Abstract

Dispositif permettant de vider complètement les contenants fabriqués dans un matériau multicouches comprenant généralement un noyau de papier ou de carton recouvert sur ses deux faces de matière plastique thermosoudée, généralement du polyéthylène, utilisés pour contenir des produits alimentaires fluides, qui comprend un série de lignes de rupture (5) formées par des incisions réalisées dans les couches externes du matériau multicouches formant le contenant (1), qui soit partent des côtés du pourtour interne de l'orifice de distribution (4) du contenant, soit entourent le pourtour du système d'ouverture (2) du contenant et convergent au sommet (3) ou optionnellement vers l'angle le plus proche (8) du contenant (1), ou sont optionnellement disposées perpendiculairement à un des angles latéraux (10) du contenant (1). L'invention est mise en oeuvre soit par une action du consommateur sur le système d'ouverture refermable (2), le déplacement de ce dernier en direction du sommet (3) ou de l'angle (8) de distribution entraînant une séparation partielle du système d'ouverture refermable (2) du contenant (1) et/ou une rupture des lignes de rupture (5) grâce à un assujettissement assuré par le biais de perforations (7), et la séparation subséquente du système d'ouverture refermable (2) du contenant (1), soit par une pression appliquée par le consommateur sur les lignes de rupture (5) à l'aide du système d'ouverture refermable (2) modifié, une fois que celui-ci est séparé du contenant (1), et qui est pourvu à cet effet d'un élément coupant ou perforant (9).
