进风口51设置于外壳5下部位置,出风口52设置于外壳5上部位置,风扇41是离心风扇,其进风方向是沿着其中心轴线,出风方向与其中心轴线垂直,数量至少为一个,布置于空气过滤筒之上的位置;室内空气在离心风扇的作用下,经由设置于下部位置的进风口进入空气净化装置,沿垂直于地面向上的方向经过空气过滤筒过滤净化,空气流经过离心风扇后,其方向由垂直向上变为水平方向,然后经由出风口,通过出风口导向板进行方向调节,由水平方向改为向下倾斜排出到室内;出风口处布置有空气过滤筒之外的含有活性炭的滤网。
实用例二:如图5所示:
进风口51设置于外壳下部位置,出风口52设置于外壳上部位置,风扇41是轴流风扇,其进风方向和出风方向都是沿着其中心轴线,数量至少为一个,布置于出风口之下的位置。室内空气在轴流风扇的作用下,经由设置于下部位置的进风口进入空气净化装置,沿垂直于地面向上的方向经过空气过滤筒过滤净化,空气流通过空气过滤筒之后经壳体顶部阻挡转向90度,变为水平方向,然后经由出风口,通过出风口导向板进行方向调节,由水平方向改为向下倾斜排出到室内;出风口处布置有空气过滤筒之外的含有活性炭的滤网。
实用例三:如图6所示:
进风口51设置于外壳上部位置,出风口52设置于外壳下部位置,风扇是轴流风扇,其进风方向和出风方向都是沿着其中心轴线,数量至少为一个,布置于进风口之下的位置。室内空气在轴流风扇的作用下,经由设置于上部位置的进风口进入空气净化装置,沿垂直于地面向下的方向经过空气过滤筒过滤净化,然后经由设置于下部的出风口,通过出风口导向板进行方向调节,由垂直向下方向改为倾斜向下排出到室内;出风口导向板可以调节出风的方向和区域。
本发明将空气净化装置采用吸顶的安装方式,升降杆通过电机带动进行自由升降调节所需高度,结构简单,操作方便;与照明装置线路配合共用,安装使用方便,安装于屋顶,不会占用空间,且利用原有的照明线路,无需再布线,节约成本。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种吸顶式安装的空气净化装置,其特征在于:包括:电机、可上下伸缩的悬挂结构,电气控制装置,至少一个空气过滤装置,外壳、装饰罩,出风口导向板、开关、遥控器;其中,电机、可上下伸缩的悬挂结构的上端及电气控制装置固定在顶部墙面上;电机驱动的可上下伸缩的悬挂结构进行上下伸缩动作,调整空气过滤装置与地面的距离,可上下伸缩的悬挂结构下端与外壳相连;空气过滤装置内置于外壳内,包含风扇和空气过滤筒,空气过滤装置和电气控制装置之间通过柔性电线相连;外壳由壳体和面板组成,外壳上设置有进风口和出风口;开关安装在墙面,在开关是开启状态时,遥控器分别控制空气净化装置的工作状态和空气净化装置与地面的距离;出风口导向板与外壳上的出风口配合可以调节出风的方向和净化区域。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种吸顶式安装的空气净化装置,其特征在于:
    所述的空气净化装置还设有一安装挂板,所述的电机、可上下伸缩的悬挂结构的上端及电气控制装置固定在安装挂板上,安装挂板再固定在顶部墙面上。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种吸顶式安装的空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述的空气净化装置还设有一安全绳,安全绳由多股高强度钢丝组成,一端直接固定于房间顶部墙面,另一端与外壳相连;空气在风扇的驱动下,沿着垂直于地面的方向,经过空气过滤装置进行过滤净化,在遥控器控制下和电机驱动下,可上下伸缩的悬挂结构上下伸缩调整空气过滤装置和地面的距离以获得最佳的净化效果并易于维护操作,安全绳的长度设定为不能影响可上下伸缩的悬挂结构的伸缩动作。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种吸顶式安装的空气净化装置,其特征在于:外壳包括壳体和面板,空气过滤筒包括空气过滤筒外壳和各净化单元;空气过滤筒内依次放置各种过滤净化单元,空气过滤筒外壳将各过滤净化单元包裹成一个完整的单一部件,空气过滤筒以易于装拆的方式安装于壳体上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种吸顶式安装的空气净化装置,其特征在于:装饰罩通过安装挂板固定于房间顶部墙面或者与外壳为一体;装饰罩向下的面板上布置LED灯以增加照明功能。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种吸顶式安装的空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述空气过滤筒中各过滤净化单元包括一个初效滤网,至少一个高效滤网或一个亚高效滤网,沿着空气运动的方向,初效滤网处于第一个的位置,紧邻进风口。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的一种吸顶式安装的空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述的空气过滤筒中各过滤净化单元包括一个初效滤网,至少一个活性炭吸附装置,沿着空气运动的方向,初效滤网处于第一个的位置,紧邻进风口,活性炭吸附装置处于最后的位置。
  8. 如权利要求6或7所述的一种吸顶式安装的空气净化装置,其特征在于:进风口设置于外壳下部位置,出风口设置于外壳上部位置,风扇是离心风扇,其进风方向是沿着其中心轴线,出风方向与其中心轴线垂直,数量至少为一个,布置于空气过滤筒之上的位置;室内空气在离心风扇的作用下,经由设置于下部位置的进风口进入空气净化装置,沿垂直于地面向上的方向经过空气过滤筒过滤净化,空气流经过离心风扇后,其方向由垂直向上变为水平方向,然后经由出风口,通过出风口导向板进行方向调节,由水平方向改为向下倾斜排出到室内;出风口处布置有空气过滤筒之外的含有活性炭的滤网。
  9. 如权利要求6或7所述的一种吸顶式安装的空气净化装置,其特征在于:进风口设置于外壳下部位置,出风口设置于外壳上部位置,风扇是轴流风扇,其进风方向和出风方向都是沿着其中心轴线,数量至少为一个,布置于出风口之下的位置。室内空气在轴流风扇的作用下,经由设置于下部位置的进风口进入空气净化装置,沿垂直于地面向上的方向经过空气过滤筒过滤净化,空气流通过空气过滤筒之后经壳体顶部阻挡转向90度,变为水平方向,然后经由出风口,通过出风口导向板进行方向调节,由水平方向改为向下倾斜排出到室内;出风口处布置有空气过滤筒之外的含有活性炭的滤网。
  10. 如权利要求6或7所述的一种吸顶式安装的空气净化装置,其特征在于:进风口设置于外壳上部位置,出风口设置于外壳下部位置,风扇是轴流风扇,其进风方向和出风方向都是沿着其中心轴线,数量至少为一个,布置于进风口之下的位置;室内空气在轴流风扇的作用下,经由设置于上部位置的进风口进入空气净化装置,沿垂直于地面向下的方向经过空气过滤筒过滤净化,然后经由设置于下部的出风口,通过出风口导向板进行方向调节,由垂直向下方向改为倾斜向下排出到室内;出风口导向板可以调节出风的方向和区域。
