Technical process of systematic organization of information in space.
The object of this patent is to describe a technical process which directs organization information in space.
In the development of the technical process, two propositions are used (term prefer to axiom) that we do not prove; they trace the perimeter of the theory and were chosen arbitrarily. The first proposition concerns information: It is defined arbitrarily as the result of all production, production resulting from some source whatever, eg. human thought, artificial intelligence, robotics, ..., and the result of this same source can be eg. a text, a diagram technical, an image, a website,. The second proposition concerns space (term preferred to universe): It is defined equally arbitrarily as a field application; for example a point is a one-dimensional space, a sheet paper is a two-dimensional space, a cube is a three-dimensional space dimensions, and and so on. These various fields of application then serve as receptors for information.
In the current state, all the information, thus defined, is presented in the space, thus defined, in a disparate manner; the downside is that the user wastes time considerable in finding what he is looking for. To solve this problem it is necessary so find a process, a method, a way of organizing information within the framework axiomatic given.
The solution, or the demand, is then to systematically organize information in any space characterized by the thematic order Who, What, Where, When, How, supplemented by the Barcode. The advantage of this method, for this industrially applicable technical activity is to save time to the user in his research, thus increasing his productivity.
This technical process is called Standard Dryc and is explained in a more precise using the following three figures. Figure 1 shows the process technical taking some inspiration from set theory. We consider a together Information base (1) which collects, gathers all the information elements as defined above: 1 = {ii, 12, ...}. The latter is arbitrarily subdivided into two sub-sets, the first subset R containing Technical Rule (2), the second subset C the Content (3). Figure 2 shows the same technical process applied this time to a 2-dimensional space (1). This one is again arbitrarily subdivided into an identification space (2) which contains the technical rule and a content space (3) which contains the content. Figure 3 develops the process technique applied to a text document. The total space of the document, in this case the surface (1), is arbitrarily organized into 2 spaces:
a - an identification space (2), the hatched surface, and b - a content space (3), the white surface containing the text (eg aaa).
The identification area (2) is thematically organized according to the order next, or the following rule: Who (4), What (5), Where (6), When (7), Comment (8), completed speak Barcode (9). The content space (3) contains text, and / or images, and / or diagram, ..., attached to the total space (1) by the Comment (8).
We can still note some variations of the technical process which are as much of dependent claims, relating in particular to FIG. 3.
1 - The identification space (2) can be located eg. at the top of the surface (1), below, at left or right of it. It can also split eg. in two portions at the top below, left to right.
2 - The order of appearance of the terminals can be slightly adapted: eg. in the uses the Where (6) and When (7) bounds are often met.
- The terminal Where (6) often representing a geographical site can be eg.
replaced or advantageously supplemented by a website.
6 - The When terminal (7) can naturally be completed by the time.
7 - The Barcode terminal (9) can be completed and / or replaced by a Code GOLD, and / or supplemented and / or replaced by any other code generated by the company.
8 ¨ Depending on the situation, any combination of these variants can be applied, in part or in their entirety, in the basic thematic order; eg. the terminal When may be next to the Where terminal, and, instead of the When terminal, you can put the Terminal Code-bars and / or a QR Code.
