本申请涉及一种柜员机控制方法、装置、计算机设备和介质。
柜员机是一种高度精密的机电一体化装置,给用户办理业务提供了极大的方便。客户在柜员机办理自助业务时,部分业务需银行工作人员进行现场审核。然而,发明人意识到传统方法一般是通过派专人守在柜员机附近,随时为客户提供核验身份的服务,但是该种方式造成员工人力的浪费。
发明内容
根据本申请公开的各种实施例,提供一种柜员机控制方法、装置、计算机设备和介质。
一种柜员机控制方法,包括:
当接收到现场审核指令时,则向在线的工作人员终端发送地理位置信息获取指令;
接收所述工作人员终端发送的地理位置信息;
根据所述工作人员终端发送的地理位置信息,选取与柜员机的距离小于预设距离的工作人员终端;
向选取的工作人员终端发送所述现场审核指令;
接收选取的工作人员终端返回的响应审核指令;及
当所述响应审核指令为确认指令时,则显示选取的工作人员终端所对应的工作人员标识。
一种柜员机控制装置,包括:
地理位置信息获取模块,用于当接收到现场审核指令时,则获取在线的工作人员终端的地理位置信息
选取模块,用于根据所述在线的工作人员终端发送的地理位置信息,选取与柜员机的距离小于预设距离的工作人员终端;
现场审核指令发送模块,用于向选取的工作人员终端发送所述现场审核指令;
响应审核指令接收模块,用于接收所述选取的工作人员终端返回的响应审核指令;及
显示模块,用于当所述响应审核指令为确认指令时,则显示选取的工作人员终端所对应的工作人员标识。

请参阅图1,图1为一实施例中柜员机控制系统的示意图,该柜员机控制系统包括数个柜员机、服务器、路由器以及数个工作人员终端,数个工作人员终端中包括在线的工作人员终端和离线的工作人员终端。柜员机可以部署在银行、地铁站等公共场合。服务器为后台管理中心,其可以与柜员机进行通信,工作人员终端为工作人员随身携带的终端,例如,工作人员的手机、平板电脑等。路由器是连接因特网中各局域网、广域网的设备,它会根据信道的情况自动选择和设定路由,以最佳路径,按前后顺序发送信号,柜员机以及工作人员的终端均可以连接至路由器,以实现数据传输。
请参阅图2,图2为一实施例中柜员机控制方法的流程图,本实施例以该方法应用到上述图1中的柜员机控制系统中的柜员机来举例说明。该柜员机上运行有柜员机控制程序,通过该柜员机控制程序来实施柜员机控制方法。该方法具体包括如下步骤:
S204:当接收到现场审核指令时,则获取在线的工作人员终端的地理位置信息。
具体地,现场审核指令是由用户点击柜员机显示界面所显示的控制按钮而生成的,例如当用户填写完成待审核的内容时,则可以点击柜员机显示界面的请求审核按钮,即生成该现场审核指令。其中地理位置信息是表示在线的工作人员终端的位置的信息,其可以是以经纬度来表示,或者以相对位置距离来表示。
柜员机可以根据GPS(Globle Positioning System,全球卫星定位系统)信号来获取在线的工作人员终端的地理位置信息,或者根据在线的工作人员终端与其自身所连接的wifi热点信号的相对距离来获取在线的工作人员终端的地理位置信息。
S206:根据工作人员终端发送的地理位置信息,选取与柜员机的距离小于预设距离的工作人员终端。
具体地,预设距离可以是根据柜员机的部署场景进行自动或人工设置,例如当柜员机部署在银行时,则可以设置该预设距离为8米、10米、11米等,当柜员机部署在距离银行一定距离的地铁站等公共场合时,则可以设置该预设距离为100米、120米等。柜员机的地理位置信息可以是柜员机根据GPS(Globle Positioning System,全球卫星定位系统)信号来获取自身的地理位置信息,或者根据柜员机与其自身所连接的wifi热点信号的相对距离来获取自身的地理位置信息,或者也可以是柜员机在部署时直接设置的,该种方式是由于柜员机的位置相对固定,一般不会变化,因此可以直接设置柜员机的地理位置信息,从而柜员机不需要每次均通过GPS灯方式获取自身的地理位置信息。
当柜员机接收到在线的工作人员终端返回的地理位置信息后可以与该预设距离进行判断,选取其中与柜员机的距离小于预设距离的工作人员终端。例如,当在线的工作人员终端存在6个时,其中由3个在线的工作人员终端与柜员机的距离小于预设距离,则柜员机会选取该三个工作人员终端,或选取该三个工作人员终端其中的一个。
