Description

一种洗衣机多种衣物处理剂自动投放的控制方法及装置 技术领域
本发明属于洗衣机设备领域,具体地说,涉及一种洗衣机多种衣物处理剂自动投放的控制方法及装置。
背景技术
传统的洗衣机在洗涤过程中使用的洗涤剂与洗衣机是分开放置的,在洗衣机上没有设置洗涤剂的添加装置,洗涤剂不能自动添加,该结构不能实现洗衣机全自动洗衣控制过程。随着洗衣机自动化的提高,大多洗衣机设置成将放置洗涤剂或/和柔软剂的洗涤剂盒与进水管路相通,通过进水将洗涤剂盒内的洗涤剂或/和柔软剂冲入洗涤桶中,但是该结构必须每次洗衣都要先将洗涤剂或/和柔软剂放入洗涤剂盒中,同样没有实现全自动洗衣控制过程。
目前已有大量有关洗涤剂自动投放装置的专利申请,申请号为97208723.0的中国专利公开了一种洗衣机洗涤剂添加装置,它是在洗衣机箱体上设有与瓶配合的容腔,容腔的底部是圆锥通孔,在通孔上固定有垂直固定片,垂直固定片固定洗涤液导管,瓶体与容腔相配合,在瓶口上设置有圆锥状导入管,在瓶体底部有换气口。该结构无法控制洗涤剂添加量,且容易损坏从而浪费洗涤剂。
申请号为200610136059.9的中国专利公开了一种具有虹吸单元的洗涤剂盒的洗衣机的洗涤剂供应装置,将洗涤剂注入洗涤剂盒,在将洗涤水注入洗涤剂盒将盒内的洗涤剂稀释后从虹吸单元排入洗涤缸。该发明解决了浓洗涤剂直接进入洗涤缸所带的损伤被洗衣物的问题,但是无法实现洗涤剂的自动处理剂精确控制。
申请人在先申请的申请号为200710146295.3的中国专利公开了一种自动添加洗涤剂的洗衣机及洗衣方法,该洗衣机包括:洗涤桶、包括各种布质控制按键的控制面板、被洗衣物重量传感器、设于洗涤桶内的温度传感器、水质硬度传感器、洗涤水污浊传感器、洗涤剂盒及电脑板;洗涤剂盒是由上部储存盒和下部稀释盒构成,电脑板根据各种传感器的检测结果,控制储存盒内的洗涤剂进入稀释盒的量。储存盒的上盖设有洗涤剂注入口,底部设有洗涤剂排出口及控制洗涤剂排出口关闭及打开的电磁阀;稀释盒的侧面设有连接洗衣机进水阀的注水管,底部设有虹吸排管;电磁阀的励磁线圈设于储存盒的上盖上,电磁阀的衔铁通过阀杆连接设于储存盒底部洗涤剂排出口上的锥形阀塞,锥形阀塞与储存盒的上盖之间设有压簧。 该结构虽然能够实现精确控制洗涤剂,但是结构复杂,成本高。
申请号为201610797034.7的中国专利公开了一种用于洗衣机的洗涤剂投放装置,所述洗涤剂投放装置包括:存放腔,所述存放腔内限定有特殊洗涤剂盒安放槽,所述特殊洗涤剂盒安放槽内设有用于刺破特殊洗涤剂盒的第一顶针和第二顶针,且所述第一顶针内具有进水孔,所述第二顶针内具有出水孔,所述第一顶针和所述第二顶针均被构造成适于在端部刺入特殊洗涤剂盒后所述进水孔和所述出水孔连通所述特殊洗涤剂盒的内部空间。该发明中,洗涤水通过进水孔进入洗涤剂盒内与洗涤剂混合并通过出水孔流出进入洗衣机内,该洗涤剂盒只能一次使用,每次洗衣均需要安装新的洗涤剂盒。
目前盛放洗涤剂和柔顺剂的洗涤处理剂盒一般为密封盒体,通过文丘里效应或负压效应或计量泵等方式将洗涤剂从盒内定量抽出。但是随着洗涤剂的抽出,密封的洗涤处理剂盒内气压越来越小,使得洗涤剂的流出越来越困难,需要一个通气结构来平衡洗涤处理剂盒内的气压,同时还要防止洗涤剂因为倾倒和振动等原因从盒内流出,并且防止外界的杂质和水分进入洗涤处理剂盒内污染洗涤剂。
