所述地面插座,即使拖把等带有水份的清洁工具清理地面也不会发生渗漏,具有良好的防水效果。
进一步,所述盒盖2的所述另一边设置有能使所述盒盖2与所述接线盒1活动连接、通过固定结构固定于所述盒盖2的推子3;这种结构使所述推子3与所述盒盖2形成一体,且会随盒盖2旋转运动;需要说明的是,在其他的实施例中,也可以选择其他能使所述盒盖2和接线盒1活动连接的结构,如推子3,并且可以根据需要设置一个、两个、三个等。
进一步,所述出线口设置于所述推子3与所述接线盒1的连接处;这种结构是为了使所述地面插座外形美观,并且所述推子3与所述接线盒1的连接处具有足够的空间容纳所述导线41;需要说明的是,这只是本实施例的优选方案,在其他实施例中,所述出线口不设置在所述推子3与所述接线盒1的连接处。
进一步,如图3所示,所述推子3成型有第一缺口31,所述面板11相对所述第一缺口31的位置成型有第二缺口12,所述第一缺口31与所述第二缺口12配合形成适于所述插头4的所述导线41穿过的出线口;这种结构能使所述导线41在所述盒盖2与所述接线盒1闭合时从所述第一缺口31和第二缺口12形成的所述出线口引出,避免所述导线41受到挤压。
进一步,如图3和图4所示,所述固定结构包括成型于所述推子3的相对两侧、且卡入所述盒盖2上设置于所述盒盖2与所述推子3连接处的安装槽21的安装凸起32,成型有螺丝孔的固定板33设置于所述安装槽21的上方压住所述安装凸起32,螺丝34穿过所述固定板33的所述螺丝孔进入所述盒盖2成型的螺丝槽22将所述推子3固定在所述盒盖2上;这种固
定结构通过所述安装槽21、固定板33和螺丝将所述推子3的所述安装凸起32固定在所述安装槽21和固定板33之间,进而将所述推子3固定在所述盒盖2上,牢固可靠。
进一步,如图4和图5所示,所述推子3还包括用于实现所述盒盖2和接线盒1自锁的锁定结构,所述锁定结构包括成型于所述接线盒1外缘相对所述推子3的位置处的锁定块13,适于所述锁定块13卡入、成型于所述推子3朝向所述盒盖2内侧的锁定槽,和设置于所述盒盖2的所述安装槽21内、一端抵住所述安装凸起32、另一端抵住所述安装槽21内壁的第一弹性件35;将所述盒盖2向所述接线盒1按压,所述推子3在所述锁定块13的作用下向外移动,所述第一弹性件35受到挤压储能,按压到位后,所述第一弹性件35释放能量使所述推子3回复到原始位置,所述锁定块13卡入所述锁定槽,所述地面插座自锁完成;向外拉动推子3,所述第一弹性件35受挤压储能,所述锁定槽远离所述锁定块13,所述地面插座解锁,所述盒盖2打开,释放所述推子3,所述推子3在所述第一弹性件35的作用下回复到初始位子;上述锁定结构使所述地面插座的开启和闭合非常便利,且能在所述地面插座闭合时进行锁定,防止因外界原因使得所述盒盖2打开,同时解锁方便,只要向下按压所述推子3就能实现解锁,开启所述盒盖2。
进一步,所述锁定块13的的上方成型有斜面;所述第一弹性件35为弹簧;上述锁定块13的所述斜面能引导所述推子3向下移动,便于所述盒盖2和接线盒1的自锁;需要说明的是,所述第一弹性件35为弹簧只是本实施例的优选方案,在其他实施例中也可以是其他具有复位功能的弹性件。
进一步,所述面板11上设置有能在所述盒盖2和接线盒1锁定时储能、在所述盒盖2和接线盒1解锁时释放能量使所述盒盖2向远离所述接线盒1的方向旋转的第二弹性件14;这种结构能在所述盒盖2与所述接线盒1解锁的瞬间使所述盒盖2的所述另一边远离所述接线盒1,防止所述地面插座又自锁,也方便操作。
进一步,所述面板11设置有第一防水软胶15,所述盒盖2相对所述推子3的内侧设置有与所述第一防水软胶15配合的第二防水软胶23,所述第一防水软胶15和第二防水软胶23相对所述出线口处分别成型有用于容纳所述导线41穿过的第三缺口151和第四缺口231;这种结构能有效的防止水从所述推子3与所述盒盖2的连接间隙进入到所述地面插座内,同时又能容纳所述导线41穿过。
进一步,所述接线盒1与所述盒盖2的所述另一边连接的所述面板11上设置有引水槽16;这种结构能将渗入所述地面插座的水引导到所述引水槽16内,再由第所述二缺口将水排出。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。
