QUICK COUPLING SYSTEM IN CEE NORM PLUGS AND SOCKETS TECHNICAL FIELD
I nvention, used for electrical conduction in industry, is about CEE norm plugs and sockets which provide quick coupling. I n particular, the invention is about CEE norm plugs and sockets which consist of a lever step on the end to hold it in place at equilibrium point, which are mounted outwardly and open the cable entry by pushing the spring when they are mounted and permit the cable entry at this point, which tighten the cable with spring force thanks to the lever moving inward. PREVIOUS TECHNIQUE
Today, CEE norm plugs and sockets are used for electrical conduction in industrial field. It is known that in current technique, the cable connection in the CEE norm plug and socket is provided with the spring is mounted on the contact. However, the movement of connecting pieces which are used to move the spring on the contact is supplied with a screwdriver. As these types of products involve the use of a screwdriver and high power, they both tire the user out and require tool using.
I n another system in current technique, the spring is mounted by being pushed from the side. I n this system both the connecting piece is pushed and the cable is tried to be attached at the same time. This prevents the ergonomic use and threatens the user's work safety as the user needs to use both hands.
When the CEE norm plugs and sockets used in the current technique are mounted or demounted, more than one tool is required. This situation delays the intervention period and increases victimization.
As a result, need of new CEE norm plug and socket to find a solution for the problems specified above and absence of the solutions for the current technique led to a new development on the related technique. AIM OF THE INVENTION
The invention solves all of the above-mentioned problems at the same time. The invention is generally about CEE norm plugs and sockets which consist of a lever on the end to hold it in place at equilibrium point, which are mounted outwardly and open the cable entry by pushing the spring when they are mounted and permit the cable entry at this point, which tighten the cable with spring force by means of the lever moving inward.
The most important im of the invention is that it does not require the use of a screwdriver in the connection system. In this way a screwdriver isn't used, the workload is reduced and the installation speed is increased.
Another aim of the invention is to provide an ergonomic cable connection and one-handed operation. Another aim of the invention is that according to the position of the spring on the contact when the lever is opened, the spring stays in balance by means of the lever step. This also ensures that both hands of the user are left idle and the cable installation gets easy.
The invention will become a preferred product in the industry with its present condition and simple structure and this will provide a commercial success.
Structural and characteristic specifications of this product and its advances will be understood very clearly by following related and detailed explanations and graphics. That's why the evaluation needs to be done by taking into consideration on this explanations and graphics.

DETAILED EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
I nvention is the quick coupling system used in CEE norm plugs and sockets. Figure 4 shows the system demounted. In this system, spring (4) to settle on the contact (5) and a lever (3) to move this spring (4) are formed. As shown in Figure-4, the contact carrying body (6) is first settled into the contact carrying adapter (1). Then, the contacts (5) fitted with the spring (4) are placed in the contact carrying body (6). After this installation, the contact carrying body cover (2) shown in Figure-7 is installed. At this stage, the contact carrying body cover (2) and the contact carrying body (6) are connected so that the contact carrying adapter (1) is tightly interposed between them. After this installation the lever (3) is installed. The lever pin (7) is flexed and settled on the lever settlement slot (8) on the contact carrying body cover (2). I n this case, the installation shown in Figure-1 and Figure-2 is done. The lever (3) is fixed on the contact carrying body cover (2). After installation is completed, the lever (3) is opened outward with a finger as shown in Figure-5 and the spring (4) is pushed forward by the lever step (11) at the end of the lever (3). As the lever (3) comes to the equilibrium point with the lever step (11) as shown in Figure-2 and Figure-5, it remains in this position. I n this case, the entry slot of the cable (9) is aligned with the cable path (10). So, when all the levers (3) are pushed outward with a finger as in Figure-2, the springs (4) are all installed and ready for wiring. There is no need to manually hold the lever (3) when installing the cable in this position. The cable is inserted as shown in Figure-5 and the lever (3) is pushed inward with a finger as shown in Figure-6. At this stage, the spring (4) is released and the cable (9) is interposed by sliding from the center of the cable path (10). Figure-3 shows the positions of the lever (3). Figure-1 and Figure-6 show the appearance when the lever (3) is closed. In Figure-8, the system is shown in a cross-sectional view.
