터치 센서는, 터치-감응 표면(touch-sensitive surface)을 구비한 투명한 패널일 수 있는 터치 센서 패널 (touch sensor panel)을 포함하는 터치 입력 장치의 터치 표면을 구성할 수 있다. 이러한 터치 센서 패널은 디스플레이 스크린의 전면에 부착되어 터치-감응 표면이 디스플레이 스크린의 보이는 면을 덮을 수 있다. 사용자가 손가락 등으로 터치 스크린을 단순히 터치함으로써 사용자가 컴퓨팅 시스템을 조작할 수 있도록 한다. 일반적으로, 컴퓨팅 시스템은 터치 스크린 상의 터치 및 터치 위치를 인식하고 이러한 터치를 해석함으로써 이에 따라 연산을 수행할 수 있다.
그러나 종래 기술에 따르면, 터치 센서가 사용자에 의해 입력된 터치의 좌표를 센싱할 뿐이고 사용자에 의해 가해진 힘의 크기를 센싱할 수 없거나, 사용자에 의해 가해진 힘을 센싱하기 위해 별도의 힘 센서를 필요로 하였고, 이로 인해 제품 단가가 상승하게 된다는 문제점이 있다.

본 발명은 포스 터치 센서를 구성하는 유전체층의 복원력 특성을 최적화하여 사용자에 의한 반복적인 사용에도 불구하고 포스 터치 감도의 저하 현상을 방지하거나 최소화하는 것을 기술적 과제로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 하부 전극부와 상부 전극부를 OCA 또는 OCR와 같은 접착제로 접착하는 공정만으로 정전용량 변화 감지에 필수적인 유전체층을 동시에 구현함으로써, 포스 터치 센서를 제조하기 위한 공정을 간소화하고 제조비용을 저감하는 것을 기술적 과제로 한다.

또한, 본 발명은 OLED에 구비된 캐소드 전극을 포스 터치 센서의 하부 전극부로 이용하여 공유함으로써, 디스플레이 장치에 포스 터치 기능을 구비시키기 위해 요구되는 제조공정을 간소화하고 포스 터치 센서와 디스플레이 패널을 포함하는 전체 디스플레이 장치를 박막화하는 것을 기술적 과제로 한다.
이러한 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명은 디스플레이 패널의 상부에 형성되어 사용자로부터 입력되는 터치 포스의 크기를 감지하는 포스 터치 센서로서, 상기 디스플레이 패널의 상부에 형성된 하부 전극부, 상기 하부 전극부와 이격되도록 형성된 상부 전극부 및 상기 하부 전극부와 상기 상부 전극부 사이의 이격 공간에 형성되어 상기 하부 전극부와 상기 상부 전극부에 접착되어 있으며, 상기 터치 포스의 크기에 따라 변화하는 두께에 대응하는 정정용량을 감지하여 상기 터치 포스의 크기를 감지하는 유전체층을 포함한다.
본 발명에 따른 포스 터치 센서에 있어서, 상기 유전체층은 OCA(Optically Clear Adhesive) 또는 OCR(Optically Clear Resin)인 것을 특징으로 한다.

도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 포스 터치 센서(200)는 하부 전극부(10), 상부 전극부(20) 및 유전체층(30)을 포함하고, 사용자로부터 입력되는 터치 위치뿐만 아니라, 터치 포스의 크기도 감지한다.
이를 구체적으로 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1의 (a)에 개시된 바와 같이, 사용자의 터치 입력이 없는 경우, 상부 전극부(20)와 하부 전극부(10) 사이에 위치하는 유전체층(30)은 두께 d1을 갖는다.
반면, 도 1의 (b)에 개시된 바와 같이, 사용자가 상부 전극부(20) 상의 특정 지점을 터치하는 경우, 유전체층(30)의 두께는 d2로 줄어든다.
본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 포스 터치 센서(200)는 유전체층(30)의 이러한 두께 변화 및 이에 대응하는 정전용량의 변화를 감지함으로써, 사용자로부터 입력되는 터치 입력의 위치뿐만 아니라, 터치 포스의 크기도 감지하며, 이를 수식으로 표현하면 다음 수학식 1과 같다.

