在所述扩展型车用喇叭中,还包括:
安装横杆,设置在车辆的车顶上,用于将所述大功率语音播放设备和所述小功率语音播放设备固定到车辆的车顶上;
FLASH存储设备,用于预先存储全景摄像设备的位置,还用于预先存储各个通缉犯的面部图像;全景摄像设备,设置在所述安装横杆上,用于对警灯所在警车的周围场景进行图像拍摄以获得对应的全景周围图像;二值化处理设备,用于接收全景周围图像,对所述全景周围图像执行灰度化处理以获得灰度化图像,并对所述灰度化图像执行二值化处理以获得二值 化图像;
开运算处理设备,与所述二值化处理设备连接,用于接收所述二值化图像,对所述二值化图像执行先图像腐蚀处理再图像膨胀处理以获得开运算图像;闭运算处理设备,与所述开运算处理设备连接,用于接收所述开运算图像,对所述开运算图像执行先图像膨胀处理再图像腐蚀处理以获得闭运算图像;
信息提取设备,与所述闭运算处理设备连接,用于对所述闭运算图像进行目标检测,计算获取的各个目标的像素面积以及各个目标的景深,基于每一个目标的像素面积和所述闭运算图像的总像素面积确定每一个目标的面积占用百分比,基于每一个目标的面积占用百分比和景深确定每一个目标的实际面积;
目标提取设备,与所述信息提取设备连接,用于接收所述闭运算图像中各个目标的实际面积,将实际面积在预设人体面积范围内的目标确定为人体目标,并将人体目标从所述闭运算图像中提取出来以作为人体子图像,将所述人体子图像与各个通缉犯的面部图像进行逐一匹配,匹配成功时则输出匹配到的面部图像所对应的通缉犯的姓名以作为目标通缉犯姓名,并发出匹配成功信号,全部匹配失败,则发出匹配失败信号;
所述声音驱动设备还与所述目标提取设备连接,用于在接收到所述匹配成功信号时,关闭所述小功率语音播放设备,启动所述大功率语音播放设备并播放与所述目标通缉犯姓名对应的语音信息,还用于在接收到所述匹配失败信号时,关闭所述大功率语音播放设备,启动所述小功率语音播放设备。
在所述扩展型车用喇叭中:所述声音定向设备、所述大功率语音播放设备和所述小功率语音播放设备都设置在车辆顶部。
在所述扩展型车用喇叭中:所述声音驱动设备设置在车辆的前端仪表盘内,所述遥控手柄通过线缆与所述声音驱动设备连接。
在所述扩展型车用喇叭中:所述二值化处理设备、所述开运算处理设备、所述闭运算处理设备、所述信息提取设备以及所述目标提取设备都被设置在车辆的前端仪表盘内。
在所述扩展型车用喇叭中,还包括:GPS定位设备,设置在车辆的前 端仪表盘内,用于提供喇叭所在车辆的当前GPS位置。
在所述扩展型车用喇叭中,还包括:无线通信设备,设置车辆的车体的前端,用于与远端的警务管理中心建立双向的无线通信链路连接。
另外,GPS是英文Global Positioning System(全球定位系统)的简称。GPS起始于1958年美国军方的一个项目,1964年投入使用。20世纪70年代,美国陆海空三军联合研制了新一代卫星定位系统GPS。主要目的是为陆海空三大领域提供实时、全天候和全球性的导航服务,并用于情报搜集、核爆监测和应急通讯等一些军事目的,经过20余年的研究实验,耗资300亿美元,到1994年,全球覆盖率高达98%的24颗GPS卫星星座己布设完成。
GPS导航系统的基本原理是测量出已知位置的卫星到用户接收机之间的距离,然后综合多颗卫星的数据就可知道接收机的具体位置。要达到这一目的,卫星的位置可以根据星载时钟所记录的时间在卫星星历中查出。而用户到卫星的距离则通过记录卫星信号传播到用户所经历的时间,再将其乘以光速得到(由于大气层电离层的干扰,这一距离并不是用户与卫星之间的真实距离,而是伪距(PR,):当GPS卫星正常工作时,会不断地用1和0二进制码元组成的伪随机码(简称伪码)发射导航电文。GPS系统使用的伪码一共有两种,分别是民用的C/A码和军用的P(Y)码。C/A码频率1.023MHz,重复周期一毫秒,码间距1微秒,相当于300m;P码频率10.23MHz,重复周期266.4天,码间距0.1微秒,相当于30m。而Y码是在P码的基础上形成的,保密性能更佳。导航电文包括卫星星历、工作状况、时钟改正、电离层时延修正、大气折射修正等信息。它是从卫星信号中解调制出来,以50b/s调制在载频上发射的。导航电文每个主帧中包含5个子帧每帧长6s。前三帧各10个字码;每三十秒重复一次,每小时更新一次。后两帧共15000b。导航电文中的内容主要有遥测码、转换码、第1、2、3数据块,其中最重要的则为星历数据。当用户接受到导航电文时,提取出卫星时间并将其与自己的时钟做对比便可得知卫星与用户的距离,再利用导航电文中的卫星星历数据推算出卫星发射电文时所处位置,用户在WGS-84大地坐标系中的位置速度等信息便可得知。
采用本发明的扩展型车用喇叭,针对现有技术中车用喇叭警务活动参 与度低的技术问题,通过在现有的车用喇叭硬件上集成定制的图像处理设备对周围进行通缉犯辨识,并通过车用喇叭功率输出部件的变化提醒警务人员和附近群众,从而能够更多地参与警务活动。