衣物处理剂包括多种,常见的有:柔顺剂、丝毛净、洗涤剂等等。对于不同的衣物在添加上述的这些衣物处理剂时,投放的时间和投放的数量都有很大的分别,但是目前的洗涤剂盒都是为单纯添加一种衣物处理剂所设计,并不能够实现智能投放的技术效果。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种洗衣机多种衣物处理剂自动投放的控制方法及装置,通过设置可变种类处理剂盒,以及对可选择可变种类处理剂盒内的衣物处理剂的控制,实现对不同衣物进行有针对性的智能投放的目的。为了实现该目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种洗衣机多种衣物处理剂自动投放的控制方法,衣物处理剂盛放于自动投放装置内,所述的自动投放装置包括用于盛放固定种类衣物处理剂的固定种类处理剂盒,和择一盛放一种/同时盛放多种衣物处理剂的可变种类处理剂盒;所述的控制方法包括:洗衣机执行洗衣程序,根据选择的固定种类处理剂盒内和/或可变种类处理剂盒内的衣物处理剂,自动投放装置执行相应的投放过程。
进一步地,洗衣机根据选择的固定种类处理剂盒内的衣物处理剂和/或可变种类处理剂盒 内的衣物处理剂的种类,控制在洗衣程序不同的洗衣阶段进行该衣物处理剂的投放。
进一步地,洗衣机根据选择的固定种类处理剂盒内的衣物处理剂和/或可变种类处理剂盒内的衣物处理剂的种类,控制在不同的洗衣程序中投放对应的该衣物处理剂的投放量。
进一步地,所述的固定种类处理剂盒内和可变种类处理剂盒内的衣物处理剂可单独进行选择,也可多种组合选择,当多种组合选择时,按照各衣物处理剂的投放顺序依次进行投放。
进一步地,所述的固定种类处理剂盒内盛放洗涤剂,当选择固定种类处理剂盒时,在洗衣机洗涤进水阶段自动投放装置执行洗涤剂投放过程;
所述的可变种类处理剂盒内择一盛放一种、或同时盛放多种衣物处理剂,所述衣物处理剂包括,丝毛净、柔顺剂、洗涤剂;当选择可变种类处理剂盒内的一种衣物处理剂时,洗衣机在洗衣程序的该衣物处理剂所对应的衣物处理阶段控制自动投放装置对该衣物处理剂进行投放。
进一步地,所述的可变种类处理剂盒内盛放柔顺剂时,在洗衣机进入软化阶段自动投放装置执行柔顺剂投放过程;
所述的可变种类处理剂盒内盛放洗涤剂时,在洗衣机进入洗涤阶段执行洗涤剂投放过程;
所述的可变种类处理剂盒内盛放丝毛净时,在洗衣机进入洗涤阶段执行丝毛净投放过程。
一种洗衣机多种洗衣处理剂的自动投放装置,所述投放装置包括固定框,所述用于盛放固定种类衣物处理剂的固定种类处理剂盒和用于多种衣物处理剂择一/或同时盛放的可变种类处理剂盒通过安装件安装在所述固定框内。
进一步地,所述可变种类处理剂盒和固定种类处理剂盒与固定框为可拆卸连接;所述安装件为防呆设计,包括与所述固定框一体成型的多条凸出筋,每条凸出筋分别位于相应的处理剂盒下,并且与相应的处理剂盒的相对空间位置不同,在固定种类处理剂盒和可变种类处理剂盒底部分别开有与所述凸出筋配合的凹槽,所述凹槽与所述凸出筋相互配合,实现相应处理剂盒与所述固定框的固定。
进一步地,所述投放装置还包括设置在洗衣机面板上的,与所述固定种类处理剂盒和可变种类处理剂盒对应的菜单选项,所述菜单选项通过控制相应的固定种类处理剂盒/可变种类处理剂盒的进水,实现对不同的处理剂盒内的衣物处理剂投放的控制。
进一步地,所述可变种类处理剂盒包括多个独立的腔室,各腔室内分别盛放不同种类的衣物处理剂,并通过之对应的菜单选项,实现衣物处理剂的投放控制。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
