Description

一种自动铁粉提取机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种试验检测设备,用于碎状、粉状物中铁粉含量的检测,特别是一种自动铁粉提取机。
背景技术
目前,在碎状、粉状物中铁粉含量的检测方面,样品的提取处理还没有专用的仪器设备,完全依靠人工方法手持磁棒搅拌提取,人为控制提取时间,费工费力,提取效果也不能保证一致,容易造成检验结果的偏差。
发明内容
为了克服这些问题,本发明提出了一种自动铁粉提取机,包括底座,固定在底座上的支架和电机,支架上固定有电气控制箱,电机的输出端安装有主动带轮,安装在底座上的从动带轮通过传动带与主动带轮实现动力传导,从动带轮内固定有转动轴,转动轴上固定有样品桶,支架的端部有升降杆,升降杆的一侧有升降齿,升降齿与一个可旋转地安装在支架端部的手轮的轮齿相啮合,支架的端部还安装有能够将升降杆固定的紧定螺栓,其特征是,所述升降杆的下部还包括一个挂钩,挂钩内放置有磁棒。本发明提出的自动铁粉提取机,可以自动搅拌提取样品中的铁粉,定时控制,保证一致的提取效果,节省人力,提高工作效率。
进一步地,本发明提出的自动铁粉提取机,所述电机为减速电机,传动轴通过紧固盘和安装在紧固盘上的轴承可旋转地安装在底座上。用减速电机带动样品桶旋转,代替人工搅拌,节省人力。升降杆和挂钩的材质为塑料,是因为塑料没有磁性,不会在测量过程中吸附铁粉,造成测量误差。
本发明的样品桶为上部开口的圆桶,为了解决样品桶在转动过程中,会出现抖动的转动不平衡问题,本发明的进一步改进是,样品桶的底部还有用于动平衡的配重盘,配重盘与样品桶固定连接,在配重盘上镶嵌、焊接或者粘接金属配重块,实现样品桶与配重盘的整体动平衡。样品桶的材质为塑料。
为了更好地实现样品桶在旋转时对桶内样品的搅拌和带动样品旋转的效果,本发明的自动铁粉提取机,在样品桶的内壁还固定有塑料材质的搅拌叶片。
为了保证本发明提出的自动铁粉提取机的试验检测对铁粉的提取效果,磁棒为长条形永磁体,磁力为8000高斯~15000高斯。磁棒也可以选择为电磁体,加电后磁力为8000高斯~15000高斯。发明人实验测定,磁棒磁力为8000高斯~15000高斯时,能够较为迅速和牢固地吸附铁粉,
为了满足特定温度条件下的铁粉检测,例如一些常温下粘稠、需要加热乳化的物质,或者在冬季低温情况下需要加热后进行检测的混合物,本发明的进一步改进是,升降杆为金属杆,升降杆内有电热装置,所述电热装置可以将热量传递至升降杆。电热装置发热体可以是铁铬铝电热合金,铁铬铝电热合金使用温度高,使用寿命长、表面负荷高、抗氧化性能好、电阻率高,价格便宜。
为了避免被检测混合物的一部分物质与升降杆粘连,造成被粘接的物质无法在样品桶内继续旋转运动、无法参与铁粉含量的检测,造成误差,降低被检测混合物在样品桶内转动时与升降杆之间的摩擦阻力,本发明的进一步改进是,在升降杆的表面喷涂聚四氟乙烯。聚四氟乙烯具有抗酸抗碱、抗各种有机溶剂的特点,几乎不溶于所有的溶剂,同时具有耐高温的特点,在升降杆被加热的情况下,不破坏聚四氟乙烯的稳定性和使用功能,并且它的摩擦系数极低,能够降低被检测混合物在样品桶内转动时与升降杆之间的摩擦阻力,提高检测效率和检测结果的准确性,降低电机功率消耗,节约能源。
为了准确地控制样品桶内被检测物质的温度,本发明的进一步改进是,在升降杆内有温度感应装置,所述温度感应装置为热敏电阻。进一步地,本发明提出的自动铁粉提取机,还包括自动温度控制系统,该系统可以根据温度感应装置获取的温度参数与试验前设定温度值对比,对升降杆内的电热装置进行自动通断电控制,进而控制样品桶内被检测物质的温度。本发明采用的自动温度控制系统及其电路,采用目前在电学领域通用的公知的自动温度控制系统及电路。
本发明提出的自动铁粉提取机,电气控制箱内有计时电路控制时间继电器,进而制电机的运转时间,保证多次检测时,避免时间误差,进而取得更加准确的检测结果。
本发明的有益效果是,在保证实验效果的前提下,能节省人力,提高工作效率,易于制造。

