目前手机的外部都存在外露的装饰圈。用户在触摸装饰圈时容易存在触电或放静电等问题,导致手机存在安全隐患。

本申请提供一种提高用户体验的装饰组件及电子设备。
本申请提供了一种装饰组件,其中,所述装饰组件包括功能器件、套设于所述功能器件的装饰圈和电路板,以及固定于所述电路板的接地金属片,所述接地金属片具有远离所述电路板的接地端,所述接地端与所述装饰圈形成电容,以实现所述装饰圈的接地设置。
本申请还提供一种电子设备,其中,所述电子设备包括上述装饰组件。
本申请还提供一种电子设备,其中,所述电子设备包括装饰组件,所述装饰组件包括功能器件、套设于所述功能器件的装饰圈和电路板,以及固定于所述电路板的接地金属片,所述接地金属片具有远离所述电路板的接地端,所述接地端与所述装饰圈形成电容,以实现所述装饰圈的接地设置。

本实施方式中,所述电路板10包括第一表面11和相对所述第一表面11设置的第二表面12。所述第一表面11朝向所述装饰圈20,所述电路板10的第一表面11上固定所述接地金属片30。所述电路板10支撑所述接地金属片30,使得所述接地金属片30始终与所述装饰圈20之间保持间隙。并且所述接地金属片30方便经所述电路板10电连接地极301。在一个实施例中,所述电路板10可以与所述地极301相互独立,所述接地金属片30可以经柔性电路板电连接所述地极301。在另一实施例中,所述地极301可以设置于所述电路板10上,所述接地金属片30可以经设置于所述电路板10上的铜箔线电连接所述地极301。所述装饰圈20间接固定于所述电路板10,所述装饰圈20可以是通过支架固定于所述电路板10,也可以是通过壳体固定于所述电路板10。所述装饰圈20与所述接地金属片30正对处平整设置,使得所述装饰圈20可以有效向所述接地金属片30传递电荷,避免在所述装饰圈20与所述接地金属片30之间产生电弧,提高了安全性。所述接地金属片30朝向所述装饰圈20的一端端面平整设置。所述功能器件40可以是玻璃盖板、按键、或者装饰盖板等器件,所述装饰圈20吸收静电,避免静电经所述功能器件40传递至功能模组,从而提高安全性。
进一步地,请参阅图3,所述装饰组件100还包括外壳50,所述外壳50 设有由外侧向内侧延伸的安装孔51,所述装饰圈20固定于所述安装孔51,所述电路板10和所述接地金属片30均固定于所述外壳50的内侧。
本实施方式中,所述外壳50具有外表面52和相对所述外表面设置的内表面53。所述安装孔51由所述外表面52延伸至所述内表面53。所述外壳50可以是手机电池后盖、手机前盖或者是手机中框。所述电路板10固定于所述外壳50内侧。所述电路板10的第一表面11朝向所述内表面53。所述第一表面11与所述内表面53之间存在间距。所述装饰圈20可以是部分封盖所述安装孔51,并结合其他盖板对所述安装孔51进行封盖。所述装饰圈20还可以是完全对所述安装孔51进行封盖。所述外壳50和所述装饰圈20对所述接地金属片30进行保护。
在一个实施例中,请参阅4和图5,所述外壳50包括前盖54、中框55和背盖56。所述前盖54与所述背盖56相盖合,所述中框55固定于所述前盖54和所述背盖56之间。所述前盖54由玻璃板和显示屏构成。所述背盖56为电池盖。所述中框55上固定所述电路板10。所述电路板10的第二表面12朝向所述中框54。所述安装孔51设置于所述背盖56,并位于所述背盖56长度方向的一端。所述背盖56设有两条沿背盖56宽度方向平行延伸的天线缝隙561,两条所述天线缝隙561将所述背盖56分隔出第一区域562、第二区域563和第三区域564。所述安装孔51可以位于所述第一区域562、或第二区域563、或第三区域564。所述装饰圈20可以是固定于背盖56上的装饰件或功能部件。所述装饰圈20与所述功能器件40共同封盖所述安装孔51。
在另一实施例中,请参阅图6,所述安装孔51设置于所述前盖54,并位于所述前盖54长度方向的一端。所述前盖54具有显示区541和位于所述显示区541长度方向两端的非显示区542。所述安装孔51位于所述非显示区542。所述安装孔51减小对所述显示区541的显示面积损失,提高所述前盖54外观性能。所述装饰圈20可以是固定于所述前盖54的装饰件或功能部件。
进一步地,请参阅图7、图8和图9,所述装饰圈20远离所述接地金属片30的一端露出所述安装孔51。
本实施方式中,所述装饰圈20包括底端21和相对所述底端21设置的顶端22。所述顶端22露出所述安装孔51,所述装饰圈20对所述外壳50进行装 饰,使得所述外壳50局部呈现金属外观效果。同时,所述装饰圈20增强所述外壳50的局部结构稳固性。
在一个实施例中,如图7所示,所述底端21位于所述安装孔51内。所述接地端31与所述底端21之间存在所述间隙a。所述接地端31与所述底端21正对。所述接地端31可以收容于所述安装孔51内,使得所述第一表面11距离所述内表面53减小,所述装饰组件100的整体厚度减小,提高了用户体验。
在另一实施例中,如图8所示,所述底端21露出所述安装孔51。所述接地端31与所述底端21之间存在所述间隙a。所述接地端31与所述底端21端面正对。所述装饰圈20的外周侧壁与所述安装孔51的内周侧壁过盈配合,增加了所述装饰圈20与所述背盖56的接触面积增大。所述装饰圈20与所述背盖56结构稳固。
