These techniques are very effective, however, it's often need a huge force beyond the human ability and most physiotherapist suffering from musculoskeletal disorders and back pain due to using manual therapy techniques as many surveys shown.

Abstract

Manipulateur qui est une machine électronique thérapeutique qui peut effectuer une manipulation ou une mobilisation pour de grandes articulations et vertèbres, une réduction des articulations disloquées et une augmentation de la plage de mouvement par étirement des muscles spastiques. L'effet thérapeutique de cette machine dépend de sa force de compression, ses bras ont un mouvement multidirectionnel et le boîtier d'action fixé à ceux-ci est réglable électroniquement. L'objectif de la machine de manipulation de physiothérapie est de faciliter le traitement de patients et d'être utilisée par un physiothérapeute à la place d'actes de thérapie manuelle qui provoquent des troubles ou des lésions musculosquelettiques liés au travail pour la plupart d'entre eux selon de nombreuses statistiques.