도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 포스 터치 센서를 나타낸 도면이고, 도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 포스 터치 센서를 구성하는 하부 전극부(10)가 디스플레이 패널(100)의 캐소드(cathode) 전극인 경우를 예시적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명은 디스플레이 패널(100)의 상부에 형성되어 사용자로부터 입력되는 터치 포스의 크기를 감지하는 포스 터치 센서(200)로서, 하부 전극부(10), 상부 전극부(20) 및 유전체층(30)을 포함한다.
하부 전극부(10)는 디스플레이 패널(100)의 상부에 형성되어 있고, 상부 전극부(20)는 하부 전극부(10)와 이격되도록 형성되어 있고, 유전체층(30)은 하부 전극부(10)와 상부 전극부(20) 사이의 이격 공간에 형성되어 있다. 즉, 유전체층(30)의 양면은 각각 하부 전극부(10)와 상부 전극부(20)에 접착되어 있다. 이와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 포스 터치 센서(200)를 구성하는 전극들, 즉 하부 전극부(10)와 상부 전극부(20)가 유전체층(30)에 의해 접착된 구성을 갖기 때문에, 포스 터치 센서(200)를 제조하기 위한 공정을 간소화하고 제조비용을 저감할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 포스 터치 센서(200)는 사용자로부터 입력되는 터치 포스의 크기에 따라 유전체층(30)의 두께가 변화하고, 유전체층(30)의 두께에 대응하는 정전용량을 감지함으로써, 사용자로부터 입력되는 터치 포스의 크기를 감지하도록 구성된다.
본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 포스 터치 센서(200)는 디스플레이 패널(100)의 상부에 형성되어 있기 때문에, 종래 기술과 비교하여 사용자의 터치 입력에 대한 감지 민감도가 향상된다. 즉, 종래 기술에 따르면, 포스 터치 센서(200)가 디스플레이 패널(100)의 하부, 즉, 사용자의 터치 동작이 수행되는 면의 반대면에 형성되어 있기 때문에, 사용자의 터치 입력에 대한 감지 민감도가 저하되는 문제점이 있었지만, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따르면, 포스 터치 센서(200)가 디스플레이 패널(100)의 상부에 형성되어 사용자의 터치 동작에 직접적으로 노출되기 때문에, 사용자의 터치 입력에 대한 감지 민감도가 크게 향상된다.
예를 들어, 하부 전극부(10)는 포스 터치 센서(200)의 전극 기능 및 디스플레이 패널(100)의 캐소드(cathode) 전극 기능을 수행하도록 구성될 수 있다. 이러한 구성을 도 3을 추가로 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다. 도 3에 예시된 바와 같이, 디스플레이 패널(100)이 OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode)인 경우, 포스 터치 센서(200)를 구성하는 하부 전극부(10)는 디스플레이 패널(100), 즉, OLED의 캐소드(cathode) 전극일 수 있다. 역으로, OLED의 캐소드 전극은 포스 터치 센서(200)를 구성하는 하부 전극부(10)일 수도 있다. 이와 같이, OLED에 구비된 캐소드 전극을 포스 터치 센서(200)의 하부 전극부(10)로 이용하거나, 포스 터치 센서(200)에 구비된 하부 전극부(10)를 OLED의 캐소드 전극으로 이용함으로써, 디스플레이 장치에 포스 터치 기능을 구비시키기 위해 요구되는 제조공정을 간소화할 수 있고, 포스 터치 센서(200)와 디스플레이 패널(100)을 포함하는 전체 디스플레이 장치를 박막화할 수 있다. 즉, 하나의 전극으로 2개의 전극 기능을 수행할 수 있기 때문에, 장치의 박막화 및 제조공정 간소화를 동시에 구현할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 유전체층(30)은 OCA(Optically Clear Adhesive) 또는 OCR(Optically Clear Resin)일 수 있으며, 하부 전극부(10)와 상부 전극부(20)는 OCA 또는 OCR과 같은 접착 기능을 갖는 동시에 특정 유전율을 갖는 물질을 이용해 접착될 수 있다. 이와 같이, 유전체층(30)을 OCA 또는 OCR과 같은 접착제로 구현하면, 단순히 하부 전극부(10)와 상부 전극부(20)를 OCA 또는 OCR로 접착하는 공정만을 수행함으로써, 정전용량 변화 감지에 필수적인 유전체층(30)을 동시에 구현할 수 있기 때문에, 포스 터치 센서(200)를 제조하기 위한 공정이 간소화되고 제조비용이 저감된다.
