Abstract

The present invention relates to an oven with burner injector bearer fastening piece (1) comprising an L-shaped sheet metal body with one portion (3) coupled to the burner injector bearer and the other portion (2) coupled to the oven body framework.

Description

[Title established by the ISA under Rule 37.2] FASTENER FOR BURNER INJECTOR BEARER, OVEN WITH SUCH FASTENER AND ASSOCIATED PRODUCTION METHOD
The present invention relates to fastening the position of a burner injector bearer to the body of an oven.
In ovens and gas ranges, air and gas are mixed by means of a burner. In order for the gas air mixture to be homogeneous and stay consistent, the burner injector bearer is fastened to the oven body by means of a screw. In this method considered to be an easy solution in terms of application, when other connections are mounted to the body framework made of sheet metal parts, it is observed that the shape of the body changes and the position of the injector bearer also changes with the body. Freedom of movement should not be allowed since there are components likely to be damaged around the burner injector bearer. Changing of the position of the bearer during mounting leads the bearer to contact the cable groups in its proximity and causes deformation of said cables, consequently undesired consequences.
State of the art patent document no. US 2014 305 424 (A1) disclose a burner and an oven comprising said burner.
The aim of the present invention is fastening a burner injector bearer to its position in the oven, and preventing it from damaging the components such as cables and the like in its proximity.
The fastening piece of the burner injector bearer realized to achieve the aim of the present invention and disclosed in the first claim and the dependent claims, comprises an L-shaped piece coupled to a burner injector bearer provided in an oven and to the body framework.
In an embodiment of the invention, an oven or a gas range is embodied, comprising a burner injector bearer fastening piece.
In another embodiment of the invention, an oven or gas range production method is implemented comprising the process steps of giving the fastening piece an L-shape by laser cutting and bending, and drilling a bore for mounting.
The burner injector bearer fastening piece realized to achieve the aims of the present invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawing, wherein:
Figure 1 is an isometric view of a burner injector bearer fastening piece of an embodiment of the invention.

The burner injector bearer fastening piece (1) comprises an L-shaped sheet metal body with one portion coupled to the burner injector bearer and the other portion coupled to the oven body framework.
The burner injector bearer fastening piece (1) of the invention comprises a flat rectangle shaped abutment body (2) having two mounting bores (5) on the portion of the metal sheet coupled to the oven body framework, and a U-shaped holder body (3) having on the portion of the metal sheet coupled to the burner injector bearer, two fastening feet (4) enabling the burner to be maintained in a fixed position.
In an embodiment of the invention, a burner injector bearer fastening piece (1) is embodied, comprising an L-shaped sheet metal body with one portion coupled to the burner injector bearer and the other portion coupled to the oven body framework, and characterized by containing a flat rectangle shaped abutment body (2) having two mounting bores (5) on the portion of the metal sheet coupled to the oven body framework, and a U-shaped holder body (3) having on the portion of the metal sheet coupled to the burner injector bearer, two fastening feet (4) enabling the burner to be maintained in a fixed position. The burner injector bearer fastening piece (1) shown in Figure 1, is coupled to the oven body framework or to a spacer fixed on the body framework, through the abutment body (2) portion, and mounting bores (5) drilled for coupling, are provided on the abutment body (2). The other end of the burner injector bearer fastening piece (1) holds the burner injector bearer by means of the holder body (3). The holder body (3) is a U-shaped structure with space in between the fastening feet (4). The burner injector bearer is placed in between the fastening feet (4). The position of the burner injector bearer is thus fastened to the oven body framework. The burner injector bearer is an intermediate component provided in all ovens or gas ranges, conveying gas to the burner for the gas-air mixture required for burning. In gas ranges, the gas released from the burner injector bearer combines with the air between the burner injector bearer and the burner, and is transmitted to the burner, and burning takes place by means of an igniter. The burner is the element adjusting the air/fuel (gas) proportion which is the essential condition for ideal burning in ovens of gas ranges. Movement of the burner injector bearer leads to problems due to its position in an oven. Changing of the position of the burner injector bearer during mounting leads to deformation of the cable groups in its proximity. Therefore, it s restricted from moving by means of the burner injector bearer fastening piece (1) introduced to the oven. Deformation of the cables due to the bearer contacting the cable groups in its proximity, is thus prevented.
In another embodiment of the invention, an oven or gas range production method is implemented, comprising the process steps of giving a sheet metal body an L-shape by laser cutting and bending processes, and drilling mounting bores (5), and characterized by the process steps of screwing to the oven body framework a flat rectangle shaped abutment body (2) of the metal sheet, having two mounting bores (5), and coupling the U-shaped holder body (3) of the metal sheet, having two fastening feet (4), so as to maintain the burner injector bearer (1) fixed between the fastening feet (4). After being cut from a flat metal sheet by laser cutting, the burner injector bearer fastening piece (1) is bent into an L-shape. The form comprising the mounting bores (5) provided on the abutment body (2) and the fastening feet (4) provided on the holder body (3), is cut from a flat plate by laser cutting. The cut plate is then bent 90 degrees into an L-shape. The portion of the obtained metal sheet having the fastening feet (4), is fitted on the burner injector bearer such that the burner injector bearer stays stationary between the fastening feet (4). The abutment body (2) is screwed by at least one screw through the mounting bores (5) to the oven body framework. The burner produced through the oven production method comprising the above-mentioned process steps operates more orderly.
By means of the invention, the freedom of movement of the burner injector bearer is reduced, damaging of the components adjacent to the bearer is prevented by reducing the freedom of movement, and the components besides the burner injector bearer fastening piece of the invention being fastened through the same mounting bore to the oven body framework, provides an ease of mounting and dismantling during production of the oven.

Claims (3)

  1. A burner injector bearer fastening piece (1) comprising an L-shaped sheet metal body with one portion coupled to the burner injector bearer and the other portion coupled to the oven body framework characterized by containing the portions of:
    a flat rectangle shaped abutment body (2) having two mounting bores (5) on the portion of the metal sheet coupled to the oven body framework,
    and
    a U-shaped holder body (3) having on the portion of the metal sheet coupled to the burner injector bearer, two fastening feet (4) enabling the burner to be maintained in a fixed position.
  2. Oven or gas range comprising a burner injector fastening piece according to claim 1.
  3. Oven or gas range production method comprising the process steps of giving a sheet metal body an L-shape by laser cutting and bending processes, and drilling mounting bores (5); characterized by the process steps of:
    screwing to the oven body framework a flat rectangle shaped abutment body (2) of the metal sheet, having two mounting bores (5),
    and
    coupling the U-shaped holder body (3) portion of the metal sheet, having two fastening feet (4), so as to maintain the burner injector bearer (1) fixed between the fastening feet (4).
