Description
本申请要求于2017年6月12日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710440339.7、发明名称为“案件调查方法、服务器和计算机可读存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及保险技术领域,尤其涉及一种案件调查方法、装置、服务器和计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
在人们购买保险、申请理赔时,保险公司可能需要对客户身份、保单协议、理赔案件进行调查,以保障客户购买保单或是理赔时信息的真实性。
目前,对案件的调查,通常都是由专业调查人根据案件的具体情况以及自身的经验进行走访,例如公安局、医院、事故地点等。在调查人经过过多方调查后,回到公司使用电脑将此案件的调查资料进行整理,撰写调查报告。才能完成此案的调查。
这样,调查人在走访后会需要大量的时间进行调查资料的整理、报告的撰写,工作量多,导致案件整体调查工作量大、周期长,严重降低了案件调查任务的效率,也会波及客户理赔或投保的时效。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种案件调查方法、装置、服务器和计算机可读存储介质,旨在解决案件调查效率低的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供一种案件调查方法,所述案件调查方法包括以下步骤:
在收到案件的调查任务时,配置对应的调查计划并下发给调查人;
若收到所述调查人对所述调查计划的签到指令,则根据所述调查计划生成所述案件的调查日志;
在收到所述案件的调查报告撰写指令时,统计所述案件的全部调查日志,并获取所述调查人录入的调查结论;
根据所述案件的全部调查日志及所述调查结论生成所述案件的调查报告。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种案件调查装置,所述案件调查装置包括:
计划模块,用于在收到案件的调查任务时,配置对应的调查计划并下发给调查人;
日志模块,用于若收到所述调查人对所述调查计划的签到指令,则根据所述调查计划生成所述案件的调查日志;
汇总模块,用于在收到所述案件的调查报告撰写指令时,统计所述案件的全部调查日志,并获取所述调查人录入的调查结论;
报告模块,用于根据所述案件的全部调查日志及所述调查结论生成所述案件的调查报告。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种服务器,所述服务器包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的案件调查程序,所述案件调查程序被所述处理器执行时实现上述任一项所述的案件调查方法的步骤。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有案件调查程序,所述案件调查程序被处理器执行时实现上述任一项所述的案件调查方法的步骤。
本申请实施例提出的一种案件调查方法、案件调查装置、服务器和计算机可读存储介质,在收到案件的调查任务时,通过配置对应的调查计划并下发给调查人,由调查人根据调查计划对案件进行调查,避免了调查人由于经验不足等原因漏查,减少了人为因素导致的案件调查延误或不完整;若收到调查人对调查计划的签到指令,则根据此调查计划生成此案件的调查日志,用以记录此案件的调查经历及调查进展,避免报告撰写的时间与实际调查的时间相差较久,调查人遗漏调查情况,影响调查结论的准确性,而且管理人员也可以根据此调查日志了解、监督调查人的调查进展;在收到案件的调查报告撰写指令时,统计案件的全部调查日志,并获取调查人录入的调查结论,根据案件的全部调查日志及调查人的调查结论生成案件的调查报告。