S208:向选取的工作人员终端发送现场审核指令。
具体地,当在线的工作人员终端为手机时,该现场审核指令可以通过短信、邮件、微信、QQ等方式发送给选取的工作人员的手机;当在线的工作人员终端为平板电脑或台式电脑等,该现场审核指令可以通过邮件、微信、QQ等方式发送给选取的工作人员的平板电脑或台式电脑等。

具体地,工作人员标识是可以唯一表示该工作人员的标识,例如其可以为工作人员的电话号码、照片、指纹、工牌等信息。柜员机通过向用户展现工作人员标识,以保证用户了解该工作人员,从而可以防止不法分子冒充工作人员来获取用户的信息。
另外,当存在多个在线的工作人员终端向柜员机发送了为确认指令的响应审核指令,柜员机可以通过该些在线的工作人员终端与柜员机的距离对该些在线的工作人员终端进行排序,例如与柜员机的距离近的在线的工作人员终端排在前,并选取与柜员机的距离最近的(或者最远的)在线的工作人员终端所对应的工作人员标识进行显示,且向其他的未排在第一位的在线的工作人员终端发送无须审核指令,从而保证只有一个在线的工作人员终端所对应的工作人员到达柜员机进行现场审核,避免人力资源的浪费。或者还可以选取第一个(或者特定顺序处的,例如最后一个、第二个、第三个、倒数第二个等)向柜员机发送了为确认指令的响应审核指令的在线的工作人员终端所对应的工作人员标识进行显示,且向其他的向柜员机发送为确认指令的响应审核指令的在线的工作人员终端返回无须审核指令,从而保证只有一个在线的工作人员终端所对应的工作人员到达柜员机进行现场审核,避免人力资源的浪费。
当在预设时间内没有在线的工作人员终端向柜员机发送了为确认指令的响应审核指令时,柜员机可以根据在线的工作人员终端与柜员机的距离的大小指定一个工作人员进行现场审核,例如可以指定与柜员机的距离最近的在线的工作人员终端所对应的工作人员进行现场审核,这样可以保证存在工作人员来进行现场审核。或者柜员机还可以根据在线的 工作人员终端反馈的响应审核指令的到达的先后顺序指定一个工作人员进行现场审核,例如可以指定响应审核指令最后达到柜员机的在线的工作人员终端所对应的工作人员进行现场审核,还可以指定响应审核指令最先(或者特定顺序处的,例如最后一个、第二个、第三个、倒数第二个等)到达柜员机的在线的工作人员终端所对应的工作人员进行现场审核,这样可以保证存在工作人员来进行现场审核。
上述的柜员机控制方法,当接收到现场审核指令时,则获取在线的工作人员终端的地理位置信息,并向距离柜员机近的在线的工作人员终端发送现场审核指令,以通知工作人员尽快到达柜员机,从而该工作人员不需要一直在柜员机附近,节省了人力,且为了方便,当工作人员确认到现场审核时,则柜员机显示该工作人员的标识,以便于用户可以及时了解该工作人员。
在其中一个实施例中,参阅图3,图3为根据一个或多个实施例中的到达时间计算步骤的流程图,该到达时间计算步骤可以是在图2所示的实施例的步骤S212之后进行,该到达时间计算步骤可以包括:
S302:获取选取的工作人员终端与柜员机的距离。
具体地,柜员机可以根据选取的工作人员终端的地理位置信息和柜员机的地理位置信息来计算两者的距离,但需要注意的是,此时所计算的两者的距离并不是直线距离,而是工作人员可以走的路线的距离,参阅图4,图4为一实施例中银行的示意图,假设其中柜员机C为当前柜员机,窗口3中的工作人员为选取的工作人员,则该工作人员需要从当前位置走到柜员机的路线可以为M-N-O-P-Q-R,因此选取的工作人员终端与柜员机的距离则为该路线的总长度。
S304:根据选取的工作人员终端与柜员机的距离,计算选取的工作人员的到达时间。
具体地,柜员机可以根据工作人员的行走速度,例如0.9米每秒、0.8米每秒、1米每秒等来计算工作人员的到达时间,即用选取的工作人员终端与柜员机的距离除以工作人员的行走速度即可以获得工作人员的行走时间,在通过当前时间加上该行走时间以获得工作人员的到达时间。
S306:显示到达时间。
具体地,当柜员机计算出工作人员的到达时间时,则将该到达时间显示在柜员机的屏幕上,以便于用户可以了解工作人员何时到达。