在另一实施例中,如图9所示,所述底端21露出所述安装孔51。所述接地端31与底端21的周侧壁之间存在所述间隙a。所述接地端31与所述装饰圈20相错开,所述接地端31更靠近所述内表面53。所述第一表面11距离所述内表面53减小,所述装饰组件100的整体厚度减小,提高了用户体验。
进一步地,请参阅图10,所述安装孔51的内侧设有承托凸缘511,所述承托凸缘511远离所述电路板10的一侧支撑所述装饰圈20。
本实施方式中,所述承托凸缘511沿所述安装孔51周向延伸。所述承托凸缘511位于所述安装孔51在所述内表面53的开口端内侧。所述承托凸缘511具有朝向所述安装孔51在所述外表面52的开口的承托面512。所述承托面512上设有双面胶513。所述装饰圈20的底端21端面通过所述双面胶513粘接于所述承托凸缘511。所述装饰圈20与所述背盖56结构稳固。所述装饰圈20可以承受较大压力。所述接地金属片30与所述装饰圈20之间存在所述间隙a,所述接地金属片30对所述装饰圈20不施加朝向所述外表面52的抵触力,所述装饰圈20不易被顶出所述安装孔51,所述双面胶513对所述装饰圈20有效粘接。
进一步地,请参阅图11和图12,所述接地金属片30包括底板32和设置于所述底板32的凸起33,所述底板32固定于所述电路板10上。
本实施方式中,所述底板32为折弯件。所述底板32在长度方向设有两个 相对设置的折弯支脚321。所述折弯支脚321抵触于所述电路板10的第一表面11上。通过在所述电路板10的第一表面11上设置接地铜箔,所述折弯支脚321抵触所述第一表面11上的接地铜箔,使得所述接地金属片30接地。所述底板32在两个所述折弯支脚321之间螺接于所述电路板10上。
在一个实施例中,如图11所示,所述凸起33由所述底板32在两个折弯支脚321之间边缘朝所述装饰圈20折弯形成。所述接地金属片20结构简单,方便所述接地金属片20制作,减少生产成本。
在另一个实施例中,如图12所示,所述凸起33设置于两个所述折弯支脚321之间。所述凸起33接收所述装饰圈20的电荷后传导至两个所述折弯支脚321。所述凸起33呈凸台状。所述凸起33可以具有较大的电荷接收端面,所述凸起33有效接收所述装饰圈20的静电。
进一步地,请参阅图13,所述电路板10为主板,所述电路板10设有地极301,所述接地金属片30电连接于所述地极301。
本实施方式中,所述电路板10为印刷电路板。所述电路板10的所述地极301通过铜箔线路电连接所述接地金属片30的折弯支脚321。所述地极301电势较低,所述装饰圈20经所述电容b和所述接地金属片30与所述地极301导通,所述装饰圈20的静电被所述地极301吸收,使得所述装饰圈20不易产生静电。而且所述装饰圈20与所述接地金属片30形成电容b,当所述接地金属片30被意外引入了电路板10上的高电平电流时,所述电容b阻隔高电平电流,使得所述装饰圈20不被引入高电平电流,用户触摸所述装饰圈20不易产生触电。
进一步地,所述装饰圈20为摄像头装饰圈。所述功能器件40为摄像头盖板。所述装饰圈20包括金属环23。所述金属环23的外周侧壁与所述安装孔51的内周侧壁相配合,所述金属环23经所述接地金属片30接地。在一个实施例中,所述金属环23为椭圆环。所述金属环23内侧固定所述功能器件40。所述金属环23和所述功能器件40共同遮盖所述安装孔51。所述金属环23的底部与所述接地端31正对。所述功能器件40与固定于所述电路板10的摄像头模组60正对。
进一步地,请参阅图14,所述装饰圈20还包括金属支撑板24,所述金属 支撑24固定连接所述金属环23,所述金属支撑板24与所述金属环23相导通,所述金属支撑板24与所述接地端31之间形成所述接地电容b。所述金属支撑板23与所述金属环23一体成型。所述金属环23的顶端露出所述安装孔51。所述金属环23接收电荷后经所述金属支撑板24传导至所述接地金属片30。所述金属环23内侧固定连接所述功能器件40。所述金属支撑板24支撑所述功能器件40。所述装饰圈20与所述功能器件40结构稳固。
在一个实施例中,所述金属环23沿椭圆跑道型曲线延伸。所述功能器件40同时覆盖摄像头模组60和闪光灯70。所述功能器件40透过所述摄像头模组60的拍摄光线和所述闪光灯70的光线。所述金属支撑板24对应所述摄像头模组60和所述闪光灯70设有摄像头孔241和闪光灯孔242。所述闪光灯孔242与所述摄像头孔241间隔设置。所述摄像头孔241透过摄像头拍摄光线。所述闪光灯孔242透过闪光灯光线。所述接地端31正对所述金属支撑板24远离所述摄像头孔241和所述闪光灯孔242处。
在另一实施例中,请参阅图15,所述装饰圈20为指纹模组装饰圈。所述功能器件40为指纹模组盖板。所述安装孔51设置于所述前盖54。所述装饰圈20固定于所述前盖54的安装孔51内。所述装饰圈20内侧固定所述功能器件40。所述功能器件40内侧固定指纹模组41。
在另一实施例中,请参阅图16,所述装饰圈20为金属按键装饰圈。所述功能器件40为金属键帽。所述安装孔51设置于所述背盖56的侧部,所述装饰圈20固定于所述前盖54的安装孔51内。
请参阅图17,本申请还提供一种电子设备200,所述电子设备200包括所述装饰组件100。所述电子设备200还包括固定于所述电路板10的摄像头模组60和闪光灯70。所述电子设备200还包括固定于所述电路板10的其他功能部件。所述电子设备200可以是手机、平板电脑或笔记本电脑。