本发明所揭示的一种洗衣机多种衣物处理剂自动投放的控制方法及装置,创造性地将常规洗涤中必用的衣物处理剂和根据衣物材质要求需要改变的衣物处理剂分开的设计,同时进一步地将选择新衣物处理剂设计为可拆卸,可替换的处理剂盒,根据选择的固定种类处理剂盒内和/或可变种类处理剂盒内的衣物处理剂,自动投放装置执行相应的投放过程,将不同材质衣物进行洗涤时所需要进行的衣物处理剂添加程序进行区分,使得整个洗衣过程更加符合衣物材质的要求,更大地发挥衣物处理剂的作用。同时,本发明的多种洗衣处理剂的自动投放装置,采用同时设置用于盛放固定种类衣物处理剂的固定种类处理剂盒和用于多种衣物处理剂择一/或同时盛放的可变种类处理剂盒的设计,并通过防呆设计将两者区分开,避免了普通用户将两者混淆,同时在内部设计相应的选择程序,使可变种类处理剂盒内可以顺利地根据预定程序执行多种衣物处理剂的选择和投放。同时该自动投放装置在洗衣机的面板上对应设计了洗衣选项,可以使用户根据不同的衣物执行相应的衣物处理剂添加过程。使洗衣的过程更加智能化,同时也提高了洗衣机洗衣的效果。

实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例中的揭示了一种洗衣机多种衣物处理剂自动投放的控制方法。该方法中衣物处理剂盛放于自动投放装置内,所述的自动投放装置包括用于盛放固定种类衣物处理剂的固定种类处理剂盒,和择一盛放一种/同时盛放多种衣物处理剂的可变种类处理剂盒。本实施例中固定种类处理剂盒盛放的是洗衣时经常使用的洗涤剂,该洗涤剂的添加时间和添加量和常规洗衣的方式相同。所述的可变种类处理剂盒中可以盛放丝毛净、柔顺剂、洗涤剂任意一种衣物处理剂。本发明根据选择的固定种类处理剂盒内和/或可变种类处理剂盒内的衣物处理剂,自动投放装置执行相应的投放过程。
如图1所示,当洗衣机选择固定种类处理剂盒内的洗涤剂时,则在洗衣机洗涤进水阶段 自动投放装置执行洗涤剂投放过程,当选择可变种类处理剂盒内的衣物处理剂投放时则会根据所选择处理剂盒内的衣物处理剂的不同分别实施不同的投放策略。如图3所示,该洗衣机的面板上具有选择菜单,选择菜单上有针对不同的衣物处理剂的菜单选项,比如当可变种类处理剂盒内盛放的是柔顺剂时,则在洗衣机的投放选择菜单上选择柔顺剂,则洗衣机自动在进入软化阶段时执行柔顺剂投放过程,并且该柔顺剂投放的数量在程序中也有所规定,使其满足最佳的柔顺效果。
本实施例的可变种类处理剂盒与洗衣机为可拆卸连接,可以根据用户选择的衣物处理要求更换不同的处理剂盒。由于这些衣物处理剂的施放时间和施放的数量与上述的柔顺剂是有区别的,因此当该可变种类处理剂盒分别盛放丝毛净或洗涤剂时,并在洗衣机面板的选择菜单中选择相应的菜单选项,则会针对不同的衣物处理剂进行不同的添加策略。比如:所述的可变种类处理剂盒内盛放洗涤剂时,在洗衣机进入洗涤阶段执行洗涤剂投放过程;所述的可变种类处理剂盒内盛放丝毛净时,在洗衣机进入洗涤阶段执行丝毛净投放过程。
需要说明的是本实施中,洗衣机面板上的菜单选项对应的固定种类处理剂盒和可变种类处理剂盒的选项,可单独进行选择,也可多种组合选择,当多种组合选择时,按照各衣物处理剂的投放顺序依次进行投放。并在需要更换相应的衣物处理剂时,发出相应的告警提醒,然后用户将装有正确的衣物处理剂的可变种类处理剂盒更换到固定框内。
实施例2
本实施例是作为实施例1中可变种类处理剂盒的使用方法的一个补充。在本实施例中,可变种类处理剂盒内具有多个独立的腔室,分别用来盛放不同的衣物处理剂,可以同时盛放多种不同的衣物处理剂。在本实施例中,不同的衣物处理剂包括丝毛净、柔顺剂、洗涤剂等。在本实施例中,在进行不同的衣物处理剂投放时相较于实施例1更加简洁方便。只需要在洗衣机面板上选择相应的衣物处理剂选项,便可以如实施例1一样自动执行该衣物处理剂相对应的投放程序,而不需要如实施例1一样还要再进行手动的可变种类处理剂盒的更换。
