一实施例之中:该连接部分包括上壳体和固设在上壳体内的上连接座,该上连接座和下连接座固定连接在一起;该下连接座底面设有进水路的出水口。
一实施例之中:该出水口处设有能顶抵在分水部分顶面的皮碗,该皮碗和下连接座之间设有弹性体。
一实施例之中:该下连接座底面设有凸圆柱;该分水部分顶面凹设有圆槽,该凸圆柱适配插入圆槽内。
一实施例之中:该下连接座底面凹设有安装槽,该安装槽内装设有弹性体和受弹性体顶抵的定位销;该出水部分顶面凹设有两个定位槽;该定位销受弹性体顶抵且插入某一定位槽内。
一实施例之中:该出水部分能相对连接在连接部分,该分水部分包括分水盘和旋转盖,该分水盘和旋转盖相对固定且内形成有上述的两分水路;该分水盘之上设有分别对应两分水路的进水口,该些进水口沿绕出水部分转动轴线的弧线周向间隔布置;该旋转盖底部中心固设有套体,该旋转盘之上设有对应两分水路的出水口,该套体内孔形成为一分水路的出水口,该旋转盖底部设有环形间隔包围套体的另一分水路的出水口。
一实施例之中:该套体插入中心部分和周壁之间的环形腔体且密封靠接中心部分外壁。
一实施例之中:该上壳体外壁和下壳体外壁对齐。
本发明解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案之二是:
分流器,包括中心部分、固围在中心部分外的环壁和由环壁外周缘向上延伸的周壁,该周壁上开设有分流孔,该中心部分顶面凹设有装配槽,该装配槽槽底设有贯穿的出水路,该装配槽内装设有功能件。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
多功能出水装置包括连接部分和出水部分,通过出水部分相对连接部分转动实现两分水路切换接通进水路,即,该出水装置自身具有切换功能,无需另外配设切换阀,结构简单,成本低,安装方便。另设分水部分和分流器,分水部分设分水路,分水路无需设在壳体上,壳体结构简单,降低成本。分流器包括中心部分、环壁和周壁,周壁上开设有分流孔,中心部分顶面凹设有装配槽,装配槽槽底设有贯穿的出水路,装配槽内装设有功能件,一方面,所有水路都通过分流器流出,结构简单,方便出水装置的密封设置,另一方面,起跑水花在外,功能水分在内,方便功能件安装,方便气泡水的空气吸入,简化结构,布局合理,结构紧凑。
起泡器壳体固定装接在下壳体下端口,起泡器壳体上开设有内外贯穿的进气孔,起泡器壳体内固设有格栅,从分流孔流出水流作用在格栅,格栅中部设有上下贯穿的配合孔,中心部分下端适配插入配合孔内,结构简单,连接牢固可靠。
固定环既起到连接分流器、起跑器壳体和下壳体的作用,又起到使水流碰撞细化的作用。
连接部分包括下连接座,下连接座位于下壳体内,下连接座、分水部分、固定环和起泡器壳体自上而下依序布置,且通过起跑器壳体和下壳体的固定而将分水部分和固定环固定在下壳体内,一方面起到为下壳体转动提供导向,另一方面起到连接下壳体、下连接座、分水部分、固定环和起泡器壳体的作用,结构紧凑,布局合理。
连接部分包括上壳体和固设在上壳体内的上连接座,上连接座和下连接座固定连接在一起,下连接座底面设有进水路的出水口,方便装配,连接牢固可靠。
出水口处设有能顶抵在分水部分顶面的皮碗,皮碗和下连接座之间设有弹性体,增强密封性能,提高切换手感舒适性。
下连接座底面设有凸圆柱,分水部分顶面凹设有圆槽,凸圆柱适配插入圆槽内, 既能实现轴向顶抵作用,又能实现轴向定位作用。
套体插入中心部分和周壁之间的环形腔体且密封靠接中心部分外壁,既能实现水路的接通,又能实现各零部件的定位和锁定。
上壳体外壁和下壳体外壁对齐,外观美观,且方便装配。

具体实施方式
实施例1、请参见图6、图7,一种分流器24包括中心部分241、固围在中心部分241外的环壁242、由环壁242外周缘向上延伸的周壁243,该周壁243上开设有分流孔244,该中心部分241顶面凹设有装配槽245,该装配槽245槽底设有贯穿的出水路246,该装配槽245用以装设有功能件;周壁243上周缘还设有向外水平延伸成的外周缘248。
装配槽245连通出水路246形成一中心出水路;周壁243与中心部分241形成一环形腔249,该环形腔249连通分流孔244形成外环出水路。
实施例2请参见图1至图5,多功能出水装置,包括连接部分1和能相对连接部分1转动的出水部分2,该连接部分1设有进水路11,该出水部分2设有两分水路21,通过出水部分2相对连接部分1转动实现两分水路21切换接通进水路11。该出水部分2包括下壳体22,该下壳体22内固设有分水部分23和分流器24;该分水部分23设有上述两分水路21;
