Description

펌핑식 화장품 용기
본 발명은 펌핑식 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로서, 더 상세하게는 버튼부재의 측면에 접시형상의 함몰부를 형성하여 버튼부재 가압에 따른 펌핑작동시 함몰부로 내용물을 토출하여 사용하도록 구성함으로써, 내용물을 위생적이고 편리하게 사용하는 것이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 새로운 사용성을 제공할 수 있는 펌핑식 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 펌핑식 화장품 용기는 내용물이 저장되는 용기본체의 상부에 펌핑부재가 위치하여 펌핑부재의 펌핑작용을 통해 내용물이 외부로 토출되도록 구성되는 것으로서, 상기와 같은 펌핑식 화장품 용기가 대한민국 등록특허 제10-1367635호(이하, '특허문헌 1'이라 함.)에 개시되어 있다.
상기 특허문헌 1의 도 1 및 2를 참조하면, 종래의 펌핑식 화장품 용기는 튜브형으로 구성되어 내부에 내용물(a)이 저장되는 튜브몸체(10)와, 상기 튜브몸체(10)의 상부에 결합되어 튜브몸체(10)를 지지하며 상기 내용물이 배출되는 배출부가 형성되는 튜브네크(20)와, 상기 튜브네크(20)에 결합되어 펌핑부재(40)를 지지하는 지지체(30)와, 상기 지지체(30)에 지지되어 내용물이 외부로 배출되도록 펌핑작용을 하는 펌핑부재(40)와, 상기 펌핑부재(40)의 상부에 위치하여 사용자 가압여부에 따라 펌핑부재(40)의 펌핑작동을 유도하며 그 측면에 내용물 토출홀이 형성되는 버튼부재(50) 및 상기 버튼부재(50)를 감싸며 지지체(30)에 탈착 가능하게 결합되는 오버캡(60)으로 구성되는 것이 특징이다.
상기와 같은 구성으로 이루어진 특허문헌 1은 버튼부재(50)의 가압시 내용물 토출홀을 통해 내용물이 토출되도록 구성되는데, 튜브몸체(10)에 BB크림 또는 CC크림과 같은 내용물이 저장되는 경우에는 내용물을 손등으로 토출시킨 후, 손가락을 이용하여 얼굴 등 피부에 도포함에 따라 내용물의 오염을 초래할 우려가 있을 뿐만 아니라, 사용상의 불편함을 초래하게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 해결하고자 안출된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 버튼부재의 측면에 접시형상의 함몰부를 형성하여 버튼부재 가압에 따른 펌핑작동시 함몰부로 내용물을 토출하여 사용하도록 구성함으로써, 내용물을 위생적이고 편리하게 사용하는 것이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 새로운 사용성을 제공할 수 있는 펌핑식 화장품 용기를 제공하는 것이다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 펌핑식 화장품 용기는, 내용물이 저장되는 용기본체와, 상기 용기본체의 상부에 결합되어 용기본체를 지지하는 용기네크와, 상기 용기네크에 결합되어 펌핑부재를 지지하는 지지체와, 상기 지지체에 지지되며 펌핑작용에 의해 내용물을 외부로 토출시키는 펌핑부재와, 상기 펌핑부재의 상부에 위치하여 사용자 가압여부에 따라 펌핑부재의 펌핑작동을 유도하는 버튼부재를 포함하는 펌핑식 화장품 용기에 있어서,
상기 버튼부재의 측면에는 내용물 토출홀이 형성된 접시형상의 함몰부가 구비되어 측면 함몰부로 내용물을 토출하여 사용하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 버튼부재에는 상기 버튼부재의 가압여부에 따라 상기 내용물 토출홀을 개폐하는 밸브부재가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 버튼부재는 상기 펌핑부재의 상부에 결합되어 내용물이 이동하는 통로를 형성하도록 내용물 이동관이 구비되는 제1버튼부; 및 상기 내용물 이동관을 통해 이동하는 내용물이 상기 내용물 토출홀로 이동하도록 가이드하는 내용물 토출관이 구비되는 제2버튼부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 내용물 이동관의 측면에는 전방으로 연장 형상되어 상기 내용물 토출관과 연통되는 연통관이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이상 상술한 바와 같이 본 발명에 따르면 버튼부재의 측면에 접시형상의 함몰부를 형성하여 버튼부재 가압에 따른 펌핑작동시 함몰부로 내용물을 토출하여 사용하도록 구성함으로써, 내용물을 위생적이고 편리하게 사용하는 것이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 새로운 사용성을 제공할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