本申请提供的装饰组件及电子设备,通过所述接地金属片的接地端与所述装饰圈之间设置间隙,所述接地金属片和所述装饰圈共同形成电容,实现所述装饰圈接地,而且所述接地金属片对所述装饰圈不施加抵触力,所述装饰圈不会因受力而结构不稳固,提高了用户体验。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种装饰组件,其特征在于,所述装饰组件包括功能器件、套设于所述功能器件的装饰圈和电路板,以及固定于所述电路板的接地金属片,所述接地金属片具有远离所述电路板的接地端,所述接地端与所述装饰圈形成电容,以实现所述装饰圈的接地设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装饰组件,其特征在于,所述装饰组件还包括外壳,所述外壳设有由外侧向内侧延伸的安装孔,所述装饰圈和所述功能器件固定于所述安装孔,所述电路板和所述接地金属片均固定于所述外壳的内侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的装饰组件,其特征在于,所述装饰圈远离所述接地金属片的一端露出所述安装孔。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的装饰组件,其特征在于,所述安装孔的内侧设有承托凸缘,所述承托凸缘远离所述电路板一侧支撑所述装饰圈。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的装饰组件,其特征在于,所述承托凸缘与所述装饰圈之间设置粘胶粘接。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5任意一项所述的装饰组件,其特征在于,所述接地金属片包括底板和设置于所述底板的凸起,所述底板固定于所述电路板上,所述接地端设置于所述凸起。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装饰组件,其特征在于,所述凸起由所述底板的边缘朝所述装饰圈折弯形成。
  8. 根据权利要求1~5任意一项所述的装饰组件,其特征在于,所述电路板设有地极,所述接地金属片电连接于所述地极。
  9. 根据权利要求1~5任意一项所述的装饰组件,其特征在于,所述装饰圈为摄像头装饰圈,所述功能器件为摄像头盖板。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装饰组件,其特征在于,所述装饰圈包括金属环,所述金属环的外周侧壁与所述安装孔的内周侧壁相配合,所述金属环经所述接地金属片接地。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装饰组件,其特征在于,所述金属环沿椭圆跑道型曲线延伸。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的装饰组件,其特征在于,所述装饰圈还包括 金属支撑板,所述金属支撑板固定连接所述金属环,所述金属支撑板与所述金属环相导通,所述金属支撑板与所述接地端之间形成所述接地电容。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装饰组件,其特征在于,所述金属支撑板设有摄像头孔,所述摄像头孔用以透过摄像头拍摄光线。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装饰组件,其特征在于,所述接地端正对所述金属支撑板远离所述摄像头孔处。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的装饰组件,其特征在于,所述支撑板还设有闪光灯孔,所述闪光灯孔与所述摄像头间隔设置,所述闪光灯孔用以透过闪光灯光线。
  16. 根据权利要求1~5任意一项所述的装饰组件,其特征在于,所述装饰圈为指纹模组装饰圈,所述功能器件为指纹模组盖板。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装饰组件,其特征在于,所述功能器件朝向所述电路板一侧用以固定指纹模组。
  18. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括权利要求1~17任意一项所述装饰组件。
  19. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括装饰组件,所述装饰组件包括功能器件、套设于所述功能器件的装饰圈和电路板,以及固定于所述电路板的接地金属片,所述接地金属片具有远离所述电路板的接地端,所述接地端与所述装饰圈形成电容,以实现所述装饰圈的接地设置。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述装饰圈包括金属环,所述金属环的外周侧壁与所述安装孔的内周侧壁相配合,所述金属环经所述接地金属片接地,所述装饰圈还包括金属支撑板,所述金属支撑板固定连接所述金属环,所述金属支撑板与所述金属环相导通,所述金属支撑板与所述接地端之间形成所述接地电容,所述金属支撑板设有摄像头孔,所述电子设备还包括固定于所述电路板的摄像头模组,所述摄像头模组正对所述摄像头孔。
