Description

便携式灯塔 技术领域
本发明涉及一种移动照明灯塔,特别涉及一种便携式灯塔。
背景技术
小型的移动照明灯塔的桅杆可用来安装照明灯具,如球灯或者LED灯等,用于道路照明、交通设施、工业场所的照明。
为了便于移动,现有的小型灯塔采用的是手推式移动方式。这种移动方式对使用场地的地面有很高的要求,路面需要相对平坦。对于一些恶劣的工作环境,路面不平时,无法通过手推的方式来移动灯塔。因此需要将灯塔搬运到需要的地方。由于灯塔下部支撑部件固定设置在桅杆底部,沿水平面方向延伸距离比较大,使得比较难搬运,因此需要设计一种能方便搬运的便携式灯塔来满足一些恶劣环境的使用需求。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种便携式灯塔,便于携带、搬运。
为实现上述目的,本发明的便携式灯塔,包括桅杆、支撑腿、连杆、支撑环和照明灯,所述照明灯安装在所述桅杆的顶部;所述支撑腿的一端与所述桅杆的底部铰接,另一端安装有可调地脚;所述连杆的一端与所述支撑环铰接,另一端与所述支撑腿的中部铰接;所述支撑环套设在所述桅杆上,并能够相对所述桅杆上下移动,所述支撑环 上设有锁紧螺钉,所述桅杆上设置有上定位孔和下定位孔,所述锁紧螺钉能够分别与所述上定位孔和下定位孔配合。
优选地,所述桅杆为伸缩式桅杆。
优选地,所述桅杆上设有驱动机构,用于驱动所述桅杆的伸缩。
优选地,所述驱动机构为手动绞盘。
优选地,所述桅杆的横截面形状为圆形或方形。
优选地,所述支撑腿的数量至少为三个。
优选地,所述支撑腿的数量为四个。
本发明的便携式灯塔,能够快速收起支撑腿,方便携带,满足了不同工作环境的使用需求。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图详细地说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1~3所示,本发明的便携式灯塔,包括桅杆10、支撑腿20、连杆30、支撑环40和照明灯60。
所述照明灯60安装在所述桅杆10的顶部,可通过接市电或者其他可外接供电电源来实现正常照明。所述照明灯60可以选用球灯或LED灯等。
所述支撑腿20的一端与所述桅杆10的底部铰接,另一端安装有可调地脚21,所述可调地脚21与所述支撑腿20螺纹连接,通过旋转所述可调地脚21来进行调节,使各支撑腿20的可调地脚21都能与地面进行可靠的接触,使所述桅杆10保持平稳,避免摇晃。所述支撑腿20的数量为至少三个,优选为四个,根据需要也可以增加数量,图1中为四个支撑腿20的优选实施例。
所述连杆30的一端与所述支撑环40铰接,另一端与所述支撑腿20的中部铰接,每个所述支撑腿20通过一对(或一根)所述连杆30与所述支撑环40连接。
上述的铰接均优选采用通过销轴可转动地连接。
所述支撑环40套设在所述桅杆10上,并能够相对所述桅杆10上下移动。所述支撑环40上设有锁紧螺钉50,所述桅杆10上设置有上定位孔10和下定位孔(图中未示出),所述锁紧螺钉50能够分别与所述上定位孔10和下定位孔配合。当所述锁紧螺钉50与所述上定位孔10配合时,所述支撑腿20处于折叠状态,当所述锁紧螺钉50与所述下定位孔配合时,所述支撑腿20处于展开状态。这里的折叠状态是指所述支撑腿20相对所述桅杆10转动,使所述支撑腿20靠紧所述桅杆10,这时所述支撑腿20与所述桅杆10的夹角为0°,如图3所示 状态,此时的状态为灯塔的收纳状态;这里的展开状态是指所述支撑腿20相对所述桅杆10转动,使所述支撑腿20与所述桅杆10垂直,也就是所述支撑腿20与所述桅杆10的夹角为90°,如图1所示状态,此时的状态为灯塔的使用状态。通过旋转所述锁紧螺钉50,可使所述锁紧螺钉50的端部插入所述上定位孔10或所述下定位孔进行锁紧定位。
所述桅杆10优选为伸缩式桅杆,方便调节桅杆10的高度。所述桅杆10上设有驱动机构,用于驱动所述桅杆10的伸缩。所述驱动机构可以是手动绞盘70,采用手动绞盘驱动桅杆进行伸缩的结构为现有技术,这里不再赘述,比如中国专利文献CN203605175U中公开的绞盘驱动桅杆进行伸缩的结构。当然,所述驱动机构也可以是液压缸或气缸。所述伸缩式桅杆可以采用两节桅杆,最大高度为3米。伸缩式桅杆的伸缩结构也可以采用其他现有技术中常规的伸缩杆结构。
所述桅杆10的横截面形状可以是圆形,也可以是方形。
在本发明的便携式灯塔处于收纳状态时,所述锁紧螺钉50与所述上定位孔11配合,当便携式灯塔需要使用时,旋松所述锁紧螺钉50,打开所述支撑腿20,也就是使支撑腿20相对所述桅杆10的底部转动,这时连杆30带动支撑环40相对所述桅杆10向下移动,在所述支撑腿20完全展开后,将所述锁紧螺钉50拧紧,使其与所述下定位孔配合,然后调节可调地脚21,使各可调地脚21均支撑到地面。然后将照明灯60安装到所述桅杆10的顶部,再手摇手动绞盘70,使伸缩式桅杆10的高度升至最高处,就可以接电源进行照明。当使用完毕后,断开电源,手摇手动绞盘70,使伸缩式桅杆10的高度降低到最低,取下照明灯60,然后旋松所述锁紧螺钉50使其脱离所述下定位孔,收拢所述支 撑腿20,也就是使支撑腿20相对所述桅杆10的底部转动至靠紧所述桅杆10,这时连杆30带动支撑环40相对所述桅杆10向上移动,使所述支撑腿20处于折叠状态后将所述锁紧螺钉50拧紧,使其与所述上定位孔11配合,就可以将本发明的便携式灯塔放入帆布袋中,整理好后便可手提至就近运输车上。
本发明的便携式灯塔,采用了伞状支撑,便于携带。当客户需要使用时,可快速搬运至使用场地,迅速打开支撑腿20支撑住桅杆10,等使用完后,也能快速收起支撑腿20,放人帆布袋中,一人便能拎走。该设计结构简单,轻巧,便于携带。

  1. 一种便携式灯塔,其特征在于,包括桅杆、支撑腿、连杆、支撑环和照明灯,
    所述照明灯安装在所述桅杆的顶部;
    所述支撑腿的一端与所述桅杆的底部铰接,另一端安装有可调地脚;
    所述连杆的一端与所述支撑环铰接,另一端与所述支撑腿的中部铰接;
    所述支撑环套设在所述桅杆上,并能够相对所述桅杆上下移动,所述支撑环上设有锁紧螺钉,所述桅杆上设置有上定位孔和下定位孔,所述锁紧螺钉能够分别与所述上定位孔和下定位孔配合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的便携式灯塔,其特征在于,所述桅杆为伸缩式桅杆。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的便携式灯塔,其特征在于,所述桅杆上设有驱动机构,用于驱动所述桅杆的伸缩。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的便携式灯塔,其特征在于,所述驱动机构为手动绞盘。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的便携式灯塔,其特征在于,所述桅杆的横截面形状为圆形或方形。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的便携式灯塔,其特征在于,所述支撑腿的数量至少为三个。