上述实施例中,通过工作人员终端的地理位置信息和柜员机的地理位置信息可以获取两者之间的距离,在根据工作人员的行走速度从而可以获取工作人员的行走时间,通过当前时间加上工作人员的行走时间即可以获取工作人员的到达时间,从而向用户展示工作人员的到达时间,以便于用户可以了解工作人员何时到达,提高用户体验。
参阅图5,图5为根据一个或多个实施例中工作人员的标识存储步骤的流程图,该步骤可以是在图2所示的实施例之前进行,该工作人员的标识存储步骤可以包括:
S502:采集工作人员的标识。
具体地,柜员机可以通过采集工作人员的标识将工作人员作为审核工作人员,例如该工作人员的标识可以包括工作人员的电话号码、指纹、工牌、照片等,其中工牌可以是经过服务器注册的。其中,工作人员的标识可以通过级别较高的工作人员来辅助录入柜员机,例如银行经理等,可以先向柜员机输入工作人员的工牌。
S504:将工作人员的标识发送至服务器进行验证。
具体地,工作人员的标识一般都存储在服务器,例如可以通过工作人员的工牌来查询到该工作人员,并可以获取该工作人员的其他信息,例如电话号码等,这样就不再需要工作人员再次输入。
S506:接收服务器返回的验证结果。
具体地,当服务器查询到该工作人员的标识时,则表示该工作人员可以为审核人员,则向柜员机返回相应的表示验证通过的验证结果,当服务器未查询到该工作人员的标识时,则标识该工作人员不可以为审核人员,则向柜员机返回相应的表示验证不通过的验证结果。
S508:当验证结果表示验证通过时,则将工作人员的标识进行存储。
具体地,当验证结果通过,则表示该工作人员可以为审核人员,则可以将工作人员的标识进行存储,且由于后续审核过程中需要指纹确认,因此还可以通过柜员机上的指纹仪获取工作人员的指纹进行存储,且为了指纹的正确性,可以进行多次采集。
上述实施例中,只有通过服务器验证成功的工作人员的标识才会被存储至柜员机内,从而可以保证审核权限的范围,提高审核的安全性。
在其中一个实施例中,图2所示的方法还包括工作人员终端的状态更新步骤,该工作人员终端的状态更新步骤可以是在图2所示的实施例之前进行,该工作人员终端的状态更新步骤可以包括:当接收到路由器发送的工作人员终端连接至路由器的信息时,则更新工作人员终端的状态为在线;当接收到路由器发送的工作人员终端与路由器断开连接的信息时,则更新工作人员终端的状态为离线。
具体地,当工作人员到达银行或其他部署柜员机的地方时,工作人员终端会连接上相应的路由器,该路由器则会向对应的柜员机发送工作人员终端连接上路由器的信息,柜员机则将相应的工作人员终端的状态设置为在线,相应地,如果工作人员终端与路由器的连接断开,则柜员机将相应的工作人员终端的状态设置为离线。例如,柜员机中可以存储有一工作人员终端表格,其至少包括两列数据,一列为工作人员终端的标识,一列为工作人员终端的状态,当工作人员终端连接上路由器时,路由器将该工作人员终端连接上路由器的信息发送至柜员机,此时柜员机根据工作人员终端的标识查询到相应的工作人员终端,并更新该相应的工作人员终端的状态为在线。
上述实施例中,通过判断工作人员终端与路由器是否连接,来设置工作人员的状态为在线或离线,从而柜员机可以仅向在线的工作人员终端发送现场审核指令。
在其中一个实施例中,参阅图6,图6为根据一个或多个实施例中的检测步骤的流程 图,该检测步骤可以是在图2所示的接收到现场审核指令的步骤之后进行,该检测步骤可以包括:
S602:查询待现场审核的内容是否完整。

在其中一个实施例中,图2所示的方法还可以包括当审核确认硬件故障时,通过静态密码或动态密码进行审核。例如通过静态密码进行审核时,可以包括检测审核确认硬件是否故障;当审核确认硬件故障时,则提示通过静态密码进行审核完成确认;接收并校验静态密码;当静态密码校验成功时,则提示审核通过。通过动态密码进行审核时,可以包括检测审核确认硬件是否故障;当审核确认硬件故障时,则提示通过动态密码进行审核完成确认;向审核工作人员的终端发送动态密码;接收并校验动态密码;当动态密码校验成功时,则提示审核通过。
