现有的展示货架大多都是采用纸质标签对货物的价格以及其他信息进行记载，然而由于纸质标签容易磨损，在实际的使用过程中，我们常常会发现纸质标签上的字迹较为模糊，或者是完全看不清，甚至有的商品前没有标签等出现标签丢失的情况，这样就会给消费者造成诸多的不便，同时也会给工作人员造成工作的不便；与此同时，现有的各商场或者是仓库的补货大多都是人工进行查货，发现展示货架上缺货再进行补货，这样会耗费大量的人力和时间，因而现有的展示货架还有待于改进。
发明内容
发明目的：为了克服以上不足，本发明的目的是提供一种智能化展示货架，其结构简单，设计合理，易于生产，自动化程度高，减少人工劳动量，提高了工作效率，储料量大并且应用灵活。
技术方案：为了实现上述目的，本发明提供了一种智能化展示货架，包括：展架本体，所述的展架本体中设有底座、支撑架、放置架、语音播放装置、检测装置和控制装置，所述的支撑架固定于底座上，所述的放置架横向设于支撑架上，所述的语音播放装置设于放置架上物品的摆放位上，所述的检测装置设于展架本体上，所述的控制装置设于底座中，且，所述的放置架上还设有控制键，所述的语音播放装置和控制键均与控制装置连接；
所述的检测装置中设有摄像机构和红外线检测仪，所述的摄像机构通过连接件设于支撑架上，所述的红外线检测仪设于放置架上，所述的摄像机构和红外线检测仪均与控制装置连接。

(3)：待语音播放装置连接好后，根据商家实际铺货的需求，在放置架上画出分割线，待分割线画好后，在每个商品相对的位置安装控制键；
(4)：待上述各部件都安装完成后，至此该展示货架安装完成，即可投入使用；
(5)：在使用的过程中，当放置架上的商品放置区多对应的价格标签丢失或者是模糊或者是年纪较大的老人看不清时，按下商品对应的控制键；
(6)：当按下控制键后，控制键将会立即把信号传送给控制装置中的控制键控制单元，然后控制键控制单元把接收到信息传送给数据处理单元；
(7)：然后数据处理单元会对接收到的数据进行分析处理，并将得出的结果传送给中央处理器，待中央处理器接收到数据后，将通过数据处理器将接收到的数据与商品数据存储单元中的数据进行比对查找，待比对查找结束后，将比对的结果传送到中央处理器中；
(8)：然后中央处理器中的控制器会命令语音控制模块开始工作，待语音控制模块接收到命令后将通过语音播放装置对该商品的价格进行语音播报即可；
(9)：在上述使用的过程中，检测装置中的摄像机构对放置架上的商品进行拍摄成像，然后将数据传送给与摄像检测控制单元；
(10)：当摄像检测控制单元接收到数据后立即把数据传送给数据处理单元，然后出具处理单元把处理分析的结果传送给中央处理器；
(11)：在上一步骤中，当摄像机构拍摄的数据分析得出放置台的放置区出现空位时，中央处理器将会命令红外线检测仪开始工作；

本实施例中所述的放置架3由放置台和背板构成，所述的背板上设有固定架，所述的红外线测试仪42设于固定架上。
本实施例中所述的底座1呈倒T型，且，所述的底座1上设有安装孔，且，所述的底座1的支脚上设有脚垫。
本实施例中所述的支撑架2的底部设有螺纹，且，所述的支撑架2与底座1上的安装孔相配合。
本实施例中所述的控制装置6中设有语音控制单元、检测控制单元、报警控制单元和控制器单元，所述的控制器单元中设有商品数据存储单元、语音控制模块、检测控制模块、数据处理单元、报警控制单元和中央处理器，所述的语音控制单元的输入和输出端分别与语音控制模块和语音播放装置4连接，所述的检测控制单元的输入和输出端分别与检测装置5和检测控制模块连接，所述的商品数据存储单元、语音控制模块、检测控制模块、数据处理单元、报警控制单元均与中央处理器连接。
本实施例中所述的检测控制单元中设有摄像检测控制单元和红外线检测控制单元，所述的摄像检测控制单元和红外线检测控制单元分别与摄像机构41和红外线检测仪42连接。
实施例2
如图所示的一种智能化展示货架，包括：展架本体，所述的展架本体中设有底座1、支撑架2、放置架3、语音播放装置4、检测装置5和控制装置6，所述的检测装置5中设有摄像机构51和红外线检测仪52；
上述各部件的关系如下：
所述的支撑架2固定于底座1上，所述的放置架3横向设于支撑架2上，所述的语音播放装置4设于放置架3上物品的摆放位上，所述的检测装置5设于展架本体上，所述的控制装置6设于底座1中，且，所述的放置架3上还设有控制键7，所述的语音播放装置4和控制键7均与控制装置6连接；所述的摄像机构51通过连接件设于支撑架2上，所述的红外线检测仪52设于放置架3上，所述的摄像机构51和红外线检测仪52均与控制装置6连接。