예를 들어, 유전체층(30)은 실리콘계 OCA 또는 OCR일 수 있다. 실리콘계 OCA 또는 OCR은 낮은 탄성계수(elastic modulus)를 갖기 때문에, 실리콘계 OCA 또는 OCR로 구현된 유전체층(30)이 적용된 포스 터치 센서(200)의 복원력 특성이 향상된다. 구체적으로, 실리콘계 OCA 또는 OCR로 구현된 유전체층(30)이 적용된 포스 터치 센서(200)는 낮은 탄성계수(elastic modulus)를 갖기 때문에, 다른 재료와 대비하여 동일 하중에서 큰 눌림 깊이값을 가질뿐만 아니라 하중이 제거된 경우 빠른 회복력을 갖는 장점이 있다. 실리콘계에 비하여 탄성계수가 다소 높기는 하지만, 아크릴계 OCA 또는 OCR이 유전체층(30)에 적용될 수도 있다.
예를 들어, 유전체층(30)의 탄성계수(elastic modulus)는 0.1 ~ 5Mpa로 구성될 수 있으며, 보다 구체적으로는, 유전체층(30)은 -40 ~ 100℃의 온도에서 0.1 ~ 5Mpa의 탄성계수(elastic modulus)를 갖도록 구성될 수 있다.
다음 표 1은 유전체층(30)의 온도에 따른 탄성계수(elastic modulus) 변화량에 대한 실험 데이터로서, 유전체층(30)이 실리콘계 OCA인 경우 및 아크릴계 OCA인 경우의 비교 결과이다.

표 1을 참조하면, 유전체층(30)의 탄성계수(elastic modulus)는 온도에 반비례하는 특성을 갖는다. 구체적으로, 실리콘계 OCA의 탄성계수는 포스 터치 센서의 실사용 온도 환경을 고려한 -40 ~ 100℃에서 0 ~ 3의 값을 가지지만, 아크릴계 OCA의 경우에는, 영하의 저온에서 탄성계수가 상당히 높아지기 때문에 포스 터치 센서의 유전체층(30)에 적용하기에는 적합하지 않다. 유전체층(30)의 탄성계수가 높아지면, 유전체층(30)의 복원력이 저하되어 포스 터치 센서의 감도가 저하되고, 탄성계수 특성 유지를 위해 유전체층(30)의 두께를 변경해야 하기 때문에, 포스 터치 센서(200)의 박막화 및 플렉서블 특성 유지가 어려워진다. 예를 들어, 유전체층(30)의 두께는 10 ~ 150㎛일 수 있다. 이와 같이 구성하면, 유전체층(30)의 다양한 두께 변화 레벨에 대응하는 정전용량 변화 레벨을 감지할 수 있으며, 이 정전용량 변화 레벨을 입력값으로 이용하여 사용자의 터치 포스의 크기를 감지할 수 있다. 유전체층(30)의 두께가 10㎛ 미만인 경우 감지할 수 있는 정전용량 변화 레벨의 수가 적어져 사용자의 터치 포스의 크기 레벨의 수가 적어지고, 유전체층(30)의 두께가 150㎛를 초과하는 경우 터치 시점 이전의 두께로 회복하는데 소요되는 시간이 증가하고 박막화가 어려워 광투과성 등의 광학 특성 및 플렉서블 특성이 저하된다.
예를 들어, 사용자에 의해 입력되는 포스 터치를 인식하는데 적합하도록 유전체층(30)의 복원력은 90%/sec 이상이 되도록 구성될 수 있다. 만약, 유전체층(30)의 복원력이 90%/sec 미만인 경우, 즉, 두께 회복 속도가 느린 경우에는, 유전체층(30)의 두께 변화에 따른 정전용량 변화를 인식하는 소프트웨어 로직의 포스 터치 인식률, 즉, 포스 감도가 저하된다.
