[根据细则37.2由ISA制定的发明名称]　一种橱柜门 技术领域
本实用新型涉及厨柜技术领域，具体涉及一种新型厨柜门型。
 背景技术
传统的封边拉手门型一般是金属部分完全在门板上部，很难实现大面积金属面外漏，从结构上很难达到金属和门板材质的精密配合，并且金属和门板材质连接的牢固度也不够。
 技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型厨柜门型，该门型能够解决现有技术中存在的不足，不仅能够实现大面积金属面外漏，还能够有效提升金属拉手和门板的配合精度和连接刚性牢固度。
 技术解决方案
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用了以下技术方案：
一种新型厨柜门型，包括门板和安装在门板上端的封边拉手；所述封边拉手包括位于门板顶部上方的封边板、设置在封边板前端上方的扣手板、设置在封边板前端下方的装饰板、位于装饰板底部的收口条以及设置在封边板中段下方且嵌入安装在门板顶部的固定脚；所述门板顶部开设有与固定脚相适应的安装槽。
进一步的，所述封边拉手采用金属材质。
进一步的，所述门板的上端前侧设有与装饰板相适应的安装面，且所述安装面的高度等于装饰板的高度。
进一步的，所述固定脚包括固定板和设置在固定板前后侧壁上的倒刺结构。
进一步的，所述安装槽的深度大于固定脚的高度。
 有益效果
由以上技术方案可知，本实用新型在传统封边拉手门型安装的弊端上优化结构，将受力安装面从传统的单面提升到两个面并且相互约束自由度，大大提高了门板与封边拉手结构的稳定性，并且使大面积的金属面外漏，有助于提高批量生产的生产质量与生产效率。

 本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明：
如图1-图4所示的一种新型厨柜门型，包括门板2和安装在门板2上端的封边拉手1。所述封边拉手1通过粘合剂粘接在门板2上。所述封边拉手1包括位于门板2顶部上方的封边板11、设置在封边板11前端上方的扣手板12、设置在封边板11前端下方的装饰板13、位于装饰板13底部的收口条14以及设置在封边板11中段下方且嵌入安装在门板1顶部的固定脚15；所述门板2顶部开设有与固定脚15相适应的安装槽21。所述封边板，用于对门板的顶部进行封边。所述扣手板，用于打开厨柜门。所述装饰板，用于设置在门板上端的前侧，在起到装饰作用的同时，还能够对经常与用户手部接触的门板上端起到一定的保护作用。所述收口条，用于确保装饰板与安装面连接的稳固性，并防止灰尘及水分从装饰板与安装面底部的缝隙进入到二者之间，进一步确保二者连接的稳固性。
进一步的，所述封边拉手1采用金属材质。
进一步的，所述门板2的上端前侧设有与装饰板相适应的安装面22，且所述安装面22的高度等于装饰板13的高度。
进一步的，所述固定脚15包括固定板和设置在固定板前后侧壁上的倒刺结构16。所述固定脚15嵌入安装在安装槽21中，在通过粘接剂连接固定脚与安装槽的基础上，通过倒刺结构，进一步的确保固定脚与安装槽连接的牢固度。
进一步的，所述安装槽21的深度大于固定脚15的高度。
本实用新型的安装过程为：
所述封边拉手1通过铝型材热拉成型，并裁切到指定的长度尺寸，其中固定脚15需要将两头齐端口裁切5公分适并保证封边板11与固定脚15的结合面平整无毛刺。
所述门板2需要通过CNC铣型留出安装面22，且其铣切深度等于封边拉手1中装饰板13的厚度。同时，采用锯床在门板的顶部开设安装槽21，安装槽21的深度大于封边拉手1中的固定脚15的深度，宽度大于固定脚15的宽度，以确保固定脚在安装槽中有一定的自由度可以调节。
首先，在门板2的安装槽21的内壁上和安装面22上涂装一定的粘合剂（玻璃胶或木工胶）。然后，将固定脚15插入到安装槽21中，固定脚通过粘合剂固定在固定槽中；与此同时，装饰板的后侧壁与L型安装面的纵向面紧密粘接，装饰板的底面与L型安装面的横向面紧密粘接。在这个过程中，要确保安装到位无空鼓和翘脚。最后，封边拉手1中的收口条14完全盖住门板2中安装面22的下端口，从而达到收口的作用；并采用夹具加紧安装好的门型，24小时后带胶干即可。
