Abstract

公开了一种触控模组、其驱动方法及显示装置,将实现触控功能的图案汇编成一层透明触控电极图案层,能够有效的降低产品的研发成本,并且可以只使用一张光罩制作,因此开发成本非常低且产品的良率非常高,可以增加产品的竞争力。透明触控电极图案层中采用在触控单元之间设置多个第三触控检测电极的方式,可以弥补触控单元之间的触控盲区带来的问题,使得整个触控模组的灵敏度和均一性都非常的一致,使其能够有效的支持主动笔的方案。因此,在主动笔触控检测阶段,可以将各第一触控检测电极、各第二触控检测电极和各第三触控检测电极均作为触控感应电极,以检测主动笔发出的触控信号。

Description

触控模组、其驱动方法及显示装置
本申请要求在2017年6月9日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710433414.7、发明名称为“一种触控模组、其驱动方法及显示装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本公开涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种触控模组、其驱动方法及显示装置。
背景技术
触控模组(Touch Panel)是通过计算屏内的触点坐标进行定位的一套系统,由触控检测部分和触控控制器组成。触控检测部分安装在显示屏的前面,用于检测用户触控位置,并将检测的信息发送给控制器,以将其转换成坐标之后输送给中央处理器,同时接受中央处理器返回的信号并加以执行,实现人机互动。
随着触控模组的发展,人们对其光学性能,电学性能,外观以及成本都提出越来越高的要求。在相同规格下,如果触控模组的成本越低,就能在激烈的竞争环境中得到更多的利润。此外,随着市场上推出的搭载主动笔的产品,因此,如何在在低成本的基础上,能够支持主动笔,将是触控模组的主要研究方向。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本公开实施例提供了一种触控模组、其驱动方法及显示装置,具体方案如下:
本公开实施例提供了一种触控模组,包括:衬底基板,以及设置于所述衬底基板上的单层设置的透明触控电极图案层;其中,
所述透明触控电极图案层,具体包括:呈阵列排布的多个触控单元,以及设置于所述触控单元之间的多个第三触控检测电极;
各所述触控单元包括:相互绝缘设置的第一触控检测电极和第二触控检测电极,与所述第一触控检测电极连接的第一走线,以及与所述第二触控检测电极连接的第二走线;
各所述第一触控检测电极被配置为在被动触控检测阶段作为触控扫描电极,在主动笔触控检测阶段作为触控感应电极;
各所述第二触控检测电极被配置为在所述被动触控检测阶段和所述主动笔触控检测阶段均作为触控感应电极;
各所述第三触控检测电极被配置为在所述被动触控检测阶段作为自电容电极,在所述主动笔触控检测阶段作为触控感应电极。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组中,在所述触控单元中,所述第一触控检测电极和所述第二触控检测电极的面积相同。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组中,在所述触控单元中,所述第一触控检测电极的形状和所述第二触控检测电极的形状呈中心对称。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组中,在所述触控单元中,所述第一触控检测电极和所述第二触控检测电极之间的分割间隙为曲线形。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组中,所述触控单元的外轮廓为矩形。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组中,在所述触控单元中,所述第一触控检测电极和所述第二触控检测电极构成太极图案。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组中,所述透明触控电极图案层还包括:位于各所述触控单元周围的补充电极,所述补充电极与所述太极图案相互独立且构成互补图案,且所述补充电极的外轮廓为矩形。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组中,所述补充电极与相邻的所述第一触控检测电极、所述第二触控检测电极或所述第三触控检测电极电性连接。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组中,所述第一走线和所述第二走线沿着列方向延伸;所述第三触控检测电极设置于每相邻两列所述触控单元之间的间隙处。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组中,所述第一走线和所述第二走线沿着行方向延伸;所述第三触控检测电极设置于每相邻两行所述触控单元之间的间隙处。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组中,所述透明触控电极图案层,还包括:设置于所述多个触控单元外围的接地走线。
另一方面,本公开实施例还提供了一种上述触控模组的驱动方法,包括:
在确定启动被动触控检测时,对各所述第一触控检测电极加载触控扫描信号,检测各所述第二触控检测电极耦合的触控感应信号;并检测各所述第三触控检测电极的电容值变化;
