Description

用于冰箱除菌的LED装置 技术领域
本发明涉及冰箱除菌技术领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种用于冰箱除菌的LED装置。
背景技术
安装在冰箱内部、通过照明杀菌的装置有紫外线灯和LED灯。紫外线灯由于对人眼有伤害、已逐渐被淘汰,蓝光LED灯低温储存可达到抗菌和保鲜效果,越来越多地应用于冰箱除菌、保鲜和照明中。
现有技术中,冰箱内部安装的LED灯多为凸出的圆顶式,通过其向下方存储物照射,实现除菌、保鲜和照明。LED灯的杀菌效果与其照射距离有关,但是冰箱内存储物大小不一、高低不齐,使得凸出的圆顶式的LED灯到每个存储物表面的照射距离不一,从而使得杀菌、保鲜的效果不均匀。
发明内容
针对上述技术中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种用于冰箱除菌的LED装置,LED灯与冰箱存储物的垂直照射距离可自动调节,达到均匀照射、杀菌和保鲜效果。
为了实现根据本发明的这些目的和其它优点,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
本发明提供一种用于冰箱除菌的LED装置,其包括:LED灯具,其包括沿竖直方向滑动连接到冰箱内侧顶部的若干个并列设置的LED灯和传感器;控制器,其位于冰箱内侧;所述控制器分别通信连接到所述LED灯和所述传感器;其中,所述LED灯为垂直照射存储物表面的蓝光LED;所述传感器用于采集与其并列设置的所述LED灯与存储物体顶端的实时垂直距离信息并发送给所述控制器;所述控制器根据接收的所述实时垂直距离信息发出驱动所 述LED灯沿竖直方向靠近或远离存储物的第一驱动信息。
优选的是,所述控制器还用于发出同时控制所述传感器和所述LED灯的启闭的第二驱动信息。
优选的是,所述LED灯具还包括顶端连接到冰箱内侧顶部、底端分别并列设置有所述LED灯和所述传感器的若干个伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆与所述控制器电连接,所述控制器发出的第一驱动信息驱动所述伸缩杆沿竖直方向伸缩。
优选的是,所述伸缩杆顶端转动连接到冰箱内侧顶部;所述控制器根据所述实时垂直距离信息,发出驱动所述伸缩杆顶端绕冰箱内侧顶部转动的第三驱动信息。
优选的是,所述LED灯和所述传感器分别可拆卸连接到所述伸缩杆底端。
优选的是,所述LED灯具还包括柔性罩设在所有所述LED灯外侧的透明灯罩。
优选的是,每个所述LED灯底端距离冰箱存储物的垂直距离范围为5-10厘米。

本发明提供的用于冰箱除菌的LED装置,控制器根据传感器发送的LED灯与存储物顶端的实时垂直距离信息,发出第一驱动信息,驱动LED灯沿竖直方向靠近或远离存储物,以自动、快速调节LED灯与其下方对应的存储物的垂直照射距离,实现大小不一、高低不齐的存储物表面到其上方对应的若干个LED灯之间垂直照射距离的智能调节,满足照射均匀,达到均匀的杀菌和保鲜效果。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。

