Description

一种用于研磨头的高分子塑料 技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种用于研磨头的高分子塑料。
背景技术
现使用的手动研磨器基本上包括以下几个部分,壳体,用于容纳颗粒类调味品,安装于壳体上的研磨器,研磨器一般包括有内磨削头、外磨削头及盖体等。根据使用的方式不同,可以分为内磨削头转动型和外磨削头转动型研磨器。在研磨器也有根据需要对研磨器粉碎调味品的颗粒粒度进行调节的装置,以及用于卫生的盖体等结构。可以说,现所有的这类手动研磨器不仅实现了随用随磨的功能,而且增加了饮食的乐趣。
现用于制造研磨器磨头的材料有金属或高强度塑料,也有技术考虑使用石材,但是石材的强度并不高而且易裂无法真正投入使用。金属磨头的强度尚可,但是耐化学腐蚀性差,若有一段时间不使用就会有锈蚀现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于研磨头的高分子塑料。
本发明通过下面技术方案实现:
一种用于研磨头的高分子塑料,通过如下重量份的原料组成:高密度聚乙烯42-55份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯36-45份、聚酰胺66 32-38份、纳米碳化硅15-24份、酚醛树脂1-3份、抗氧剂0.5-1份、硬脂酸钙0.2-0.7份。
优选地,所述的一种用于研磨头的高分子塑料,通过如下重量份的原料组成:高密度聚乙烯49份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯40份、聚酰胺66 35份、纳米碳化硅20份、酚醛树脂2份、抗氧剂0.7份、硬脂酸钙0.5份。
优选地,所述的一种用于研磨头的高分子塑料,通过如下重量份的原料组成:高密度聚乙烯42份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯36份、聚酰胺66 32份、纳米碳化硅15份、酚醛树脂1份、抗氧剂0.5份、硬脂酸钙0.2份。
优选地,所述的一种用于研磨头的高分子塑料,通过如下重量份的原料组成:高密度聚乙烯55份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯45份、聚酰胺66 38份、纳米碳化硅24份、酚醛树脂3份、抗氧剂1份、硬脂酸钙0.7份。
本发明技术效果:
本发明提供的用于研磨头的高分子塑料耐磨性强,且耐腐蚀,使用时间长。

实施例1
所述的一种用于研磨头的高分子塑料,通过如下重量份的原料组成:高密度聚乙烯49份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯40份、聚酰胺66 35份、纳米碳化硅20份、酚醛树脂2份、抗氧剂0.7份、硬脂酸钙0.5份。
实施例2
所述的一种用于研磨头的高分子塑料,通过如下重量份的原料组成:高密度聚乙烯42份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯36份、聚酰胺66 32份、纳米碳化硅15份、酚醛树脂1份、抗氧剂0.5份、硬脂酸钙0.2份。
实施例3
所述的一种用于研磨头的高分子塑料,通过如下重量份的原料组成:高密度聚乙烯55份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯45份、聚酰胺66 38份、纳米碳化硅24份、酚醛树脂3份、抗氧剂1份、硬脂酸钙0.7份。
本发明提供的用于研磨头的高分子塑料耐磨性强,且耐腐蚀,使用时间长。

  1. 一种用于研磨头的高分子塑料,其特征在于,通过如下重量份的原料组成:高密度聚乙烯42-55份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯36-45份、聚酰胺66 32-38份、纳米碳化硅15-24份、酚醛树脂1-3份、抗氧剂0.5-1份、硬脂酸钙0.2-0.7份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于研磨头的高分子塑料,其特征在于,通过如下重量份的原料组成:高密度聚乙烯49份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯40份、聚酰胺66 35份、纳米碳化硅20份、酚醛树脂2份、抗氧剂0.7份、硬脂酸钙0.5份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于研磨头的高分子塑料,其特征在于,通过如下重量份的原料组成:高密度聚乙烯42份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯36份、聚酰胺66 32份、纳米碳化硅15份、酚醛树脂1份、抗氧剂0.5份、硬脂酸钙0.2份。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于研磨头的高分子塑料,其特征在于,通过如下重量份的原料组成:高密度聚乙烯55份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯45份、聚酰胺66 38份、纳米碳化硅24份、酚醛树脂3份、抗氧剂1份、硬脂酸钙0.7份。