도 4에 개시된 실험 결과는 포스 터치 센서의 동일 지점(point)를 1000회 반복 가압한 경우의 감도 측정 결과로서, 포스 터치 센서를 눌러 압력을 가하는 팁(Tip)의 사이즈는 3Φ(mm)이고, 가압 시간 간격은 0.5초(sec)이고, 가압력은 500gf 및 300gf이다.
구체적으로, 도 4의 A는 복원력이 90%/sec인 유전체층(30)이 적용된 포스 터치 센서에 대하여 500gf의 압력으로 실험한 결과이고, 도 4의 B는 복원력이 70%/sec인 유전체층(30)이 적용된 포스 터치 센서에 대하여 500gf의 압력으로 실험한 결과이고, 도 4의 C는 복원력이 90%/sec인 유전체층(30)이 적용된 포스 터치 센서에 대하여 300gf의 압력으로 실험한 결과이고, 도 4의 D는 복원력이 70%/sec인 유전체층(30)이 적용된 포스 터치 센서에 대하여 300gf의 압력으로 실험한 결과이다.
도 4에 개시된 바와 같이, 실험 반복횟수가 증가함에 따라 유전체층(30)의 복원력이 70%/sec인 경우, 포스 감도가 현저하게 저하되었으나, 유전체층(30)의 복원력이 90%/sec인 경우에는, 측정되는 포스 감도에 별다른 변화가 없거나 변화값이 크지 않았다.
다음 표 2는 도 4에 개시된 1000회 반복 실험의 평균 감도, 최소 감도, 최대 감도를 나타내며, 복원력이 높은 샘플의 경우, 평균 감도, 최소 감도, 최대 감도가 모두 복원력이 낮은 샘플에 비하여 우수하다는 것을 확인할 수 있다.

다음 표 3은 1000회 반복 실험에 있어서, 포스 터치 센서에 적용되는 유전체층(30)의 복원력에 따른 포스 감도의 편차를 나타낸다. 포스 감도의 편차란 평균 감도와 대비한 1000회 실험 각각의 측정 감도가 갖는 오차이며, 포스 감도의 오차 범위도 복원력이 높을수록 좁아진다는 것을 확인할 수 있다.

예를 들어, 상부 기재필름과 하부 기재필름의 두께는, 포스 터치 센서의 내구성, 폴딩성, 광학특성 등을 고려하여 1 ~ 100㎛이 되도록 구성될 수 있다.
예를 들어, 상부 기재필름과 하부 기재필름은 투명 광학 필름일 수 있고, 투명성, 기계적 강도, 열 안정성이 우수한 필름이 사용될 수 있다.
구체적인 예로는, 투명 광학 필름은 디아세틸셀룰로오스, 트리아세틸셀룰로오스 등의 셀룰로오스계 수지; 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌이소프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 등의 폴리에스테르계 수지; 폴리카보네이트계 수지; 폴리메틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 폴리에틸(메타)아크릴레이트 등의 아크릴계 수지; 폴리스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴-스티렌 공중합체 등의 스티렌계 수지; 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 시클로계 또는 노보넨 구조를 갖는 폴리올레핀, 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체 등의 폴리올레핀계 수지; 염화비닐계 수지; 나일론, 방향족 폴리아미드 등의 아미드계 수지; 이미드계 수지; 폴리에테르술폰계 수지; 술폰계 수지; 폴리에테르에테르케톤계 수지; 황화 폴리페닐렌계 수지; 비닐알코올계 수지; 염화비닐리덴계 수지; 비닐부티랄계 수지; 알릴레이트계 수지; 폴리옥시메틸렌계 수지; 에폭시계 수지 등과 같은 열가소성 수지로 구성된 필름을 들 수 있으며, 상기 열가소성 수지의 블렌드물로 구성된 필름도 사용할 수 있다. 또한, (메타)아크릴계, 우레탄계, 아크릴우레탄계, 에폭시계, 실리콘계 등의 열경화성 수지 또는 자외선 경화형 수지로 된 필름을 이용할 수도 있다. 이와 같은 투명 광학 필름의 두께는 적절히 결정될 수 있지만, 일반적으로는 강도나 취급성 등의 작업성, 박층성 등을 고려하여 결정될 수 있다.
