首先参见图1-6,本申请的助便装置包括装置本体1、脚踏面板2和红外光源3,其中,所述脚踏面板2设置在所述装置本体1的上部,例如位于装置本体1的顶面,所述红外光源3设置在所述装置本体1的内部,且所述红外光源1的照射方向为朝向所述脚踏面板2,例如红外光源3设置在脚踏面板2的正下方。
例如,脚踏面板2包括左脚踏面板和右脚踏面板,分别用于支承用户的左脚和右脚。优选地,红外光源3可以采用具有近红外线IR-A、短波红外线IR-B、中/长波红外线IR-C三频段的红外护理灯炮,如PHILIPS IR R95E 100W。
当用户如厕时将脚踩踏在脚踏面板2上时,除了通过装置本体1的高度将用户的脚垫高以外,红外光源3发出的红外光还可对用户的脚底进行照射加热,使用户获得适当的人体温升,该部分红外光同时可以起到对人体进行护理的功效,从而在适当的人体温升和红外光照射的作用下有利于如厕排便。
优选地,脚踏面板2可采用阻燃材料(如阻燃PC材料)制成,具有强韧、耐磨、阻燃、且不易破裂的优点,一方面达到阻燃防火的目的,另一方面有利于红外光的传递。
优选地,装置本体1可采用阻燃材料(如阻燃ABS材料)制成,一方面保证装置本体的坚固耐用性,另一方面达到阻燃防火的目的。
优选地,本申请的助便装置中,在所述脚踏面板2和所述红外光源3之间还设置有网状保护装置4。该网状保护装置4一方面可防止红外光源3爆炸、破裂时碎片到达脚踏面板2处,从而可保护脚踏面板2不被碎片穿透,防止用户受伤;另一方面还可以防止脚踏面板2因意外发生破裂(如因重物坠落时的撞击力导致)时进一步伤及红外 光源3。另外,网状保护装置4不会明显影响红外光的传递。网状保护装置4可以采用各种合适的材料制成,只要能保证自身足够的强度即可。
优选地,所述网状保护装置4为金属网,例如不锈钢网,所述金属网与电源线的地线相连,由此可以导接到大地,以便在例如红外光源3发生破裂时保证不发生人身触电事故。
优选地,本申请的助便装置还可以包括过热防护装置5,其设置在所述脚踏面板2和所述红外光源3之间,用于在其所处位置处的温度超过设定值时断开电源通路,从而可以为用户提供进一步的安全保障,例如防止烫伤等。
优选地,所述过热防护装置5包括恒温开关51和/或温度保险丝52。
例如,恒温开关51为机械双簧片安规器件,当其所处温度达到预定最高值时,便会自动执行断开动作以切断电源通路,而当其所处温度低于预定最低值时,便会恢复接通电源通路。因此,通过设置恒温开关51,便可以保障温度值不会超过预定最高温度值。
在一个优选实施方式中,温度保险丝52可以与恒温开关51形成过热防护的双重保险。当恒温开关51因某些原因导致失效时,温度值可能因得不到恒温开关的断开动作保护而继续上升,当温度值上升到另一个不能接受的极高值时,通常就是安规温度保险丝的预置值,此时便会触发温度保险丝52的熔断而切断电源通路,最终确保不会发生过热事故。
当然,在其他实施方式中,也可以仅设置恒温开关51和温度保险丝52中的任意一者。
优选地,本申请的助便装置还可以包括温度调节装置(未示出),其例如通过调节所述红外光源3的功率实现对温度的调节,从而满足不同用户对于红外照射温度的个性化需求,例如,用户可以根据自身情况选择合适的温度档。
在一个优选实施方式中,温度调节装置可以按照如下的工作原理进行调节:红外光源3为发热源,控制装置9内设置有晶闸管、光绝 缘信号隔离器及微处理器,脚踏面板2下方设置有NTC温度传感器和过热防护装置5(包括恒温开关51和温度保险丝52)。其中,NTC温度传感器实时传感温度值信号给到控制装置9,控制装置9程序控制发出温度控制指令,温度控制指令通过光信号隔离器最终控制晶闸管的通断,晶闸管的通断直接开关红外光源3的电气回路,实现一个完整的闭环反馈的发热温控系统,达到精准调温恒温的功能。过热防护装置5全过程实时安规保障最高温升点,保障不会因为发热温控系统的失效出错而导致的危险发生。
优选地,本申请的助便装置中,所述脚踏面板2上还可以设有按摩凸起6。该按摩凸起6例如在左、右脚踏面板上各设置有一个,例如设置在对应于人体脚底涌泉穴的位置处,从而可以在用户如厕时按压涌泉穴而达到助推排便的效果。