本实施例中所述的放置架3上设有分割线，所述的控制键7设于两分割线之间。
本实施例中所述的语音播放装置4中设有音频控制装置和扬声器，所述的音频控制装置和扬声器均与控制装置6连接。

本实施例中所述的检测控制单元中设有摄像检测控制单元和红外线检测控制单元，所述的摄像检测控制单元和红外线检测控制单元分别与摄像机构41和红外线检测仪42连接。
本实施例中所述的一种智能化展示货架的工作方法，具体的工作方法如下：
(1)：首先对展示货架中的底座1、支撑架2以及放置架3在指定的位置进行组装；
(2)：待展示货架组装好后，对准备好的语音播放装置4以及检测装置5中设有摄像机构51和红外线检测仪52和控制装置6进行组装，并对语音播放装置4和控制装置6进行连接；
(3)：待语音播放装置4连接好后，根据商家实际铺货的需求，在放置架3上画出分割线，待分割线画好后，在每个商品相对的位置安装控制键7；
(4)：待上述各部件都安装完成后，至此该展示货架安装完成，即可投入使用；
(5)：在使用的过程中，当放置架3上的商品放置区多对应的价格标签丢失或者是模糊或者是年纪较大的老人看不清时，按下商品对应的控制键7；
(6)：当按下控制键7后，控制键7将会立即把信号传送给控制装置6中的控制键控制单元，然后控制键控制单元把接收到信息传送给数据处理单元；
(7)：然后数据处理单元会对接收到的数据进行分析处理，并将得出的结果传送给中央处理器，待中央处理器接收到数据后，将通过数据处理器将接收到的数据与商品数据存储单元中的数据进行比对查找，待比对查找结束后，将比对的结果传送到中央处理器中；
(8)：然后中央处理器中的控制器会命令语音控制模块开始工作，待语音控制模块接收到命令后将通过语音播放装置4对该商品的价格进行语音播报即可；
(9)：在上述使用的过程中，检测装置5中的摄像机构51对放置架3上的商品进行拍摄成像，然后将数据传送给与摄像检测控制单元；
(10)：当摄像检测控制单元接收到数据后立即把数据传送给数据处理单元，然后出具处理单元把处理分析的结果传送给中央处理器；
(11)：在上一步骤中，当摄像机构51拍摄的数据分析得出放置台的放置区出现空位时，中央处理器将会命令红外线检测仪52开始工作；
(12)：然后红外线检测仪52对展示货架上的物品当放置架3上的商品进行检测，并将检测的数据传送给红外线检测控制单元，由红外线检测控制单元把数据传送给数据处理单元；
(13)：然后数据处理单元中的数据分析器将对摄像机构51和红外线检测仪52拍摄和检测的2组数据进行对比分析，并把分析后的结果传送给央处理器中；
(14)：一旦分析得出的结论是放置台上缺少货物，那么中央处理器将会向语音控制模块发出指令，由其命名语音播放装置4通过语音播放功能对工作人员进行补货提醒即可。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进，这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种智能化展示货架，其特征在于：包括：展架本体，所述的展架本体中设有底座(1)、支撑架(2)、放置架(3)、语音播放装置(4)、检测装置(5)和控制装置(6)，所述的支撑架(2)固定于底座(1)上，所述的放置架(3)横向设于支撑架(2)上，所述的语音播放装置(4)设于放置架(3)上物品的摆放位上，所述的检测装置(5)设于展架本体上，所述的控制装置(6)设于底座(1)中，且，所述的放置架(3)上还设有控制键(7)，所述的语音播放装置(4)和控制键(7)均与控制装置(6)连接；
    所述的检测装置(5)中设有摄像机构(51)和红外线检测仪(52)，所述的摄像机构(51)通过连接件设于支撑架(2)上，所述的红外线检测仪(52)设于放置架(3)上，所述的摄像机构(51)和红外线检测仪(52)均与控制装置(6)连接；
    该智能化展示货架具体的工作方法如下：
    (1)：首先对展示货架中的底座(1)、支撑架(2)以及放置架(3)在指定的位置进行组装；
    (2)：待展示货架组装好后，对准备好的语音播放装置(4)以及检测装置(5)中设有摄像机构(51)和红外线检测仪(52)和控制装置(6)进行组装，并对语音播放装置(4)和控制装置(6)进行连接；
