Abstract

本发明实施例公开了一种新型绕法的EMI共模电感及其绕制方法,属于共模电感技术领域。所述新型绕法的EMI共模电感包括环形磁芯和在所述环形磁芯两侧对称位置绕制的两个绕组及四个引线端,每个绕组均为多段绕组,每段绕组的绕制层数均为多层;每个绕组的2个引线端分别位于绕组的两端,其中一个引线端位于绕组最内层,另一个引线端位于绕组最外层。本发明实施例能够保证EMI效果,实现自动化绕线,有效提高生产效率,大大节约人力,降低不良率,降低产品成本,实现客户与供应商共赢。