以上所述的实施例仅仅是对本实用新型的优选实施方式进行描述，并非对本实用新型的范围进行限定，在不脱离本实用新型设计精神的前提下，本领域普通技术人员对本实用新型的技术方案作出的各种变形和改进，均应落入本实用新型权利要求书确定的保护范围内。
 本发明的实施方式
如图1-图4所示的一种新型厨柜门型，包括门板2和安装在门板2上端的封边拉手1。所述封边拉手1通过粘合剂粘接在门板2上。所述封边拉手1包括位于门板2顶部上方的封边板11、设置在封边板11前端上方的扣手板12、设置在封边板11前端下方的装饰板13、位于装饰板13底部的收口条14以及设置在封边板11中段下方且嵌入安装在门板1顶部的固定脚15；所述门板2顶部开设有与固定脚15相适应的安装槽21。所述封边板，用于对门板的顶部进行封边。所述扣手板，用于打开厨柜门。所述装饰板，用于设置在门板上端的前侧，在起到装饰作用的同时，还能够对经常与用户手部接触的门板上端起到一定的保护作用。所述收口条，用于确保装饰板与安装面连接的稳固性，并防止灰尘及水分从装饰板与安装面底部的缝隙进入到二者之间，进一步确保二者连接的稳固性。
进一步的，所述封边拉手1采用金属材质。
进一步的，所述门板2的上端前侧设有与装饰板相适应的安装面22，且所述安装面22的高度等于装饰板13的高度。
进一步的，所述固定脚15包括固定板和设置在固定板前后侧壁上的倒刺结构16。所述固定脚15嵌入安装在安装槽21中，在通过粘接剂连接固定脚与安装槽的基础上，通过倒刺结构，进一步的确保固定脚与安装槽连接的牢固度。
进一步的，所述安装槽21的深度大于固定脚15的高度。
本实用新型的安装过程为：
所述封边拉手1通过铝型材热拉成型，并裁切到指定的长度尺寸，其中固定脚15需要将两头齐端口裁切5公分适并保证封边板11与固定脚15的结合面平整无毛刺。

首先，在门板2的安装槽21的内壁上和安装面22上涂装一定的粘合剂（玻璃胶或木工胶）。然后，将固定脚15插入到安装槽21中，固定脚通过粘合剂固定在固定槽中；与此同时，装饰板的后侧壁与L型安装面的纵向面紧密粘接，装饰板的底面与L型安装面的横向面紧密粘接。在这个过程中，要确保安装到位无空鼓和翘脚。最后，封边拉手1中的收口条14完全盖住门板2中安装面22的下端口，从而达到收口的作用；并采用夹具加紧安装好的门型，24小时后带胶干即可。
 工业实用性
由以上技术方案可知，本实用新型在传统封边拉手门型安装的弊端上优化结构，将受力安装面从传统的单面提升到两个面并且相互约束自由度，大大提高了门板与封边拉手结构的稳定性，并且使大面积的金属面外漏，有助于提高批量生产的生产质量与生产效率，具有一定的工业实用性。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种新型厨柜门型，其特征在于：包括门板和安装在门板上端的封边拉手；所述封边拉手包括位于门板顶部上方的封边板、设置在封边板前端上方的扣手板、设置在封边板前端下方的装饰板、位于装饰板底部的收口条以及设置在封边板中段下方且嵌入安装在门板顶部的固定脚；所述门板顶部开设有与固定脚相适应的安装槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型厨柜门型，其特征在于：所述封边拉手采用金属材质。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型厨柜门型，其特征在于：所述门板的上端前侧设有与装饰板相适应的安装面，且所述安装面的高度等于装饰板的高度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型厨柜门型，其特征在于：所述固定脚包括固定板和设置在固定板前后侧壁上的倒刺结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型厨柜门型，其特征在于：所述安装槽的深度大于固定脚的高度。
