表,所述智能手表包括金属边框和蓝牙天线,其特征在于,所述金属边框上设置有第一槽口,所述蓝牙天线通过所述第一槽口于所述金属边框配合。
所述蓝牙天线包括金属块和绝缘片,所述金属块为劣弧和弦组成的割圆形状,所述绝缘片与所述金属块堆叠放置,所述金属块位于所述第一槽口向外的一面,所述绝缘片位于所述第一槽口向里的一面,所述绝缘片的横截面积大于所述金属块的横截面,且由所述第一槽口的里往外看,所述绝缘片完全遮挡所述金属块。
所述蓝牙天线包括金属块和绝缘片,所述金属块为劣弧和弦组成的割圆形状,所述绝缘片上设置第二槽口,所述金属块安装到所述第二槽口。
所述蓝牙天线的绝缘片安装到所述第一槽口。
所述金属块和所述绝缘片通过所述第二槽口过盈配合,所述绝缘片与所述金属边框通过所述第一槽口过盈配合。
所述金属块上设置突出的接线部,所述绝缘块的第二槽口上设置有第二孔,所述金属边框的第一槽口上设置有第一孔,所述接线部穿过所述第二孔和所述第一孔。
所述智能手表还包括主板,所述接线部通过接线连接到所述智能手表的主板。
所述智能手表还包括主板,所述接线部穿过所述第一孔的最外端具有弹性部件,当所述蓝牙天线与所述金属边框配合时,所述弹性部件与所述主板上的接点接触,所述弹性部件被压缩。
所述第一槽口设置于所述金属边框的侧面。

通过上述的技术方案,蓝牙天线通过绝缘体设置于边框上,使得智能手表在通过蓝牙传输数据时信号十分稳定。

为了解决蓝牙天线信号传输不稳定的情况,本发明专门设置了一种蓝牙天线以及安装方式,如附图1所示,智能手表的外壳为不锈钢壳体,现有的所有的智能手表上的蓝牙装置均集成或者安装在主板上,在不锈钢壳体全覆盖的情况下,信号损失非常大,甚至在某些方位几乎接收不到信号。
所述的智能手表可以包括主板、主板芯片、加速度传感器、温度传感器、心率传感器、蓝牙天线;所述的智能手表包括机械指针、穿孔屏幕,所述机械指针的指针轴穿过所述穿孔屏幕的穿孔。
所述智能手表具有金属边框1(如不锈钢壳体),在金属边框1的侧面开设有第一槽口2。
所述的蓝牙天线包括金属块3和绝缘片4,所述金属块采用高发射效率的天线材质制作,为劣弧和弦组成的割圆形状,所述绝缘片上开设有与所述金属块形状一致的第二槽口,所述金属块3镶嵌至所述绝缘片的第二槽口中,过盈配合以防掉落。
所述的第一槽口2形状与所述绝缘片4形状一致,所述绝缘片4镶嵌至所述第一槽口中,过盈配合防止掉落。
所述金属块上设置有接线部6,所述所述绝缘块的第二槽口上设置有第二孔,所述金属边框的第一槽口上设置有第一孔,所述接线部穿过所述第二孔和所述第一孔,然后连接所述主板。
在连接主板的方式上,可以采用接线连接,所述接线为阻抗为50Ω的射频线。但是该方法由于采用了走线,可能存在断裂的现象,因此,可以在接线部的端部设置一弹性部件,在主板上设置一个接点,当所述蓝牙天线与所述金属边框配合时,所述弹性部件与所述主板上的接点接触,所述弹性部件被压缩。
进一步的,所述第一槽口设置于所述智能手表安装表带的所述金属边框的侧面。
所述金属块和所述绝缘片或蓝牙天线与所述金属边框镶嵌装配。
所述金属块和所述绝缘片或蓝牙天线与所述金属边框卡接装配。

  1. 一种带独立蓝牙天线的智能手表,所述智能手表包括金属边框和蓝牙天线,其特征在于,所述金属边框上设置有第一槽口,所述蓝牙天线通过所述第一槽口于所述金属边框配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带独立蓝牙天线的智能手表,其特征在于,所述蓝牙天线包括金属块和绝缘片,所述金属块为劣弧和弦组成的割圆形状,所述绝缘片与所述金属块堆叠放置,所述金属块位于所述第一槽口向外的一面,所述绝缘片位于所述第一槽口向里的一面,所述绝缘片的横截面积大于所述金属块的横截面,且由所述第一槽口的里往外看,所述绝缘片完全遮挡所述金属块。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带独立蓝牙天线的智能手表,其特征在于,所述蓝牙天线包括金属块和绝缘片,所述金属块为劣弧和弦组成的割圆形状,所述绝缘片上设置第二槽口,所述金属块安装到所述第二槽口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种带独立蓝牙天线的智能手表,其特征在于,所述蓝牙天线的绝缘片安装到所述第一槽口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种带独立蓝牙天线的智能手表,其特征在于,所述金属块和所述绝缘片通过所述第二槽口过盈配合,所述绝缘片与所述金属边框通过所述第一槽口过盈配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种带独立蓝牙天线的智能手表,其特征在于,所述金属块上设置突出的接线部,所述绝缘块的第二槽口上设置有第二孔,所述金属边框的第一槽口上设置有第一孔,所述接线部穿过所述第二孔和所述第一孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种带独立蓝牙天线的智能手表,其特征在于,所述智能手表还包括主板,所述接线部通过接线连接到所述智能手表的主板。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种带独立蓝牙天线的智能手表,其特征在于,所述智能手表还包括主板,所述接线部穿过所述第一孔的最外端具有弹性部件,当所述蓝牙天线与所述金属边框配合时,所述弹性部件与所述主板上的接点接触,所述弹性部件被压缩。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的一种带独立蓝牙天线的智能手表,其特征在于,所述第一槽口设置于所述智能手表安装表带的所述金属边框的侧面。