实施例1
一种自动铁粉提取机,包括底座1,固定在底座1上的支架2和电机3,支架2上固定有电气控制箱6,电机3的输出端安装有主动带轮31,安装在底座1上的从动带轮41通过传动带32与主动带轮31实现动力传导,从动带轮31内固定有转动轴44,转动轴44上固定有样品桶4,支架2的端部有升降杆5,升降杆5的一侧有升降齿51,升降齿51与一个可旋转地安装在支架2端部的手轮52的轮齿相啮合,支架2的端部还安装有能够将升降杆5固定的紧定螺栓55,升降杆5的下部还包括一个挂钩53,挂钩53内放置有磁棒54。电机3为减速电机,传动轴44通过紧固盘42和安装在紧固盘42上的轴承43可旋转地安装在底座上。
样品桶4为上部开口的圆桶,直径26cm,高20cm,厚0.8cm,有机玻璃,带3个固定头,样品桶4的底部还有用于动平衡的配重盘,配重盘为圆形,直径30cm,厚1cm,有机玻璃,带3个固定孔,与样品桶4的3个固定头固定连接。样品桶4的内壁还有搅拌叶片。磁棒54为长条形永磁体,磁棒长20cm,截面为边长3cm的正方形,磁力为10000高斯。升降杆5为金属杆表面喷涂聚四氟乙烯,内有电热装置。电气控制箱6有定时器,可定时0~1小时内任意时间;到时间后蜂鸣报警;自动切断电机电源。
使用操作步骤是,将磁棒54用塑料封口袋装好,放在升降杆5的挂钩53上。将样品:500克辣椒粉,放在样品桶4内,将样品加5升蒸馏水混合成为液态混合物液态混合物能够比固态粉状物更加易于检测铁粉含量,打开紧定螺栓55,转动手轮52将磁棒放入样品中,调整好高度,关闭紧定螺栓55,锁定升降杆5。开启电气控制箱6的电源,调整工作时间和电机转速,按开始键,提取开始,提取结束本发明的铁粉自动提取机自动停止,也可按停止键主动停止。打开紧定螺栓55,转动手轮52将磁棒54上升取出,将磁棒54从塑料封口袋中取出后,铁粉从塑料封口袋上脱落或者冲洗到称量容器例如坩埚上,然后将坩埚放入300℃的高温炉灰化1小时,冷却至室温后,用蒸馏水洗去灰分,再放入100℃干燥箱内干燥1小时,冷却后进行铁粉含量称重。
实施例2
本发明的第二种实施方式,与实施例1不同的是,磁棒54为电磁体,长12cm,长条形,截面为边长3cm的正方形,加电后磁力为15000高斯,电气控制箱6有定时器,可定时0~1小时内任意时间;到时间后蜂鸣报警;自动切断电机电源。电气控制箱6带漏电保护,保险丝和电磁铁开关,电机3为小型定速电机,特点是噪音小,耗电低。

  1. 一种自动铁粉提取机,包括底座(1),固定在底座(1)上的支架(2)和电机(3),支架(2)上固定有电气控制箱(6),电机(3)的输出端安装有主动带轮(31),安装在底座(1)上的从动带轮(41)通过传动带(32)与主动带轮(31)实现动力传导,从动带轮(31)内固定有转动轴(44),转动轴(44)上固定有样品桶(4),支架(2)的端部有升降杆(5),升降杆(5)的一侧有升降齿(51),升降齿(51)与一个可旋转地安装在支架(2)端部的手轮(52)的轮齿相啮合,支架(2)的端部还安装有能够将升降杆(5)固定的紧定螺栓(55),其特征是,所述升降杆(5)的下部还包括一个挂钩(53),挂钩(53)内放置有磁棒(54)。