请参见图1至图7,该分流器24包括中心部分241、固围在中心部分241外的环壁242和由环壁242外周缘向上延伸的周壁243,该周壁243上开设有分流孔244, 该中心部分241顶面凹设有装配槽245,该装配槽245槽底设有贯穿的出水路246,该装配槽245内装设有功能件247;该分流器24位于分水部分23之下,且该装配槽245的槽口接通一分水路21,该周壁243和中心部分241的环形腔接通另一分水路21以出气泡水。
请参见图1至图7,本实施例的具体结构中:
该出水部分2还包括起泡器壳体25,该起泡器壳体25固定装接在下壳体22下端口,本实施例之中,该起跑器壳体25设有套件,套件外设外螺纹,该外螺纹螺接在下壳体22下端口的内螺纹;该起泡器壳体25上开设有内外贯穿的进气孔251,该起泡器壳体25内固设有格栅252,从分流孔244流出水流作用在格栅252,该格栅252中部设有上下贯穿的配合孔253;该中心部分241下端适配插入配合孔253内。
该出水部分2还包括固定环26,分流器24周壁243上周缘向外延伸成外周缘248,该外周缘248撑靠在固定环26,该固定环26和周壁243之间留有环形间隙,该分流孔244朝向固定环26,从分流孔244射出的水流碰撞在固定环26后从环形间隙流下。而且,该固定环26之下段外周缘凸设有卡环261,该起泡器壳体25之套件内壁凹设有卡槽,该卡环261卡接入该卡槽内,以此固定连接固定环26和起泡器壳体25。
该连接部分1包括下连接座12,该下连接座12位于下壳体22内,该下连接座12、分水部分23、固定环26和起泡器壳体25自上而下依序布置,且通过起泡器壳体25和下壳体22的固定而将分水部分23和固定环26固定在下壳体22内。进一步的,该下连接座12底面设有凸圆柱121;该分水部分23的分水盘231顶面凹设有圆槽233,该凸圆柱121适配插入圆槽233内以实现轴向对位。该分水部分23包括分水盘231和旋转盖232,该分水盘231和旋转盖232相对固定且内形成有上述的两分水路21;该分水盘231之上设有分别对应两分水路21的进水口,该些进水口沿绕出水部分2转动轴线的弧线周向间隔布置;该旋转盖232底部中心固设有套体234,该旋转盘232之上设有对应两分水路21的出水口,该套体234内孔形成为一分水路21的出水口,该旋转盖232底部设有环形间隔包围套体234的另一分水路21的出水口。该套体234插入中心部分241和周壁243之间的环形腔体且密封靠接中心部分241外壁,如之间设密封圈实现密封;则套体234的分水路接通中心部分241的装配槽,包围的套体的另一分水路接通中心部分241和周壁243之间的环形腔体,上述的结构简单,装配方便,便于产品加工成型。
该下连接座12底面凹设有安装槽,该安装槽内装设有弹性体122和受弹性体顶 抵的定位销123;该出水部分231顶面凹设有两个定位槽;该定位销受弹性体顶抵且插入某一定位槽内,以此使切换保持在该切换状态及增加切换手感。
在旋转盖232、固定环26和起跑器壳体之间设密封部分18,如密封圈,一方面实现密封,另一方面密封圈具有弹性,该弹性变形能为装配提供让位空间,方便装配。
在该分流器24之上设有包围套体234的整流片27,该整流片27和套体环形间隔,以实现整流。
该连接部分1包括上壳体13和固设在上壳体13内的上连接座14,该上连接座14和下连接座12通过螺钉固定连接在一起;该下连接座12底面设有进水路11的出水口。该水源的水路经上连接座14流入下连接座12并从进水路11的出水口流出。该出水口处设有能顶抵在分水部分23的分水盘231顶面的皮碗15,该皮碗15和下连接座12之间设有弹性体16。该上连接座14之上还设有节水片17和垫片18。
该上壳体13外壁和下壳体22外壁对齐,该下壳体22上周缘向内延伸成下环凸221,该下连接座12上周缘向内延伸成上环凸124,该上连接座14撑靠在上环凸124之上,该下连接座12撑靠在下环凸221之下。
该水源的水路经上连接座14流入下连接座12并从进水路11的出水口流出,并流入第一分水路21的进水口,再从分水部分的旋转盖232的套体234流入装配槽245并与功能件247配合实现水花调节,如图4中的喷溅水,喷溅水沿出水路246流出。转动出水部分2,使第二分水路21的进水口对应进水路11的出水口,再从分水部分的旋转盖232的包围套体234的第二分水路的出水口流出,经过整流片27进入分流器之“中心部分和周壁的环形腔体”,然后从分流孔244流出,射出后和空气混合实现气泡,该气泡水经格栅252整流后流出,如图5所示。
藉由以上较佳具体实施例的详述,是希望能更加清楚描述本发明的特征与精神,而并非以上述所揭露的较佳具体实施例来对本发明的保护范围加以限制。因此,本发明所申请的权利要求的保护范围应该根据上述的说明作最宽广的解释,以致使其涵盖所有可能的改变以及具相等性的安排。
工业实用性