实施例3
如图2至3所示,本实施例是对使用上述实施例所述方法的洗衣机多种洗衣处理剂的自动投放装置的说明。本实施例中的所述投放装置包括固定框1,上述实施例中用于盛放固定种类衣物处理剂的固定种类处理剂盒2和择一盛放一种/同时盛放多种衣物处理剂的可变种类处理剂盒3通过安装件安装在所述固定框1内。
如图2所示,所述可变种类处理剂盒3和固定种类处理剂盒2与固定框1为可拆卸连接;本发明中,由于不同的处理剂盒对应着不同的投放程序,尤其是可变种类处理剂盒3和固定种类处理剂盒2的投放程序更有着显著的区别,因此为了能够使整个投放过程不出现差错,本设计的自动投放装置的洗涤剂盒的安装件为防呆设计,即不会出现两者位置固定错的情况发生。该防呆设计为与所述固定框1一体成型的多条凸出筋11,每条凸出筋11分别位于相应的处理剂盒下,并且与相应的处理剂盒的相对空间位置不同,在固定种类处理剂盒2和可变种类处理剂盒3底部分别开有与所述凸出筋配合的凹槽,如图2所示固定种类处理剂盒凹槽21与可变种类处理剂盒凹槽31的位置不同,所述凹槽与所述凸出筋相互配合,实现相应处理剂盒与所述固定框的固定。当然还可以将上述的凸筋和凹槽的尺寸配合方面进行防呆设计,同样能够实现该技术效果。
如图3所示,本实施例的所述投放装置还包括设置在洗衣机面板上的,与所述固定种类处理剂盒菜单选项4和可变种类处理剂盒菜单选项5,所述菜单选项通过控制相应的固定种类处理剂盒或可变种类处理剂盒的进水,实现对不同的处理剂盒内的衣物处理剂投放的控制。其中可变种类处理剂盒由于对应着多种可选择的衣物处理剂,对应着更多的投放程序,因此可变种类处理剂盒菜单选项5拥有更多的选项。
实施例4
本实施例是对实施例2所述的多种选择性衣物处理剂同时盛放的可变种类处理剂盒投放装置的具体结构的补充。本实施例中的可变种类处理剂盒包括多个独立的腔室,各腔室内分别盛放不同的衣物处理剂,可以同时盛放多种不同的衣物处理剂并通过与之对应的菜单选项,实现衣物处理剂的投放控制。

如图2所示,本发明提供的衣物处理剂固定框1,设有用于放置至少一个衣物处理剂盒的安装腔,所述的衣物处理剂盒为内部设有空腔用于盛放衣物处理剂的封闭盒体结构,所述的衣物处理剂盒设置有单向透气阀6和出液口7,所述的出液口7上设置有通断阀。
所述的衣物处理剂盒内还设置有吸取装置,所述的吸取装置的进口连通所述的空腔,吸取装置的出口连通所述通断阀的进口。
其中,所述的吸取装置向衣物处理剂盒的底壁延伸,其进口朝向衣物处理剂盒的底壁设置,并与所述底壁之间留有用于液体通过的间隙。
在本实施例中,设置了吸取装置该吸取装置的进口朝向衣物处理剂盒的底壁设置,并与底壁之间留有用于液体通过的间隙,从而能够将衣物处理剂盒内的衣物处理剂抽取干净,不产生浪费。优选的,所述的衣物处理剂盒的底壁上对应吸取装置的进口内陷形成位置低于衣物处理剂盒底壁表面的凹槽,所述的吸取装置的进口位于凹槽内并与凹槽的底面和侧壁之间留有用于液体通过的间隙。本实施例中,底壁上对应吸取装置的进口内陷形成位置低于衣物处理剂盒底壁表面的凹槽在衣物处理剂余量不多的时候,起到集聚衣物处理剂,且吸取装置的进口位于凹槽内,从而可充分的利用衣物处理剂,尽大程度的节约,不产生浪费。
进一步的,所述的吸取装置为中空的管状结构,内部形成流道,流道的一端朝向衣物处理剂盒的底壁,另一端与通断阀的进口连通,所述的流道从进口向出口之间形成弧形的换向导流通道,所述流道上对应通断阀的进口的换向处为外扩的圆弧面;优选的,所述圆弧面的半径大于流道的半径。其中,流道上对应通断阀的进口的换向处为外扩的圆弧面有利于衣物处理剂在流道的流动,相对于在换向处采用直角或类似于直角的转角,本发明中将换向处为外扩的圆弧面有利于液体的流动,而不是产生断断续续的流动。
