技术领域
本发明涉及电子产品配件领域,尤其涉及一种屏幕贴膜。
背景技术
随着电子产品的飞速发展,由于美观及实用性的需要,采用曲面屏的电子设备越来越多。曲面屏在日常使用的过程中,容易出现磨损,这对曲面屏的美观及寿命会造成极大的影响。为对曲面屏进行保护,需要在曲面屏上粘贴屏幕贴膜。
目前市面上流通的屏幕贴膜,由于种种原因,在与曲面屏进行贴合过程中,因为张力、弧度等因素,使得边缘飘起,从而导致密封性不良,接触不良,边缘灰尘密布。
具体的,主要是因为屏幕贴膜的中间部分采用网点印刷工艺,在装配到曲面屏上时,中间部分会处于悬空的状态,与曲面屏贴合不紧密且存在缝隙。这还会造成触摸不良,在进行手势操控时,需要大力按压使屏幕贴膜变形才能触摸到曲面屏。
由于曲面屏与屏幕贴膜的中间部分有缝隙,大力按压中间部分的时候,造成屏幕贴膜边缘飘起,继而进一步地影响到曲面屏与屏幕贴膜之间的密封性。在水汽严重的环境下,曲面屏与屏幕贴膜之间还容易出现湿点,影响曲面屏的使用,出现触摸不良的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种屏幕贴膜,用以解决现有技术中的问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了:
一种屏幕贴膜,包括自上至下依次设置的OCA光学胶层、作为承载体的基材层和用于贴合在曲面屏上的吸附层;

本发明的有益效果例如包括:本发明提出一种屏幕贴膜,通过贴合面可以紧密地与曲面屏相贴合,使两者之间可以消除缝隙,同时,贴合面的中间部分也不会出现悬空的状态。
由于贴合面的结构特征,使其可以整体贴合于曲面屏上,这极大地提高了触摸的灵敏度,不会出现触摸不良的现象。同时,贴合面与曲面屏贴合密切的缘故,屏幕贴膜的边缘 不会发生飘起,即使大力按压屏幕贴膜时,屏幕贴膜也不会产生变形。

实施例1
参阅图1,在本实施例中,提出一种屏幕贴膜,包括自上至下依次设置的OCA光学胶层1000、基材层2000和吸附层3000。
其中,OCA光学胶是用于胶接透明光学元件的特种黏胶剂,具有无色透明、胶接强度良好、可在室温下固化、固化收缩率小等特点。OCA光学胶层1000由OCA光学胶构成。
OCA光学胶层1000的厚度设置为20~500μm。具体的,OCA光学胶层1000的厚度可以根据实际的需要进行设置。在本实施例中,OCA光学胶的厚度可以设置为20μm。
基材层2000,作为承载体,用于承载与自身相贴合的OCA光学胶层1000和吸附层3000。基材层2000可以视为屏幕贴膜的骨架,它的机械性能便决定了屏幕贴膜的机械性能。
如图4所示,基材层2000包括自上至下设置的第一离型层2100、PET层2200、中间层2300和第二离型层2400。
其中,第一离型层2100和第二离型层2400都可以采用PE材料制成。PE为聚乙烯,由乙烯聚合制得的一种热塑型树脂。
PET,是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,具有良好的机械性能。PET层2200由PET制成,PET层2200的厚度设置为25~900μm。具体的,PET层2200的厚度可以根据实际的需要进行设置。其中,在本实施例中,PET层2200的厚度可以设置为50μm。
在本实施例中,中间层2300可以选择由硅胶制成的硅胶层。中间层2300的厚度为15~500μm。中间层2300的厚度可以根据实际需要进行设置。具体的,在本实施例中,中间层2300的厚度可以选择为30μm。
本实施例中提出的基材层2000可塑性优良、柔软度适中、固型效果优良、张力稳定,同时,基材层2000还具有热弯后不变形、不反弹的优点。这使得屏幕贴膜也继承有相同优点。
利用模具将基材层2000切割出与曲面屏相对应的尺寸;再采用与曲面屏1:1的模具,通过加热的方式,进行热弯变形,使其具备所需的弧度;之后在常温下冷却定型。
吸附层3000,用于贴合在曲面屏上。具体的,在本实施例中,吸附层3000选择由硅胶制成的硅胶层。
吸附层3000应具备高透光性、不残留、可贴合等特点。在其他具体实施例中,吸附层3000还可以选择由可移胶、UV胶等材料制成。
其中,吸附层3000上设置有用于贴合在曲面屏上的贴合面3100,贴合面3100是一个光滑曲面。在高等数学中,光滑曲面是具有连续变动的切屏幕的曲面。
同时,贴合面3100上设置有与曲面屏相匹配的弧度。具体的,针对不同的曲面屏,对屏幕贴膜的弧度进行设置和调整。
由上可知,贴合面3100可以密切的贴合于曲面屏上,两者之间可以消除缝隙,同时贴合面3100的中间部分不会处于悬空的状态。通过按压屏幕贴膜,对曲面屏进行操作时,也不会造成屏幕贴膜边缘飘起的情况发生。
如图1所示,在本实施例中,OCA光学胶层1000的上方设置有玻璃层4000。在本实施例中,玻璃层4000、OCA光学胶层1000、基材层2000和吸附层3000均设置有相同的弧度,且彼此之间相互平行设置。