可以理解的是,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例披露如上,然而上述实施例并非用以限定本发明。对于任何熟悉本领域的技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围情况下,都可利用上述揭示的技术内容对本发明技术方案做出许多可能的变动和修饰,或修改为等同变化的等效实施例。因此,凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所做的任何简单修改、等同变化及修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案保护的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扩展型车用喇叭,包括遥控手柄、声音定向设备、大功率语音播放设备、小功率语音播放设备和声音驱动设备,所述遥控手柄用于以手动方式控制所述大功率语音播放设备的打开或关闭,还用于以手动方式控制所述小功率语音播放设备的打开或关闭,所述声音定向设备分别与所述大功率语音播放设备和所述小功率语音播放设备连接,用于控制所述大功率语音播放设备的播放方向,还用于控制所述小功率语音播放设备的播放方向,所述声音驱动设备分别与所述声音定向设备、所述大功率语音播放设备以及所述小功率语音播放设备连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的扩展型车用喇叭,其特征在于:
    所述声音驱动设备向所述声音定向设备发送包括方向角和俯仰角的方向驱动信号。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的扩展型车用喇叭,其特征在于:
    所述声音驱动设备控制所述大功率语音播放设备或所述小功率语音播放设备的播放内容。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的扩展型车用喇叭,其特征在于:
    所述遥控手柄包括第一按钮、第二按钮和电源按钮,所述电源按钮用于打开或关闭所述遥控手柄;
    其中,在用户按压所述第一按钮时,所述遥控手柄打开所述大功率语音播放设备,在用户释放所述第一按钮时,所述遥控手柄关闭所述大功率语音播放设备;
    其中,在用户按压所述第二按钮时,所述遥控手柄打开所述小功率语音播放设备,在用户释放所述第二按钮时,所述遥控手柄关闭所述小功率语音播放设备。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的扩展型车用喇叭,其特征在于,还包括:
    安装横杆,设置在车辆的车顶上,用于将所述大功率语音播放设备和所述小功率语音播放设备固定到车辆的车顶上;
    FLASH存储设备,用于预先存储全景摄像设备的位置,还用于预先存储各个通缉犯的面部图像;
    全景摄像设备,设置在所述安装横杆上,用于对警灯所在警车的周围场景进行图像拍摄以获得对应的全景周围图像;
    二值化处理设备,用于接收全景周围图像,对所述全景周围图像执行灰度化处理以获得灰度化图像,并对所述灰度化图像执行二值化处理以获得二值化图像;
    开运算处理设备,与所述二值化处理设备连接,用于接收所述二值化图像,对所述二值化图像执行先图像腐蚀处理再图像膨胀处理以获得开运算图像;
    闭运算处理设备,与所述开运算处理设备连接,用于接收所述开运算图像,对所述开运算图像执行先图像膨胀处理再图像腐蚀处理以获得闭运算图像;
    信息提取设备,与所述闭运算处理设备连接,用于对所述闭运算图像进行目标检测,计算获取的各个目标的像素面积以及各个目标的景深,基于每一个目标的像素面积和所述闭运算图像的总像素面积确定每一个目标的面积占用百分比,基于每一个目标的面积占用百分比和景深确定每一个目标的实际面积;
    目标提取设备,与所述信息提取设备连接,用于接收所述闭运算图像中各个目标的实际面积,将实际面积在预设人体面积范围内的目标确定为人体目标,并将人体目标从所述闭运算图像中提取出来以作为人体子图像,将所述人体子图像与各个通缉犯的面部图像进行逐一匹配,匹配成功时则输出匹配到的面部图像所对应的通缉犯的姓名以作为目标通缉犯姓名,并发出匹配成功信号,全部匹配失败,则发出匹配失败信号;
    所述声音驱动设备还与所述目标提取设备连接,用于在接收到所述匹配成功信号时,关闭所述小功率语音播放设备,启动所述大功率语音播放设备并播放与所述目标通缉犯姓名对应的语音信息,还用于在接收到所述匹配失败信号时,关闭所述大功率语音播放设备,启动所述小功率语音播 放设备。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的扩展型车用喇叭,其特征在于:
    所述声音定向设备、所述大功率语音播放设备和所述小功率语音播放设备都设置在车辆顶部。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的扩展型车用喇叭,其特征在于:
    所述声音驱动设备设置在车辆的前端仪表盘内,所述遥控手柄通过线缆与所述声音驱动设备连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的扩展型车用喇叭,其特征在于:
    所述二值化处理设备、所述开运算处理设备、所述闭运算处理设备、所述信息提取设备以及所述目标提取设备都被设置在车辆的前端仪表盘内。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的扩展型车用喇叭,其特征在于,还包括:
    GPS定位设备,设置在车辆的前端仪表盘内,用于提供喇叭所在车辆的当前GPS位置。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的扩展型车用喇叭,其特征在于,还包括:
    无线通信设备,设置车辆的车体的前端,用于与远端的警务管理中心建立双向的无线通信链路连接。
