Its feature is characterized as; clamp (20), which is used in the insertion and removal of the packing (10) into the nose and which is capable of squeezing and loosening, and the clamping rods (30) that are connected with the clamp (20) that uniformly distributes the pressure force from the clamps (20) to the nasal bone.

Description

SPECIFICATION
NASAL PACKING WITH PINCHING SYSTEM
Technological Area:
The invention relates to nasal packings, which are used in the nasal passages of the nose during surgery and which act as a reducing agent in the formation of the nasal swelling and edema of the patient after the operation and which allow the breathing through the nose. The present invention relates to a new nasal packing construct that enhances the breathing ability and is easier to disassemble and install.
State of the Art:
Although today's silicone nose packings are very advantageous compared to the previous packings, there are many problems to be solved. The first of them, these buffers need to be sutured to septum and they are painful when removed, and they should be removed under the supervision of a doctor. Because sutures cannot be removed by the patients. It is also a painful way to fix the tampons by suturing the cartilage tissue of the patient, as well as discouraging the patients who are considering the nose surgery.
Since the tampons are sutured to septum or membranous septum, the ends remain inside the nose and blood and mucus leaking from the nose close the mouth of the pipes which keeps getting air and cause the patient not to breathe from nose. Since it is difficult to clean, this must be done under the supervision of a doctor, however after a short time the mouth will be closed again. The packings do not have the luxury of being replaced again after the removal after being cleaned. This situation can cause serious problems in respect of hygiene and for the patient health. It also causes a painful process for the patient, since the packing must be cleaned or replaced only after the doctor has performed it and then the suturing process is done again.
The intended use of nasal packings is to prevent hematoma formation in the septum, thus accelerating wound healing and reducing edema formation in the nose. However, the nasal packings used today only apply pressure on the nasal bone at the point where it is sutured. Because when it is sutured by one side, it is not sutured by the other side. In this case, a homogeneous pressure cannot be applied to the nasal bone. It can prevent the nasal swelling up to a certain extent, and in some cases, it cannot prevent it. It is only attached to protect breathing. The ventilation pipes of nasal packings used today are designed to be in oval shape. The use of oval pipes during ventilation makes air exchange difficult because of the triangular structure of the nose.
As a result, there is a need to construct a new nasal packing with the aim of overcoming the above given disadvantages.
Description of the invention:
This invention is a nasal packing with a pinching system that enhances breathability and is easier to disassemble and mount.
The object of the invention is to establish a new nasal packing construct that applies homogeneous pressure to the nasal bone in order to reduce swelling and edema in the nose after the operation. Another object of the invention is to establish a new nasal packing construct that the patients can insert and remove.
Another object of the invention is to establish a new nasal packing construct that will facilitate the breathing of the patients.
Another object of the invention is to establish a new nasal packing construct that can be cleaned by patients. Another object of the invention is to reveal the nasal packing construct that exerts pressure on the outside of the nose.
Another object of the invention is to reveal a new nasal packing construct that allows swelling, edema, and wounds to be healed more quickly in patients after the nasal surgery.

Disclosure of the Invention:
The invention basically comprises a clamp (20), the clamping rods (30) connected to the clamp (20), and two packings (10) connected by the clamping rods (30). The packings (10) used in combination have a triangular cross-sectional structure, as opposed to the oval buffers (10) used today, and they include air ducts (12) therein. (Figure-1, Figure-2) Detailed Disclosure of the Invention:
The clamp (20) takes place in the invention works with a spring mechanism. The distance between the clamping rods (30) connected to the clamp (20) is increased when the ends in the section with the angled edges are pressed. It has the same principle as the latches used today.
The packings (10) used in the invention are designed in a hollow triangular (11) cross- section. The clamping rods (30) are connected to the triangular space (11) provided therein. This may be through bonding, gluing and the like mounting methods. The distance between the clamping rods (30) increases when the tips of the clamps (20) are pressed against the tips. A packing (10) is inserted into one nostril such that the other packing (10) is inserted into the other nostril in a settled way, and the clamping rods (30) are inserted into the nostrils, and the packing (10) is inserted into the nostrils so that the end of the packing (10) remains outside. If it is desired to remove the packings (10) from the nostrils, the ends of the pincers (20) are again pressed and the packings (10) are easily removed from the nose. After the nose surgery, the patient's nostrils swell and close completely. The air duct (12) located in the packing (10) allows the patient to continue breathing through the nose. The packing (10) has a triangular (11) cross-section that facilitates the exchange of air due to its similarity with the nasal anatomical structure. The packing (10) is made from a thermoplastic material and is designed to have a triangular cross-section (11) so that air can be supplied more smoothly and the packing (10) can also exert pressure on the nose outer surfaces.
The clamping rods (30) used in the invention allow a uniform pressure by the packing (10) to be applied to the nose middle bone. In this way, the meats in the nose is less swollen and the formation of edema is reduced. The pressing force is the pressing force from the clamp (20).
The pincers (20) used in the invention allow a patient to install and remove a packing (10) by himself or herself.
Therefore, the invention is a nasal packing with a pinching system with which the patients can swiftly heal swelling and edema after the nasal surgery and can be removed with their own means. The invention comprises a packing (10) having a cross-section of a triangle (11) which exerts a stronger pressure on the inner walls of the nose and which facilitates breathing from the nose, and an air duct (12) with a cross-section of triangle (11) which facilitates breathing.