이러한 투명 광학 필름은 적절한 1종 이상의 첨가제가 함유된 것일 수도 있다. 첨가제로는, 예컨대 자외선흡수제, 산화방지제, 윤활제, 가소제, 이형제, 착색방지제, 난연제, 핵제, 대전방지제, 안료, 착색제 등을 들 수 있다. 투명 광학 필름은 필름의 일면 또는 양면에 하드코팅층, 반사방지층, 가스배리어층과 같은 다양한 기능성층을 포함하는 구조일 수 있으며, 기능성층은 전술한 것으로 한정되는 것은 아니며, 용도에 따라 다양한 기능성층을 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 필요에 따라 투명 광학 필름은 표면 처리된 것일 수 있다. 이러한 표면 처리로는 플라즈마(plasma) 처리, 코로나(corona) 처리, 프라이머(primer) 처리 등의 건식 처리, 검화 처리를 포함하는 알칼리 처리 등의 화학 처리 등을 들 수 있다.
또한, 투명 광학 필름은 등방성 필름, 위상차 필름 또는 보호 필름(Protective Film)일 수 있다.
등방성 필름인 경우 면내 위상차(Ro, Ro=[(nx-ny)×d], nx, ny는 필름 평면 내의 주굴절률, d는 필름 두께이다.)가 40nm 이하이고, 15nm 이하가 바람직하며, 두께방향 위상차(Rth, Rth=[(nx+ny)/2-nz]×d, nx, ny는 필름 평면 내의 주굴절률, nz는 필름 두께 방향의 굴절률, d는 필름 두께이다.)가 -90nm ∼ +75nm 이며, 바람직하게는 -80nm ∼ +60nm, 특히 -70nm ∼ +45nm 가 바람직하다.
위상차 필름은 고분자 필름의 일축 연신, 이축 연신, 고분자 코팅, 액정 코팅의 방법으로 제조된 필름이며, 일반적으로 디스플레이의 시야각 보상, 색감 개선, 빛샘 개선, 색미 조절 등의 광학 특성 향상 및 조절을 위하여 사용된다. 위상차 필름의 종류에는 1/2 이나 1/4 등의 파장판, 양의 C플레이트, 음의 C플레이트, 양의 A플레이트, 음의 A플레이트, 이축성 파장판을 포함한다.
보호 필름은 고분자 수지로 이루어진 필름의 적어도 일면에 점착층을 포함하는 필름이거나 폴리프로필렌 등의 자가 점착성을 가진 필름일 수 있으며, 터치 센서 표면의 보호, 공정성 개선을 위하여 사용될 수 있다.
상부 전극 패턴과 하부 전극 패턴으로는 투명 도전성 물질이라면 제한되지 않고 사용될 수 있으며, 예를 들어, 인듐틴옥사이드(ITO), 인듐징크옥사이드(IZO), 인듐징크틴옥사이드(IZTO), 알루미늄징크옥사이드(AZO), 갈륨징크옥사이드(GZO), 플로린틴옥사이드(FTO), 인듐틴옥사이드-은-인듐틴옥사이드(ITO-Ag-ITO), 인듐징크옥사이드-은-인듐징크옥사이드(IZO-Ag-IZO), 인듐징크틴옥사이드-은-인듐징크틴옥사이드(IZTO-Ag-IZTO) 및 알루미늄징크옥사이드-은-알루미늄징크옥사이드(AZO-Ag-AZO)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 금속산화물류; 금(Au), 은(Ag), 구리(Cu), 몰리브덴(Mo) 및 APC로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 금속류; 금, 은, 구리 및 납으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 금속의 나노와이어; 탄소나노튜브(CNT) 및 그래핀 (graphene)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 탄소계 물질류; 및 폴리(3,4-에틸렌디옥시티오펜)(PEDOT) 및 폴리아닐린(PANI)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 전도성 고분자 물질류에서 선택된 재료로 형성될 수 있으며, 이들은 단독 또는 2종 이상 혼합하여 사용할 수 있고, 바람직하게는 인듐틴옥사이드가 사용될 수 있다. 결정성 또는 비결정성 인듐틴옥사이드가 모두 사용 가능하다.
