本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是提供一种凹坑拉出器,可以无需使用电钻,直接在汽车板材凹陷处开口,并且能够直接拉平板材,完成钣金工作,提高了汽车钣金的工作效率。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供以下的技术方案:一种凹坑拉出器,其特征在于:所述凹坑拉出器包括圆柱形的拉杆,拉杆一端设有环形的握环,拉杆的另一端设有分叉杆,分叉杆两端分别设有自攻钻头和拉钩,自攻钻头呈圆锥形,且自攻钻头表面攻有凸螺纹。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,所述拉杆、自攻钻头、拉钩、握环、分叉杆均由合金工具钢制造,分叉杆、拉杆、自攻钻头、拉钩、握环、分叉杆均为整体结构。

图2出示本实用新型的另一种实施方式:该凹坑拉出器包括圆柱形的拉杆1,拉杆1一端设有环形的握环4,拉杆1的另一端设有分叉杆5,分叉杆5两端分别设有自攻钻头2和拉钩3,自攻钻头2呈圆锥形,且自攻钻头2表面攻有凸螺纹。

当需要将凹陷的汽车板材复原时,钣金工人可手握握环4并旋转,将自攻钻头2钻入汽车板材凹陷处,直接将凹陷的板材拉平,而当汽车板材凹陷较深时,可旋转着退出自攻钻头2,将拉钩3穿入钻孔内,手握握环4将汽车板材凹陷处拉平。该凹坑拉出 器圆角的分叉杆有效保护了操作人员的人身安全,而且使用简单方便,提高了汽车钣金的工作效率。
