本发明涉及一种电热水器用加热芯。
背景技术
目前,在地球渐渐被破坏的今天,空气和水也受到了一定影响,空气质量下降,水污染日益严重,人们开始担心吃水问题,自来水电热水器就开始慢慢的出现,于是既经济又方便的电热水器加热芯便走进了千家万户,市场上的电热水器加热芯能与水中杂质充分接触,活性炭孔壁上的大量的分子可以产生强大的引力,从而达到将水中有害的杂质吸引到孔径中,这样的加热芯能力单一,加热效果差,容易漏水。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种加热效果佳的电热水器用加热芯。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种电热水器用加热芯,其创新点在于:由内而外依次包括活性炭加热层、白矿化球加热层、复合加热层、软化树脂加热层、红矿化球加热层和陶瓷片加热层,所述活性炭加热层、白矿化球加热层、复合加热层、软化树脂加热层、红矿化球加热层和陶瓷片加热层依次连接而成。
进一步的,所述复合加热层由2层网状聚酯纤维材料层和玻璃纤维层组成,所述玻璃纤维层设置在网状聚酯纤维材料层的中间位置。
进一步的,所述活性炭加热层的厚度为0.1-0.4mm,所述白矿化球加热层的厚度为0.1-0.3mm,所述软化树脂加热层的厚度为0.2-0.4mm,所述红矿化球加热层的厚度为0.1-0.3mm,所述陶瓷片加热层的厚度为0.2-0.3mm。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明的加热能力强、效果好,当水逐层经过此六层加热层时,每一层加热层根据其材料不同产生不同的吸附能力和防菌能力,经过此实用新型加热的水才更纯净。
(2)本发明的矿化球和麦饭石浸水后,均匀的将其含有的锶、碘、锌、钾、镁、钙、铁等元素释放其中,将水活化、矿化。

以下由特定的具体实施例说明本发明的实施方式,熟悉此技术的人士可由本说明书所揭露的内容轻易地了解本发明的其他优点及功效。
如图1和图2所示,一种电热水器用加热芯,由内而外依次包括活性炭加热层1、白矿化球加热层2、复合加热层3、软化树脂加热层4、红矿化球加热层5和陶瓷片加热层6,活性炭加热层1、白矿化球加热层2、复合加热层3、软化树脂加热层4、红矿化球加热层5和陶瓷片加热层6依次连接而成。
复合加热层3由2层网状聚酯纤维材料层31和玻璃纤维层32组成,玻璃纤维层32设置在网状聚酯纤维材料层31的中间位置。
活性炭加热层1的厚度为0.1-0.4mm,白矿化球加热层2的厚度为0.1-0.3mm,软化树脂加热层4的厚度为0.2-0.4mm,红矿化球加热层5的厚度为0.1-0.3mm,陶瓷片加热层6的厚度为0.2-0.3mm。本发明的矿化球和麦饭石浸水后,均匀的将其含有的锶、碘、锌、钾、镁、钙、铁等元素释放其中,将水活化、矿化。
本发明的加热能力强、效果好,当水逐层经过此六层加热层时,每一层加热层根据其材料不同产生不同的吸附能力和防菌能力,经过此实用新型加热的水才更纯净。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电热水器用加热芯,其特征在于:所述复合加热层由2层网状聚酯纤维材料层和玻璃纤维层组成,所述玻璃纤维层设置在网状聚酯纤维材料层的中间位置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电热水器用加热芯,其特征在于:所述活性炭加热层的厚度为0.1-0.4mm,所述白矿化球加热层的厚度为0.1-0.3mm,所述软化树脂加热层的厚度为0.2-0.4mm,所述红矿化球加热层的厚度为0.1-0.3mm,所述陶瓷片加热层的厚度为0.2-0.3mm。