도 1 내지 4를 참조하면, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 펌핑식 화장품 용기는 용기본체(100), 용기네크(200), 지지체(300), 펌핑부재(400), 버튼부재(500)가 포함된다.
상기 용기본체(100)는 내용물이 저장되는 것으로서, 튜브용기, 블로우용기 등으로 구성될 수 있으며, 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이, 면적이 좁고 길이가 길게 형성되며 피스톤(P)이 설치되는 에어리스 용기 등 다양한 용기로 구성될 수 있다.
상기 용기네크(200)는 상기 용기본체(100)의 상부에 결합되는 것으로서, 중앙부에는 펌핑부재(400)가 결합되는 것이 가능하도록 중공이 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 지지체(300)는 상기 용기네크(200)에 결합되어 펌핑부재(400)를 지지하는 것으로서, 그 내측에는 용기네크(200)와 결합되는 것이 가능하도록 결합부(310)가 구비되며, 그 상단 중앙부에는 펌핑부재(400)가 관통설치되는 것이 가능하도록 관통홀(320)이 형성된다.
한편, 상기 지지체(300)의 외측에는 버튼부재(500)의 오작동을 방지하기 위한 오버캡(600)이 탈착 가능하게 결합된다.

상기와 같이, 본 발명은 버튼부재(500)의 측면에 접시형상의 함몰부(521)를 형성하여 버튼부재(500) 가압에 따른 펌핑작동시 함몰부(521)로 내용물을 토출하여 사용하도록 구성함으로써, 용기본체(100)를 한 손으로 파지한 상태로 버튼부재(500)를 가압하여 내용물을 토출시키는 다양한 용기에 적용이 가능하다.
도면과 명세서에서 최적 실시 예들이 개시되었다. 여기서 특정한 용어들이 사용되었으나, 이는 단지 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 목적에서 사용된 것이지 의미한정이나 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 범위를 제한하기 위하여 사용된 것은 아니다. 그러므로 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시 예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 내용물이 저장되는 용기본체와, 상기 용기본체의 상부에 결합되는 용기네크와, 상기 용기네크에 결합되어 펌핑부재를 지지하는 지지체와, 상기 지지체에 지지되며 펌핑작용에 의해 내용물을 외부로 토출시키는 펌핑부재와, 상기 펌핑부재의 상부에 위치하여 사용자 가압여부에 따라 펌핑부재의 펌핑작동을 유도하는 버튼부재를 포함하는 펌핑식 화장품 용기에 있어서,
    상기 버튼부재의 측면에는 내용물 토출홀이 형성된 접시형상의 함몰부가 구비되어 측면 함몰부로 내용물을 토출하여 사용하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌핑식 화장품 용기.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 버튼부재에는 상기 버튼부재의 가압여부에 따라 상기 내용물 토출홀을 개폐하는 밸브부재가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌핑식 화장품 용기.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 버튼부재는 상기 펌핑부재의 상부에 결합되어 내용물이 이동하는 통로를 형성하도록 내용물 이동관이 구비되는 제1버튼부; 및 상기 내용물 이동관을 통해 이동하는 내용물이 상기 내용물 토출홀로 이동하도록 가이드하는 내용물 토출관이 구비되는 제2버튼부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌핑식 화장품 용기.
  4. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 내용물 이동관의 측면에는 전방으로 연장 형상되어 상기 내용물 토출관과 연통되는 연통관이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌핑식 화장품 용기.
