直管压力平衡型膨胀节 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种直管压力平衡型膨胀节。
背景技术
膨胀节用于弥补相邻管件连接时存在的角度、距离等偏差,实现对相邻管件的连接,传统的直管压力膨胀节,平衡效果不理想,随着管件液体压力增大,膨胀节整体结构不稳定。

技术解决方案
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种直管压力平衡型膨胀节,包括呈左右分布的第一接管和第二接管,所述第一接管右端和第二接管左端之间密封连接有第一波纹软管,所述第一接管左端密封连接有第二波纹软管,所述第二波纹软管左端连接第三接管;所述第二接管右端连接第三波纹软管,所述第三波纹软管右端连接第四接管;
所述第四接管内孔壁连接有第一导流筒,所述第一导流筒右端与第四接管固定连接,所述第一导流筒右端伸入第二接管内形成自由端;所述第三接管内孔壁固定连接有第二导流筒,所述第二导流筒左端与第三接管固定连接,所述第二导流筒右端伸入第二接管内形成自由端;所述第一导流筒内孔壁固定连接有第三导流筒,所述第三导流筒右端与第一导流筒固定连接,所述第三导流筒左端伸入第二导流筒内形成自由端,所述第一导流筒和第二导流筒的筒径相同。
进一步的,所述第一接管上设置有第一环板,所述第二接管上设置有第二环板,所述第一环板连接第一环筒,所述第二环板上设置有第二环筒,所述第一波纹软管两端分别与第一环筒和第二环筒密封连接。
进一步的,所述第一环筒和第二环筒之间设置有多个第一紧固螺栓组件;所述第一接管和第三接管之间设置有多个第二紧固螺栓组件,所述第二接管和第四接管之间设置有多个第三紧固螺栓组件;
紧固螺栓组件包括左安装环板、右安装环板以及螺栓杆,所述左安装环板、右安装环板固定设置,所述螺栓杆两端分别形成螺纹段,所述螺栓杆两端的螺纹段分别从左安装环板、右安装环板穿过后连接紧固螺母。
有益效果
本实用新型的有益效果是:第二导流筒与第一导流筒筒径相同的,使第四接管在向第二接管运动的时候,使第二导流筒右端抵住第一导流筒,从而限制第四接管向左移动时因移动量过大而损坏第三波纹软管。
第三导流筒伸入第二导流筒内,可以有效限制各接管之间横向移动量过大而损坏个波纹软管。

如图1所示,一种直管压力平衡型膨胀节,包括呈左右分布的第一接管1和第二接管2,第一接管1右端和第二接管2左端之间密封连接有第一波纹软管5,第一接管1左端密封连接有第二波纹软管6,第二波纹软管6左端连接第三接管3;第二接管2右端连接第三波纹软管7,第三波纹软管7右端连接第四接管4。
第四接管4内孔壁连接有第一导流筒8,第一导流筒8右端与第四接管4固定连接,第一导流筒8右端伸入第二接管2内形成自由端;第三接管3内孔壁固定连接有第二导流筒9,第二导流筒9左端与第三接管3固定连接,第二导流筒9右端伸入第二接管2内形成自由端;第一导流筒8内孔壁固定连接有第三导流筒10,第三导流筒10右端与第一导流筒8固定连接,第三导流筒10左端伸入第二导流筒9内形成自由端,第一导流筒8和第二导流筒9的筒径相同。
第一接管1上设置有第一环板,第二接管2上设置有第二环板,第一环板连接第一环筒,第二环板上设置有第二环筒,第一波纹软管5两端分别与第一环筒和第二环筒密封连接。
第一环筒和第二环筒之间设置有多个第一紧固螺栓组件;第一接管1和第三接管3之间设置有多个第二紧固螺栓组件,第二接管2和第四接管4之间设置有多个第三紧固螺栓组件;紧固螺栓组件包括左安装环板、右安装环板以及螺栓杆,左安装环板、右安装环板固定设置,螺栓杆两端分别形成螺纹段,螺栓杆两端的螺纹段分别从左安装环板、右安装环板穿过后连接紧固螺母。紧固螺栓组件用于膨胀节在输送搬运时使用,用于防止接管因震动就损坏柔性软管。
本实用新型的膨胀节,第二导流筒9与第一导流筒8筒径相同的,使第四接管4在向第二接管2运动的时候,使第二导流筒9右端抵住第一导流筒8,从而限制第四接管4向左移动时因移动量过大而损坏第三波纹软管7。第三导流筒10伸入第二导流筒9内,可以有效限制各接管之间横向移动量过大而损坏个波纹软管。

    所述第四接管(4)内孔壁连接有第一导流筒(8),所述第一导流筒(8)右端与第四接管(4)固定连接,所述第一导流筒(8)右端伸入第二接管(2)内形成自由端;所述第三接管(3)内孔壁固定连接有第二导流筒(9),所述第二导流筒(9)左端与第三接管(3)固定连接,所述第二导流筒(9)右端伸入第二接管(2)内形成自由端;所述第一导流筒(8)内孔壁固定连接有第三导流筒(10),所述第三导流筒(10)右端与第一导流筒(8)固定连接,所述第三导流筒(10)左端伸入第二导流筒(9)内形成自由端,所述第一导流筒(8)和第二导流筒(9)的筒径相同。
