Description

Program, childcare support method
The present invention relates to a program and a method for supporting childcare.
Because infants have poor verbal communication, it is difficult for those who are not familiar with childcare to know their condition. In particular, infants tend to have irregular sleep, and it is difficult to determine how to reduce sleepiness and crying at night. Therefore, there has been proposed a means for allowing a parenting child to grasp the condition of the infant by evaluating the quality of sleep according to the age (monthly age) of the infant. For example, Patent Document 1 determines the sleep quality of an infant by determining whether the sleep stage of the infant belongs to dynamic sleep, static sleep, or unsteady sleep, and comparing with a standard value according to the age of the infant. Technology is disclosed.
However, the sleep of the infant does not necessarily correspond to the age (age), and there is a gap between the standard value according to the age of the infant described in Patent Document 1 and the sleep state of the actual infant. May be In such a case, it is difficult to grasp the correct state of the infant's sleep, and a parenting person (for example, a new-eared mother who has little experience of parenting) may be confused about how to take childcare.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a parenter with appropriate child care advice according to the actual sleep state of the baby.

At least the following matters will be made clear by the present specification and the description of the accompanying drawings.
Degree of sleep development of the baby based on the received sleep data and sleep data reception processing for receiving the input of sleep data including the time when the baby started to sleep in the predetermined period and the time when waking up from the sleep Sleep score calculation processing for calculating a sleep score indicating the child care advice display processing for displaying the child care advice corresponding to the sleep score with reference to a child care advice database in which a plurality of types of child care advice on child care for infants are stored; , A program characterized by causing a computer to execute.
According to such a program, childcare advice is provided to the parenter based on the sleep score calculated according to the actual sleep pattern of the baby. Therefore, as compared with the conventional uniform childcare advice set based on age, it is possible to provide appropriate childcare advice according to the stage of sleep development of each infant.
Preferably, in the program, the plurality of child care advices are stored in the child care advice database in a state of being divided into a plurality of stages according to the size of the sleep score.
According to such a program, by using a child care advice database in which a plurality of child care advices are divided according to the size of the sleep score, the child care advice according to the stage of the sleep development of the infants is provided without excess and deficiency. be able to. In addition, if the division by sleep score is made finer, it will be easier to provide optimum parenting advice according to the degree of sleep development of each infant.
In the program, it is preferable that the childcare advice includes at least one of environment, sleep, diet, excretion, exercise, and childcare advice on play.
According to such a program, since it is possible to receive childcare advice from various perspectives, even a childcare person with little experience of childcare can take care of childcare safely.
In the program, it is preferable that the sleep data having received an input be visually displayed as a graph on a display unit of the computer.
According to such a program, the parenter can visually confirm how much the infant sleeps in which time of the day. Therefore, the parenter can easily grasp the degree of sleep development of the infants objectively.
In the program, it is desirable to simultaneously display the childcare advice and the graph on the display unit of the computer.
According to such a program, the parenter can more easily understand the content of the childcare advice by visually recognizing the sleep data graph along with the childcare advice. For example, it becomes easy to visually recognize as to which time of day one should walk the infant or to what degree the sleeping pattern of the infant is reversed day and night.
In this program, a parenting advice selected from the parenting advice database according to the size of the sleep score is different from the parenting advice based on the age or the developmental stage of the infant. It is desirable to make the computer execute the parenting advice change process which changes to.
According to such a program, it is easy to suppress the display of inappropriate advice for a certain age of baby. That is, if the content of the child care advice selected based on the size of the sleep score is inappropriate in light of the actual age and developmental stage of the infant, more appropriate child care advice can be obtained by reselecting the child care advice. Can be provided.
In the program, a plurality of the child care advices are divided into a plurality of stages according to the size of the sleep score in the child care advice database, and each stage is associated with a reference month and stored. In the parenting advice change process, the standard age associated with a certain parenting advice category selected from the parenting advice database according to the size of the sleep score is the actual age of the infant and When the size differs by a predetermined size or more, it is desirable that the child care advice be reselected from the category in which the standard age near the actual age of the baby is associated with the child care advice database.