本申请在调查人调查案件的过程中,自动记录调查经历生成调查日志,减少了调查报告撰写过程中信息的整理工作,缩短了调查报告的撰写时间,并且避免调查人遗漏调查信息,还能用于监控调查人的工作状态,提高调查人的工作时效;并且,生成的调查报告中由于包括了案件的调查日志,更加能增强调查报告的证据效力,减少对调查报告的质疑纠纷;而且,由于撰写调查报告时,调查人仅需要输入少量的调查结论,减轻了调查人不必要的工作量,大大提升了调查报告的撰写速度,避免调查人因为忙碌而拖延调查报告的撰写。由此,本申请通过自动记录调查日志,有效减少了调查人在案件调查过程中及调查报告撰写的工作量,提升了调查人的工作效率,有效缩短了调查人的案件调查时长,提升了案件调查的效率及客户体验。

如图1所示,图1是本申请实施例方案涉及的硬件运行环境的终端结构示意图。本申请实施例服务器可以是PC等终端设备。如图1所示,该服务器可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,通信总线1002,用户接口1003,存储器1004。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选的用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。存储器1004可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile
memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1004可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的终端结构并不构成对服务器的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。如图1所示,作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器1004中可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及案件调查程序。在图1所示的终端中,用户接口1003主要用于连接客户端(用户的移动终端),与客户端进行数据通信;而处理器1001可以用于调用存储器1004中存储的案件调查程序,并执行本申请任一实施例所提供的案件调查方法。本申请服务器的具体实施例与下述案件调查方法各实施例基本相同,在此不作赘述。
参照图2,本申请案件调查方法第一实施例提供一种案件调查方法,所述案件调查方法包括:
步骤S10、在收到案件的调查任务时,配置对应的调查计划并下发给调查人。
当调查系统收到分配的案件调查任务时,调查系统的服务器根据分配的案件调查任务确定当前需要调查的案件,获取此案件的属性信息,例如案件的类型、保单险种、保单责任、除外责任、报案信息等。
其中,案件的类型包括投保前调查和理赔调查等。投保前调查为客户在投保前,由保险公司根据其购买意向对其病史等信息的调查;理赔调查则是在报案人在向保险公司报案后,保险公司进行的进一步核实案情或是理赔资料的调查工作。
保单险种为保险的种类,例如寿险、车险或产险等;保单责任为保险公司承担的经济损失补偿或人身保险金给付的责任;而除外责任是保险公司不承担保险责任的范围;报案信息则包括了被保人的身份信息,以及出险时间、出险原因、出险地点、出险类型、诊疗医院和报损金额等,可根据实际需要灵活配置。
在得到案件的属性信息后,服务器根据案件的属性信息及预设的配置规则,对应配置调查计划。
例如,若案件为理赔案件,险种为车险,则服务器可以对应配置走访交通局的调查计划、走访出险地点的调查计划和走访医院的调查计划。其中,走访交通局的调查计划用于调查核实出险原因及事故情况,走访出险地点的调查计划用于调查核实事故情况;走访医院的调查计划用于调查核实出险类型、诊疗医院、报损金额等。
