Abstract
造浪泵角度调节结构,包括玻璃(4)、水缸、水泵(1)、缸内吸盘(3)、缸外吸盘(5)和铁块(2);水泵(1)和缸内吸盘(3)位于水缸内,水泵(1)底部设有铁块(2),水泵(1)底面为圆形球面与缸内吸盘(3)的圆形球面相贴合,可调整水泵360°角度,缸外吸盘(5)与缸内吸盘(3)隔着玻璃相对应吸附固定。从而实现360°旋转调整水泵角度,操作简单方便,制造成本低,简单易行。
Description
本发明涉及造浪泵技术领域,更具体地说是指造浪泵角度调节结构。
现有的水缸里的造浪泵大多结构复杂且体积庞大,调整角度非常麻烦,很难手动方便调节360°的角度,适合家族养鱼缸的手动调节简单方便的造浪泵比较少。
目前水缸所用的造浪泵结构不合理,少有吸盘和水泵调节角度结构,水泵吸附固定结构复杂,成本较高。
因此,有必要开发出造浪泵角度调节结构。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供造浪泵角度调节结构,具有水泵可调整角度和吸附牢固的功能,为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
造浪泵角度调节结构,包括主要有玻璃、水缸、水泵、缸内吸盘、缸外吸盘和铁块组成;所述水泵和缸内吸盘位于水缸内,所述水泵底部设有铁块,所述水泵底面为圆形球面与缸内吸盘的圆形球面相贴合,可调整水泵旋转360°角度,所述缸外吸盘与缸内吸盘隔着玻璃相对应吸附固定。
优选地,所述缸内吸盘与缸外吸盘通过强磁N极与S极互吸固定。
优选地,所述缸内吸盘与缸外吸盘为钕铁硼强磁。
优选地,所述水泵底部的铁块与缸内吸盘强磁相吸附固定。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:采用缸内吸盘和缸外吸盘强铁吸附固定,造浪泵底部铁块与缸内吸盘圆形球面可以360°旋转调整水泵角度,操作简单方便,制造成本低,简单易行的造浪泵调整角度结构。
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。

为了更充分理解本发明的技术内容,下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进一步介绍和说明,但不局限于此。
如图1-5所示,本发明的具体实施例,包括主要有玻璃4、水缸、水泵1、缸内吸盘3、缸外吸盘5和铁块2组成;水泵1和缸内吸盘3位于水缸内,水泵1底部设有铁块2,水泵1底面为圆形球面与缸内吸盘3的圆形球面相贴合,可调整水泵1旋转360°角度位置,缸外吸盘5与缸内吸盘3隔着玻璃4相对应吸附固定。
缸内吸盘3与缸外吸盘5通过强磁N极与S极互吸固定,也可以是磁铁或者是有吸附作用的N极和S极相吸。
缸内吸盘3与缸外吸盘5为钕铁硼强磁,是具有强磁作用的磁铁相吸。
水泵1底部的铁块2与缸内吸盘3强磁相吸附固定,磁铁具有吸附铁块2的作用,可以牢固吸附,也可以强力拆开移动吸盘和水泵1,方便调整位置和角度。
本发明采用缸内吸盘3和缸外吸盘5强铁吸附固定,造浪泵底部铁块2与缸内吸盘3圆形球面可以360°旋转调整水泵1角度,吸附牢固固定,操作简单方便,制造成本低,简单易行的造浪泵调整角度结构。

- 造浪泵角度调节结构,其特征在于:包括主要有玻璃、水缸、水泵、缸内吸盘、缸外吸盘和铁块组成;所述水泵和缸内吸盘位于水缸内,所述水泵底部设有铁块,所述水泵底面为圆形球面与缸内吸盘的圆形球面相贴合,可调整水泵旋转360°角度,所述缸外吸盘与缸内吸盘隔着玻璃相对应吸附固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的造浪泵角度调节结构,其特征在于:所述缸内吸盘与缸外吸盘通过强磁N极与S极互吸固定。
- 根据权利要求2所述的造浪泵角度调节结构,其特征在于:所述缸内吸盘与缸外吸盘为钕铁硼强磁。
- 根据权利要求1所述的造浪泵角度调节结构,其特征在于:所述水泵底部的铁块与缸内吸盘强磁相吸附固定。