其中,审核确认硬件可以指安装在柜员机上的指纹仪等,工作人员只有将自己的指纹输入至柜员机上才能确认审核结果,从而当指纹仪故障时,工作人员是无法确认审核完成的,从而导致用户不能正常使用柜员机,为了避免该种情况的发生,引入静态密码来确认审核完成或动态密码来确认审核完成,当指纹仪出现故障时,可以通过静态密码或动态密码来确认审核完成。
具体地,当工作人员到达柜员机时,通过查看待审核内容来确认用户是否可以进行下一步操作,其中,待现场审核的内容可以是有用户输入至柜员机的内容,其可以包括9项信息,例如姓名、国籍、性别、职业、住址、联系方式、证件类型、证件号码、证件有效 期等,当该待审核内容全部填写完成且没有错误时,例如姓名、国籍、证件号码与证件信息等信息与身份证上的信息一致,证件类型为身份证,性别与实际情况一致时,则可以认为审核通过,但此时柜员机并不知晓审核已经通过,因此需要通过审核确认硬件来告知柜员机审核已经通过,当审核确认硬件为指纹仪时,工作人员可以通过该指纹仪向柜员机输入指纹以告知审核已经通过,但是当指纹仪故障时,工作人员无法告知柜员机审核已经通过,从而用户不能使用该柜员机。因此引入静态密码或动态密码来确认审核完成,例如当通过静态密码来确认审核完成时,柜员机可以事先给每一个工作人员分配一静态密码,当工作人员输入的静态密码与柜员机中存储的该工作人员的静态密码相同时,则柜员机确认审核通过,用户可以继续使用该柜员机进行后续操作。当通过动态密码来确认审核完成时,工作人员可以点击柜员机屏幕上的获取动态密码按钮以获取动态密码,例如柜员机可以将该动态密码发送至工作人员的终端上,这样工作人员通过查看终端即可以获取该动态密码,工作人员将该获取到的动态密码输入至柜员机相应位置处,当柜员机确认工作人员输入的动态密码与柜员机中存储的动态密码相同时,则柜员机确认审核通过,用户可以继续使用该柜员机进行后续操作。
上述实施例中,为避免指纹仪出现故障而导致的工作人员不能确认审核完成的情况的发生,引入静态密码来确认审核完成或动态密码来确认审核完成,当指纹仪出现故障时,可以通过静态密码或动态密码来确认审核完成,从而用户可以正常使用柜员机。
请参阅图7,图7为根据一个或多个实施例中柜员机控制系统的时序图,在该实施例中,该柜员机控制系统包括柜员机、路由器、工作人员终端以及服务器。
其中,工作人员终端与路由器进行连接,路由器将工作人员终端连接上路由器的信息发送给柜员机,柜员机将该工作人员终端的状态更新为在线。
用户可以操作柜员机,点击柜员机上的需要现场审核的按钮,从而柜员机接收到现场审核指令,然后柜员机查询待现场审核的内容是否完整,当待现场审核的内容完整时,则向工作人员终端发送地理位置信息获取指令。工作人员终端接收到地理位置信息获取指令后,获取自身的地理位置信息,并将所获得的工作人员终端的地理位置信息发送给柜员机,柜员机接收工作人员终端发送的地理位置信息后,根据柜员机的地理位置信息,选取与柜员机的距离小于预设距离的工作人员终端,并向距离小于预设距离的工作人员终端发送现场审核指令。工作人员终端接收到该现场审核指令后,展现给工作人员,工作人员可以通过工作人员终端向柜员机返回响应审核指令,当响应审核指令为确认指令时,则柜员机将选取的工作人员对应的工作人员标识展现给用户。
当工作人员到达后,工作人员使用柜员机上的审核确认硬件,例如指纹仪进行现场审核授权,例如待现场审核内容全部正确时,则工作人员输入指纹,完成现场审核。但是如果指纹仪出现故障时,则需要通过静态密码或动态密码进行现场审核完成确认,例如工作人员可以通过输入静态密码进行现场审核,或者点击柜员机显示界面上的发送动态密码的请求,从而工作人员终端将会接收到一动态密码,工作人员通过将该动态密码输入至柜员 机以完成现场审核完成确认。
上述实施例中,接收到现场审核指令时,则获取在线的工作人员终端的地理位置信息,并向距离柜员机近的在线的工作人员终端发送现场审核指令,以通知工作人员尽快到达柜员机,从而该工作人员不需要一直在柜员机附近,节省了人力,且为了方便,当工作人员确认到现场审核时,则柜员机显示该工作人员的标识,以便于用户可以及时了解该工作人员。