如图1和图2所示,本发明提供一种用于冰箱除菌的LED装置,其包括LED灯具10和控制器20。LED灯具10包括沿竖直方向滑动连接到冰箱30内侧顶部的若干个并列设置的LED灯11和传感器12。LED灯11为点光源的蓝光LED,用于垂直照射存储物表面以杀菌和保鲜。传感器12用于采集与其并列设置的LED灯11与存储物体顶端的实时垂直距离信息并发送给控制器20。控制器20位于冰箱30内侧,控制器20分别通信连接到LED灯11和传感器12。控制器20根据接收的实时垂直距离信息,发出驱动LED灯11沿竖直方向靠近或远离存储物的第一驱动信息。
上述实施方式中,通过控制器20根据传感器12发送的LED灯11与存储物顶端的实时垂直距离信息,发出第一驱动信息,驱动LED灯11沿竖直方向滑行,以自动、快速调节LED灯11与其下方对应的存储物的照射距离,实现大小不一、高低不齐的存储物表面到其上方对应的若干个LED灯11之间垂直照射距离的智能调节,达到均匀照射、杀菌以及保鲜效果。
作为上述实施方式的优选,控制器20还用于发出同时控制传感器12和LED灯11的启闭的第二驱动信息。第二驱动信息控制传感器12和LED灯11的同时启闭,满足控制器20根据传感器12发送的实时垂直距离信息可迅速发出第一驱动信息驱动LED灯11的竖直滑行来快读调整LED灯11与存储物表面的距离。
作为上述实施方式的优选,LED灯具10还包括顶端连接到冰箱30内侧顶部、底端分别并列设置有LED灯11和传感器12的若干个伸缩杆13。伸缩杆13与控制器20电连接,控制器20发出的第一驱动信息驱动伸缩杆13沿 竖直方向伸缩,伸缩杆13沿竖直方向伸缩运动,带动其底端并列设置的LED灯11靠近或远离下方对应的存储物,进而调节LED灯11与其下方对应的存储物表面的垂直照射距离。作为进一步的优选,伸缩杆13顶端转动连接到冰箱30内侧顶部;控制器20根据实时垂直距离信息,发出驱动伸缩杆13顶端绕冰箱30内侧顶部转动的第三驱动信息。具体地,伸缩杆13顶端通过转轴14绕冰箱30内侧顶部转动,用于提供LED灯11对存储物倾斜表面的垂直照射,满足存储物倾斜表面的除菌和保鲜。
作为上述实施方式的优选,LED灯11和传感器12分别可拆卸连接到伸缩杆13底端。LED灯11和传感器12与伸缩杆13底端的可拆卸连接,利于某一个LED灯11或传感器12故障的便利更换,而不用整体更换LED灯具10,节省成本。
作为上述实施方式的优选,LED灯具10还包括柔性罩设在所有LED灯11外侧的透明灯罩,图中未具体示出。柔性的透明灯罩,在不影响LED灯11穿透照射到存储物表面的前提下,具有柔性,可以满足对若干个伸缩杆13在竖直方向不同伸缩量的罩护,从而避免LED灯11接触冰箱内部被污染。
作为上述实施方式的优选,每个LED灯11底端距离冰箱30存储物的垂直距离范围为5-10厘米,具有较好的杀菌、保鲜效果。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用。它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域。对于熟悉本领域的人员而言可容易地实现另外的修改。因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种用于冰箱除菌的LED装置,其特征在于,其包括:
    LED灯具,其包括沿竖直方向滑动连接到冰箱内侧顶部的若干个并列设置的LED灯和传感器;
    控制器,其位于冰箱内侧;所述控制器分别通信连接到所述LED灯和所述传感器;
    其中,所述LED灯为垂直照射存储物表面的蓝光LED;所述传感器用于采集与其并列设置的所述LED灯与存储物体顶端的实时垂直距离信息并发送给所述控制器;所述控制器根据接收的所述实时垂直距离信息,发出驱动所述LED灯沿竖直方向靠近或远离存储物的第一驱动信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用于冰箱除菌的LED装置,其特征在于,所述控制器还用于发出同时控制所述传感器和所述LED灯的启闭的第二驱动信息。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的用于冰箱除菌的LED装置,其特征在于,所述LED灯具还包括顶端连接到冰箱内侧顶部、底端分别并列设置有所述LED灯和所述传感器的若干个伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆与所述控制器电连接,所述控制器发出的第一驱动信息驱动所述伸缩杆沿竖直方向伸缩。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的用于冰箱除菌的LED装置,其特征在于,所述伸缩杆顶端转动连接到冰箱内侧顶部;所述控制器根据所述实时垂直距离信息,发出驱动所述伸缩杆顶端绕冰箱内侧顶部转动的第三驱动信息。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的用于冰箱除菌的LED装置,其特征在于,所述LED灯和所述传感器分别可拆卸连接到所述伸缩杆底端。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的用于冰箱除菌的LED装置,其特征在于,所述LED灯具还包括柔性罩设在所有所述LED灯外侧的透明灯罩。
  7. 如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的用于冰箱除菌的LED装置,其特征在于,每个所述LED灯底端距离冰箱存储物的垂直距离范围为5-10厘米。
