Description

一种新型消防灭火器 技术领域
本发明涉及消防灭火器领域,特别涉及一种新型消防灭火器。
背景技术
泡沫灭火器能喷射出大量二氧化碳及泡沫,它们能粘附在可燃物上,使可燃物与空气隔绝,达到灭火的目的。现有技术的泡沫灭火器内有两个容器,分别盛放两种液体,它们是硫酸铝和碳酸氢钠溶液,分别放置在内筒和外筒,两种溶液互不接触,不发生任何化学反应。当需要泡沫灭火器时,把灭火器倒立,两种溶液混合在一起,就会产生大量的二氧化碳气体。这种泡沫灭火器,如果不小心倾倒,两张化学溶液就会反应生成大量二氧化碳气体,非常危险。且放置时间过长,碳酸氢钠容易分解,使得泡沫灭火剂失效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型消防灭火器,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
本发明提供一种新型消防灭火器,包括灭火罐和泡沫发生器,灭火罐顶部设有手柄,手柄下安装有压把,压把与手柄连接处设有拉环,手柄前部连接有喷射管路,喷射管路前部安装有喷射嘴,泡沫发生器与喷射管路相连。本技术方案的灭火罐内罐装有CO2或者其他惰性气体,泡沫发生器内装有液体泡沫,最简单的设计为泡沫发生器内盛有水溶液,加入发泡剂后通过摇晃,产生大量泡沫。在使用时,首先拉开灭火罐与手柄之间设有的拉环,CO2气体通过喷射管路喷出,经过泡沫发生器,CO2气体带出液体泡沫成分,增加其灭火效率,其次消防员在灭火过程中,一手抓住手柄,按动手柄下部的压把,同时调整喷射嘴方向对准火源根部,通过喷射管路喷射出带有液体泡沫的CO2气体。
在一些实施方式中,泡沫发生器和喷射管路可拆卸式连接。可拆卸式连接,简单方便,能达到随拆随用的效果。且能及时更换发泡剂或补充发泡剂。
在一些实施方式中,泡沫发生器顶部设有具有外螺纹结构的连接元件,喷射管路内设有具有内螺纹结构的空腔,泡沫发生器的连接元件和喷射管路的空腔通过螺旋连接。如此设计,可以通过简单的旋转,来达到安装或拆卸的目的。
在一些实施方式中,喷射管路包括第一喷射管路和第二喷射管路,第一喷射管路与第二喷射管路相连,第一喷射管路和第二喷射管路之间设有挡板,第一喷射管路与泡沫发生器入口端相连,第二喷射管路与泡沫发生器出口端相连。如此设计,喷出的气体通过第一喷射管路进入泡沫发生器,带出液体泡沫,通过第二喷射管路喷出。
在一些实施方式中,泡沫发生器内设有进气管路和出气管路,进气管路与第一喷射管路相连,出气管路与第二喷射管路相连。进气管路的下端口低于发泡液的液面,出气管路的下端口高于发泡液的液面。如此设计,喷出的气体通过第一喷射管路进入泡沫发生器的进气管路,再通过泡沫发生器的出气管路,进入第二喷射管路后,通过喷射嘴喷出。
在一些实施方式中,灭火罐与手柄之间设有压力表。灭火罐与手柄之间设有压力表,可以查看灭火罐内气体的压力情况,避免高压气体泄漏导致灭火器失效。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图,对本发明进行进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,
一种新型消防灭火器,包括灭火罐1和泡沫发生器6,灭火罐1顶部设有手柄2,手柄2下安装有压把3,压把3与手柄2连接处设有拉环4,手柄2前部连接有喷射管路7,喷射管路7前部安装有喷射嘴8,泡沫发生器6与喷射管路7相连。
为了装卸方便,泡沫发生器6和喷射管路7可拆卸式连接。
如图2所示,
泡沫发生器6顶部设有具有外螺纹结构的连接元件63,喷射管路7内设有具有内螺纹结构的空腔,泡沫发生器的连接元件63和喷射管路7的空腔通过螺旋连接。
喷射管路7包括第一喷射管路71和第二喷射管路72,第一喷射管路71与第二喷射管路72相连,第一喷射管路71和第二喷射管路72之间设有挡板73,第一喷射管路71与泡沫发生器6入口端相连,第二喷射管路72与泡沫发生器6出口端相连。如此设计,喷出气体带出泡沫发生器内的液体泡沫,增强灭火效果。
为了增加灭火效率,泡沫发生器6内设有进气管路61和出气管路62,进气管路61与第一喷射管路71相连,出气管路62与第二喷射管路相连72。进气管路61下端口低于液面,出气管路62下端口高于液面。
为了检查灭管罐1内的高压气体的压力状态,灭火罐1与手柄2之间设有压力表5。
工作原理:灭火罐内罐1装有CO2或者其他惰性气体,泡沫发生器6内盛有水溶液,加入发泡剂后通过摇晃,产生大量泡沫,通过泡沫发生器的连接件63螺旋固定于喷射管路7。在使用时,拉开灭火罐1与手柄2之间设有的拉环4,CO2气体通过喷射管路7喷出,其中CO2气体先经过第一喷射管路71,进入泡沫发生器6的进气管路61,CO2气体带出液体泡沫成分,通过泡沫发生器6的进气管路62进入第二喷射管路72,再通过喷射嘴8喷出进行灭火,以增加其灭火效率。
本发明提供的实施方案中的一种新型消防灭火器,通过气罐内的高压惰性气体,进入泡沫发生器,带出液体泡沫,增强灭火效果,且避免了泡沫灭火器容易倾倒失效的问题。

  1. 一种新型消防灭火器,其特征在于,包括灭火罐(1)和泡沫发生器(6),所述灭火罐(1)顶部设有手柄(2),所述手柄(2)下安装有压把(3),所述压把(3)与所述手柄(2)连接处设有拉环(4),所述手柄(2)前部连接有喷射管路(7),所述喷射管路(7)前部安装有喷射嘴(8),所述泡沫发生器(6)与喷射管路(7)相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型消防灭火器,其特征在于,所述泡沫发生器(6)和喷射管路(7)可拆卸式连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种新型消防灭火器,其特征在于,所述泡沫发生器(6)顶部设有具有外螺纹结构的连接元件(63),所述喷射管路(7)内设有具有内螺纹结构的空腔,所述泡沫发生器的连接元件(63)和喷射管路(7)的空腔通过螺旋连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型消防灭火器,所述喷射管路(7)包括第一喷射管路(71)和第二喷射管路(72),所述第一喷射管路(71)与第二喷射管路(72)相连,所述第一喷射管路(71)和第二喷射管路(72)之间设有挡板(73),所述第一喷射管路(71)与泡沫发生器(6)入口端相连,所述第二喷射管路(72)与泡沫发生器(6)出口端相连。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种新型消防灭火器,其特征在于,所述泡沫发生器(6)内设有进气管路(61)和出气管路(62),所述进气管路(61)与所述第一喷射管路(71)相连,所述出气管路(62)与所述第二喷射管路相连(72)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型消防灭火器,其特征在于,所述灭火罐(1)与所述手柄(2)之间设有压力表(5)。