在确定启动主动笔触控检测时,检测各所述第一触控检测电极、各所述第二触控检测电极和各所述第三触控检测电极感应到的所述主动笔发出的触控信号。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述驱动方法中,还包括:
在确定检测到的所述第二触控检测电极耦合的触控扫描信号的变化量大于预设阈值时,确定启动主动笔触控检测。
另一方面,本公开实施例提供的一种显示装置,包括:显示面板,以及设置于所述显示面板显示面的上述触控模组。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述显示装置中,所述显示面板包括:相对而置的对向基板和阵列基板;
所述触控模组设置于所述对向基板背离所述阵列基板的一侧,所述触控模组的透明触控电极图案层位于衬底基板面向所述对向基板的一侧;
所述触控模组还包括:设置于所述衬底基板与所述透明触控电极图案层之间的黑色边框图案,以及设置于所述透明触控电极图案层背离所述黑色边 框图案一侧的平坦层。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述显示装置中,所述显示面板包括:相对而置的对向基板和阵列基板;
所述触控模组与所述对向基板共用一衬底基板;
还包括:设置于所述触控模组背离所述对向基板一侧的偏光片。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本公开实施例提供的触控模组、其驱动方法及显示装置的具体实施方式进行详细地说明。
附图中各部件的形状和大小不反映触控模组的真实比例,目的只是示意说明本公开内容。
本公开实施例提供的一种触控模组,如图1和图2所示,包括:衬底基板100,以及设置于衬底基板100上的单层设置的透明触控电极图案层200;其中,
透明触控电极图案层200,具体包括:呈阵列排布的多个触控单元210,以及设置于触控单元210之间A、B、C、D、E的多个第三触控检测电极220;
各触控单元210包括:相互绝缘设置的第一触控检测电极211和第二触 控检测电极212,与第一触控检测电极211连接的第一走线213a,以及与第二触控检测电极212连接的第二走线213b;
各第一触控检测电极211被配置为在被动触控检测阶段作为触控扫描电极Tx,在主动笔触控检测阶段作为触控感应电极Rx;
各第二触控检测电极212被配置为在被动触控检测阶段和主动笔触控检测阶段均作为触控感应电极Rx;
各第三触控检测电极220被配置为在被动触控检测阶段作为自电容电极,在主动笔触控检测阶段作为触控感应电极Rx。
即在被动触控检测阶段,各第一触控检测电极211作为触控扫描电极Tx,各第二触控检测电极212作为触控感应电极Rx,第一触控检测电极211和第二触控检测电极212以互电容的方式实现触控检测;各第三触控检测电极220作为自电容电极,第三触控检测电极220以自电容的方式实现触控检测;
在主动笔触控检测阶段,各第一触控检测电极211、各第二触控检测电极212和各第三触控检测电极220均作为触控感应电极Rx,以检测主动笔发出的触控信号。
具体地,由于在本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组中,将实现触控功能的图案汇编成一层透明触控电极图案层200,能够有效的降低产品的研发成本,并且可以只使用一张光罩制作,因此开发成本非常低制作成本且产品的良率都非常高,可以增加产品的竞争力。
并且,在透明触控电极图案层200中,采用在触控单元210之间A、B、C、D、E设置多个第三触控检测电极220的方式,可以弥补触控单元210之间的触控盲区带来的问题,使得整个触控模组的灵敏度和均一性都非常的一致,使其能够有效的支持主动笔的方案。具体地,可以在被动即手指触控检测阶段,使触控单元210中的第一触控检测电极211和第二触控检测电极212以互电容的方式实现触控检测,第三触控检测电极220以自电容的方式实现触控检测;在主动笔触控检测阶段,将各第一触控检测电极211、各第二触控检测电极212和各第三触控检测电极220均作为触控感应电极Rx,以检测主 动笔发出的触控信号。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组中,为了方便单层设置的透明触控电极图案层200的布图,如图1和图2所示,第一走线213a和第二走线213b一般设置为延伸方向相同,以方便走线的一端作为接线端子与外接的触控检测芯片绑定。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组中,如图1所示,第一走线213a和第二走线213b可以沿着列方向延伸,即竖直方向设置,此时,在相邻列的触控单元210之间由于第一走线213a和第二走线213b的布线较为集中,会出现信号紊乱的问题而形成触控盲区,即手指按压在此处时无法分辨构成触控盲区;此时,第三触控检测电极220具体可以设置于每相邻两列触控单元210之间的间隙处,具体第三触控检测电极220可以为条状电极,这样第三触控电极220可以通过较短的第三走线的一端作为接线端子与外接的触控检测芯片绑定。