容易理解的是,在按摩凸起6的按摩与红外光源3的照射的共同作用下,助便效果更佳。
在本申请的另一个优选实施方式中,如图1-6所示,该助便装置可以包括空气净化单元,所述空气净化单元设置在所述装置本体1的内部,且所述装置本体1上设有空气出口71(参见图6),优选在装置本体1内部还设有风机(未示出),以便将空气净化单元提供的洁净空气吹出。
优选地,空气出口71设置装置本体1的底部,从而在外观上实现隐藏,增加助便装置的美感,同时还可避免气流直接吹向用户身体,以免造成不适。
优选地,空气净化单元设置在左、右脚踏面板之间的下方位置处,在左、右脚踏面板的下方设置红外光源3的情况下,空气净化单元不会与红外光源3发生干涉。
优选地,所述空气净化单元包括负离子发生器7,当该负离子发生器7通电工作时,能够释放合适的空气负离子,以用于改善如厕环境的空气质量,例如净化空气、除菌、除异味等,使用户心情舒畅,亦有利于如厕排便。
优选地,装置本体1的内部设置有第一内密封壳体8,所述离子 发生器7密封地安装于所述第一内密封壳体8中。
优选地,所述空气净化单元内还设置有馨香料,该馨香料采用环保香料,以用于发出适宜的香气,进一步改善如厕环境的空气质量,有利于如厕排便。
优选地,在出风方向上,馨香料位于负离子发生器7的下游,例如紧邻空气出口71,从而当空气净化单元通电工作时,空气负离子连同馨香料散发的香气可同时排放到装置外部,为用户提供良好的体验。
在另一个优选实施方式中,如图1-6所示,本申请的助便装置还包括控制装置9和与所述控制装置9相连的显示装置10,所述显示装置10用于显示所述助便装置的工作模式和/或工作状态,从而使用户能够一目了然地获悉助便装置的状态。
特别地,通过控制装置9与显示装置10可以实现用户与助便装置之间的人机交互,使得本申请的助便装置构成一种智能助便装置。
优选地,所述显示装置10位于装置本体1的顶部,优选设置在左、右脚踏面板之间的位置处。在助便装置包括空气净化单元的实施方式中,显示装置10可位于空气净化单元的正上方。当用户在如厕过程中将双脚分别放在左、右脚踏面板上时,不会对显示装置10形成遮挡,从而使用户始终可以方便地观察到显示装置10显示的内容。
控制装置9优选设置在装置本体1的内部,例如位于显示装置10的下方。在助便装置包括空气净化单元的实施方式中,控制装置9位于空气净化单元的上方,具体可位于显示装置10和空气净化单元之间。
显示装置10优选采用阻燃PC材料制成,具有强韧、阻燃、耐磨、且不易破裂的优点,并且优选采用防水耐温密封胶粘合在装置本体1上。
图7示出了本申请的优选实施方式的助便装置的控制系统原理图。例如,控制装置9优选包括微处理器200,其优选通过红外光源驱动单元202实现对红外光源3的控制,并且优选通过负离子驱动单元201实现对负离子发生器7的控制。
优选地,所述显示装置10包括触摸显示屏,将显示与触控一体 化,可大大增强人机交互体验,提高装置的智能化水平。如图7所示,微处理器200通过触摸显示屏驱动单元205驱动触摸显示屏,一方面接收来自触摸显示屏的触摸开关输入,另一方面驱动触摸显示屏显示相关内容。
优选地,为简化操作,例如方便各年龄段的用户进行操控,所述触摸显示屏包括多个触摸开关显示区,用于直接接收用户的不同触控指令。如图8所示,在一个优选实施方式中,这些触摸开关显示区例如包括:红外线触摸开关显示区110、负离子触摸开关显示区120、加温触摸开关显示区130、减温触摸开关显示区140、一个或多个预定工作模式开关显示区(例如图中的“记忆1”开关显示区150、“记忆2”开关显示区160),等等。除此之外,触摸显示屏上还可以设置工作状态显示区170、以及其它功能显示区,例如用于显示助便装置的工作状态及工作过程参数内容(如温度)等、以及显示厂家标识等信息。
优选地,本申请的所述助便装置还可以包括与所述控制装置9相连的脚踏感应器11,以用于感知脚的存在与否,从而可以根据脚踏感应器11的感应信号自动开启或关闭助便装置的部分或全部功能,进一步提高智能化水平。