According to such a program, childcare advice in accordance with the actual age of the baby can be easily selected, and it is possible to more easily suppress the display of inappropriate childcare advice. That is, more accurate childcare advice can be provided by correcting the childcare advice selected based on the sleep score in consideration of the actual age of the infant.
In this program, it is preferable that the child care advice divided into a plurality of stages in the child care advice database is further divided into a plurality of stages according to the size of the reference age.
According to such a program, of the categories selected according to the sleep score, the parenting advice set in the category closer to the actual reference age of the infant is preferentially selected. This makes it possible to provide more accurate childcare advice.
In the program, it is preferable that the childcare advice includes childcare advice on outside play, and the childcare advice on outside play is displayed only when the sleep score is equal to or more than a predetermined value.
According to such a program, it is possible to suppress the display of childcare advice that is not in line with reality, and it is possible to make childcare trouble less likely to occur. For example, an infant with a sleep score lower than a predetermined value may not have a sufficient degree of sleep development and is not likely to grow large enough to be able to play outside; By preventing the display of inappropriate childcare advice, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of injuries and accidents.
Preferably, in the program, the childcare advice includes childcare advice on excretion, and information on the diaper related to the childcare advice on excretion is displayed together with the childcare advice on excretion.
According to such a program, it is possible to simultaneously provide childcare advice and information about things (for example, diapers) necessary for practicing the childcare advice to the childcare person, so childcare support is more convenient. It can be performed.
Also, based on a sleep data receiving step of receiving an input of sleep data including a time when an infant starts sleeping and a time awakened from the sleep within a predetermined period, and development of the sleep of the infant based on the received sleep data The child care advice display for displaying the child care advice corresponding to the sleep score with reference to the sleep score calculation step of calculating the sleep score indicating the degree of the child care and the child care advice database in which multiple types of child care advice on child care of infants are stored. A parenting support method having a process is clarified.
According to such a parenting support method, parenting support (parenting advice) is provided to the parenter based on the sleep score calculated according to the actual sleeping pattern of the infant. Therefore, as compared with the conventional uniform childcare advice set based on age, it is possible to provide appropriate childcare advice according to the stage of sleep development of each infant.

When the initial setting is finished, it is possible to start the childcare support (advice) operation by the childcare support program. FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing the processing procedure of the childcare support (advice) operation according to the present embodiment.
When the child care support operation is started, first, the sleep data reception processing unit 111 performs a sleep data reception process for receiving the input of the sleep data of the infant in a predetermined period (S101). “Sleep data” is data including the time when an infant starts sleeping and the time when awakening from sleep within a predetermined period. The predetermined period is a period for evaluating the rhythm of sleep and awakening of an infant, and is a period of at least 1 day (24 hours), preferably 3 days (72 hours) or more. The predetermined period may be set in advance, or the setting of the period may be freely changed according to the convenience of the child-care worker. For example, the period may be automatically extended by inputting sleep data every day. Since the sleeping time and timing of infants may vary greatly depending on the day, providing a predetermined period as long as possible (for example, one week) reduces the error due to the day, and sleep data according to the infant's actual sleep and wakefulness rhythm It will be easier to get
In the present embodiment, the sleep start time and the awakening time of the infant can be automatically measured by the sensor device 20, and are input (sent) to the terminal 10 via the communication means using wireless or wire, and the sleep data is received. The processing unit 111 receives the data as sleep data. By performing measurement automatically using the sensor device 20, accurate sleep data can be acquired without the burden of the childcare person.
On the other hand, a parenter may manually input sleep data to the terminal 10 without using the sensor device 20. For example, when performing the sleep data reception process (S101), if the terminal 10 and the sensor device 20 are not connected to each other, the sleep data reception processing unit 111 displays the sleep data input screen 310 on the display unit 14 Encourage parents to enter sleep data. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an example of the sleep data input screen 310. As shown in FIG. The sleep data input screen 310 includes a sleep start time input unit 311, an awakening time input unit 312, and a data registration unit 313. The parenter inputs the date and time when the infant started to sleep in the sleep start time input unit 311. Similarly, the awakening time input unit 312 inputs the date and time when the infant awoke from sleep. When the input is completed, the registration button displayed on the data registration unit 313 is pressed (tap) to register sleep data. By repeating this input operation during a predetermined period, sleep data of an infant can be acquired without using the sensor device 20. Note that the input of the sleep start time and the input of the awakening time may be performed independently. For example, when an infant starts to sleep, the sleep start time is input and registered. Thereafter, when the infant wakes up from sleep, the awakening time may be input and registered.