或者,可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组中,如图2所示,第一走线213a和第二走线213b可以沿着行方向延伸,即水平方向设置,此时,在相邻行的触控单元210之间由于第一走线213a和第二走线213b的布线较为集中,会出现信号紊乱的问题而形成触控盲区,即手指按压在此处时无法分辨构成触控盲区;此时,第三触控检测电极220具体可以设置于每相邻两行触控单元210之间的间隙处,具体第三触控检测电极220可以为条状电极,这样第三触控电极220可以通过较短的第三走线的一端作为接线端子与外接的触控检测芯片绑定。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组中,如图1和图2所示,为了提高触控检测的均一性,在触控单元210中,第一触控检测电极211和第二触控检测电极212的面积相同。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组中,如图1和图2所示,在触控单元210中,第一触控检测电极211的形状和第二触控检测电极212的形状呈中心对称。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组中,如图2所示,为了提高触控检测的灵敏度,在触控单元210中,第一触控检测电极211和第二触控检测电极212之间的分割间隙可以设置为曲线形。
具体地,如图3所示,第一触控检测电极211和第二触控检测电极212之间的分割间隙可以为圆弧形,或者如图4所示,第一触控检测电极211和第二触控检测电极212之间的分割间隙也可以为折线形,具体形状可以有多种,在此不做限定。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组中,为了方便布图,如图1、图2和图4所示,触控单元210的外轮廓一般为矩形,例如可以为正方形。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组中,在触控单元210中,如图3所示,第一触控检测电极211和第二触控检测电极212可以构成太极图案,以提高在触控单元210内第一触控检测电极211和第二触控检测电极212之间相对面积比,从而尽可能的提高第二触控检测电极212感应产生的互电容变化,继而提高互电容方式感应的触控灵敏度。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组中,当第一触控检测电极211和第二触控检测电极212采用太极图案时,为了避免外轮廓为圆形的太极图形的触控单元210之间出现大面积局部图案缺失。而造成产品消影问题即图案(pattern)可见的问题,如图3和图5所示,透明触控电极图案层200还可以包括:位于各触控单元210周围的补充电极214,补充电极214与太极图案相互独立且构成互补图案,且补充电极214的外轮廓为矩形。以保证在触控单元210中不会出现大面积局部图案缺失的问题。
进一步地,为了尽量减少透明触控电极图案层200中的触控盲区,在本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组中,可以将补充电极214与相邻的第一触控检测电极211、第二触控检测电极212或第三触控检测电极电性213连接,以使补充电极214作为与其连接的电极一部分,起到与其相同的作用。并且,由于补充电极214与太极图案和第三触控检测电极220相互独立,因此,可选地,可以通过设置连接导线实现补充电极214与其他电极的连接关系。例 如图3所示,可以将左半部的补充电极214与第一触控检测电极211采用连接导线连接,对应地,将右半部的补充电极214与第二触控检测电极212采用连接导线连接,为了避免第一触控检测电极211与第二触控检测电极212发生短路,左半部的补充电极214与右半部的补充电极214彼此是绝缘的。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组中,由于仅设置单层的透明触控电极图案层200实现触控电极的布图,因此,为了防止静电干扰,在透明触控电极图案层200中,如图5所示,还可以包括:设置于最外侧图案的接地走线230,即接地走线230围绕触控单元210和第三触控检测电极220设置,包围触控单元210和第三触控检测电极220。接地走线230的设置可以起到抗静电的作用,保护包围的电极图案不受静电干扰。
基于同一发明构思,本公开实施例还提供了一种本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组的驱动方法,由于该驱动方法解决问题的原理与前述一种触控模组相似,因此该驱动方法的实施可以参见触控模组的实施,重复之处不再赘述。
具体地,本公开实施例提供的一种上述触控模组的驱动方法,如图6所示,包括:
S601、在确定启动被动触控检测时,对各第一触控检测电极加载触控扫描信号,检测各第二触控检测电极耦合的触控感应信号;并检测各第三触控检测电极的电容值变化;
S602、在确定启动主动笔触控检测时,检测各第一触控检测电极、各第二触控检测电极和各第三触控检测电极感应到的主动笔发出的触控信号。
可选地,本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组的驱动方法中,还可以包括在被动触控检测模式和主动笔触控检测模式切换的判断过程:在确定检测到的第二触控检测电极耦合的触控感应信号的变化量大于预设阈值时,确定启动主动笔触控检测。
即在执行被动触控检测的过程中,若主动笔接近触控模组时,第二触控检测电极感应的触控扫描信号会有较大程度的变化;因此,通过比较第二触 控检测电极感应的变化量与一预设阈值之间的关系,可以确定出是否有主动笔接近触控模组;若是,则切换至主动笔触控检测模式,即使各第一触控检测电极、各第二触控检测电极和各第三触控检测电极均作为触控感应电极,检测各第一触控检测电极、各第二触控检测电极和各第三触控检测电极感应到的主动笔发出的触控信号,以实现触控位置的检测;若否,则保持被动触控检测,即对各第一触控检测电极加载触控扫描信号,检测各第二触控检测电极感应的触控扫描信号,并检测各第三触控检测电极的电容值变化,以实现触控位置的检测。