优选的,所述的通断阀包括引流通道和设置在引流通道内的活塞和复位弹簧,所述的活塞在复位弹簧的作用下封堵所述的引流通道。
优选的,所述的通断阀包括引流通道和设置在引流通道内的活塞,所述的活塞外壁与引流通道的内壁之间留有用于液体流动的空隙,所述引流通道位于出口一端设有收窄段,所述的活塞在复位弹簧的作用下挤压在收窄段上,封闭所述的引流通道。
优选的,所述的出液口7用于连通水盒内的投放管路以向洗衣机的洗涤腔室内投放衣物处理剂,所述的投放管路上设置有连通结构,用于在出液口7与投放管路连通时,打开所述的通断阀。
所述的连通结构可设置为凸出的结构或具有凸出结构,该凸出结构水平设置在水盒内,并与衣物处理剂盒的出液口7位置相对应,在分配盒推入水盒内时,可伸入出液口7与所述的活塞配合。凸出结构推顶开活塞,即打开所述的通断阀。
优选的,所述连通结构设置在投放管路的端部,通过推顶所述的活塞,打开所述的通断阀,所述的出液口7或通断阀的引流通道内设置有密封圈,用于密封出液口7与投放管路的连接处。
在上述方案中,所述的连通结构为柱形结构,水平设置在水盒内,内部形成有流道,一端用于与衣物处理剂盒配合打开所述的通断阀,另一端用于与水盒内的投放管路连通。其中, 用于与衣物处理剂盒配合的一端的侧壁上开设有连通其内部流道的开孔,从而当该端部抵开该活塞时,其开孔引流衣物处理剂至连通结构的流道内,进而通过投放管路进入洗衣机内。
优选的,所述的衣物处理剂盒为正方体或长方体结构,所述的出液口7与衣物处理剂盒的外表面平齐设置。当然的,所述的出液口7也可以凸出衣物处理剂盒的表面,为了减少加工难度,以及为了简化容纳该衣物处理剂盒的安装腔结构,优选设计该衣物处理剂盒为规则的正方体或长方体,而出液口7与衣物处理剂盒的外表面平齐设置,则简化了分配盒上的安装腔的结构,安装腔也设置为规则正方体或长方体形状,从而减小了加工复杂度。
所述的出液口7设置在所述衣物处理剂盒的侧壁的底部位置,所述的吸取装置为水平设置的中空管状结构;其中,将出液口7设置在侧壁的底部位置,有利于吸取装置充分吸取衣物处理剂盒内的衣物处理剂。
或,所述的出液口7设置在所述侧壁的任意位置,所述的吸取装置为进口端向衣物处理剂盒的底壁一侧弯折的中空管状结构,其进口朝向所述底壁,并与所述底壁之间留有用于液体通过的间隙,该方案中,吸取装置的进口朝向所述的底壁,并与所述底壁之间留有用于液体通过的间隙,该间隙尽量小,则有利于吸取装置充分吸取衣物处理剂盒内的衣物处理剂。
进一步的,所述的安装腔内部限定有至少一个用于放置衣物处理剂盒的放置空间,所述的安装腔上设置有限位结构,用于在衣物处理剂盒设在安装腔上时,限制所述衣物处理剂盒的活动。
所述的限位结构包括设置在安装腔一侧的弹性件,用于在衣物处理剂盒设在安装腔上时,弹性形变的设在衣物处理剂盒和安装腔的侧壁之间。优选的,该衣物处理剂盒为长方体结构,所述的弹性件沿着该衣物处理剂盒的长度方向设置。在上述方案中,弹性件可以固定衣物处理盒,可在洗衣机震动中,对衣物处理剂盒具有缓冲作用。优选的,该弹性件可与分配盒一体设置,从而简化了结构。
如上述实施例所述,衣物处理剂盒包括多个,分别相互平行的设在安装腔内,所述的限位结构还包括至少一条设置在安装腔的底壁上的分隔筋,用于分隔各衣物处理剂盒,形成至少两个放置衣物处理剂盒的放置空间。