实施例2
参阅图2,在本实施例中,提出一种屏幕贴膜,包括自上至下依次设置的OCA光学胶层1000、印刷层5000、基材层2000和吸附层3000。
OCA光学胶层1000由OCA光线胶构成。OCA光学胶层1000的厚度设置为20~500μm。 具体的,OCA光学胶层1000的厚度可以根据实际的需要进行设置。在本实施例中,OCA光学胶的厚度可以设置为120μm。
印刷层5000上包括有边框、图案及颜色等的印刷。
基材层2000,作为承载体,用于承载OCA光学胶层1000、印刷层5000和吸附层3000。基材层2000可以视为屏幕贴膜的骨架,它的机械性能便决定了屏幕贴膜的机械性能。
如图4所示,基材层2000包括自上至下设置的第一离型层2100、PET层2200、中间层2300和第二离型层2400。
第一离型层2100和第二离型层2400作为保护层,用以保护PET层2200和中间层2300。
PET层2200由PET制成,PET层2200的厚度为25~900μm。具体的,PET层2200的厚度可以根据实际的需要进行设置。其中,在本实施例中,PET层2200的厚度可以设置为900μm。
在本实施例中,中间层2300可以选择由硅胶制成的硅胶层。中间层2300的厚度为15~500μm。中间层2300的厚度可以根据实际需要进行设置。具体的,在本实施例中,中间层2300的厚度可以选择为500μm。
吸附层3000,用于贴合在曲面屏上。具体的,在本实施例中,吸附层3000选择由硅胶制成的硅胶层。
其中,吸附层3000上设置有用于贴合在曲面屏上的贴合面3100,贴合面3100是一个光滑曲面。贴合面3100上设置有与曲面屏相匹配的弧度。具体的,针对不同的曲面屏,对屏幕贴膜的弧度进行设置和调整。
如图2所示,在本实施例中,OCA光学胶层1000的上方设置有玻璃层4000。在本实施例中,玻璃层4000、OCA光学胶层1000、印刷层5000、基材层2000和吸附层3000均设置有相同的弧度,且彼此之间相互平行设置。
实施例3
参阅图3,在本实施例中,提出一种屏幕贴膜,包括自上至下依次设置的OCA光学胶层1000、基材层2000、印刷层5000、UV胶层6000和吸附层3000。
OCA光学胶层1000由OCA光线胶构成。OCA光学胶层1000的厚度设置为20~500μm。具体的,OCA光学胶层1000的厚度可以根据实际的需要进行设置。在本实施例中,OCA光学胶的厚度可以设置为150μm。
基材层2000,作为承载体,用于承载OCA光学胶层1000、印刷层5000、UV胶层6000和吸附层3000。基材层2000可以视为屏幕贴膜的骨架,它的机械性能便决定了屏幕贴膜的机械性能。
如图4所示,基材层2000包括自上至下设置的第一离型层2100、PET层2200、中间层2300和第二离型层2400。
PET层2200由PET制成,PET层2200的厚度为25~900μm。具体的,PET层2200的厚度可以根据实际的需要进行设置。其中,在本实施例中,PET层2200的厚度可以设置为850μm。
在本实施例中,中间层2300可以选择由硅胶制成的硅胶层。中间层2300的厚度为15~500μm。中间层2300的厚度可以根据实际需要进行设置。具体的,在本实施例中,中间层2300的厚度可以选择为470μm。
印刷层5000上可以包括有图案、颜色等印刷。具体的,可以根据实际的需要对印刷的图案、颜色进行选择。
UV胶层6000是由UV胶构成。UV胶又称光敏胶、紫外光固化胶,是一种必须通过紫外线光照才能固化的一类胶粘剂。UV胶层6000用于粘连印刷层5000和吸附层3000。
吸附层3000,用于贴合在曲面屏上。具体的,在本实施例中,吸附层3000选择由硅胶制成的硅胶层。
其中,吸附层3000上设置有用于贴合在曲面屏上的贴合面3100,贴合面3100是一个光滑曲面。贴合面3100上设置有与曲面屏相匹配的弧度。具体的,针对不同的曲面屏,对屏幕贴膜的弧度进行设置和调整。
如图3所示,在本实施例中,OCA光学胶层1000的上方设置有玻璃层4000。在本实施例中,玻璃层4000、OCA光学胶层1000、基材层2000、印刷层5000、UV胶层6000和吸附层3000均设置有相同的弧度,且彼此之间相互平行设置。它们的弧度具体可以可以与曲面屏的弧度相同。
本领域技术人员可以理解附图只是一个优选实施场景的示意图,附图中的模块或流程并不一定是实施本发明所必须的。
本领域技术人员可以理解实施场景中的装置中的模块可以按照实施场景描述进行分布于实施场景的装置中,也可以进行相应变化位于不同于本实施场景的一个或多个装置中。上述实施场景的模块可以合并为一个模块,也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。