    (3)：待语音播放装置(4)连接好后，根据商家实际铺货的需求，在放置架(3)上画出分割线，待分割线画好后，在每个商品相对的位置安装控制键(7)；
    (4)：待上述各部件都安装完成后，至此该展示货架安装完成，即可投入使用；
    (5)：在使用的过程中，当放置架(3)上的商品放置区多对应的价格标签丢失或者是模糊或者是年纪较大的老人看不清时，按下商品对应的控制键(7)；
    (6)：当按下控制键(7)后，控制键(7)将会立即把信号传送给控制装置(6)中的控制键控制单元，然后控制键控制单元把接收到信息传送给数据处理单元；
    (7)：然后数据处理单元会对接收到的数据进行分析处理，并将得出的结果传送给中央处理器，待中央处理器接收到数据后，将通过数据处理器将接收到的数据与商品数据存储单元中的数据进行比对查找，待比对查找结束后，将比对的结果传送到中央处理器中；
    (8)：然后中央处理器中的控制器会命令语音控制模块开始工作，待语音控制模块接收到命令后将通过语音播放装置(4)对该商品的价格进行语音播报即可；
    (9)：在上述使用的过程中，检测装置(5)中的摄像机构(51)对放置架(3)上的商品进行拍摄成像，然后将数据传送给与摄像检测控制单元；
    (10)：当摄像检测控制单元接收到数据后立即把数据传送给数据处理单元，然后出具处理 单元把处理分析的结果传送给中央处理器；
    (11)：在上一步骤中，当摄像机构(51)拍摄的数据分析得出放置台的放置区出现空位时，中央处理器将会命令红外线检测仪(52)开始工作；
    (12)：然后红外线检测仪(52)对展示货架上的物品当放置架(3)上的商品进行检测，并将检测的数据传送给红外线检测控制单元，由红外线检测控制单元把数据传送给数据处理单元；
    (13)：然后数据处理单元中的数据分析器将对摄像机构(51)和红外线检测仪(52)拍摄和检测的2组数据进行对比分析，并把分析后的结果传送给央处理器中；
    (14)：一旦分析得出的结论是放置台上缺少货物，那么中央处理器将会向语音控制模块发出指令，由其命名语音播放装置(4)通过语音播放功能对工作人员进行补货提醒即可。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能化展示货架，其特征在于：所述的放置架(3)上设有分割线，所述的控制键(7)设于两分割线之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能化展示货架，其特征在于：所述的语音播放装置(4)中设有音频控制装置和扬声器，所述的音频控制装置和扬声器均与控制装置(6)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能化展示货架，其特征在于：所述的放置架(3)由放置台和背板构成，所述的背板上设有固定架，所述的红外线测试仪(42)设于固定架上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能化展示货架，其特征在于：所述的底座(1)呈倒T型，且，所述的底座(1)上设有安装孔，且，所述的底座(1)的支脚上设有脚垫。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的智能化展示货架，其特征在于：所述的支撑架(2)的底部设有螺纹，且，所述的支撑架(2)与底座(1)上的安装孔相配合。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的智能化展示货架，其特征在于：所述的控制装置(6)中设有语音控制单元、检测控制单元、报警控制单元和控制器单元，所述的控制器单元中设有商品数据存储单元、语音控制模块、检测控制模块、数据处理单元、报警控制单元和中央处理器，所述的语音控制单元的输入和输出端分别与语音控制模块和语音播放装置(4)连接，所述的检测控制单元的输入和输出端分别与检测装置(5)和检测控制模块连接，所述的商品数据存储单元、语音控制模块、检测控制模块、数据处理单元、报警控制单元均与中央处理器连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的智能化展示货架，其特征在于：所述的检测控制单元中设有摄像检测控制单元和红外线检测控制单元，所述的摄像检测控制单元和红外线检测控制单元分别与摄像机构(41)和红外线检测仪(42)连接。
