(3)本实用新型的具有动画效果的LED灯,通过线路板控制多组透镜成像组合装置中LED灯珠的不同闪亮方式,实现了菲林片上不同图案的动画变换。

请参阅图1-3,如图1-3所示,本实用新型公开了一种具有动画效果的LED灯,包括灯头和支撑部,所述灯头与所述支撑部通过转动装置17连接,所述灯头包括壳体16和两组透镜成像组合装置,单个所述透镜成像组合装置包括凸透镜3、菲林片8和LED灯珠12,所述凸透镜3的焦距短、厚度大,所述凸透镜3的凸面朝向所述菲林片8设置,所述凸透镜3包括第一凸透镜31和第二凸透镜32,所述第一凸透镜31、所述菲林片8、所述第二凸透镜32和所述LED灯珠12依次设置于所述壳体16内部并处于同一条直线上;所述菲林片8设置于所述第一凸透镜31的一倍至两倍焦距之间,所述LED灯珠12设置于所述第二凸透镜32的两倍焦距处;所述第二凸透镜32和所述LED灯珠12之间设置有第三凸透镜33,所述LED灯珠12设置于所述第三凸透镜33的一倍至两倍焦距之间,所述第一凸透镜31、所述第二凸透镜32与所述第三凸透镜33相互平行设置,所述第一凸透镜31通过第一固定件5固定于所述灯头中,所述第二凸透镜32通过凸透镜压件9固定于所述灯头中,所述第三凸透镜33通过第二固定件11固定于所述灯头中。通过在第二凸透镜32和LED灯珠12之间设置第三凸透镜33,能够使显示的图像画面更清晰、面积更大。
所述LED灯珠12设置于铝基板13上,所述铝基板13通过铝基板固定件10固定于所述灯头中,两个透镜成像组合装置中的LED灯珠12可以采用相同的颜色,也可以采用不同的颜色。所述灯头靠近所述第一凸透镜31一侧设置有顶盖4,所述顶盖4通过螺栓固定于所述灯头中,所述顶盖4靠近所述凸透镜3一侧设置有第一密封圈1,所述第一凸透镜31的平面一侧设置有第二密封圈2,可以适用于户内和户外;所述菲林片8通过菲林片固定座6固定于所述灯头中,所述菲林片固定座6上设置有固定盖7,所述菲林片8上设置有图案,所述图案为单色或彩色,如模拟天空燃放烟火、老鹰飞翔、蝴蝶飞舞、兔子跳跃、花卉展放、卡通人物跳舞等。所述支撑部包括第一支撑部18和第二支撑部19,所述第一支撑部18与所述转动装置17连接,所述第一支撑部18与所述第二支撑部19活动连接。所述LED灯珠12与线路板14电连接,所述线路板14通过第三固定件15固定设置于所述灯头中。所述线路板14上设计编程多个IC的程序,通过线路板14控制多个透镜成像组合装置中LED灯珠12的不同闪亮方式,实现了菲林片8上不同图案的动画变换。所述转动装置17与所述壳体16的接触面为梯子形,所述壳体16为半椭圆体结构。
实施例2
请参阅图4-5,如图4-5所示,本实用新型公开了一种具有动画效果的LED灯,包括灯头和支撑部,所述灯头与所述支撑部通过转动装置17连接,所述灯头包括壳体16和三组透镜成像组合装置,单个所述透镜成像组合装置包括凸透镜3、菲林片8和LED灯珠12,所述凸透镜3的焦距短、厚度大,所述凸透镜3的凸面朝向所述菲林片8设置,所述凸透镜3包括第一凸透镜31和第二凸透镜32,所述第一凸透镜31、所述菲林片8、所述第二凸透镜32和所述LED灯珠12依次设置于所述壳体16内部并处于同一条直线上;所述菲林片8设置于所述第一凸透镜31的一倍至两倍焦距之间,所述LED灯珠12设置于所述第二凸透镜32的两倍焦距处;所述第二凸透镜32和所述LED灯珠12之间设置有第三凸透镜33,所述LED灯珠12设置于所述第三凸透镜33的一倍至两倍焦距之间,所述第一凸透镜31、所述第二凸透镜32与所述第三凸透镜33相互平行设置,所述第一凸透镜31通过第一固定件5固定于所述灯头中,所述第二凸透镜32通过凸透镜压件9固定于所述灯头中,所述第三凸透镜33通过第二固定件11固定于所述灯头中。通过在第二凸透镜32和LED灯珠12之间设置第三凸透镜33,能够使显示的图像画面更清晰、面积更大。
