Abstract

The present invention relates to a bearing spring system (A) used in the bearing sector and in seating assemblies in which the spring systems are used, more particularly a bearing spring system which can more easily take the shape of the body and protect the natural spine structure. In the connection, the bearing spring system (A) is obtained by connecting the large diameter springs (1), which are in contact with each other by means of hot adhesive bonding.

Description

LARGE AND SMALL DIAMETER BED SPRING SYSTEM
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a bearing spring system for use in the bearing sector and seating assemblies in which spring systems are used, more particularly a bearing spring system that can more easily take the shape of the body and protect the natural spine structure.
Known Status of Technique
A quality sleep is very important for people to feel physically and mentally comfortable during the day. Completely restless sleep causes negativity such as fatigue, lack of concentration, stress, loss of labor. It is inevitable in today's technology to use beds in which physically and mentally desired comfort is provided for resting the human body. As a result, it is desired to provide the desired ergonomics of the bearings and to provide a peaceful, comfortable and peaceful sleeping pleasure to the users, various types of spring groups are being developed.
In the spring systems used in the standard bed groups; the springs are connected to each other by adhesive or other binding elements. This causes them to react only to the effect of the pressure on the springs. The springs, therefore, respond more with the help of the springs they are connected to and give rise to a collective reaction instead of the response which must be given independently.
As an example of applications developed to prevent the dangers in the state of the art, the utility model document 2015/00235 entitled "Improved Independence Spring for Spring Bearing Systems" can be indicated. The document is described as follows; The invention relates to an independent spring development in an improved collapsible air gap spring bearing system having elasticity that can be embodied in the physical configuration of the human body for use in bearing constructions, seat and sofa constructions, Independence is to come to the water from the spread. " In other words, although the documentary was used as an independence publication, a structure was established that allows the load to be proportionally collapsed not only in the whole bed but also in the region where the oppression was applied. For this reason, the negativity in the state of the technique can not be avoided.
As a result, the existence of the above problems and the inadequacy of existing solutions have necessitated a technical field improvement on the springs of the seating groups in which the spring and seat systems are used.
Purpose of the invention From the known state of the art, the main goal of the invention is to have a different appearance and lower weight of the spring system, by combining large and small springs of the same size in diameter. This results in lower costs for both the end user and the manufacturer, as fewer materials are used in the lower spring bearing system.
Another main object of the invention is to provide for the functional independence of one half of the springs with respect to the other springs and to be produced independently of one another. Since this production is counteracted by the reaction against the independent spring as a countermeasure against the effect of the pressure on the springs, a more ergonomic bearing spring system has been achieved.
Another main purpose of the invention is to provide a bearing spring system that can more easily take the shape of the body and protect the natural spine structure. Brief Description of the Invention
The present invention relates to a bearing spring system for use in the bearing sector and seating assemblies in which spring systems are used, more particularly a bearing spring system that can more easily take the shape of the body and protect the natural spine structure. In the invention, by combining large and small springs in the same size in diameter, a bed spring system with a functionally independent half of the springs and a lower weight is obtained. Brief Description of the Figures
Wherein the brief description presented which figures only are intended to better understand the present invention, the intended scope of protection or the scope of protection of the context it does not hold the identification purpose can be determined regardless of the detailed description of the invention.

C Gap Detailed Description of the Invention
The invention relates to a bed spring system (A) which is used in the bed sector and in the seating groups in which the spring systems are used, more particularly, which can more easily take the shape of the body and protect the natural spine structure
Large diameter springs (1) of the same diameter and glued together with hot adhesive,
Small-diameter springs (2) placed on the side of the large-diameter springs (1)
- A large-diameter spring (1), side-by-side strips (B) formed as a small- diameter spring (2)
(C) formed between the small-diameter springs (2) of the adjacent strips (B) by adhering the large springs (1) to each other with hot adhesive,
In the bearing spring system (A) as seen in Figure 1; the diameters of the large diameter springs (1) are the same as the diameter of the springs used in standard produced spring systems. All of the large diameter springs (1) were produced at the same diameters. On the side of the large diameter springs (1), small diameter springs (2) are placed and a large diameter springs (1) are formed side by side in the form of a small diameter springs (2). When the large-diameter springs 1 in the side- by-side strips B are adhered to each other with hot adhesive, the spaces C are formed between the small-diameter springs 2 as seen in FIG. Therefore, the small diameter springs (2) do not touch each other and do not stick to each other. Only the large diameter springs (1) are in contact with each other and the bearing spring system (A) is formed by the connection of the adjacent strips (B).
The bearing spring system (A), which is formed by the connection of the respective side-by-side ribbons (B), provides a bearing which can more easily take the shape of the body and protects the natural spine structure.