Claims (10)
- 一种地面插座,包括接线盒(1),其内安装有能与插头(4)形成电连接的功能件,顶面设有开口及绕所述开口设置的面板(11);盒盖(2),用于密封所述接线盒(1)的面板(11),一边通过枢接轴与所述接线盒(1)枢接;其特征在于,所述盒盖(2)相对的另一边与所述接线盒(1)的边缘活动连接,所述盒盖(2)的所述另一边与所述接线盒(1)的连接处设置有用于引出所述插头(4)的导线(41)的出线口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的地面插座,其特征在于,所述盒盖(2)的所述另一边设置有能使所述盒盖(2)与所述接线盒(1)活动连接、通过固定结构固定于所述盒盖(2)的推子(3)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的地面插座,其特征在于,所述出线口设置于所述推子(3)与所述接线盒(1)的连接处。
- 根据权利要求3所述的地面插座,其特征在于,所述推子(3)成型有第一缺口(31)(12),所述面板(11)相对所述第一缺口(31)(12)的位置成型有第二缺口,所述第一缺口(31)(12)与所述第二缺口配合形成适于所述插头(4)的所述导线(41)穿过的出线口。
- 根据权利要求2所述的地面插座,其特征在于,所述固定结构包括成型于所述推子(3)的相对两侧、且卡入所述盒盖(2)上设置于所述盒盖(2)与所述推子(3)连接处的安装槽(21)的安装凸起(32),成型有螺丝孔的固定板(33)设置于所述安装槽(21)的上方压住所述安装凸 起(32),螺丝(34)穿过所述固定板(33)的所述螺丝孔进入所述盒盖(2)成型的螺丝槽(22)将所述推子(3)固定在所述盒盖(2)上。
- 根据权利要求2-5任一所述的地面插座,其特征在于,所述推子(3)还包括用于实现所述盒盖(2)和接线盒(1)自锁的锁定结构,所述锁定结构包括成型于所述接线盒(1)外缘相对所述推子(3)的位置处的锁定块(13),适于所述锁定块(13)卡入、成型于所述推子(3)朝向所述盒盖(2)内侧的锁定槽,和设置于所述盒盖(2)的所述安装槽(21)内、一端抵住所述安装凸起(32)、另一端抵住所述安装槽(21)内壁的第一弹性件(35);将所述盒盖(2)向所述接线盒(1)按压,所述推子(3)在所述锁定块(13)的作用下向外移动,所述第一弹性件(35)受到挤压储能,按压到位后,所述第一弹性件(35)释放能量使所述推子(3)回复到原始位置,所述锁定块(13)卡入所述锁定槽,所述地面插座自锁完成;向下拉动推子(3),所述第一弹性件(35)受挤压储能,所述锁定槽远离所述锁定块(13),所述地面插座解锁,所述盒盖(2)打开,释放所述推子(3),所述推子(3)在所述第一弹性件(35)的作用下回复到初始位子。
- 根据权利要求6所述的地面插座,其特征在于,所述锁定块(13)的的上方成型有斜面;所述第一弹性件(35)为弹簧。
- 根据权利要求6所述的地面插座,其特征在于,所述面板(11)上设置有能在所述盒盖(2)和接线盒(1)锁定时储能、在所述盒盖(2)和接线盒(1)解锁时释放能量使所述盒盖(2)向远离所述接线盒(1)的方向旋转的第二弹性件(14)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的地面插座,其特征在于,所述面板(11)设置有第一防水软胶(15),所述盒盖(2)相对所述推子(3)的内侧设置有与所述第一防水软胶(15)配合的第二防水软胶(23),所述第一防水软胶(15)和第二防水软胶(23)相对所述出线口处分别成型有用于容纳所述导线(41)穿过的第三缺口(151)和第四缺口(231)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的地面插座,其特征在于,所述接线盒(1)与所述盒盖(2)的所述另一边连接的所述面板(11)上设置有引水槽(16)。