Subsequently, the sleep data display processing unit 112 performs sleep data display processing to graph and display visually the sleep data received in S101 (S102). FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating an example of a sleep data display screen 320 in which sleep data is graphed. In the sleep data display screen 320, a time zone in which the baby is sleeping is displayed in a black band on the axis representing the "predetermined period" described above. By being able to visually confirm how much the baby sleeps in what time of the day, the parenter can easily grasp the degree of development of the baby's sleep objectively. For example, when the nap time is long, it is easy to wake up at night, to cry at night, to become sleepy easily at night, etc., and it becomes easy to understand problems concerning sleep during childcare.
Jenni OG, Devoer T, Achermann P (2006) Development of the 24-h rest-activity pattern in human infants. Subsequently, the sleep score calculation processing unit 113 performs a sleep score calculation process of calculating a sleep score indicating the degree of sleep development of the infant based on the sleep data received in S101 (S103). As a method of calculating the sleep score, the method disclosed in Jenni OG, Devoer T, Achermann P (2006) Development of the 24-h rest-activity pattern in human infants. Infant Behav Dev 29 can be used. . For example, a periodogram representing sleep / wake patterns of infants obtained from 24 hours' worth of sleep data (body movement data) initially input is analyzed, and a 24-hour circadian rhythm is generated based on the amplitude of the periodogram. Calculate the strength of the sleep score. In addition, when the input of sleep data is performed for three days or more, the sleep score may be calculated using the latest three days of sleep data, or the sleep score as an average value in a predetermined period. May be calculated.
The sleep score calculated in the sleep score calculation process is an index indicating whether the rhythm of sleep and awakening of the infant is regular or irregular. That is, the sleep score is an index to determine the degree of development of the infant's sleep by quantifying the degree to which the infant's sleep and awakening rhythm are in place. In general, human beings go to bed at night in a day (24 hours) and live with a constant rhythm of awakening at noon, and if such a regular rhythm sleep pattern, the sleep score is Get higher. Conversely, disordered sleep patterns result in lower sleep scores. In the case of infants, frequent sleep stagnation and insufficient sleeping time at night or too long sleeping time during the day leads to a low sleep score and less time to wake up at night The longer you stay awake during that day, the higher your sleep score.
In the present embodiment, the sleep score is calculated as a value of 0 to 10. When an infant is young, the sleep score is likely to be low because the degree of sleep development is insufficient. And there is a tendency that the sleep score tends to be high if the degree of development of sleep is increased according to the age of the growth.
Subsequently, the childcare advice display processing unit 115 performs childcare advice display processing for displaying the childcare advice corresponding to the sleep score calculated in S103 (S104). FIG. 6 is a flowchart for explaining various processes performed in the childcare advice display process (S104) of the present embodiment.
(S141)。 In the child care advice display process of the first embodiment, first, the child care advice selection processing unit 114 selects a plurality of types of child care advice stored in the child care advice database 121 of the storage unit 12 based on a child care score. Select childcare advice (S141).
Here, the childcare advice database 121 will be described. FIG. 7 is a view showing an example of the data structure of the childcare advice database 121. As shown in FIG. The child care advice database 121 stores various advices on child care of infants. As types of childcare advice, those related to “environment”, “sleep”, “meal”, “excretion”, “exercise”, “play”, etc. are set. For example, in childcare advice on “environment”, recommendations are made to childcare workers in terms of switching the brightness of rooms and the magnitude of noise between night and day. In addition, childcare advice on “sleep” regularly rests mind and body, childcare advice on “meal” regularly intakes nutrition, and childcare advice on “excretion” regularly changes diapers or leads to the bathroom To make recommendations on what to do. Childcare advice on "play" aims at promoting the cognitive function of infants, and childcare advice on "exercise" makes recommendations for the purpose of approaching physical functions of infants. By providing childcare advice in a plurality of ways like this, even a childcare person with little childcare experience can easily take care of childcare. Of course, childcare advice based on other than the above-described six types of cuts may be stored.