优选地,脚踏感应器11设置在脚踏面板2的下方,其例如以压力检测或红外探测的方式检测脚的存在。
在一个优选实施方式中,脚踏感应器11还可以以电容近距触摸感应的方式检测脚的存在。例如,脚踏感应器11、脚踏面板2以及控制装置9共同构成一种脚踏感应检测系统,其中,控制装置9内置有一定频率范围的高频振荡槽路感应电路,其振荡频率范围在无外界电容性或电感性干扰时是固定的。一般认为,人体是导体,具有固定的电容、电感及电阻特性,在电性上等效为一个电容电感电阻齐备的电容器或电感器,在接入一定频率的振荡回路时将具有相对固定的容抗、感抗及阻抗,当然人体的容抗比份最高,所以人体其实就相当于一个电容器,可称为人体电容器。这样一来,当人体电容器隔着绝缘材料的脚踏面板2与脚踏感应器11通过电容电路连接时,脚踏感应器11 再通过电线直接接入控制装置9的高频振荡槽路,于是就共同形成一个一定频率的振荡回路,再通过控制装置9的微处理器分析处理振荡回路的频率变化,即可感知人体电容器的接入与否,由此便构成了一个完整的脚踏感应检测系统,以方便地感知脚的存在与否。
优选地,在所述脚踏感应器11感知到脚的存在的情况下,所述控制装置9可以控制所述显示装置10启动;在所述脚踏感应器11感知到脚的离开的情况下,所述控制装置9可以控制所述显示装置10关闭。
在另外的替代实施例中,在所述脚踏感应器11感知到脚的存在的情况下,所述控制装置9可以控制红外光源3和/或空气净化单元启动;并且在所述脚踏感应器11感知到脚的离开的情况下,所述控制装置9控制红外光源3和/或空气净化单元关闭。
在一个优选实施方式中,控制装置9可以脚踏感应器11感知到脚的存在的情况下自动启动助便装置的全部功能,并在脚踏感应器11感知到脚的离开的情况下自动关闭助便装置的全部功能,从而达到免人工操作的效果。在这种情况下,用户可以根据需要关闭或者调整某些功能,例如加温、减温、调用预定工作模式等。
本申请的优选实施方式的助便装置在具体使用时,当用户如厕时将脚踩上脚踏面板2后,控制装置9便可以通过脚踏感应器11感知到脚的存在,由此判断出助便装置此刻进入使用状态,于是便可自动接通助便装置的主电路,并自动开启红外光源3进行加热及照射、自动开启空气净化单元进行空气净化、并自动开启显示装置10显示相关状态参数,用户可以调节温度升降、调用预定工作模式等,或者还可以关闭部分功能。当用户的脚离开助便装置时,脚踏感应器11可以感知到用户的离开,于是控制装置9可以立即停止助便装置的所有功能并关机。
为了进一步方便用户与助便装置之间的沟通交流互动,本申请的助便装置还包括与所述控制装置9相连的音频装置(未示出),如内置发声器,以用于发出音频信号,例如用于发出预定的机器状态的提示声音等等。
优选地,本申请的助便装置还包括与所述控制装置9相连的通信模块203(如图7所示),以用于与外部终端设备(如用户的手机、电脑等终端设备)进行通信,从而进一步方便用户与助便装置之间进行交互。通信模块203优选为无线通信模块,如蓝牙模块,WI-FI模块等。
特别地,通过设置通信模块,还使得助便装置能够方便地访问网络,从而可通过网络通信与外部终端设备(包括人手持的手机、平板电脑等)、或者与其他设备(包括其他助便装置)实现信息交互,进而可实现人机智能物联。
进一步地,本申请的助便装置还可以借助于外部终端设备与云主机实现通信互联,进而实现大数据功能。
为保证助便装置的电气安全性,本申请的助便装置还包括漏电保护装置,用于在发生漏电、过流和/或过压时断开电源通路。例如,可包括电气上的市电交流电源接入漏电过流过压的安规防护。
优选地,本申请的助便装置还包括防侧倒传感器204(示于图7中),其优选与微处理器200相连,用于在所述助便装置发生侧倒时断开电源通路,从而提供进一步的电气安全性。在具体工作时,如果助便装置发生侧翻,便会触发防侧倒传感器204,从而断开电路而关机。防侧倒传感器204可以采用现有技术中任何合适的结构,例如防侧倒按钮开关、重力感应传感器等。