所述LED灯珠12设置于铝基板13上,所述铝基板13通过铝基板固定件10固定于所述灯头中,三个透镜成像组合装置中的LED灯珠12可以采用相同的颜色,也可以采用不同的颜色。所述灯头靠近所述第一凸透镜31一侧设置有顶盖4,所述顶盖4通过螺栓固定于所述灯头中,所述顶盖4靠近所述凸透镜3一侧设置有第一密封圈1,所述第一凸透镜31的平 面一侧设置有第二密封圈2,可以适用于户内和户外;所述菲林片8通过菲林片固定座6固定于所述灯头中,所述菲林片固定座6上设置有固定盖7,所述菲林片8上设置有图案,所述图案为单色或彩色,如模拟天空燃放烟火、老鹰飞翔、蝴蝶飞舞、兔子跳跃、花卉展放、卡通人物跳舞等。所述支撑部包括第一支撑部18和第二支撑部19,所述第一支撑部18与所述转动装置17连接,所述第一支撑部18与所述第二支撑部19活动连接。所述LED灯珠12与线路板14电连接,所述线路板14通过第三固定件15固定设置于所述灯头中。所述线路板14上设计编程多个IC的程序,通过线路板14控制多个透镜成像组合装置中LED灯珠12的不同闪亮方式,实现了菲林片8上不同图案的动画变换。所述转动装置17与所述壳体16的接触面为L形,所述转动装置17通过固定装置20与所述壳体16卡接,所述壳体16为多边形筒体结构。
实施例3
请参阅图6,如图6所示,本实用新型公开了一种具有动画效果的LED灯,包括灯头和支撑部,所述灯头与所述支撑部通过转动装置17连接,所述灯头包括壳体16和四组透镜成像组合装置,单个所述透镜成像组合装置包括凸透镜3、菲林片8和LED灯珠12,所述凸透镜3的焦距短、厚度大,所述凸透镜3的凸面朝向所述菲林片8设置,所述凸透镜3包括第一凸透镜31和第二凸透镜32,所述第一凸透镜31、所述菲林片8、所述第二凸透镜32和所述LED灯珠12依次设置于所述壳体16内部并处于同一条直线上;所述菲林片8设置于所述第一凸透镜31的一倍至两倍焦距之间,所述LED灯珠12设置于所述第二凸透镜32的两倍焦距处;所述第二凸透镜32和所述LED灯珠12之间设置有第三凸透镜33,所述LED灯珠12设置于所述第三凸透镜33的一倍至两倍焦距之间,所述第一凸透镜31、所述第二凸透镜32与所述第三凸透镜33相互平行设置,所述第一凸透镜31通过第一固定件5固定于所述灯头中,所述第二凸透镜32通过凸透镜压件9固定于所述灯头中,所述第三凸透镜33通过第二固定件11固定于所述灯头中。通过在第二凸透镜32和LED灯珠12之间设置第三凸透镜33,能够使显示的图像画面更清晰、面积更大。

本实用新型还公开了一种具有动画效果的LED灯的透镜成像组合装置的成像原理,图7是本实用新型的LED灯的透镜成像组合装置的成像原理图,如图7所示,打开LED灯珠12,通过第二凸透镜32和第三凸透镜33对光源进行聚光作用,增强了光源的亮度,聚集后光源照射菲林片8,再通过所述第一凸透镜31对图像进行放大,从而得到了更清晰、面积更大的图像画面。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
(1)本实用新型的具有动画效果的LED灯,通过在第二凸透镜和LED灯珠之间设置第三凸透镜,能够使显示的图像画面更清晰、面积更大;
(2)本实用新型的具有动画效果的LED灯,在顶盖靠近所述凸透镜一侧设置有第一密封圈,在第一凸透镜的平面一侧设置有第二密封圈,可以适用于户内和户外;
(3)本实用新型的具有动画效果的LED灯,通过线路板控制多组透镜成像组合装置中LED灯珠的不同闪亮方式,实现了菲林片上不同图案的动画变换。