上述本发明序号仅仅为了描述,不代表实施场景的优劣。
以上公开的仅为本发明的几个具体实施场景,但是,本发明并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护范围。
本申请具有工业实用性,这种屏幕贴膜,通过贴合面可以紧密地与曲面屏相贴合,使两者之间可以消除缝隙,同时,贴合面的中间部分也不会出现悬空的状态。由于贴合面的 结构特征,使其可以整体贴合于曲面屏上,这极大地提高了触摸的灵敏度,不会出现触摸不良的现象。同时,贴合面与曲面屏贴合密切的缘故,屏幕贴膜的边缘不会发生飘起,即使大力按压屏幕贴膜时,屏幕贴膜也不会产生变形。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种屏幕贴膜,其特征在于,包括自上至下依次设置的OCA光学胶层、作为承载体的基材层和用于贴合在曲面屏上的吸附层;
    所述吸附层配置有用于贴合在所述曲面屏上的贴合面;
    所述贴合面为一光滑曲面,且所述贴合面配置有与所述曲面屏相匹配的弧度。
  2. 一种屏幕贴膜,其特征在于,所述贴膜包括自上至下依次设置的OCA光学胶层、作为承载体的基材层和用于贴合在所述屏幕上的吸附层;
    所述吸附层上配置有用于贴合在所述屏幕上的贴合面;
    所述贴合面为一光滑面,且所述贴合面与所述屏幕相配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的屏幕贴膜,其特征在于,所述屏幕为曲面屏,所述贴合面配置有与所述曲面屏相匹配的弧度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的屏幕贴膜,其特征在于,所述基材层包括自上至下设置的第一离型层、PET层、中间层和第二离型层,所述第二离型层与所述吸附层相配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的屏幕贴膜,其特征在于,所述PET层的厚度为25~900μm。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的屏幕贴膜,其特征在于,所述中间层的厚度为15~500μm。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的屏幕贴膜,其特征在于,所述中间层为硅胶层。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的屏幕贴膜,其特征在于,所述第一离型层和所述第二离型层的材质为聚乙烯。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的屏幕贴膜,其特征在于,所述吸附层的材质包括硅胶、可移胶和UV胶中的任意一种。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的屏幕贴膜,其特征在于,所述OCA光学胶层的厚度为20~500μm。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的屏幕贴膜,其特征在于,所述贴膜还包括玻璃层,所述玻璃层被配置为与所述OCA光学胶层相互配合并位于于所述OCA光学胶层远离所述基材层的一侧。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的屏幕贴膜,其特征在于,所述OCA光学胶层与所述基材层之间设置有印刷层。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的屏幕贴膜,其特征在于,在所述基材层和所述吸附层之间依次设置有印刷层和UV胶层。
  14. 一种用于屏幕贴膜的基材层,其特征在于,所述基材层包括自上至下设置的第一离型层、PET层、中间层和第二离型层,所述基材层上具有与所述屏幕相配合的贴合面。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的基材层,其特征在于,所述屏幕为曲面屏,所述贴合面配置有与所述曲面屏相匹配的弧度。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的基材层,其特征在于,所述PET层的厚度为25~900μm。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的基材层,其特征在于,所述中间层的厚度为15~500μm。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的基材层,其特征在于,所述中间层为硅胶层。
  19. 根据权利要求14所述的基材层,其特征在于,所述第一离型层和所述第二离型层的材质为聚乙烯。