需要说明的是,配置的调查计划中可以包括制定的调查地点,调查时间、调查事项等内容。当然,若报案信息不完善,配置的调查计划中也可使用调查地点的类型替代详细的调查地点,调查地点的类型包括医院、公安局、警察局等机构类型。
服务器配置的调查计划可以有一条或多条。然后,服务器将案件下发给对应的调查人。
需要说明的是,案件的属性信息可以包括指定的调查人,则服务器将案件下发给此指定的调查人;若案件未指定调查人,则服务器可以根据系统内各调查人的优先级、工作量等信息自动分配给调查人。
步骤S20、若收到所述调查人对所述调查计划的签到指令,则根据所述调查计划生成所述案件的调查日志。
在将案件下发给调查人后,调查人可以根据调查计划到对应的地点进行走访调查。
当调查人到达调查计划指定的地点后,通过移动终端输入此调查计划的签到指令,对此调查计划进行签到。
服务器接收调查人输入的签到指令,确定调查人已经执行了调查计划,则根据调查计划生成此案件的调查日志。调查日志中包括此调查计划的内容及调查计划的执行时间等信息。其中,调查计划的执行时间也即调查计划的签到时间。
若案件有多个调查计划,则服务器在收到各调查计划的签到指令时,分别根据各调查计划生成对应的调查日志,也即,当前调查案件有多个调查日志。
步骤S30、在收到所述案件的调查报告撰写指令时,统计所述案件的全部调查日志,并获取所述调查人录入的调查结论。
当调查人完成此案件的全部调查计划时,可以使用移动终端输入此案件的调查报告撰写指令,进行调查报告的撰写。
服务器收到调查报告撰写指令后,统计此案件的全部调查报告,配置调查报告撰写界面,撰写界面中包括此案件的属性信息、全部调查日志等信息,以及调查结论选项或调查结论输入框。
其中,调查人可以根据实际情况修改调查日志等信息。调查人还可以根据调查结论选项选择当前的调查结论,调查结论选项例如案件属实、案件存在虚报等结论,可根据实际需要灵活配置。当然,调查人也可以手动输入调查结论及理由。
进一步地,调查人可以在报告撰写界面录入案件的相关资料,例如被保人的病例、车辆的定损报告等的影像资料,用于作为佐证资料佐证调查人的调查结论。
步骤S40、根据所述案件的全部调查日志及所述调查结论生成所述案件的调查报告。
在调查人确定调查结论后,服务器根据此案件的全部调查日志以及调查结论生成对应的调查报告。若调查人有录入佐证调查资料,则将佐证调查资料也配置到调查报告中。
由于调查报告中的调查日志记录了案件的调查经历,而且调查结论是调查人对此案件经过多方调查后出具的结论,保障了调查报告信息的完整性与说服力。
由此,完成了案件的调查任务。
在本实施例中,在收到案件的调查任务时,配置对应的调查计划并下发给调查人,由调查人根据调查计划对案件进行调查,避免了调查人由于经验不足等原因漏查,减少了人为因素导致的案件调查延误或不完整;若收到调查人对调查计划的签到指令,则根据此调查计划生成此案件的调查日志,用以记录此案件的调查经历及调查进展,避免报告撰写的时间与实际调查的时间相差较久,调查人遗漏调查情况,影响调查结论的准确性,而且管理人员也可以根据此调查日志了解、监督调查人的调查进展;在收到案件的调查报告撰写指令时,统计案件的全部调查日志,并获取调查人录入的调查结论,根据案件的全部调查日志及调查人的调查结论生成案件的调查报告。本实施例在调查人调查案件的过程中,自动记录调查经历生成调查日志,减少了调查报告撰写过程中信息的整理工作,缩短了调查报告的撰写时间,并且避免调查人遗漏调查信息,还能用于监控调查人的工作状态,提高调查人的工作时效;并且,生成的调查报告中由于包括了案件的调查日志,更加能增强调查报告的证据效力,减少对调查报告的质疑纠纷;而且,由于撰写调查报告时,调查人仅需要输入少量的调查结论,减轻了调查人不必要的工作量,大大提升了调查报告的撰写速度,避免调查人因为忙碌而拖延调查报告的撰写。由此,本实施例通过自动记录调查日志,有效减少了调查人在案件调查过程中及调查报告撰写的工作量,提升了调查人的工作效率,有效缩短了调查人的案件调查时长,提升了案件调查的效率及客户体验。