以下再详细说明本申请的助便装置的外形结构信息。
如图1-6所示,本申请的助便装置的装置本体1的横截面积自下而上逐渐减小,形成一种稳定厚实的梯形结构,并且具有封闭的侧面,能承受人体的重压且稳定不易侧倒,装置本体1的高度范围为15cm~28cm。同时,所述装置本体1的底部设置有第一防滑结构,所述脚踏面板2的上表面设置有第二防滑结构,在具体使用时,能够有效保证装置本体1的底面与地面之间不打滑、用户的脚与脚踏面板2之间不打滑,从而进一步保证安全性。
优选地,所述第一防滑结构包括防滑脚垫12,其优选以粘接或嵌合的方式固定在装置本体1的底部。优选地,如图6所示,装置本体 1的底面边缘设置为凸起结构,内部则为凹面,前述防滑脚垫12设置在所述凸起结构上,从而更好地适应不平整底面的放置应用。
优选地,所述第二防滑结构包括脚掌踩踏区域的磨砂面。也即,为了防止用户的脚与脚踏面板2之间发生打滑,可以将脚踏面板2的至少一部分(如其中的脚掌踩踏区域)设置成磨砂面(例如喷砂处理表面)。
优选地,所述装置本体1包括固定连接在一起的上壳13和下壳14,所述脚踏面板2设置在所述上壳13上,所述第一防滑结构设置在所述下壳14的底部,如图3所示。以上壳13和下壳14固定连接在一起的方式构成装置本体1,容易在装置本体1的内部形成空腔,并且便于在内部空腔中安装各种电气元件以及非电气元件,如红外光源3、空气净化单元、控制装置9等等。
优选地,所述装置本体1包括左脚支承部和右脚支承部,所述左脚支承部和所述右脚支承部之间通过凹曲面平滑连接。通过设置凹曲面,可以很好地适配坐便器的外形,使用户踩踏更舒适,且助便装置摆放更稳定。
优选地,所述装置本体1的外壳构成外层防水密封结构。例如,上壳13和下壳14构成外层密封,脚踏面板2和显示装置10采用防水耐温密封胶粘合在上壳13上。
优选地,所述装置本体1的内部设有内层防水密封结构,用于保护装置内部的电气元件。例如,第一内密封壳体8、设置在第一内密封壳体8与下壳14之间第一密封圈15、设置在第一内密封壳体8与上壳13之间的第二密封圈16共同构成用于保护空气净化单元的内层防水密封结构,如图2-3所示;第二内密封壳体17、第三密封圈18共同构成用于保护红外光源3的灯座19的内层防水密封结构,如图2-3所示。
当采用双层密封结构时,本申请的助便装置的防水等级可以达到IPX6级。
优选地,所述装置本体1的底面在左右方向上的中间部位(也即左脚支承部和右脚支承部之间的部分)向上拱起,使得仅左右两侧的 部位起支承作用,参见图5-6。这种结构也能很好地适应不平整的地面,使得该助便装置在使用时稳固安全。
优选地,在向上拱起的所述中间部位设置有通气孔,这些通气孔可以使装置内部与外部保持相通,可以用于通风散热,而在具有空气净化单元的实施方式中则可以用作空气净化单元的空气出口71,如图6所示。由于这些通气孔设置在装置本体底面的拱起部位,因此对于装置的防水性能不会产生不利影响,即使有水泼洒在装置上,也不会顺着通气孔进入装置内部。
本申请的助便装置通过为用户垫脚抬腿、红外线加热照射、穴位按摩护理、空气净化、和/或人机智能交互等功能,到达了良好的辅助排便功效。同时,本申请的助便装置还具有多重保障的电气安全性、防滑防倒安全性、防水防潮性能、以及稳固结实的整体结构,充分保障用户的人身安全。
在上述工作的基础上,本申请的第二方面提供了一种坐便器系统,其包括坐便器和本申请前述的助便装置,其中,所述助便装置用于放置在所述坐便器的附近。
本申请的坐便器系统为用户提供了坐便与辅助排便的一体化体验,解决了人们在使用坐便器时容易出现的排便不畅的尴尬。
本领域的技术人员容易理解的是,在不冲突的前提下,上述各优选方案可以自由地组合、叠加。
