预付费产品管理系统 技术领域

背景技术
目前亚非拉有15亿以上的人口未能接入公共电网,需要靠其它方式照明或者供电。太阳能发电产品是最适合该类人群的供电产品。实际情况中,此类人群对太阳能发电产品非常渴望。但此类人群通常收入较低,太阳能发电产品的单价相对较高,加之此类人群没有储蓄的习惯,造成了两个后果:想用产品的人群买不起,生产厂家的产品卖不出去。为此,产品销售必须采用预付费分期付款方式,但由于目标客户群体收入低,无法提供足够的抵押物,同时当地没有信用记录机构,故信用担保也不可行,所以必须有可靠的方法,当产品所有权人未按时收到分期款项时,使产品停止工作的方式,以此催促产品使用人按时付款。
目前常用的分期付款管理方法有三种
1.内置GPRS模块方式。在产品内部安装有GPRS模块,产品销售前插入SIM卡。在一定区域内设置一台服务器,服务器通过GPRS模块可以控制产品。当未按时收到款项时,服务器发指令到产品,使其停止工作。这种方式需要每台产品配置一个SIM,产品所有权人需要支付GPRS模块费用,SIM费用和通信费用,成本较高。
2.服务器+键盘密码输入方式。在产品外部安装有键盘用于输入密码。 在一定区域内设置一台服务器,用户按时付款后,服务器向用户手机发送密码,用户将密码输入产品,产品接收到密码后,根据密码延期使用,在使用期限结束前没有收到密码,产品停止使用。这种方式用户使用不方便,极有可能输错密码。
3.充值卡+键盘使用方式。在产品外部安装有键盘用于输入密码。向目标市场区域内投放充值卡,销售方式类似于手机充值卡。用户购买充值卡后,将充值密码输入产品。产品接收到密码后,根据密码延期使用,在使用期限结束前没有收到密码,产品停止使用。这种方式除了使用不便外,充值卡的销售渠道以及定价没有办法控制;同时产品在一定区域内具备相当的数量才能发行充值卡。
以上几种方式共有的缺点是:1.无法同时满足大型经销商和小型经销商的需求,大经销商能够发行充值卡,设立服务器,通常小型经销商没有上述能力;2.产品管理层级混乱,同一款产品有可能多个经销商在销售,经销商之间还有可能是供应商和客户的关系,产品以及充值密码的价格无法统一定价;3.用户无法查看产品的信息,此类产品没有良好的用户界面,用户无法知道产品当前及历史运行状态。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺点,本发明目的在于提供一种管理层级清晰能进行统一定价管理、具有良好的用户界面的预付费产品管理系统。
本发明通过以下技术措施实现的,一种预付费产品管理系统,预付费产品内安装有蓝牙模块,并在预付费产品表面设置有二维码;所述预付费产品的管理方法包括如下产品销售步骤:
(1.1).用户智能终端读取预付费产品表面的二维码,并将读取的二维码中的信息发送给服务器;
(1.2).服务器根据接收到的产品二维码信息判断该产品是否已销售,并将产品状态发送给用户智能终端,如产品已销售则执行步骤(1.3),否则执行步骤(1.4);
(1.3).用户智能终端显示产品已销售;
(1.4).用户智能终端根据该产品预定的付款要求启动付款软件;
(1.5).服务器判断该产品是否已付款成功,如付款未成功则将信息返回用户智能终端并执行步骤(1.4),如付款成功则执行下一步骤;
(1.6).服务器将该产品设置为租赁状态并同该用户智能终端关联,并下发销售成功信息;
(1.7).用户智能终端接收到销售成功信息后显示已购买该产品并将销售成功信息通过蓝牙发送给蓝牙模块;
(1.8).蓝牙模块根据销售成功信息启动该产品,并根据销售成功信息中的租赁时间启动倒计时,当倒计时清零时关闭该产品,用户智能终端根据租赁时间进行提醒倒计时,提醒倒计时的时间小于租赁时间。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例并对照附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种预付费产品管理系统,参考图1,预付费产品内安装有蓝牙模块,并在预付费产品表面设置有二维码;所述预付费产品的管理方法包括如下产品销售步骤:
(1.1).用户智能手机启动APP并登录,APP扫描预付费产品表面的二维码,并将读取的二维码中的信息上传给服务器;
(1.2).服务器根据接收到的产品二维码信息判断该产品是否已销售,并将产品状态发送给智能手机,如产品已销售则执行步骤(1.3),否则执行步骤(1.4);
(1.3).智能手机上显示产品已销售;
(1.4).智能手机根据该产品预定的付款要求启动付款软件;
(1.5).服务器判断该产品是否已付款成功,如付款未成功则将信息返回用户智能手机并执行步骤(1.4),如付款成功则执行下一步骤;
(1.6).服务器将该产品设置为租赁状态并同该用户智能手机关联,并下发销售成功信息;