应该理解的是,虽然图2、图3、图5、图6的流程图中的各个步骤按照箭头的指示依次显示,但是这些步骤并不是必然按照箭头指示的顺序依次执行。除非本文中有明确的说明,这些步骤的执行并没有严格的顺序限制,这些步骤可以以其它的顺序执行。而且,图2、图3、图5、图6中的至少一部分步骤可以包括多个子步骤或者多个阶段,这些子步骤或者阶段并不必然是在同一时刻执行完成,而是可以在不同的时刻执行,这些子步骤或者阶段的执行顺序也不必然是依次进行,而是可以与其它步骤或者其它步骤的子步骤或者阶段的至少一部分轮流或者交替地执行。

地理位置信息获取模块200,用于当接收到现场审核指令时,则获取在线的工作人员终端的地理位置信息。

在其中一个实施例中,该装置还可以包括查询模块,用于查询待现场审核的内容是否完整;当待现场审核的内容完整时,则继续获取在线的工作人员终端的地理位置信息的步骤。当待现场审核的内容不完整时,则提示待现场审核的内容不完整。

检测模块,用于检测审核确认硬件是否故障。
静态密码审核模块,用于当审核确认硬件故障时,则提示通过静态密码进行审核完成确认。

上述关于柜员机控制装置的具体限定可以参见上文中对于柜员机控制方法的具体限定,在此不再赘述。上述柜员机控制装置中的各个模块可全部或部分通过软件、硬件及其组合来实现。上述各模块可以硬件形式内嵌于或独立于计算机设备中的处理器中,也可以以软件形式存储于计算机设备中的存储器中,以便于处理器调用执行以上各个模块对应的操作。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种计算机设备,该计算机设备可以是终端,例如图1中的柜员机,其内部结构图可以如图9所示。该计算机设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储器、网络接口、显示屏和输入装置。其中,该计算机设备的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力。该计算机设备的存储器包括非易失性存储介质、内存储器。该非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统和计算机程序。该内存储器为非易失性存储介质中的操作系统和计算机程序的运行提供环境。该计算机设备的网络接口用于与外部的终端通过网络连接通信。该计算机程序被处理器执行时以实现一种柜员机控制方法。该计算机设备的显示屏可以是液晶显示屏或者电子墨水显示屏,该计算机设备的输入装置可以是显示屏上覆盖的触摸层,也可以是计算机设备外壳上设置的按键、轨迹球或触控板,还可以是外接的键盘、触控板或鼠标等。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图9中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的计算机设备的限定,具体的计算机设备可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。
一种计算机设备,包括存储器和一个或多个处理器,存储器中储存有计算机可读指令, 计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:当接收到现场审核指令时,则获取在线的工作人员终端的地理位置信息;根据在线的工作人员终端的地理位置信息,选取与柜员机的距离小于预设距离的工作人员终端;向选取的工作人员终端发送现场审核指令;接收选取的工作人员终端返回的响应审核指令;及当响应审核指令为确认指令时,则显示选取的工作人员终端所对应的工作人员标识。
在其中一个实施例中,处理器执行程序时还可以实现以下步骤:获取选取的工作人员终端与柜员机的距离;根据选取的工作人员终端与柜员机的距离,计算选取的工作人员的到达时间;及显示到达时间。
在其中一个实施例中,处理器执行程序时还可以实现以下步骤:采集工作人员的标识;将工作人员的标识发送至服务器进行验证;接收服务器返回的验证结果;及当验证结果表示验证通过时,则将工作人员的标识进行存储。
在其中一个实施例中,处理器执行程序时还可以实现以下步骤:当接收到路由器发送的工作人员终端连接至路由器的信息时,则更新工作人员终端的状态为在线;及当接收到路由器发送的工作人员终端与路由器断开连接的信息时,则更新工作人员终端的状态为离线。