进一步的,参照图3,本申请案件调查方法第二实施例提供一种案件调查方法,基于上述本申请案件调查方法第一实施例,所述步骤S20包括:
步骤S21、在收到所述调查人对所述调查计划的签到指令时,获取所述调查计划的类型,配置对应的日志模板。
当调查人根据调查计划到达调查地点进行调查后,通过移动终端输入此调查计划的签到指令。
服务器收到此签到指令后,获取调查人签到的调查计划的类型。需要说明的是,服务器在配置调查计划时,可根据案件的属性配置多个不同类型的调查计划,例如出险地点调查计划、医院调查计划、交通局调查计划等等。
由于不同类型的调查计划走访得到的信息可能不同,因此,服务器根据调查计划的类型,配置对应的适应性日志模板,供调查人录入调查信息。
例如,出现地点调查计划对应的日志模板包括出险地点影像,出险地点附近目击者的证言等信息项;医院调查计划对应的日志模板包括被保人病例影像,被保人发票影像等信息项;交通局调查计划对应的日志模板包括事故证明影像等信息项。当然,日志模板中还可以包括对调查计划的备注。
服务器配置好日志模板后进行显示,供调查人录入此调查计划的调查信息。
步骤S22、接收所述调查人基于所述日志模板录入的调查信息。
调查人可以通过移动终端与服务器连接,在服务器配置的调查日志模板中录入对应的调查信息。
调查人录入的调查信息包括文字、照片、音视频等,可根据实际走访情况录入调查信息。
当调查人完成调查信息的录入后,输入确定指令,通知服务器已经完成本次调查计划的调查信息录入。
步骤S23、根据所述调查计划及所述调查信息生成所述案件的调查日志。
当调查人完成本次调查计划的调查信息录入后,服务器根据此调查计划和调查信息生成案件的调查日志。
得到的调查日志中不仅包括此次调查计划的内容,还包括调查人实际走访得到的调查信息,以及调查计划的执行时间,提高了案件调查日志的内容丰富性。
在本实施例中,在收到调查人对调查计划的签到指令时,获取调查计划的类型,配置对应的日志模板,以使调查人能够有针对性的录入相关的调查信息;然后,接收调查人基于日志模板录入的调查信息,以记录调查人在实际走访调查过程中的信息;根据调查计划及调查信息生成案件的调查日志。本实施例在调查人签到调查计划时及时记录相关的调查信息,避免调查人后期遗忘影响调查结论,保障了调查日志及调查报告内容的丰富与完整,提升了调查报告的质量。
进一步地,参照图4,本申请案件调查方法第三实施例提供一种案件调查方法,基于上述本申请案件调查方法第一实施例或第二实施例(本实施例以本申请案件调查方法第一实施例为例),所述调查人为主调查人,所述案件调查方法还包括:
步骤S51、若收到所述主调查人输入的提起协助指令,则对应配置协助调查计划并下发给协助调查人;
步骤S52、在收到所述协助调查人对所述协助调查计划的签到指令时,根据所述协助调查计划生成所述案件的调查日志。
当案件情况比较复杂或是距离较远时,可以由多个调查人联合执行调查任务,进行案件的调查。
具体的,案件的调查人作为主调查人,统筹案件的调查。当主调查人有需求时,可以输入提起协助指令,请求增加协助调查人协助案件的调查。服务器接收主调查人的提起协助指令。
作为一种实施方式,主调查人输入的提起协助调查指令中指定有协助调查人,并指定有协助调查人的调查计划,则服务器根据主调查人指定的调查计划配置协助调查计划,并将协助调查计划下发给协助调查人。
其中,主调查人指定给协助调查人的调查计划可以是主调查的调查计划,分配给协助调查人执行;也可以是主调查人另外配置的调查计划,可根据实际需要灵活配置。
作为另外一种实施方式,主调查人没有权限指定协助调查人,需要由上级管理者、其他调查机构或服务器协调安排协助调查人。
则服务器接收上级管理者或其他调查机构的协助调查人指令,确定案件的协助调查人。或者服务器根据调查机构中各调查人的任务量等信息,自动挑选工作量少的调查人作为辅助调查人。