(1.7).用户智能手机接收到销售成功信息后显示已购买该产品并将销售成功的信息通过蓝牙发送给蓝牙模块,经销商智能手机接收到销售成功信息后显示已销售该产品;
(1.8).蓝牙模块根据销售成功信息启动该产品,并根据销售成功信息中的租赁时间启动倒计时,当倒计时清零时关闭该产品,用户智能手机根据租赁时间进行提醒倒计时,提醒倒计时的时间小于租赁时间。
本系统使用智能手机为终端平台,能同时满足大型经销商和小型经销商的需求,在产品管理上具有层级清晰能进行统一定价管理的优点,具有良好的用户界面使用户能直接查看到产品的信息。本系统可应用于包括太阳能发电产品在内的各种预付费产品上。
在一实施例的预付费产品管理系统,请参考图4,在前面技术方案的基础上具体还可以是,预付费产品的管理方法包括如下产品销售准备步骤:
(4.1).取出一台未租赁产品,经销商智能手机启动APP登录后扫描预付费产品表面的二维码,并将读取的二维码中的信息发送给服务器;
(4.2).服务器根据接收到的产品二维码信息判断该产品是否已销售,并将产品状态发送给经销商智能手机,如产品已销售则执行步骤(4.3),否则执行步骤(4.4);
(4.3).经销商智能手机显示产品已销售;
(4.4).经销商智能手机制定该产品的付款要求,包括产品信息、设定押金、首期款、还款期限和每期还款额;并将该产品的付款要求上传给服务 器;
(4.5).服务器将该产品与所述经销商进行关联,并贮存该产品的付款要求。
在一实施例的预付费产品管理系统,请参考图2,在前面技术方案的基础上具体还可以是,预付费产品的管理方法包括如下产品续费步骤:
(2.1).用户智能手机APP在提醒倒计时清零时显示付款时间已到的信息;
(2.2).用户智能手机动APP登录后扫描预付费产品表面的二维码,并连接蓝牙模块;
(2.3).用户智能手机根据经销商设定该产品的付款费率启动付款软件;
(2.4).服务器判断该产品是否已付款成功,如付款未成功则将信息返回用户智能手机并执行步骤(2.3),如付款成功则执行下一步骤;
(2.5).服务器记录该产品付款信息,并下发付款信息,经销商智能手机接收到付款信息后显示该产品已销售;
(2.6).用户智能手机接收到付款信息后显示已充值并将付款信息通过蓝牙发送给蓝牙模块;
(2.7).蓝牙模块根据付款信息在产品关闭工作时重新启动产品并更新租赁时间进行倒计时,当倒计时清零时关闭该产品,用户智能手机根据付款信息更新提醒倒计时,提醒倒计时的时间小于更新的租赁时间,并将充值成功的反馈信息上传给用户智能手机;
(2.8).用户智能手机在一定时间时判断是否接收到充值成功的反馈信 息,如接收到则显示充值成功并进行产品状态刷新,否则提示重新扫码连接并执行步骤(2.6)。
在一实施例的预付费产品管理系统,请参考图3,在前面技术方案的基础上具体还可以是,步骤(2.4)后还包括产品结清尾款步骤:
(3.1).付款成功后服务器判断本次付款后该产品是否还有剩余的尾款,如还有剩余的尾款则执行步骤(2.5),如全部的付清则执行下一步骤;
(3.2).服务器解除该产品同经销商的关联,将该产品状态设置为已结清,不可销售;
(3.3).经销商智能手机APP提示款项结清,该产品不再归属于经销商,经销商不能查看后续产品信息;用户智能手机APP提示款项结清,该产品归属于用户。
在一实施例的预付费产品管理系统,在前面技术方案的基础上具体还可以是,蓝牙模块包括MCU,供电模块,实时时钟,Flash存储器,蓝牙接口和串口模块5个部分。其中供电模块有备电电池和电源切换功能,当外部电源中断后,自动切换到备电电源供电;蓝牙接口用于同智能手机通讯;串口模块用于同产品进行通信;Flash接口用于存储运行数据,MCU负责控制;实时时钟用于精确计时。
在一实施例的预付费产品管理系统,在前面技术方案的基础上具体还可以是,蓝牙模块带有序列号,每个蓝牙模块的序列号都不相同,APP只有知道了蓝牙模块的序列号,才能同模块建立通信。任何产品只要采用标准的串口通信接口协议,就可以同蓝牙模块建立通信,进而与APP建立通信连接。蓝牙模块放置在产品内部,用户触摸不到。所述二维码包含、蓝牙模块序列 号、产品类型信息、生产厂家、生产厂家型号和APP下载地址。
在一实施例的预付费产品管理系统,在前面技术方案的基础上具体还可以是,智能手机可以为苹果手机、安卓手机,或带有位置获取功能的平板电脑。
以上是对本发明预付费产品管理系统进行了阐述,用于帮助理解本发明,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,任何未背离本发明原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种预付费产品管理系统,其特征在于:预付费产品内安装有蓝牙模块,并在预付费产品表面设置有二维码;所述预付费产品的管理方法包括如下产品销售步骤:
    (1.1).用户智能终端读取预付费产品表面的二维码,并将读取的二维码中的信息发送给服务器;