本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机可读指令来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的计算机可读指令可存储于一非易失性计算机可读取存储介质中,该计算机可读指令在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,本申请所提供的各实施例中所使用的对存储器、存储、数据库或其它介质的任何引用,均可包括非易失性和/或易失性存储器。非易失性存储器可包括只读存储器(ROM)、可编程ROM(PROM)、电可编程ROM(EPROM)、电可擦除可编程ROM(EEPROM)或闪存。易失性存储器可包括随机存取存储器(RAM)或者外部高速缓冲存储器。作为说明而非局限,RAM以多种形式可得,诸如静态RAM(SRAM)、动态RAM(DRAM)、同步DRAM(SDRAM)、双数据率SDRAM(DDRSDRAM)、增强型SDRAM(ESDRAM)、同步链路(Synchlink)DRAM(SLDRAM)、存储器总线(Rambus)直接RAM(RDRAM)、直接存储器总线动态RAM(DRDRAM)、以及存储器总线动态RAM(RDRAM)等。

Claims (20)
- 一种柜员机控制方法,包括:当接收到现场审核指令时,则获取在线的工作人员终端的地理位置信息;根据所述在线的工作人员终端的地理位置信息,选取与柜员机的距离小于预设距离的工作人员终端;向选取的工作人员终端发送所述现场审核指令;接收选取的工作人员终端返回的响应审核指令;及当所述响应审核指令为确认指令时,则显示选取的工作人员终端所对应的工作人员标识。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:获取所述选取的工作人员终端与所述柜员机的距离;根据所述选取的工作人员终端与所述柜员机的距离,计算所述选取的工作人员的到达时间;及显示所述到达时间。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:采集工作人员的标识;将所述工作人员的标识发送至服务器进行验证;接收服务器返回的验证结果;及当所述验证结果表示验证通过时,则将所述工作人员的标识进行存储。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:当接收到路由器发送的所述工作人员终端连接至所述路由器的信息时,则更新所述工作人员终端的状态为在线;及当接收到路由器发送的所述工作人员终端与所述路由器断开连接的信息时,则更新所述工作人员终端的状态为离线。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收到现场审核指令之后,还包括:查询待现场审核的内容是否完整;当所述待现场审核的内容完整时,则继续获取在线的工作人员终端的地理位置信息的步骤;及当所述待现场审核的内容不完整时,则提示待现场审核的内容不完整。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:检测审核确认硬件是否故障;当所述审核确认硬件故障时,则提示通过静态密码进行审核完成确认;接收并校验静态密码;及当所述静态密码校验成功时,则提示审核通过。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:检测审核确认硬件是否故障;当所述审核确认硬件故障时,则提示通过动态密码进行审核完成确认;向所述审核工作人员的终端发送动态密码;接收并校验所述动态密码;及当所述动态密码校验成功时,则提示审核通过。
- 一种柜员机控制装置,包括:地理位置信息获取模块,用于当接收到现场审核指令时,则获取在线的工作人员终端的地理位置信息;选取模块,用于根据所述在线的工作人员终端发送的地理位置信息,选取与柜员机的距离小于预设距离的工作人员终端;现场审核指令发送模块,用于向选取的工作人员终端发送所述现场审核指令;响应审核指令接收模块,用于接收所述选取的工作人员终端返回的响应审核指令;及显示模块,用于当所述响应审核指令为确认指令时,则显示选取的工作人员终端所对应的工作人员标识。