同样的,协助调查人的协助调查计划可以由上级管理者或其他调查机构指定,服务器根据指令对应配置协助调查计划并下发给协助调查人;或,上级管理者或其他调查机构未指定协助调查计划,则服务器根据案件和/或协助调查人自动配置协助调查计划。
例如,主调查人共有10个调查计划,则服务器可以选择其中的3个配置为协助调查计划,并下发给协助调查人。或,若协助调查人定点走访医院,则服务器将主调人的医院调查计划配置为协助调查计划,并下发给协助调查人。
进一步地,协助调查人和协助调查计划可以有多个。
协助调查人在收到协助调查计划后,根据协助调查计划进行走访调查。
服务器在收到协助调查人对协助调查计划的签到指令时,根据此协助调查计划生成案件的调查日志。
进一步地,服务器在收到协助调查人对协助调查计划的签到指令时,获取协助调查计划的类型,配置对应的日志模板;接收协助调查人基于日志模板录入的协助调查信息;根据协助调查计划及协助调查信息生成案件的调查日志。
由此,实现了多个调查人配合调查案件。
进一步地,主调查人有权限查阅协助调查人的调查日志。
主调查人可以基于指定的协助调查人或协助调查计划输入查询指令,服务器在收到主调查人输入的查询指令时,根据查询指令确定主调人的查询内容。
若主调查人需查询指定的协助调查人,则服务器查找此协助调查人的全部协助调查计划并显示,还可以查找已经签到的协助调查计划的调查日志并显示;若主调查人需查询指定的协助调查计划,服务器查找此协助调查计划并显示,若此协助调查计划已经被签到,则服务器还可以显示此协助调查计划的调查日志。
在本实施例中,实现了主调查人主导,多个调查人共同合作调查同一案件,通过分工合作大大提高了案件的调查效率,缩短了案件调查时间。
进一步地,参照图5,本申请案件调查方法第四实施例提供一种案件调查方法,基于上述本申请案件调查方法第三实施例,所述步骤S30包括:
步骤S31、在收到所述主调查人输入的所述案件的调查报告撰写指令时,统计所述案件的全部调查日志,并获取所述主调查人录入的调查结论。
当有多个调查人共同进行同一案件的调查时,为保障案件调查任务的可控性,控制各协助调查人的权限,各协助调查人仅能执行协助调查计划,录入协助调查信息,只有主调查人才能撰写案件的调查报告。
则服务器在收到主调查人输入的此案件的调查报告撰写指令时,统计此案件的全部调查日志,配置调查报告撰写界面。其中,此案件的全部调查日志包括主调查人执行调查计划的调查日志以及协助调查人执行协助调查计划的调查日志。
并且,服务器接收主调查人录入的调查结论,根据此案件的全部调查日志以及主调查人的调查结论生成对应的调查报告。

进一步地,参照图6,本申请案件调查方法第五实施例提供一种案件调查方法,基于上述本申请案件调查方法第三或第四实施例(本实施例以本申请案件调查方法第四实施例为例),所述案件调查方法还包括:
步骤S53、建立所述案件的通信小组,所述通信小组成员包括所述主调查人和所述协助调查人,以供交流所述案件的调查进展。
在有多个调查人调查同一案件时,服务器可以自动建立此案件的通信小组,将参与此案件调查的主调查人和协助调查人全部加入此通信小组中,以供各调查人在通信小组内及时交流案件的进展,协调案件的调查工作。
进一步地,当案件已经被回销时,服务器保存此通信小组预设的时长后再删除此通信小组,或即时自动删除此通信小组。
在本实施例中,实现了通信小组的自动建立,提高了案件多个调查人之间的沟通时效,进而提高了案件调查的效率。
进一步地,参照图7,本申请案件调查方法第六实施例提供一种案件调查方法,基于上述本申请案件调查方法第一至第五实施例(本实施例以本申请案件调查方法第一实施例为例),所述调查计划包括调查地点,所述步骤S20包括:
步骤S24、当收到所述调查人基于移动终端发出的对所述调查计划的签到指令时,获取所述移动终端的位置。
若配置的调查计划中包含指定的调查地点,当调查人需要到达指定的调查地点,才能成功对调查计划进行签到。
具体的,作为一种实施方式,当调查人根据调查计划到达调查地点后,基于移动终端发出对调查计划的签到指令。
