Abstract

一种线上清算方法,方法包括:在交易平台系统中创建清算账户,清算账户的账户信息包括开户行信息(S10);在接收到基于清算账户的线上清算功能开通请求时,根据开户行信息判断清算账户是否满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件(S20);若是,则开通清算账户的线上清算功能(S30);在接收到基于清算账户触发的支付指令时,根据清算账户的线上清算功能将支付指令发送给开户行信息对应的开户行系统,以使开户行系统根据支付指令执行相应的划款操作(S40)。还公开了一种线上清算设备和一种计算机可读存储介质。能够简化线上清算操作过程,提高线上清算效率。

本申请要求于2017年7月7日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710550492.5、发明名称为“线上清算方法、设备及计算机可读存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在申请中。

本发明涉及互联网技术领域,尤其涉及线上清算方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
随着互联网金融的不断发展,越来越多的金融产品开始支持线上清算。目前,金融产品在进行线上交易时,交易平台普遍是以跳转至银行网银的形式实行划款清算,如用户在交易平台上购买了某金融产品并选择网银支付方式,此时交易页面将跳转至相应的网上银行支付页面,用户需要输入网上银行账户和密码登录网上银行,然后再输入相应的支付口令或支付密码完成支付。这种方式的不足之处在于:在进行支付清算时还需跳转至银行网银页面,并输入相关账户信息,操作过程较为繁琐,清算效率较低。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提出一种线上清算方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质,旨在简化线上清算操作过程,提高线上清算效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种线上清算方法,所述线上清算方法包括如下步骤:
在交易平台系统中创建清算账户,所述清算账户的账户信息包括开户行信息;
在接收到基于所述清算账户的线上清算功能开通请求时,根据所述开户行信息判断所述清算账户是否满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件;
若是,则开通所述清算账户的线上清算功能;
在接收到基于所述清算账户触发的支付指令时,根据所述清算账户的线上清算功能将所述支付指令发送给所述开户行信息对应的开户行系统,以使所述开户行系统根据所述支付指令执行相应的划款操作。
可选地,所述根据所述开户行信息判断所述清算账户是否满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件的步骤包括:
根据所述开户行信息判断所述清算账户是否需要办理临柜验证;
若所述清算账户需要办理临柜验证,则从所述开户行系统获取所述清算账户的临柜验证信息,并对所述临柜验证信息进行校验;在所述临柜验证信息校验通过时,判定所述清算账户满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件;

本发明实施例的主要解决方案是:在交易平台系统中创建清算账户,所述清算账户的账户信息包括开户行信息;在接收到基于所述清算账户的线上清算功能开通请求时,根据所述开户行信息判断所述清算账户是否满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件;若是,则开通所述清算账户的线上清算功能;在接收到基于所述清算账户触发的支付指令时,根据所述清算账户的线上清算功能将所述支付指令发送给所述开户行信息对应的开户行系统,以使所述开户行系统根据所述支付指令执行相应的划款操作。
现有技术中,金融产品在进行线上交易时,交易平台普遍是以跳转至银行网银的形式实行划款清算,这种方式的不足之处在于:在进行支付清算时还需跳转至银行网银页面,并输入相关账户信息,操作过程较为繁琐,清算效率较低。
本发明用户在交易平台系统中创建清算账户并开通清算账户的线上清算功能,在后续交易时,交易平台系统可通过创建的清算账户直接向开户行系统发送支付指令,从而使开户行系统执行相应的划款操作,该过程无需跳转至银行网银进行二次账户信息录入,从而简化了线上清算操作过程,提高了线上清算效率。
本发明提供一种线上清算方法。
如图1所示,图1是本发明实施例方案涉及的硬件运行环境的设备结构示意图。
本发明实施例线上清算设备可以是PC,也可以是智能手机、平板电脑、便携计算机等具有显示功能的可移动式终端设备。
如图1所示,该线上清算设备可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,网络接口1004,用户接口1003,存储器1005,通信总线1002。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
