L'invention concerne un dispositif orthétique d'entraînement de la fonction musculaire de la cavité buccale, comprenant : une protection vestibulaire (1) portée verticalement dans une rainure alvéolo-labiale d'une cavité buccale, un dispositif de traction (5) pour tirer la protection vestibulaire (1), et un élément de traction (3) reliant la protection vestibulaire (1) et le dispositif de traction (5) ; la protection vestibulaire (1) est disposée entre une dentition et une joue-lèvre d'un corps humain et comprend une plaque en forme d'arc (12) ajustée sur le vestibule de la cavité buccale ; la plaque en forme d'arc (12) est pourvue d'une rainure (14) dans le milieu pour éviter un frein de joue-lèvre de la cavité buccale ; l'élément de traction (3) comprend une bague de traction (36) disposée au niveau d'une extrémité supérieure en forme d'arc de la plaque en forme d'arc (12) ; et l'élément de traction (3) est formé d'un seul tenant avec la plaque en forme d'arc (12).