이상에서 상세히 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명에 따르면, 포스 터치 센서를 구성하는 유전체층의 복원력 특성을 최적화하여 사용자에 의한 반복적인 사용에도 불구하고 포스 터치 감도의 저하 현상을 방지하거나 최소화할 수 있는 포스 터치 센서가 제공되는 효과가 있다.
또한, 하부 전극부와 상부 전극부를 OCA 또는 OCR와 같은 접착제로 접착하는 공정만으로 정전용량 변화 감지에 필수적인 유전체층을 동시에 구현함으로써, 포스 터치 센서를 제조하기 위한 공정이 간소화되고 제조비용이 저감되는 효과가 있다.
또한, 포스 터치 센서를 디스플레이 패널의 상부에 형성하여 사용자의 터치 동작에 직접적으로 노출시킴으로써, 사용자의 터치 입력에 대한 감지 민감도를 향상시킬 수 있는 포스 터치 센서가 제공되는 효과가 있다.
또한, OLED에 구비된 캐소드 전극을 포스 터치 센서의 하부 전극부로 이용하여 공유함으로써, 디스플레이 장치에 포스 터치 기능을 구비시키기 위해 요구되는 제조공정을 간소화하고 포스 터치 센서와 디스플레이 패널을 포함하는 전체 디스플레이 장치를 박막화할 수 있다.

Claims (14)

  1. 디스플레이 패널의 상부에 형성되어 사용자로부터 입력되는 터치 포스의 크기를 감지하는 포스 터치 센서로서,
    상기 디스플레이 패널의 상부에 형성된 하부 전극부;
    상기 하부 전극부와 이격되도록 형성된 상부 전극부; 및
    상기 하부 전극부와 상기 상부 전극부 사이의 이격 공간에 형성되어 상기 하부 전극부와 상기 상부 전극부에 접착되어 있으며, 상기 터치 포스의 크기에 따라 변화하는 두께에 대응하는 정정용량을 감지하여 상기 터치 포스의 크기를 감지하는 유전체층을 포함하는, 포스 터치 센서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 유전체층은 OCA(Optically Clear Adhesive) 또는 OCR(Optically Clear Resin)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 포스 터치 센서.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 OCA(Optically Clear Adhesive) 또는 OCR(Optically Clear Resin)은 실리콘계인 것을 특징으로 하는, 포스 터치 센서.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 유전체층의 복원력은 90%/sec 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 포스 터치 센서.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 유전체층은 -40 ~ 100℃의 온도에서 90%/sec 이상의 복원력을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 포스 터치 센서.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 유전체층의 탄성계수(elastic modulus)는 0.1 ~ 5Mpa인 것을 특징으로 하는, 포스 터치 센서.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 유전체층은 -40 ~ 100℃의 온도에서 0.1 ~ 5Mpa의 탄성계수(elastic modulus)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 포스 터치 센서.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 유전체층의 두께는 10 ~ 150㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는, 포스 터치 센서.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 하부 전극부는 상기 포스 터치 센서의 전극 기능 및 상기 디스플레이 패널의 캐소드(cathode) 전극 기능을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 포스 터치 센서.
  10. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 디스플레이 패널은 OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 포스 터치 센서.
  11. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 전극부는
    상부 기재필름; 및
    상기 상부 기재 필름 상에 형성된 상부 전극 패턴을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 포스 터치 센서.
  12. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 기재필름의 두께는 1 ~ 100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는, 포스 터치 센서.
  13. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 하부 전극부는
    하부 기재필름; 및
    상기 하부 기재 필름 상에 형성된 하부 전극 패턴을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 포스 터치 센서.
  14. 제13항에 있어서,
    상기 하부 기재필름의 두께는 1 ~ 100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는, 포스 터치 센서.