In the present embodiment, advice in which these are cut is divided into five stages according to the size of the sleep score. In the example of FIG. 7, the case where the sleep score is 0 or more and less than 3 is the first stage, the case where the sleep score is 3 or more and less than 4 is the second stage, and the case where the sleep score is 4 or more and less than 5 is the third stage The case where sleep score is 4 or more and less than 5 is classified as the third step, the case where sleep score is 5 or more and less than 6 is the fourth step, and the case where sleep score is 6 or more and 10 or less is the fifth step. Several types of childcare advice are set at each stage of Then, at each stage, at least one or more of the six types of childcare advice described above are stored.
The child care advice selection processing unit 114 refers to the child care advice database 121 and selects the child care advice set in the category based on the sleep score calculated in the sleep score calculation process (S103). For example, when the calculated sleep score is 3.7, a plurality of child care advices set in the second stage of FIG. 7 are selected. By dividing a plurality of child care advices according to the size of the sleep score, it becomes easy to select just enough child care advices according to the stage of sleep development of the infants. In particular, in the parenting advice database 121 shown in FIG. 7, the size of the sleep score is finely divided into three stages between 3 and 6, so that the optimum childcare can be performed according to the degree of sleep development of the individual infants and children. We can provide advice.
In the parenting advice database 121 shown in FIG. 7, reference months of age are set in association with each of the first to fifth stages. How to use this standard age will be explained later.
(S143)。 Next, the child care advice display processing unit 115 determines one or more child care advices selected in S141 as a child care advice for a child care worker (S142), and causes the display unit 14 to display the determined child care advice (S143).
FIG. 8 is a diagram showing an example of the childcare advice display screen 330 displayed on the display unit 14 of the terminal 10. As shown in FIG. FIG. 8 shows an example of a screen displayed when the sleep score of the infant is 3.7. The child care advice display screen 330 includes a child care advice display unit 331, a sleep data display unit 332, and a related information display unit 333.
The child care advice display unit 331 displays the child care advice selected in S141. In addition, when there are many childcare advices that are to be displayed, a plurality of childcare advices may be displayed by scrolling the childcare advice display unit 331. By confirming the childcare advice displayed in the childcare advice display section 331, the childcare child can objectively know what kind of childcare behavior he / she should take and can take care of childcare without anxiety. .
The sleep data display unit 332 displays a graph related to sleep data similar to the sleep data display screen 320 (see FIG. 5) described above. By visually recognizing the sleep data (graph) together with the child care advice displayed on the child care advice display unit 331, the child care worker can more easily understand the content of the child care advice. For example, if “Take a walk as a routine” is displayed as childcare advice regarding exercise, it is judged by referring to the sleep data (graph) which time zone of the day the infant should take a walk. It will be easier. In addition, if childcare advice such as “checking and adjusting the amount of exercise, walk, and play in the daytime when reversing day and night” is displayed, infants and children can be referred by referring to the sleep data (graph). Since it becomes possible to recognize at a glance how much the sleep pattern is actually reversed day and night, it becomes easier to plan for adjustment of exercise and walk.
The related information display unit 333 displays information useful for childcare related to the childcare advice displayed on the childcare advice display unit 331. For example, when child care advice on “excretion” is displayed on the child care advice display unit 331, product information of a recommended diaper and a URL of a home page introducing the diaper are displayed on the related information display unit 333. A parenter can receive childcare advice and receive information on things (for example, diapers, powdered milk, etc.) necessary for practicing the childcare advice at the same time. be able to. In addition, it is possible to reduce the stress of a parenting child in childcare.
As described above, in the child care support system according to the present embodiment, the sleep score is calculated according to the actual sleep pattern of the baby and the child care advice is displayed based on the calculated sleep score. Therefore, in comparison with the conventional uniform childcare advice set based on age, it is possible to provide more accurate childcare advice according to the stage of sleep development of individual infants.
