结合图3、图4和图6所示,控制部6作为灯杆1插入和拔出的一种控制结构, 其包括卡扣部61、操作部62及连接卡扣部61和操作部62的弹性臂63。卡扣部61和操作部62均为块状结构。弹性臂63包括连接操作部62的第一部分631、连接所述卡扣部的第二部分632以及连接第一部分631底部和第二部分632顶部的第三部分633。卡扣部61延伸至收容腔23内,操作部62的一部分表面暴露在通槽212的外部,操作部62的部分上表面抵接在挡块41的下表面,下表面抵接在通槽212的下表面,使得操作部62被限制至只能沿水平方向移动。卡扣部61的内侧面抵接在抵持部件213的外表面,使得卡扣部61被限制至只能紧贴抵持部件213的外表面并沿着竖直方向移动。在其它可替换的实施例中,当灯杆1的安装端11由壳体2的上表面或下表面向收容腔23内延伸时,盖板4设置在壳体2的外周,卡扣部61由壳体2的上表面延伸进入收容腔23内,操作部62被限制至只能沿竖直方向移动,卡扣部61被限制至只能沿水平方向移动。
控制部6为塑胶件,从壳体2的外部按压操作部62,通过弹性臂63向上发生变形,从而带动卡扣部61向上移动,即朝远离收容腔23内的安装端11的方向移动。在释放操作部62时,弹性臂63向下发生变形,从而带动卡扣部61向下移动,即朝朝向收容腔23内的安装端11的方向移动。对接孔211和控制部6形成对接结构,用于灯杆1与安装部20的对接及锁定。
结合图3和图6所示,灯杆1为中空管状结构,其由金属制成,在本实施例中,灯杆1以安装部20为中心,横向延伸出去。灯杆1的一端为安装端11,安装端11由对接孔211进入安装部20。安装端11的两侧各设有一条导向槽111,导向槽111由安装端11的端面向灯杆1的中间部延伸。导向槽111与对接孔211部位设置的导向结构对应,用于在灯杆1与壳体2插接时起导向定位作用。安装端11的内部设置有若干个导电端子112,导电端子112的头部延伸出安装端11,在灯杆1插入对接孔211并锁定时,导电端子112与转接板52抵接从而电性连接。在本实施例中,导电端子112为可伸缩的端子,具体的,导电端子112通过弹簧1121连接在灯杆1上,从导电端子112刚接触到转接板52到灯杆1完全固定在收容腔23内的过程中,导电端子112向灯杆1内收缩了一段距离,此时弹簧1121被压缩了一段距离,则弹簧1121提供一个朝向转接板52的力,这样保证了导电端子112与转接板52之间电性连接的稳定性。灯杆1的上侧设有一个与卡扣部61配合的卡扣开孔113。操作部62可被操作地带动卡扣部61停留或脱离卡扣开孔113,具体的,在灯杆1与安装部20锁定状态下,卡扣部61的下端延伸进入卡扣开孔113内,当卡扣部61受操作部62控制向上移动一段距离后,卡扣部61与卡扣开孔113分离,安装部20和灯杆1之间即解锁。
具体的安装及拆卸原理如下:安装时,将灯杆1的安装端11插入对接孔211,插入到一定距离后,卡扣部61卡接在卡扣开孔113内,控制部6自动将灯杆1锁定,此时,灯杆1不可拔出,导电端子112抵接在对应的转接板52上。拆卸时,手指按下控制部6的操作部62,在按住操作部62的同时拔出灯杆1,即完成拆卸。
本发明的灯架,可快速地将灯杆1与安装部20组装或拆卸,不需要任何其它连接件,徒手便可以完成,不需要安装工具,使灯架的组装或拆卸简单化、快捷化。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种灯架,包括安装部及灯杆,所述安装部上设置有对接结构,所述安装部包括收容腔,所述对接结构包括与所述收容腔连通的对接孔及延伸至所述收容腔内的控制部,所述灯杆包括安装端,所述安装端插置于所述对接孔并延伸至所述收容腔,所述控制部可被操作地移动至将所述安装端锁定在所述收容腔内的锁定状态以及将所述安装端从所述收容腔内释放的解锁状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯架,其中,所述安装部包括相对的上表面和下表面以及连接所述上、下表面的侧表面,所述对接孔开设于所述侧表面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的灯架,其中,所述控制部包括延伸至所述收容腔内的卡扣部以及连接所述卡扣部的操作部,所述操作部延伸至所述安装部外,所述操作部可被操作地带动所述卡扣部朝向和远离位于所述收容腔内的安装端,以将所述安装端限定在锁定状态和解锁状态。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的灯架,其中,所述安装端设置有卡扣开孔,所述操作部可被操作地带动所述卡扣部停留或脱离所述卡扣开孔。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的灯架,其中,所述控制部还包括连接所述卡扣部和所述操作部的弹性臂。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的灯架,其中,所述弹性臂包括连接所述操作部的第一部分、连接所述卡扣部的第二部分以及连接所述第一部分底部和第二部分顶部的第三部分。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的灯架,其中,所述安装部包括连通所述收容腔的操作孔,所述操作部安装至所述操作孔并抵接所述操作孔的孔壁,所述操作部被限制至只能沿第一方向移动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的灯架,其中,所述安装部包括抵持部件,所述抵持部件位于所述收容腔内且正对所述操作孔,所述卡扣部与所述抵持部件抵接,所述卡扣部被限制至只能沿和所述第一方向垂直的第二方向移动。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的灯架,其中,所述安装部还包括设置在所述收容腔内的电路板,所述电路板上设置有电源接口及至少两个导电部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的灯架,其中,所述安装端的端部设置有导电端子,在所述安装端锁定于所述收容腔内时,所述导电端子与所述导电部电性连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的灯架,其中,所述导电端子通过弹簧连接在所述安装端上,在所述安装端锁定于所述收容腔内时,所述弹簧提供一个朝向所述转接板的力。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的灯架,其中,所述安装部还包括走线管,所述走线管中空与所述收容腔连通。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的灯架,其中,所述收容腔内位于所述对接孔的孔壁设置有导向条,所述安装端设置有导向槽,所述导向条与所述导向槽配合定位。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的灯架,其中,所述灯架包括至少两个灯杆,所述灯杆周向等角度排布于所述安装部上。
  15. 一种灯具,包括如权利要求1至14中任一项所述的灯架以及光源模组,所述光源模组安装至所述灯架中的灯杆。
