背景技术
随着智能手机的普及,手机的配件如手机壳也随之普及。手机壳用于防止手机摔坏摔裂,其具有缓冲减震的作用。为了满足用户对手机的手感轻薄的要求,手机在其厚度尺寸上越来越薄,而现有的手机壳为包覆式的手机壳,配套使用后,反而增加了手机的厚度,影响手机的整体手感。有些手机壳虽然不是全壳包覆设计,是由上框和下框组合框覆于手机壳侧壁,但上框和下框通过螺丝相连,影响美观度的同时增加结构空间,从而扩大手机的整体尺寸,影响手感。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种磁性金属手机壳。
本实用新型公开的一种磁性金属手机壳,包括上框、活动连接于上框的下框及设置于上框和下框的多组磁铁,上框和下框分别设有相对的多组凹槽,多组磁铁设置于多组所述凹槽内,其中每相邻的二个磁铁的磁极呈N极和S极交错排列,上框和下框的内侧壁分别设有软胶层。
根据本实用新型的一实施方式,上述每组磁铁包括相邻的四个磁铁,每组凹槽包括相邻的四个凹槽。
根据本实用新型的一实施方式,上述多个铁片分别设置于多组凹槽内并位于多组磁铁的底部。
根据本实用新型的一实施方式,上述上框和下框分别为铝一体成型。
根据本实用新型的一实施方式,上述上框和下框的一侧枢接。
根据本实用新型的一实施方式,上述上框和下框的相对的端面分别设有相互扣合的凹凸结构。

请参阅图1图2及图3,其分别是本实施例中的磁性金属手机壳的示意图、爆炸图及另一爆炸图;如图所示,本申请的磁性金属手机壳包括上框1、下框2及多组磁铁3,其中上框1和下框2的端面分别设有相对的多组凹槽4,多组凹槽4分别设置于上框1和下框2的四周,多组磁铁3对应放置于多组凹槽4内,通过胶水粘接固定。
进一步地,每组磁铁3包括相邻的四个磁铁3,每组凹槽4包括相邻的四个凹槽4,每相邻的二个磁铁3的磁极呈N极和S极交错放置于凹槽4内,每二个磁铁3相邻,使得磁铁3两两间的磁力线缩短,磁性增强,通过相互反向排列,异极相吸,从而防止磁铁3漏磁,延长磁铁3的使用寿命。上框1和下框2的内侧壁由铸铝一体成型,其内侧壁还设有软胶层,软胶层通过涂覆硅胶固化形成,从而防止金属内侧壁的毛刺刮花手机,软胶层本身的弹性具有缓震的作用,当手机受到撞击时可缓解手机受损。
优选地,在每一凹槽4底部放置铁片5,首先将铁片5吸附于磁铁3的底部,再往凹槽4中涂布胶水,再将磁铁3放置于凹槽4内粘接固定。通过在磁铁3的底部放置铁片5,防止磁铁3与外界的金属相吸,进一步避免磁铁3漏磁。
优选地,为防止上框1和下框2在未组装前分离而不易保管,上框1和下框2的一侧枢接固定,上框1和下框2沿枢接轴6活动。在实际使用时,将手机放置于下框2内,上框1沿枢接轴6旋转至与下框2扣合,上框1的端面设 有多个凸柱11,下框2的端面设有多个相对应的限位凹槽21,上框1和下框2的凹凸结构使二者闭拢,与此同时,上框1的多组磁铁3的磁极与下框2的多组磁铁3的异性磁极相吸,紧密相连,上框1和下框2贴合于手机的四周,使手机与外界形成隔离,从而保护手机。当需要拆卸手机壳时,反向施力于上框1和下框2,使二者的磁铁3分离,同时上框1于下框2的凹凸结构分离,上框1与下框2沿枢接轴6向两边打开,即可取出手机,操作简单方便。
综上所述,本申请的磁性金属手机壳的上框和下框通过磁铁相吸扣合于手机侧面,在保护手机的同时保持手机的手感轻薄;相邻的磁铁之间的磁极呈N极和S极相邻交错排列,防止漏磁;软胶层可防止金属壳刮花手机并具有缓震的作用,本申请的磁性金属手机壳的结构简单,使用方便,成本低廉。

  1. 一种磁性金属手机壳,其特征在于,包括上框、活动连接于所述上框的下框及设置于所述上框和下框的多组磁铁,所述上框和下框分别设有相对的多组凹槽,多组所述磁铁设置于多组所述凹槽内,其中每相邻的二个所述磁铁的磁极呈N极和S极交错排列,所述上框和下框的内侧壁分别设有软胶层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的磁性金属手机壳,其特征在于,每组所述磁铁包括相邻的四个磁铁,每组所述凹槽包括相邻的四个凹槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的磁性金属手机壳,其特征在于,还包括多个铁片,多个所述铁片分别设置于多组所述凹槽内并位于多组所述磁铁的底部。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的磁性金属手机壳,其特征在于,所述上框和下框分别为铝一体成型。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的磁性金属手机壳,其特征在于,所述上框和下框的一侧枢接。
  6. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的磁性金属手机壳,其特征在于,所述上框和下框的相对的端面分别设有相互扣合的凹凸结构。