以上所述是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应该指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种具有动画效果的LED灯,包括灯头和支撑部,所述灯头与所述支撑部通过转动装置(17)连接,其特征在于,所述灯头包括壳体(16)和透镜成像组合装置,所述透镜成像组合装置包括凸透镜(3)、菲林片(8)和LED灯珠(12),所述凸透镜(3)的凸面朝向所述菲林片(8)设置,所述凸透镜(3)包括第一凸透镜(31)和第二凸透镜(32),所述第一凸透镜(31)、所述菲林片(8)、所述第二凸透镜(32)和所述LED灯珠(12)依次设置于所述壳体(16)内部并处于同一条直线上;所述菲林片(8)设置于所述第一凸透镜(31)的一倍至两倍焦距之间,所述LED灯珠(12)设置于所述第二凸透镜(32)的两倍焦距处,所述透镜成像组合装置至少有两组。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有动画效果的LED灯,其特征在于,所述第二凸透镜(32)和所述LED灯珠(12)之间设置有第三凸透镜(33),所述LED灯珠(12)设置于所述第三凸透镜(33)的一倍至两倍焦距之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有动画效果的LED灯,其特征在于,所述第一凸透镜(31)、所述第二凸透镜(32)与所述第三凸透镜(33)相互平行设置,所述第一凸透镜(31)通过第一固定件(5)固定于所述灯头中,所述第二凸透镜(32)通过凸透镜压件(9)固定于所述灯头中,所述第三凸透镜(33)通过第二固定件(11)固定于所述灯头中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有动画效果的LED灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯珠(12)设置于铝基板(13)上,所述铝基板(13)通过铝基板固定件(10)固定于所述灯头中;所述铝基板(13)上设置了至少两个LED灯珠(12),一个所述LED灯珠(12)对应一组透镜成像组合装置,所述LED灯珠(12)为相同的颜色或不同颜色。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的一种具有动画效果的LED灯,其特征在于,所述灯头靠近所述第一凸透镜(31)一侧设置有顶盖(4),所述顶盖(4)通过螺栓固定于所述灯头中,所述顶盖(4)靠近所述凸透镜(3)一侧设置有第一密封圈(1),所述第一凸透镜(31)的平面一侧设置有第二密封圈(2)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种具有动画效果的LED灯,其特征在于,所述菲林片(8)通过菲林片固定座(6)固定于所述灯头中,所述菲林片固定座(6)上设置有固定盖(7),所述菲林片(8)上设置单色或彩色的图案。
  7. 根据权利要求1或6所述的一种具有动画效果的LED灯,其特征在于,所述支撑部包括第一支撑部(18)和第二支撑部(19),所述第一支撑部(18)与所述转动装置(17)连接,所述第一支撑部(18)与所述第二支撑部(19)活动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种具有动画效果的LED灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯珠(12)与线路板(14)电连接,所述线路板(14)通过第三固定件(15)固定设置于所述灯头中, 所述线路板(14)上设计编程多个IC的程序。
  9. 根据权利要求1或8所述的一种具有动画效果的LED灯,其特征在于,所述壳体(16)为半椭圆体、圆柱筒体或多边形筒体结构。