应当理解,上述的实施方式仅是示例性的,而非限制性的,在不偏离本申请的基本原理的情况下,本领域的技术人员可以针对上述细节做出的各种明显的或等同的修改或替换,都将包含于本申请的权利要求范围内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种助便装置,用于放置在坐便器附近以供人如厕时将脚垫高,其特征在于,包括装置本体、脚踏面板和红外光源,其中,所述脚踏面板设置在所述装置本体的上部,所述红外光源设置在所述装置本体的内部,且所述红外光源的照射方向为朝向所述脚踏面板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的助便装置,其特征在于,在所述脚踏面板和所述红外光源之间还设置有网状保护装置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的助便装置,其特征在于,所述网状保护装置为金属网,所述金属网与电源线的地线相连。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的助便装置,其特征在于,还包括过热防护装置,所述过热防护装置设置在所述脚踏面板和所述红外光源之间,用于在所述过热防护装置所处位置处的温度超过设定值时断开电源通路。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的助便装置,其特征在于,所述过热防护装置包括恒温开关和/或温度保险丝。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的助便装置,其特征在于,还包括温度调节装置,所述温度调节装置通过调节所述红外光源的功率实现对温度的调节。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的助便装置,其特征在于,所述脚踏面板上设有按摩凸起。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7之一所述的助便装置,其特征在于,还包括空气净化单元,所述空气净化单元设置在所述装置本体的内部,且所述装置本体上设有空气出口。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的助便装置,其特征在于,所述空气净化单元包括负离子发生器。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的助便装置,其特征在于,所述空气净化单元内还设置有馨香料。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10之一所述的助便装置,其特征在于,还包括控制装置和与所述控制装置相连的显示装置,所述显示装置用于显 示所述助便装置的工作模式和/或工作状态。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的助便装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括触摸显示屏。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的助便装置,其特征在于,所述触摸显示屏包括多个触摸开关显示区。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的助便装置,其特征在于,所述助便装置包括与所述控制装置相连的脚踏感应器,以用于感知脚的存在与否。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的助便装置,其特征在于,还包括与所述控制装置相连的通信模块,以用于与外部终端设备和/或云主机进行通信,和/或用于组建人机智能物联系统。
  16. 根据权利要求1-15之一所述的助便装置,其特征在于,还包括漏电保护装置,用于在发生漏电、过流和/或过压时断开电源通路;
    和/或,还包括防侧倒传感器,用于在所述助便装置发生侧倒时断开电源通路。
  17. 一种坐便器系统,其特征在于,包括坐便器和根据权利要求1-16之一所述的助便装置,其中,所述助便装置用于放置在所述坐便器的附近。