服务器接收移动终端发出的签到指令,确定调查人当前签到的调查计划,获取此调查计划制定的调查地点。然后,服务器对移动终端进行定位,获取移动终端当前的位置,可以使用经纬度表示。当然,服务器也可以向移动终端发送定位指令,获取移动终端上传的位置。
步骤S25、若移动终端的位置位于所述调查地点的预设范围内,则确定所述调查人成功签到。
服务器得到移动终端的位置后,判断移动终端的位置是否在调查地点的预设范围内。
其中,预设的范围可以是以调查地点为圆心,预设的半径确定的圆形地域范围,例如,预设的范围可以是以调查地点为圆心,半径1千米圆形地域范围。
若移动终端的位置位于调查地点的预设范围内,则服务器确定调查人成功签到。
步骤S26、根据所述调查计划生成所述案件的调查日志,并核销所述调查计划。
服务器在确定调查人成功签到后,服务器根据调查计划生成案件的调查日志。
进一步地,服务器在确定调查人成功签到后,获取调查计划的类型,配置对应的日志模板;接收调查人基于日志模板录入的调查信息;根据调查计划及调查信息生成案件的调查日志。同时,服务器核销此调查计划,证明调查人已经完成此调查计划。
需要说明的是,本实施例调查计划的签到核实方法适用于主调查人和协助调查人。
在本实施例中,调查计划包括调查地点,当收到调查人基于移动终端发出的对调查计划的签到指令时,获取移动终端的位置,以核实调查人是否有实地走访调查;若移动终端的位置位于调查地点的预设范围内,则确定调查人成功签到;然后,根据调查计划生成案件的调查日志,核销调查此计划。本实施例通过移动终端的位置检测调查人是否有实地走访调查,有效避免了调查人弄虚作假,能够对调查人在外作业进行更精确的管理,对理赔和契约的调查更精确,更有证据效力。
进一步地,参照图8,本申请案件调查方法第七实施例提供一种案件调查方法,基于上述本申请案件调查方法第一至第六实施例(本实施例以本申请案件调查方法第一实施例为例),所述步骤S24之后,还包括:
步骤S27、根据所述移动终端的位置配置调查范围,在所述调查人的全部调查计划中查找调查地点在所述调查范围内的调查计划;
步骤S28、确定调查地点在所述调查范围内的全部调查计划签到成功;
步骤S29、分别根据所述各调查地点在所述调查范围内的调查计划生成对应案件的调查日志,并核销调查地点在所述调查范围内的调查计划。
当调查人到达一调查地点进行走访调查时,可能同时调查多个案件,执行多个案件的调查计划,为了避免调查人逐一打开各案件的调查计划进行签到,当调查人对任一案件的调查计划进行签到时,服务器获取移动终端的位置后,然后根据移动终端位置配置调查人的调查范围。
具体的,可以以移动终端为圆心,预设的半径确定的圆形地域范围。
然后,服务器在当前调查人的全部调查计划中查找调查地点在调查范围内的调查计划。然后,服务器确定调查地点在此调查范围内的全部调查计划签到成功。然后,服务器分别根据各调查地点在此调查范围内的调查计划生成对应案件的调查日志,并核销调查地点在调查范围内的调查计划。
进一步地,服务器在生成案件的调查日志时,可以分别获取各调查地点在此调查范围内的调查计划的类型,配置对应的日志模板;接收调查人基于各日志模板分别录入的调查信息;根据各调查计划及对应的调查信息生成各案件对应的调查日志。
本实施例的调查计划的批量核销方法适用于主调查人和协助调查人。
在本实施例中,通过移动终端的位置实现同时对多个调查计划进行签到,不受限于当前案件,实现了调查计划的批量签到,无需调查人在其案件中逐个查找调查计划进行签到,提升了调查人的案件调查效率。
进一步地,参照图9,本申请案件调查方法第八实施例提供一种案件调查方法,基于上述本申请案件调查方法第一至第七实施例(本实施例以本申请案件调查方法第一实施例为例),所述案件调查方法还包括:
S60、接收所述调查人输入的调查计划设置指令,对应设置所述案件的调查计划,包括增加、删除和\或修改所述案件的调查计划。
案件的调查任务不仅可以由服务器自动配置,还可以由调查人根据实际需求进行设置。