In addition, since a plurality of child care advices are set in stages according to the sleep score, it is possible to provide more realistic child care advices. For example, of the childcare advices regarding "play", the childcare advice about "play outside" is displayed only when the sleep score is 5 or more (four or more steps) (see FIG. 7). Infants having a sleep score of less than 5 may not have developed enough sleep and may not be large enough to play outside. Playing such a small baby outside may cause injury or an accident, but if advice about “playing outside” is displayed for a baby with a sleep score of less than 5, there is little childcare experience It is dangerous for parents to carry out the parenting advice as it is. Therefore, "play outside" is set as parenting advice at a stage (4 stages or more) where the sleep score is relatively high.
In addition to "play", other childcare advice such as "meal" and "exercise" are also set according to the stage of the sleep score. For example, in childcare advice on "meal", advice on baby food is set up to a sleep score of less than 5 (3 levels or less), and advice on snacks is given in sleep scores of 6th or more (5 levels or more) It is set. As described above, by setting appropriate parenting advice according to the stage of the sleep score, display of parenting advice not conforming to the reality can be suppressed, and parenting trouble can be made less likely to occur.
<Modification of Childcare Advice Display Process>
The childcare advice display process (S104) of FIG. 3 can be modified as follows. In this modified example, childcare advice is determined and displayed in consideration of data of “age” in addition to “sleep score” of the infant. FIG. 9 is a flowchart for explaining various processes performed in a modification of the childcare advice display process (S104).
As shown in FIG. 9, in the present modification, the childcare advice selection processing unit 11 first selects a plurality of types of childcare advice stored in the childcare advice database 121 of the storage unit 12 based on the childcare score. Parenting advice is selected (S241). The selection of childcare advice is similar to the process described in S141 of FIG. That is, from a plurality of child care advices divided and stored in five levels in the child care advice database 121 (see FIG. 7), a predetermined child care advice according to the sleep score calculated in S103 is selected.
(S242)。 Next, the parenting advice change processing unit 116 determines the reference month age (see FIG. 7) that is associated with the stage at which the childcare advice selected in S241 is set (one to five stages in FIG. 7). The actual age of the infant registered in the initial setting is compared with the actual age of the infant and it is determined whether or not there is a deviation of a predetermined value or more between the reference age and the actual age of the infant (S242).
The reference month of age associated with each of the first to fifth stages of the childcare advice database 121 represents the average age of infants and infants assumed to be applied to the childcare advice set at that stage. In other words, each child care advice recorded in the child care advice database 121 is set as a target for infants who have reached a reference age that is associated with the child care advice. Therefore, when the standard age associated with the child care advice and the actual age of the baby are largely divergent, there is a possibility that inappropriate advice is displayed for the baby of that age.
For example, it is assumed that, on the basis of the sleep score of a 3-month-old baby, a child care advice of “play outside” in the fourth stage is selected. However, since a 3-month-old baby is generally not ready to walk yet, childcare advice to "play outside" is inappropriate. Therefore, in the process of S242, when the reference age and the actual age of the infant deviate from each other by a predetermined value or more (for example, 3 months or more), the childcare advice selected in S241 is determined as inappropriate advice.
If it is determined that the selected child care advice is inappropriate (S242: Yes), the child care advice change processing unit 116 selects a new child care advice from the child care advice database 121 (S243). That is, processing is performed to change the parenting advice selected in S241 to a different parenting advice. As an example of a method of changing childcare advice, if the minimum value of standard age associated with the category selected according to the sleep score is 3 months or more higher than the actual age, it shifts to one stage lower category Then, there is a method of selecting the childcare advice set in the lower division by one level as a new childcare advice. For example, when the sleep score of an 8-month-old infant is calculated as 5.2, the childcare advice set in the fourth stage of the childcare advice database 121 is selected in the process of S241. However, the reference age associated with stage 4 is 12 to 36 months, and there is a gap of 3 months or more between the minimum age of the reference age (12 months) and the actual age of the infant (8 months) There is. Therefore, the child care advice set in the third step is reselected by shifting to the third step, which is one step lower than the fourth step.
Conversely, if the standard age associated with the category selected according to the sleep score is 3 months or more lower than the actual age, shift to a category one step higher and set the category one step higher It is also possible to select the childcare advice given as a new childcare advice.