在上述方案中,分隔筋可以限制衣物处理剂盒的活动,同时可以将安装腔内分为多个不同的放置空间,如此设置,则即使衣物处理剂盒的数量小于放置空间的数量,则衣物处理剂盒设在该安装腔内时,也会受到分隔筋的限制,该分隔筋具有固定处理剂盒的效果。
优选的,所述的分隔筋与弹性件同向设置,分隔筋限制衣物处理剂盒在第一方向上的活 动,所述的弹性件限制衣物处理剂盒在与第一方向相垂直的第二方向上的活动。
在上述方案中,各个放置空间内分别设置有一弹性件,该弹性件与分隔筋同向设置,设置在相邻的两个分隔筋之间,因为两者的限位方向不同,从而可将衣物处理剂盒稳定的限位在安装腔内部。
优选的,所述的安装腔上位于弹性件相对的一侧的侧壁上设置有扣手位;
优选的,所述的扣手位为由安装腔的侧壁向外延伸的凹部。
在上述方案中,设计扣手位,有利于拆卸该衣物处理剂盒,其中,所述的扣手位是位于弹性件相对的一侧,则为衣物处理剂盒的拆卸提供了方便,基于该结构设计,则在拆卸过程,用户可在扣手位处向弹性件一侧掰动衣物处理剂盒,则弹性件会在发生弹性变形,从而使得衣物处理剂盒具有可活动的空间,此时,向上施力即可取下该衣物处理剂盒。
所述的单向透气阀6安装于衣物处理剂盒上,包括透气元件和开关元件,所述透气元件上设置透气孔,所述开关元件包括开关部,所述衣物处理剂盒内、外两侧的气压变化打开或关闭开关部,透气孔单向透气或关闭。
所述透气元件上设置两个透气孔,所述透气孔贯通透气元件的上、下端面,其出气口均匀周向分布在下端面上。
所述透气元件为一体成型的两个同轴且直径不同的圆柱形结构,上端面的直径稍大于下端面。
所述透气元件上还同轴设置连接开关元件的连接孔和辅助开关元件密封的环形凹槽。
所述连接孔贯穿所述透气元件,且与所述透气元件同轴,所述连接包括同轴且直径不同的两个孔,两孔的连接处形成卡接所述开关元件的卡位凸台。所述透气孔绕所述连接孔的轴均匀周向设置。
所述环形凹槽设置在透气元件的下端面上,所述透气孔的出气口设置在所述环形凹槽以内的下端面上。所述环形凹槽的内侧壁向透气孔方向倾斜设置,过渡延伸至透气孔的外边缘,所述环形凹槽的外侧壁为竖直的边,两侧壁圆滑相交。
所述开关元件为一体成型的弹性材料元件,包括开关部、连接部。
所述开关部为倒置的伞形结构,覆盖在透气元件的下端面上,其末端伸入环形凹槽。
所述开关部关闭,其末端伸入环形凹槽内,密封透气孔;所述开关部打开,开关部发生 形变,其末端离开环形凹槽,透气孔单向透气。
所述连接部设置有环形凸台和过渡段,该环形凸台与连接孔上的卡位凸台配合将连接部卡接在连接孔内,所述过渡段设置在环形凸台和开关部之间,该过渡段内部设有辅助开关部形变的中空孔。
优选的,所述环形凸台的截面为半圆形;所述过渡段内部设有的中空孔延伸并贯穿开关部,进一步减小开关部发生形变所需要的力。
本发明中所述的衣物处理剂盒,包括出液口7,还包括如上所述的一种单向透气阀6,该衣物处理剂盒具有两种状态:自出液口7抽取衣物处理剂,衣物处理剂盒内气压减小,衣物处理剂盒内气压小于外界气压,开关部发生形变,其末端离开环形凹槽,透气孔进气;第二种状态为停止抽取,出液口7密封,衣物处理剂盒内气压等于外界气压,开关部恢复原状,其末端伸入环形凹槽密封衣物处理剂盒。