- 一种计算机设备,包括存储器及一个或多个处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:当接收到现场审核指令时,则获取在线的工作人员终端的地理位置信息;根据所述在线的工作人员终端的地理位置信息,选取与柜员机的距离小于预设距离的工作人员终端;向选取的工作人员终端发送所述现场审核指令;接收选取的工作人员终端返回的响应审核指令;及当所述响应审核指令为确认指令时,则显示选取的工作人员终端所对应的工作人员标识。
- 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:获取所述选取的工作人员终端与所述柜员机的距离;根据所述选取的工作人员终端与所述柜员机的距离,计算所述选取的工作人员的到达时间;及显示所述到达时间。
- 根据权利要求9或10所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:采集工作人员的标识;将所述工作人员的标识发送至服务器进行验证;接收服务器返回的验证结果;及当所述验证结果表示验证通过时,则将所述工作人员的标识进行存储。
- 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:当接收到路由器发送的所述工作人员终端连接至所述路由器的信息时,则更新所述工作人员终端的状态为在线;及当接收到路由器发送的所述工作人员终端与所述路由器断开连接的信息时,则更新所述工作人员终端的状态为离线。
- 根据权利要求12所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时所实现的所述接收到现场审核指令之后,还包括:查询待现场审核的内容是否完整;当所述待现场审核的内容完整时,则继续获取在线的工作人员终端的地理位置信息的步骤;及当所述待现场审核的内容不完整时,则提示待现场审核的内容不完整。
- 根据权利要求12所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:检测审核确认硬件是否故障;当所述审核确认硬件故障时,则提示通过静态密码进行审核完成确认;接收并校验静态密码;及当所述静态密码校验成功时,则提示审核通过。

- 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性计算机可读指令存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:当接收到现场审核指令时,则获取在线的工作人员终端的地理位置信息;根据所述在线的工作人员终端的地理位置信息,选取与柜员机的距离小于预设距离的工作人员终端;向选取的工作人员终端发送所述现场审核指令;接收选取的工作人员终端返回的响应审核指令;及当所述响应审核指令为确认指令时,则显示选取的工作人员终端所对应的工作人员标识。
- 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时还执行以下步骤:获取所述选取的工作人员终端与所述柜员机的距离;根据所述选取的工作人员终端与所述柜员机的距离,计算所述选取的工作人员的到达时间;及显示所述到达时间。
- 根据权利要求16或17所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时还执行以下步骤:采集工作人员的标识;将所述工作人员的标识发送至服务器进行验证;接收服务器返回的验证结果;及当所述验证结果表示验证通过时,则将所述工作人员的标识进行存储。
- 根据权利要求18所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时还执行以下步骤:当接收到路由器发送的所述工作人员终端连接至所述路由器的信息时,则更新所述工作人员终端的状态为在线;及当接收到路由器发送的所述工作人员终端与所述路由器断开连接的信息时,则更新所述工作人员终端的状态为离线。