本发明一种多功能出水装置,其自身具有切换功能,无需另外配设切换阀,结构简单,成本低,安装方便。另设分水部分和分流器,分水部分设分水路,分水路无需设在壳体上,壳体结构简单,降低成本。本发明应用范围广,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (14)

  1. 多功能出水装置,包括连接部分和能相对连接部分活动的出水部分,该连接部分设有进水路,该出水部分设有两分水路,通过出水部分相对连接部分活动实现两分水路切换接通进水路,其特征在于:该出水部分包括下壳体,该下壳体内固设有分水部分和分流器;该分水部分设有上述两分水路;该分流器包括中心部分、固围在中心部分外的环壁和由环壁外周缘向上延伸的周壁,该周壁上开设有分流孔,该中心部分顶面凹设有装配槽,该装配槽槽底设有贯穿的出水路,该装配槽内装设有功能件;该分流器位于分水部分之下,且该装配槽的槽口接通一分水路,该周壁和中心部分的环形腔接通另一分水路以出气泡水。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能出水装置,其特征在于:还包括起泡器壳体,该起泡器壳体固定装接在下壳体下端口,该起泡器壳体上开设有内外贯穿的进气孔,该起泡器壳体内固设有格栅,从分流孔流出水流作用在格栅,该格栅中部设有上下贯穿的配合孔;该中心部分下端适配插入配合孔内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能出水装置,其特征在于:还包括固定环,该周壁上周缘向外延伸成外周缘,该外周缘撑靠在固定环,该固定环和周壁之间留有环形间隙,该分流孔朝向固定环,从分流孔射出的水流碰撞在固定环后从环形间隙流下。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能出水装置,其特征在于:该连接部分包括下连接座,该下连接座位于下壳体内,该下连接座、分水部分、固定环和起泡器壳体自上而下依序布置,且通过起跑器壳体和下壳体的固定而将分水部分和固定环固定在下壳体内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能出水装置,其特征在于:该连接部分包括上壳体和固设在上壳体内的上连接座,该上连接座和下连接座固定连接在一起;该下连接座底面设有进水路的出水口。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能出水装置,其特征在于:该出水口处设有能顶抵在分水部分顶面的皮碗,该皮碗和下连接座之间设有弹性体。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能出水装置,其特征在于:该下连接座底面设有凸圆柱;该分水部分顶面凹设有圆槽,该凸圆柱适配插入圆槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能出水装置,其特征在于:该下连接座底面凹 设有安装槽,该安装槽内装设有弹性体和受弹性体顶抵的定位销;该出水部分顶面凹设有两个定位槽;该定位销受弹性体顶抵且插入某一定位槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能出水装置,其特征在于:该出水部分能相对连接在连接部分,该分水部分包括分水盘和旋转盖,该分水盘和旋转盖相对固定且内形成有上述的两分水路;该分水盘之上设有分别对应两分水路的进水口,该些进水口沿绕出水部分转动轴线的弧线周向间隔布置;该旋转盖底部中心固设有套体,该旋转盘之上设有对应两分水路的出水口,该套体内孔形成为一分水路的出水口,该旋转盖底部设有环形间隔包围套体的另一分水路的出水口。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的多功能出水装置,其特征在于:该套体插入中心部分和周壁之间的环形腔体且密封靠接中心部分外壁。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能出水装置,其特征在于:该上壳体外壁和下壳体外壁对齐。
  12. 分流器,其特征在于:包括中心部分、固围在中心部分外的环壁和由环壁外周缘向上延伸的周壁,该周壁上开设有分流孔,该中心部分顶面凹设有装配槽,该装配槽槽底设有贯穿的出水路,该装配槽用于装设功能件。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的分流器,其特征在于:该装配槽连通出水路形成一中心出水路;该周壁与中心部分形成一环形腔,该环形腔连通分流孔形成外环出水路。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的分流器,其特征在于:该周壁上周缘还设有向外水平延伸成的外周缘。