具体的,调查人输入调查计划设置指令,包括增加调查计划的指令、删除调查计划的指令和修改调查计划的指令。
若调查人输入的调查计划设置指令为增加调查计划的指令,则服务器根据指令中的调查地点、调查时间等信息对应配置案件的调查计划。
若调查人输入的调查计划设置指令为删除调查计划的指令,则服务器根据指令中指定的调查计划对应删除此调查计划。
若调查人输入的调查计划设置指令为修改调查计划的指令,则服务器根据指令中的指定的调查计划和调查地点、调查时间等修改信息,对应修改指定的调查计划。
需要说明的是,在调查人设置调查计划设置指令中的调查地点时,服务器可以统计根据调查人走访过的调查地点,根据走访过的调查地点次数进行排序,供调查人选择。当然,调查人还可以使用经纬度等定位信息,设置调查地点。
进一步地,作为一种实施方式,调查人也可以不进入案件的调查计划设置界面进行调查计划的设置,在其调查主页面或是其他界面进行调查计划的设置,具体的,
在收到调查人配置的调查地点后,提供调查人的案件清单,以供调查人选择;根据调查人选择的案件及调查人配置的调查地点,对应配置被选案件的调查计划。
由此,调查人可以实现同一调查地点,一次性配置多个案件的调查计划。
需要说明的是,本实施例中调查计划的设置方法适用于主调查人和协助调查人。
在本实施例中,实现了案件调查计划的灵活设置,提升了案件调查的灵活性。
进一步地,参照图10,本申请案件调查方法第九实施例提供一种案件调查方法,基于上述本申请案件调查方法第一至第八实施例(本实施例以本申请案件调查方法第一实施例为例),所述步骤S30之后还包括:
步骤S70、向审核节点提交所述调查报告,并回销所述案件的调查任务。
在得到调查报告后,服务器向审核节点提交此调查报告,以供审核节点进行审核和赔偿事项的核定。
同时,服务器回销此案件的调查任务,调查人的调查任务中不再有此案件的调查任务,调查系统中此案件调查任务的状态变更为已完成。
由此,案件的调查任务已经完成。服务器可以根据调查任务的分配时间和回销时间,确定调查任务的执行时效。
在本实施例中,得到调查报告后及时向审核节点提交调查报告,并回销案件的调查任务,实现了调查任务的自动回销,避免调查人延误调查报告的递交,影响调查任务的执行时效,提高案件调查的整体效率。
此外,本申请实施例还提出一种案件调查装置,所述案件调查装置包括:
计划模块,用于在收到案件的调查任务时,配置对应的调查计划并下发给调查人;
日志模块,用于若收到所述调查人对所述调查计划的签到指令,则根据所述调查计划生成所述案件的调查日志;
汇总模块,用于在收到所述案件的调查报告撰写指令时,统计所述案件的全部调查日志,并获取所述调查人录入的调查结论;
报告模块,用于根据所述案件的全部调查日志及所述调查结论生成所述案件的调查报告。
进一步地,所述日志模块还用于,
在收到所述调查人对所述调查计划的签到指令时,获取所述调查计划的类型,配置对应的日志模板;接收所述调查人基于所述日志模板录入的调查信息;根据所述调查计划及所述调查信息生成所述案件的调查日志。
进一步地,所述调查人为主调查人,所述案件调查装置还包括:
协助模块,用于若收到所述主调查人输入的提起协助指令,则对应配置协助调查计划并下发给协助调查人;在收到所述协助调查人对所述协助调查计划的签到指令时,根据所述协助调查计划生成所述案件的调查日志。
进一步地,所述汇总模块还用于,
在收到所述主调查人输入的所述案件的调查报告撰写指令时,统计所述案件的全部调查日志,并获取所述主调查人录入的调查结论。

提交模块,用于向审核节点提交所述调查报告,并回销所述案件的调查任务。

此外,本申请实施例还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有案件调查程序,所述案件调查程序被处理器执行时实现本申请任一实施例所提供的案件调查方法。本申请计算机可读存储介质的具体实施例与上述案件调查方法各实施例基本相同,在此不作赘述。