    (1.2).服务器根据接收到的产品二维码信息判断该产品是否已销售,并将产品状态发送给用户智能终端,如产品已销售则执行步骤(1.3),否则执行步骤(1.4);
    (1.3).用户智能终端显示产品已销售;
    (1.4).用户智能终端根据该产品预定的付款要求启动付款软件;
    (1.5).服务器判断该产品是否已付款成功,如付款未成功则将信息返回用户智能终端并执行步骤(1.4),如付款成功则执行下一步骤;
    (1.6).服务器将该产品设置为租赁状态并同该用户智能终端关联,并下发销售成功信息;
    (1.7).用户智能终端接收到销售成功信息后显示已购买该产品并将销售成功信息通过蓝牙发送给蓝牙模块;
    (1.8).蓝牙模块根据销售成功信息启动该产品,并根据销售成功信息中的租赁时间启动倒计时,当倒计时清零时关闭该产品,用户智能终端根据租赁时间进行提醒倒计时,提醒倒计时的时间小于租赁时间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的预付费产品管理系统,其特征在于:所述步骤(1.7)为:用户智能终端接收到销售成功信息后显示已购买该产品并将销售成功的信息通过蓝牙发送给蓝牙模块,经销商智能终端接收到销售成功信 息后显示已销售该产品。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的预付费产品管理系统,其特征在于:所述预付费产品的管理方法包括如下产品续费步骤:
    (2.1).用户智能终端在提醒倒计时清零时显示付款时间已到的信息;
    (2.2).用户智能终端读取预付费产品表面的二维码,并连接蓝牙模块;
    (2.3).用户智能终端根据该产品设定的付款费率启动付款软件;
    (2.4).服务器判断该产品是否已付款成功,如付款未成功则将信息返回用户智能终端并执行步骤(2.3),如付款成功则执行下一步骤;
    (2.5).服务器记录该产品付款信息,并下发付款信息;
    (2.6).用户智能终端接收到付款信息后显示已充值并将付款信息通过蓝牙发送给蓝牙模块;
    (2.7).蓝牙模块根据付款信息在产品关闭工作时重新启动产品并更新租赁时间进行倒计时,当倒计时清零时关闭该产品,用户智能终端根据付款信息更新提醒倒计时,提醒倒计时的时间小于更新的租赁时间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的预付费产品管理系统,其特征在于:步骤(2.4)后还包括产品结清尾款步骤:
    (3.1).服务器判断本次付款后该产品是否还有剩余的尾款,如还有剩余的尾款则执行步骤(2.5),如全部的付清则执行下一步骤;
    (3.2).服务器解除该产品同经销商的关联,将该产品状态设置为已结清,不可销售;

    (4.2).服务器根据接收到的产品二维码信息判断该产品是否已销售,并将产品状态发送给经销商智能终端,如产品已销售则执行步骤(4.3),否则执行步骤(4.4);
    (4.3).经销商智能终端显示产品已销售;
    (4.4).经销商智能终端制定该产品的付款要求,并将该产品的付款要求上传给服务器;
    (4.5).服务器将该产品与所述经销商进行关联,并贮存该产品的付款要求。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的预付费产品管理系统,其特征在于:产品的付款要求包括产品信息、设定押金、首期款、还款期限和每期还款额。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的预付费产品管理系统,其特征在于:所述蓝牙模块包括MCU,所述MCU电性连接有供电模块、实时时钟、存储器、蓝牙接口和串口模块;所述供电模块有备电电池和电源切换功能,当外部电源中断后,自动切换到备电电源供电;蓝牙接口用于同智能终端通讯;串口模块用于同预付费产品进行通信;存储器用于存储运行数据,MCU负责控制;实时时钟用于精确计时。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的预付费产品管理系统,其特征在于:所述蓝牙 模块带有序列号,每个蓝牙模块的序列号都不相同。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的预付费产品管理系统,其特征在于:所述二维码包含、蓝牙模块序列号、产品类型信息、生产厂家、生产厂家型号和APP下载地址。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的预付费产品管理系统,其特征在于:所述智能终端为苹果手机、安卓手机或带有位置获取功能的平板电脑。