本实施例中的吸取装置和单向透气阀6都同时被洗衣机面板上的菜单选项所对应的电路程序控制,实现本发明的多种衣物处理剂的智能化投放。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机多种衣物处理剂自动投放的控制方法,衣物处理剂盛放于自动投放装置内,其特征在于,所述的自动投放装置包括用于盛放固定种类衣物处理剂的固定种类处理剂盒,和用于择一盛放一种/同时盛放多种衣物处理剂的可变种类处理剂盒;所述的控制方法包括:洗衣机执行洗衣程序,根据选择的固定种类处理剂盒内和/或可变种类处理剂盒内的衣物处理剂,自动投放装置执行相应的投放过程。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于,洗衣机根据选择的固定种类处理剂盒内的衣物处理剂和/或可变种类处理剂盒内的衣物处理剂的种类,控制在洗衣程序不同的洗衣阶段进行该衣物处理剂的投放。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于,洗衣机根据选择的固定种类处理剂盒内的衣物处理剂和/或可变种类处理剂盒内的衣物处理剂的种类,控制在不同的洗衣程序中投放对应的该衣物处理剂的投放量。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述的固定种类处理剂盒内和可变种类处理剂盒内的衣物处理剂可单独进行选择,也可多种组合选择,当多种组合选择时,按照各衣物处理剂的投放顺序依次进行投放。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述的固定种类处理剂盒内盛放洗涤剂,当选择固定种类处理剂盒时,在洗衣机洗涤进水阶段自动投放装置执行洗涤剂投放过程;
    所述的可变种类处理剂盒内择一盛放一种、或同时盛放多种衣物处理剂,所述衣物处理剂包括,丝毛净、柔顺剂、洗涤剂;当选择可变种类处理剂盒内的一种衣物处理剂时,洗衣机在洗衣程序的该衣物处理剂所对应的衣物处理阶段控制自动投放装置对该衣物处理剂进行投放。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述的可变种类处理剂盒内盛放柔顺剂时,在洗衣机进入软化阶段自动投放装置执行柔顺剂投放过程;
    所述的可变种类处理剂盒内盛放洗涤剂时,在洗衣机进入洗涤阶段执行洗涤剂投放过程;
    所述的可变种类处理剂盒内盛放丝毛净时,在洗衣机进入洗涤阶段执行丝毛净投放过程。
  7. 一种洗衣机多种洗衣处理剂的自动投放装置,其特征在于,所述投放装置包括固定框,所述用于盛放固定种类衣物处理剂的固定种类处理剂盒和用于多种衣物处理剂择一/或同时盛放的可变种类处理剂盒通过安装件安装在所述固定框内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述自动投放装置,其特征在于,所述可变种类处理剂盒和固定种类 处理剂盒与固定框为可拆卸连接;所述安装件为防呆设计,包括与所述固定框一体成型的多条凸出筋,每条凸出筋分别位于相应的处理剂盒下,并且与相应的处理剂盒的相对空间位置不同,在固定种类处理剂盒和可变种类处理剂盒底部分别开有与所述凸出筋配合的凹槽,所述凹槽与所述凸出筋相互配合,实现相应处理剂盒与所述固定框的固定。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述自动投放装置,其特征在于,所述投放装置还包括设置在洗衣机面板上的,与所述固定种类处理剂盒和可变种类处理剂盒对应的菜单选项,所述菜单选项通过控制相应的固定种类处理剂盒/可变种类处理剂盒的进水,实现对不同的处理剂盒内的衣物处理剂投放的控制。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述自动投放装置,其特征在于,所述可变种类处理剂盒包括多个独立的腔室,各腔室内分别盛放不同种类的衣物处理剂,并通过之对应的菜单选项,实现衣物处理剂的投放控制。