As described above, when the difference between the actual age of the infant and the reference age associated with the childcare advice database 121 causes a difference greater than a predetermined level (3 months in the above example), the childcare advice is re-read. A selection is made. This makes it easy to select childcare advice more appropriate to the actual age of the baby, and therefore, it is possible to suppress the display of inappropriate childcare advice. That is, more accurate childcare advice can be provided by correcting the childcare advice selected based on the sleep score in consideration of the actual age of the infant.
In addition, in the child care advice database 121 shown in FIG. 7, a plurality of types of child care advice are divided into five stages and stored according to the sleep score, but the child care advice according to the reference age in the same division. May be classified. For example, in FIG. 7, the reference age associated with the second stage is 3 to 6 months, and in the second stage, the base age is 3 to 4 months, 5 months for the base age, It is divided into cases of 6 months, and childcare advice that differs partially in each division is set.
Therefore, the childcare advice change processing unit 116 may preferentially select the childcare advice set in the category closer to the actual standard age of the infant among the categories selected according to the sleep score. . For example, when the sleep score is calculated to be 3.7 in a 3-month-old infant, childcare advice set in the second stage (base age 3-6 months) of the childcare advice database 121 is selected. When giving priority to childcare advice set in a category (3 to 4 months) closer to the actual age of the baby. In this way, more accurate parenting advice can be provided.
In addition, when the change process of the childcare advice is performed, the “developmental stage” of the infant may be referred to in addition to or in place of the “age” of the infant. Here, the “developmental stage” of an infant is a degree that indicates the infant's motor function, diet, intelligence, and psychological development. For example, with regard to motor function, whether or not an infant can carry out each item such as “neck rest”, “turn over”, “sit alone”, “high high”, “tearly standing”, “walking”, “walk alone” The degree of development is judged based on whether or not it is. Similarly, "I can speak words", "I can speak two sentences", "I can say goodbye etc.", "I can say something about adults" about "I started eating baby food", "I can eat myself" etc. Are judged on items such as “I understand” and “I can play with my friends”. Of course, other items may be judged.
When the determination is made based on the “developmental stage” of the infant, first, in the initial setting, whether or not the infant can be executed is registered in advance as part of personal information on each item described above. On the other hand, each item described above is set as reference developmental stage information in association with each stage of the childcare advice database 121. For example, in the child-care advice database 121, it is set that "speaking" and "turning over" are possible after the second stage, and "sit alone" is possible after the third stage.
Then, in the process of S242 in which the “age” is determined, the “developmental stage” is also determined (it may be a process different from S242). The determination method of the "developmental stage" is substantially the same as the determination method of the "age" described above. That is, when the standard developmental stage associated with the selected childcare advice and the actual developmental stage of the baby are diverging, it is determined that the selected childcare advice is inappropriate as the childcare advice for the baby Be done. For example, even if childcare advice classified in the third stage is selected according to the sleep score and age determination of a certain infant, "one sitting" is still possible when referring to the personal information of the infant. If not, it is determined that the "developmental stage" has not reached the third stage. As a result, in the subsequent processing of S243, re-selection of child care advice is performed. For example, if it is determined that the “developmental stage” has not reached the third stage, the second stage, which is one stage lower, is shifted to the second stage, and the childcare advice classified in the second stage is selected as a new childcare advice .
The judgment is made in correspondence with the actual age of the infant, and the judgment on the developmental stage is also made, whereby the accuracy of the judgment can be made higher. Therefore, it is possible to provide a childcare person with accurate childcare advice more realistically.
(S245)。 When the process (S243) of changing (reselecting) the child care advice ends, the process returns to the process of S242, and determination of the reference age and the actual age of the infant is performed again. As a result, when it is determined that the month-old has a predetermined deviation or more (S242 is Yes), the process of S243 is further repeated. On the other hand, when it is determined that the reference age and the actual age of the infant are smaller than the predetermined value (S242 is No), the childcare advice display processing unit 115 sends the childcare advice determined to be appropriate in S242 to the childcare person. It is determined as childcare advice (S244), and the determined childcare advice is displayed on the display unit 14 (S245).
As described above, according to the present modification, the parentage advice with higher accuracy is given to the parenter by making correction based on the selection of parenting advice based on the sleep score while taking into consideration the actual age and developmental stage of the infant. It becomes possible to offer.