基于同一发明构思,本公开实施例还提供了一种显示装置,该显示装置可以为:手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。该显示装置的实施可以参见上述触控模组的实施例,重复之处不再赘述。
具体地,本公开实施例提供的一种显示装置,如图7a和图7b所示,包括:显示面板01,以及设置于显示面板01显示面的本公开实施例提供的上述触控模组02。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述显示装置中的显示面板01可以有多种实现方式,例如可以采用液晶显示面板或有机电致发光显示面板等平面显示面板。具体地,如图7a所示,显示面板01一般具体包括:相对而置的对向基板011和阵列基板012,对向基板011一侧一般为显示面。
可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述显示装置中的触控模组02可以设置为外挂式的结构,即如图7a所示,触控模组02设置于对向基板011背离阵列基板012的一侧,触控模组02的透明触控电极图案层200位于衬底基板100面向对向基板011的一侧;此时,触控模组02一般还可以包括:设置于衬底基板100与透明触控电极图案层200之间的黑色边框图案300,以及设置于透明触控电极图案层200背离黑色边框图案300一侧的平坦层400。且平坦层400一般采用光学树脂材料(OCR)制成。衬底基板100除了作为触控模组02的支撑基材,还起到了保护作用。
或者,可选地,在本公开实施例提供的上述显示装置中的触控模组02也可以在对向基板上实现其结构,即如图7b所示,触控模组02与对向基板011共用一衬底基板100;此时,显示装置一般还可以包括:设置于触控模组02背离对向基板011一侧的偏光片03,偏光片03起到了阻挡外界环境光的反射作用,可以保证显示装置具有所需的对比度。

  1. 一种触控模组,其中,包括:衬底基板,以及设置于所述衬底基板上的单层设置的透明触控电极图案层;其中,
    所述透明触控电极图案层,具体包括:呈阵列排布的多个触控单元,以及设置于所述触控单元之间的多个第三触控检测电极;
    各所述触控单元包括:相互绝缘设置的第一触控检测电极和第二触控检测电极,与所述第一触控检测电极连接的第一走线,以及与所述第二触控检测电极连接的第二走线;
    各所述第一触控检测电极被配置为在被动触控检测阶段作为触控扫描电极,在主动笔触控检测阶段作为触控感应电极;
    各所述第二触控检测电极被配置为在所述被动触控检测阶段和所述主动笔触控检测阶段均作为触控感应电极;
    各所述第三触控检测电极被配置为在所述被动触控检测阶段作为自电容电极,在所述主动笔触控检测阶段作为触控感应电极。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的触控模组,其中,在所述触控单元中,所述第一触控检测电极和所述第二触控检测电极的面积相同。

  8. 如权利要求7所述的触控模组,其中,所述补充电极与相邻的所述第一触控检测电极、所述第二触控检测电极或所述第三触控检测电极电性连接。
  9. 如权利要求1-8任一项所述的触控模组,其中,所述第一走线和所述第二走线沿着列方向延伸;所述第三触控检测电极设置于每相邻两列所述触控单元之间的间隙处。
  10. 如权利要求1-8任一项所述的触控模组,其中,所述第一走线和所述第二走线沿着行方向延伸;所述第三触控检测电极设置于每相邻两行所述触控单元之间的间隙处。
  11. 如权利要求1-8任一项所述的触控模组,其中,所述透明触控电极图案层,还包括:设置于所述多个触控单元外围的接地走线。
  12. 一种如权利要求1-11任一项所述的触控模组的驱动方法,其中,包括:
    在确定启动被动触控检测时,对各所述第一触控检测电极加载触控扫描信号,检测各所述第二触控检测电极耦合的触控感应信号;并检测各所述第三触控检测电极的电容值变化;
    在确定启动主动笔触控检测时,检测各所述第一触控检测电极、各所述第二触控检测电极和各所述第三触控检测电极感应到的所述主动笔发出的触控信号。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的驱动方法,其中,还包括:
    在确定检测到的所述第二触控检测电极耦合的触控感应信号的变化量大于预设阈值时,确定启动主动笔触控检测。
  14. 一种显示装置,其中,包括:显示面板,以及设置于所述显示面板显示面的如权利要求1-11任一项所述的触控模组。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示面板包括:相对而置的对向基板和阵列基板;
    所述触控模组设置于所述对向基板背离所述阵列基板的一侧,所述触控模组的透明触控电极图案层位于衬底基板面向所述对向基板的一侧;
    所述触控模组还包括:设置于所述衬底基板与所述透明触控电极图案层之间的黑色边框图案,以及设置于所述透明触控电极图案层背离所述黑色边框图案一侧的平坦层。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示面板包括:相对而置的对向基板和阵列基板;
    所述触控模组与所述对向基板共用一衬底基板;
    还包括:设置于所述触控模组背离所述对向基板一侧的偏光片。