可选地,线上清算设备还可以包括摄像头、RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路,传感器、音频电路、WiFi模块等等。其中,传感器比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示屏的亮度,接近传感器可在移动终端移动到耳边时,关闭显示屏和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,重力加速度传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别移动终端姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;当然,移动终端还可配置陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的线上清算设备结构并不构成对终端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图1所示,作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及线上清算程序。
在图1所示的终端中,网络接口1004主要用于连接后台服务器,与后台服务器进行数据通信;用户接口1003主要用于连接客户端(用户端),与客户端进行数据通信;而处理器1001可以用于调用存储器1005中存储的线上清算程序,并执行以下操作:
在交易平台系统中创建清算账户,所述清算账户的账户信息包括开户行信息;
在接收到基于所述清算账户的线上清算功能开通请求时,根据所述开户行信息判断所述清算账户是否满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件;
若是,则开通所述清算账户的线上清算功能;

参照图2,图2为本发明线上清算方法第一实施例的流程示意图,所述方法包括:
步骤S10,在交易平台系统中创建清算账户,所述清算账户的账户信息包括开户行信息;
本实施例中的交易平台主要用于金融机构之间的在线交易,其中,在线交易产品包括货币、外汇、有价证券等各类金融产品。在购买方(用户)通过交易平台购买销售方销售的金融产品时,购买方首先需要在交易平台系统中创建清算账户,该清算账户的账户信息应包括开户行信息,购买方通过该开户行的银行账户实现对购买的金融产品进行付款。
具体地,交易平台系统可以接收用户的创建指令,根据该创建指令显示清算账户的账户信息录入界面,用户通过该显示界面输入交易账户名称、账号及开户行信息,其中,开户行信息包括开户行名称、开户行网点、开户账户名称、开户账户类型及银行账号等信息。可选地,交易平台系统还可以通过开户行网点自动识别出该开户行网点的大额支付行号(开户行网点的唯一标识号码),并将其作为开户行信息一并保存在清算账户的账户信息中。
在用户录入清算账户的账户信息之后,交易平台系统可以对该账户信息进行校验,如判断交易账户名称是否和已创建的清算账户重复、用户是否已勾选同意线上清算服务协议等,若校验通过,则交易平台在系统中创建对应的清算账户。
需要说明的是,用户可以根据实际需要在交易平台系统中创建多个清算账户,每个清算账户对应不同的开户行信息,如此,后续用户在进行支付清算时,能够选择不同的清算账户作为支付账户以实现线上清算,增加了用户的线上清算途径。
步骤S20,在接收到基于所述清算账户的线上清算功能开通请求时,根据所述开户行信息判断所述清算账户是否满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件。
在创建清算账户之后,用户还需要开通该清算账户的线上清算功能。具体地,用户基于创建的清算账户触发线上清算功能开通请求,交易平台系统在接收到该线上清算功能开通请求后,根据清算账户的开户行信息判断该清算账户是否满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件。
其中,线上清算功能开通条件可以进行灵活设置,比如,交易平台系统可以获取开户行信息中的开户行名称,根据该开户名称判断该开户行是否和平台系统签署了线上清算服务协议,若是,则判定清算账户是否满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件;又如,交易平台系统可以根据开户行信息调用该开户行的系统接口并获取开户行系统的返回值,以验证开户行信息中的开户账户名称、开户账户类型及银行账号是否存在或是否有效,若是,则判定清算账户是否满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件;当然,交易平台系统也可以在开户行和平台系统签署了线上清算服务协议、开户行信息有效两个条件同时满足时,判定清算账户是否满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件,等等。
步骤S30,若所述清算账户满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件,则开通所述清算账户的线上清算功能;
如果清算账户满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件,则开通清算账户的线上清算功能,否则不开通清算账户的线上清算功能。
当清算账户开通线上清算功能之后,该清算账户即可作为用户在交易平台进行在线交易的支付账户。
