Abstract

A technical method for systematically organising information in space, characterised by the thematic order "Who, What, Where, When, How", provided by the barcode. This method is developed on the basis of two propositions, which are not demonstrated and the purpose of which is to delineate the scope of the theory: information is arbitrarily defined as the result of any production such as, for example, a text; space, for its part, is equally randomly defined as the receiver of said information. Figure 3 clearly shows the technical method applied to a text document. In this same technical method the thematic order can be adapted to practical situations, as shown in variations 1 to 8 of the description, or in dependent claims 2 to 9.

Description

Technical process of systematic organization of information in space.
The purpose of this patent is to describe a technical process that orders the organization of information in space.
In the elaboration of the technical process we use two propositions (term preferred to axiom) which we do not demonstrate; they trace the perimeter of the theory and have been chosen arbitrarily. The first proposition concerns information: It is defined arbitrarily as the result of all production, production from whatever source, e.g. human thinking, artificial intelligence, robotics, and the result of this same source can be eg. a text, a technical diagram, an image, a website, .... The second proposition concerns space (term preferred to universe): It is defined just as arbitrarily as a field of application; for example, a point is a one-dimensional space, a sheet of paper is a two-dimensional space, a cube is a three-dimensional space, and so on. These various fields of application then serve as receivers of information.
In the current state all the information, thus defined, is presented in the space, thus defined, in a disparate way; the disadvantage is that the user loses considerable time in finding what he is looking for. To solve this problem, we must find a method, a method, a way of organizing the information in the given axiomatic framework.
The solution, or the demand, is to systematically organize the information in any space characterized by the thematic order "Who, What, Where, When, How," completed by the Barcode. The advantage of this method, for this industrially applicable technical activity, is to save considerable time for the user in his research, thus increasing his productivity.
L'espace total du document, dans ce cas la surface (1), est organisé arbitrairement en 2 espaces : This technical process is called "Standard Dryc" and is explained more precisely using the following three figures. Figure 1 presents the technical process by drawing somewhat on the theory of sets. Consider an information base set (1) that collects, collects all information elements as defined above; I = {ii, 12, ...}. The latter is arbitrarily divided into two sub- sets, the first subset R containing the Technical Rule (2), the second subset C the Content (3). Figure 2 shows the same technical process applied this time to a 2-dimensional space (1). This is again arbitrarily subdivided into an identification space (2) which contains the technical rule and a content space (3) which contains the content. Figure 3 develops the technical process applied to a text document. The total space of the document, in this case the surface (1), is arbitrarily organized into 2 spaces:
a - un espace d'identification (2), la surface hachurée, et a - an identification space (2), the hatched area, and
The identification space (2) is thematically organized according to the following order, or the following rule: Who (4), What (5), Where (6), When (7), Comment (8), completed by the Barcode (9). The content space (3) contains text, and / or the image, and / or the schema, ..., attached to the total space (1) by the Comment (8).
There may be noted still some variants of the technical process which are as many dependent claims, in particular with reference to FIG.
1 - The identification space (2) can be located eg. at the top of the surface (1), bottom, left or right of it. It can also split eg. in two portions, up and down, left and right.
2 - The order of appearance of the terminals may be slightly adapted; eg. in practice the boundaries Where (6) and When (7) are often joined together.
Any terminal can be duplicated, e.g. the terminal Who (4) with a main identifier in the identification space (2) and a complementary identifier in the content space (3).
5 - The terminal Where (6) often representing a geographical site can be eg. replaced or advantageously completed by a website.
6 - The terminal When (7) can be naturally completed by the time.
7 - The terminal Barcode (9) can be completed and / or replaced by a QR Code, and / or supplemented and / or replaced by any other code generated by the company.
8 - On peut selon les situations appliquer toute combinaison de ces variantes, en partie ou dans leur totalité, à l'ordre thématique de base ; par e la borne Quand peut être accolée à la borne Où, et, à la place de la borne Quand, on peut mettre la borne Code- barres et/ou un Code QR.  8 - Depending on the situation, any combination of these variants, in part or in whole, may be applied to the basic thematic order; by the terminal When can be contiguous to the terminal Where, and, instead of the terminal When, we can put the terminal Code-bars and / or a QR Code.