- 一种案件调查方法,其特征在于,所述案件调查方法包括以下步骤:在收到案件的调查任务时,配置对应的调查计划并下发给调查人;若收到所述调查人对所述调查计划的签到指令,则根据所述调查计划生成所述案件的调查日志;在收到所述案件的调查报告撰写指令时,统计所述案件的全部调查日志,并获取所述调查人录入的调查结论;根据所述案件的全部调查日志及所述调查结论生成所述案件的调查报告。
- 如权利要求1所述的案件调查方法,其特征在于,所述若收到所述调查人对所述调查计划的签到指令,则根据所述调查计划生成所述案件的调查日志的步骤包括:在收到所述调查人对所述调查计划的签到指令时,获取所述调查计划的类型,配置对应的日志模板;接收所述调查人基于所述日志模板录入的调查信息;根据所述调查计划及所述调查信息生成所述案件的调查日志。
- 如权利要求1所述的案件调查方法,其特征在于,所述调查人为主调查人,所述案件调查方法还包括:若收到所述主调查人输入的提起协助指令,则对应配置协助调查计划并下发给协助调查人;在收到所述协助调查人对所述协助调查计划的签到指令时,根据所述协助调查计划生成所述案件的调查日志。
- 如权利要求3所述的案件调查方法,其特征在于,所述在收到所述案件的调查报告撰写指令时,统计所述案件的全部调查日志,并获取所述调查人录入的调查结论的步骤包括:在收到所述主调查人输入的所述案件的调查报告撰写指令时,统计所述案件的全部调查日志,并获取所述主调查人录入的调查结论。
- 如权利要求3所述的案件调查方法,其特征在于,所述案件调查方法还包括:建立所述案件的通信小组,所述通信小组成员包括所述主调查人和所述协助调查人,以供交流所述案件的调查进展。
- 如权利要求1所述的案件调查方法,其特征在于,所述调查计划包括调查地点,所述若收到所述调查人对所述调查计划的签到指令,则根据所述调查计划生成所述案件的调查日志的步骤包括:当收到所述调查人基于移动终端发出的对所述调查计划的签到指令时,获取所述移动终端的位置;若移动终端的位置位于所述调查地点的预设范围内,则确定所述调查人成功签到;根据所述调查计划生成所述案件的调查日志,并核销所述调查计划。
- 如权利要求6所述的案件调查方法,其特征在于,所述当收到所述调查人基于移动终端发出的对所述调查计划的签到指令时,获取所述移动终端的位置的步骤之后,还包括:根据所述移动终端的位置配置调查范围,在所述调查人的全部调查计划中查找调查地点在所述调查范围内的调查计划;确定调查地点在所述调查范围内的全部调查计划签到成功;分别根据所述各调查地点在所述调查范围内的调查计划生成对应案件的调查日志,并核销调查地点在所述调查范围内的调查计划。
- 如权利要求1所述的案件调查方法,其特征在于,所述案件调查方法还包括:接收所述调查人输入的调查计划设置指令,对应设置所述案件的调查计划,包括增加、删除和\或修改所述案件的调查计划。

- 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的案件调查程序,所述案件调查程序被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:在收到案件的调查任务时,配置对应的调查计划并下发给调查人;若收到所述调查人对所述调查计划的签到指令,则根据所述调查计划生成所述案件的调查日志;在收到所述案件的调查报告撰写指令时,统计所述案件的全部调查日志,并获取所述调查人录入的调查结论;根据所述案件的全部调查日志及所述调查结论生成所述案件的调查报告。
- 如权利要求14所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述案件调查程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:在收到所述调查人对所述调查计划的签到指令时,获取所述调查计划的类型,配置对应的日志模板;接收所述调查人基于所述日志模板录入的调查信息;根据所述调查计划及所述调查信息生成所述案件的调查日志。