步骤S40,在接收到基于所述清算账户触发的支付指令时,根据所述清算账户的线上清算功能将所述支付指令发送给所述开户行信息对应的开户行系统,以使所述开户行系统根据所述支付指令执行相应的划款操作。
用户在交易平台上购买金融产品时,选择一个清算账户作为支付账户,交易平台系统在接收到基于某个清算账户触发的支付指令时,根据该清算账户的线上清算功能将该支付指令发送给该清算账户对应的开户行系统,其中,支付指令包括付款账户信息、收款账户信息和支付数额,开户行系统根据支付指令执行相应的划款操作,即通过用户在开户行的开户账户向收款账户进行划款。在划款成功时,开户行系统返回支付成功信息,交易平台系统将支付成功信息展示给用户前端,由此,完成了金融产品的线上清算。
需要说明的是,本实施例的交易平台系统和开户行系统是以直连方式连接,该直连方式依赖于交易平台和开户行之间的合作关系,交易平台系统直接通过向开户行系统发起划款指令进行款项划拨,操作方便。
在本实施例中,在交易平台系统中创建清算账户,所述清算账户的账户信息包括开户行信息;在接收到基于所述清算账户的线上清算功能开通请求时,根据所述开户行信息判断所述清算账户是否满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件;若是,则开通所述清算账户的线上清算功能;在接收到基于所述清算账户触发的支付指令时,根据所述清算账户的线上清算功能将所述支付指令发送给所述开户行信息对应的开户行系统,以使所述开户行系统根据所述支付指令执行相应的划款操作。通过上述方式,本发明用户在交易平台系统中创建清算账户并开通清算账户的线上清算功能,在后续交易时,交易平台系统可通过创建的清算账户直接向开户行系统发送支付指令,从而使开户行系统执行相应的划款操作,该过程无需跳转至银行网银进行二次账户信息录入,从而简化了线上清算操作过程,提高了线上清算效率。

步骤S21,根据所述开户行信息判断所述清算账户是否需要办理临柜验证;
对于某些开户行或开户账户类型,为确保账户安全,其可能要求客户办理临柜验证,临柜验证即客户前往开户行现场进行验证,考虑到这种情况,交易平台系统在接收到基于清算账户的线上清算功能开通请求时,可以首先根据清算账户的开户行信息判断该清算账户是否需要办理临柜验证。
若所述清算账户需要办理临柜验证,则执行:
步骤S22,从所述开户行系统获取所述清算账户的临柜验证信息,并对所述临柜验证信息进行校验;
步骤S23,在所述临柜验证信息校验通过时,判定所述清算账户满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件;
若该清算账户需要办理临柜验证,则交易平台系统输出提示信息以提示用户该清算账户需要办理临柜验证,此时用户需要携带相关材料(平台授权书、身份证等)前往开户行,并填写开户行提供的协议(平台、银行和客户之间的三方协议)签约申请书,银行柜员将协议签约申请信息录入行方系统后,由行方系统向交易平台系统发送包含协议签约申请的临柜验证信息,交易平台系统对该临柜验证信息进行校验,包括验证客户签约信息与清算账户的账户信息是否匹配等,在临柜验证信息校验通过时,交易平台系统判定该清算账户满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件,并开通该清算账户的线上清算功能。
若所述清算账户不需要办理临柜验证,则执行:
步骤S24,调用所述开户行系统接口对所述开户行信息进行校验;
步骤S25,在所述开户行信息校验通过时,判定所述清算账户满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件。
若该清算账户不需要办理临柜验证,则交易平台系统调用与清算账户对应的开户行的系统接口并获取开户行系统的返回值,从而对用户录入的开户行信息进行校验,比如验证开户行信息中的开户账户名称、开户账户类型及银行账号是否存在或是否有效等,在开户行信息校验通过时,交易平台系统判定该清算账户满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件。
进一步地,上述步骤S21可以包括:
步骤S211,根据所述开户行名称判断所述开户行是否为预设开户行,若是,则判定所述清算账户需要办理临柜验证。
具体地,交易平台系统可以预先设定需要用户办理临柜验证的开户行名称,后续判断清算账户中的开户行是否为预设开户行时,可以获取开户行信息中的开户行名称,若获取到的开户行名称和预设开户行名称匹配,则判定该清算账户需要办理临柜验证。此外,交易平台系统还可以通过预先设定需要用户办理临柜验证的开户行网点或开户行大额支付行号等方式判断该清算账户需要办理临柜验证,具体的判断方式类似于开户行名称,此处不再赘述。
本实施例通过线下的临柜验证,进一步确保了用户账户安全和账户信息的真实可靠性,为后续线上清算提供了前提保证。
进一步地,参照图4,图4为本发明线上清算方法第二实施例的流程示意图。基于本发明线上清算方法第一实施例,在步骤S40之后,还可以包括:
步骤S50,接收所述开户行系统返回的划款结果,将所述划款结果在所述交易平台系统前端进行展示。
在本实施例中,为使用户获知划款结果,开户行系统在执行划款操作之后,将划款结果返回至交易平台系统,交易平台系统接收到开户行系统返回的划款结果后,将划款结果在用户前端进行展示。具体地,若开户行系统划款成功,则将划款成功的信息返回至交易平台系统前端以提示用户本次交易成功;若开户行系统划款失败,则将失败原因(如账户余额不足,账户已被注销等)返回至交易平台系统前端,以提示用户本次交易失败,此时用户可以根据失败原因实施相应的补救措施,比如账户充值、更换清算账户等。
进一步地,参照图5,图5为本发明线上清算方法第三实施例的流程示意图。基于本发明线上清算方法第二实施例,在步骤S50之后,还可以包括:
步骤S60,根据所述划款结果生成所述清算账户的清算报表,将所述清算报表保存至所述交易平台系统的历史交易数据库中。
在本实施中,交易平台系统可以根据划款结果生成清算账户的清算报表,并将清算报表保存至历史交易数据库中,其中,清算报表可以包括清算流水总账、清算对账总览、清算对账明细、清算日志查询、清算异常查询等报表。当发生清算异常时,用户可以通过查看清算报表进行对账和异常排查,此外,用户还可以通过清算报表实现对金融产品购买情况的监控和统计。
本发明还提供一种线上清算装置。
本发明线上清算装置包括:
创建模块,用于在交易平台系统中创建清算账户,所述清算账户的账户信息包括开户行信息;
判断模块,用于在接收到基于所述清算账户的线上清算功能开通请求时,根据所述开户行信息判断所述清算账户是否满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件;

进一步地,所述判断模块还用于:
根据所述开户行信息判断所述清算账户是否需要办理临柜验证;
若所述清算账户需要办理临柜验证,则从所述开户行系统获取所述清算账户的临柜验证信息,并对所述临柜验证信息进行校验;在所述临柜验证信息校验通过时,判定所述清算账户满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件;
若所述清算账户不需要办理临柜验证,则调用所述开户行系统接口对所述开户行信息进行校验;在所述开户行信息校验通过时,判定所述清算账户满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件。
进一步地,所述开户行信息包括开户行名称,所述判断模块还用于:
根据所述开户行名称判断所述开户行是否为预设开户行,若是,则判定所述清算账户需要办理临柜验证。
进一步地,所述线上清算装置还包括:
展示模块,用于接收所述开户行系统返回的划款结果,将所述划款结果在所述交易平台系统前端进行展示。
进一步地,所述线上清算装置还包括:
生成模块,用于根据所述划款结果生成所述清算账户的清算报表,将所述清算报表保存至所述交易平台系统的历史交易数据库中。
上述各模块所实现的功能可参照本发明线上清算方法实施例,此处不再赘述。
本发明还提供一种线上清算设备。
本发明线上清算设备包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的线上清算程序,所述线上清算程序被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
在交易平台系统中创建清算账户,所述清算账户的账户信息包括开户行信息;
在接收到基于所述清算账户的线上清算功能开通请求时,根据所述开户行信息判断所述清算账户是否满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件;
若是,则开通所述清算账户的线上清算功能;
在接收到基于所述清算账户触发的支付指令时,根据所述清算账户的线上清算功能将所述支付指令发送给所述开户行信息对应的开户行系统,以使所述开户行系统根据所述支付指令执行相应的划款操作。
进一步地,所述线上清算程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
根据所述开户行信息判断所述清算账户是否需要办理临柜验证;
若所述清算账户需要办理临柜验证,则从所述开户行系统获取所述清算账户的临柜验证信息,并对所述临柜验证信息进行校验;在所述临柜验证信息校验通过时,判定所述清算账户满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件;
若所述清算账户不需要办理临柜验证,则调用所述开户行系统接口对所述开户行信息进行校验;在所述开户行信息校验通过时,判定所述清算账户满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件。
进一步地,所述开户行信息包括开户行名称,所述线上清算程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
根据所述开户行名称判断所述开户行是否为预设开户行,若是,则判定所述清算账户需要办理临柜验证。

在交易平台系统中创建清算账户,所述清算账户的账户信息包括开户行信息;
在接收到基于所述清算账户的线上清算功能开通请求时,根据所述开户行信息判断所述清算账户是否满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件;
若是,则开通所述清算账户的线上清算功能;
在接收到基于所述清算账户触发的支付指令时,根据所述清算账户的线上清算功能将所述支付指令发送给所述开户行信息对应的开户行系统,以使所述开户行系统根据所述支付指令执行相应的划款操作。
进一步地,所述线上清算程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:

Claims (20)

  1. 一种线上清算方法,其特征在于,所述线上清算方法包括如下步骤:
    在交易平台系统中创建清算账户,所述清算账户的账户信息包括开户行信息;
    在接收到基于所述清算账户的线上清算功能开通请求时,根据所述开户行信息判断所述清算账户是否满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件;
    若是,则开通所述清算账户的线上清算功能;
    在接收到基于所述清算账户触发的支付指令时,根据所述清算账户的线上清算功能将所述支付指令发送给所述开户行信息对应的开户行系统,以使所述开户行系统根据所述支付指令执行相应的划款操作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的线上清算方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述开户行信息判断所述清算账户是否满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件的步骤包括:
    根据所述开户行信息判断所述清算账户是否需要办理临柜验证;
    若所述清算账户需要办理临柜验证,则从所述开户行系统获取所述清算账户的临柜验证信息,并对所述临柜验证信息进行校验;在所述临柜验证信息校验通过时,判定所述清算账户满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件;
    若所述清算账户不需要办理临柜验证,则调用所述开户行系统接口对所述开户行信息进行校验;在所述开户行信息校验通过时,判定所述清算账户满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的线上清算方法,其特征在于,所述开户行信息包括开户行名称,所述根据所述开户行信息判断所述清算账户是否需要办理临柜验证的步骤包括:
    根据所述开户行名称判断所述开户行是否为预设开户行,若是,则判定所述清算账户需要办理临柜验证。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的线上清算方法,其特征在于,所述线上清算方法还包括:
    接收所述开户行系统返回的划款结果,将所述划款结果在所述交易平台系统前端进行展示。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的线上清算方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述开户行系统返回的划款结果,并将所述划款结果在所述交易平台系统前端进行展示的步骤之后,还包括:
    根据所述划款结果生成所述清算账户的清算报表,将所述清算报表保存至所述交易平台系统的历史交易数据库中。
  6. 一种线上清算装置,其特征在于,所述线上清算装置包括:
    创建模块,用于在交易平台系统中创建清算账户,所述清算账户的账户信息包括开户行信息;
    判断模块,用于在接收到基于所述清算账户的线上清算功能开通请求时,根据所述开户行信息判断所述清算账户是否满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件;
    开通模块,用于若所述清算账户满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件,则开通所述清算账户的线上清算功能;
    发送模块,用于在接收到基于所述清算账户触发的支付指令时,根据所述清算账户的线上清算功能将所述支付指令发送给所述开户行信息对应的开户行系统,以使所述开户行系统根据所述支付指令执行相应的划款操作。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的线上清算装置,其特征在于,所述判断模块还用于:
    根据所述开户行信息判断所述清算账户是否需要办理临柜验证;
    若所述清算账户需要办理临柜验证,则从所述开户行系统获取所述清算账户的临柜验证信息,并对所述临柜验证信息进行校验;在所述临柜验证信息校验通过时,判定所述清算账户满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件;
    若所述清算账户不需要办理临柜验证,则调用所述开户行系统接口对所述开户行信息进行校验;在所述开户行信息校验通过时,判定所述清算账户满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的线上清算装置,其特征在于,所述开户行信息包括开户行名称,所述判断模块还用于:
    根据所述开户行名称判断所述开户行是否为预设开户行,若是,则判定所述清算账户需要办理临柜验证。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的线上清算装置,其特征在于,所述线上清算装置还包括:
    展示模块,用于接收所述开户行系统返回的划款结果,将所述划款结果在所述交易平台系统前端进行展示。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的线上清算装置,其特征在于,所述线上清算装置还包括:
    生成模块,用于根据所述划款结果生成所述清算账户的清算报表,将所述清算报表保存至所述交易平台系统的历史交易数据库中。
  11. 一种线上清算设备,其特征在于,所述线上清算设备包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的线上清算程序,所述线上清算程序被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    在交易平台系统中创建清算账户,所述清算账户的账户信息包括开户行信息;
    在接收到基于所述清算账户的线上清算功能开通请求时,根据所述开户行信息判断所述清算账户是否满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件;
    若是,则开通所述清算账户的线上清算功能;
    在接收到基于所述清算账户触发的支付指令时,根据所述清算账户的线上清算功能将所述支付指令发送给所述开户行信息对应的开户行系统,以使所述开户行系统根据所述支付指令执行相应的划款操作。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的线上清算设备,其特征在于,所述线上清算程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    根据所述开户行信息判断所述清算账户是否需要办理临柜验证;
    若所述清算账户需要办理临柜验证,则从所述开户行系统获取所述清算账户的临柜验证信息,并对所述临柜验证信息进行校验;在所述临柜验证信息校验通过时,判定所述清算账户满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件;
    若所述清算账户不需要办理临柜验证,则调用所述开户行系统接口对所述开户行信息进行校验;在所述开户行信息校验通过时,判定所述清算账户满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的线上清算设备,其特征在于,所述线上清算程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    根据所述开户行名称判断所述开户行是否为预设开户行,若是,则判定所述清算账户需要办理临柜验证。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的线上清算设备,其特征在于,所述线上清算程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    接收所述开户行系统返回的划款结果,将所述划款结果在所述交易平台系统前端进行展示。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的线上清算设备,其特征在于,所述线上清算程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    根据所述划款结果生成所述清算账户的清算报表,将所述清算报表保存至所述交易平台系统的历史交易数据库中。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有线上清算程序,所述线上清算程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    在交易平台系统中创建清算账户,所述清算账户的账户信息包括开户行信息;
    在接收到基于所述清算账户的线上清算功能开通请求时,根据所述开户行信息判断所述清算账户是否满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件;
    若是,则开通所述清算账户的线上清算功能;
    在接收到基于所述清算账户触发的支付指令时,根据所述清算账户的线上清算功能将所述支付指令发送给所述开户行信息对应的开户行系统,以使所述开户行系统根据所述支付指令执行相应的划款操作。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述线上清算程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    根据所述开户行信息判断所述清算账户是否需要办理临柜验证;
    若所述清算账户需要办理临柜验证,则从所述开户行系统获取所述清算账户的临柜验证信息,并对所述临柜验证信息进行校验;在所述临柜验证信息校验通过时,判定所述清算账户满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件;
    若所述清算账户不需要办理临柜验证,则调用所述开户行系统接口对所述开户行信息进行校验;在所述开户行信息校验通过时,判定所述清算账户满足预设的线上清算功能开通条件。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述开户行信息包括开户行名称,所述线上清算程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    根据所述开户行名称判断所述开户行是否为预设开户行,若是,则判定所述清算账户需要办理临柜验证。
  19. 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述线上清算程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
