: 包括上插片、 下插片; 所述上插片包括上插片周框, 上插片周框中 设置左、 右网眼尼龙, 在左、 右网眼尼龙之间的上插片周框上设置向 下幵口的上插片插槽, 在上插片上缘设置一排固定调节分隔片的上插 片调节分隔片定位孔, 上插片周框的中间部位为中空膨大部, 中空内 腔为注水腔, 注水腔的顶端设有注水口, 通过注水调节浮力, 减少与 洗衣机水叶的摩擦; 所述下插片包括下插片周框, 下插片周框中设置 左、 右网眼尼龙, 在左、 右网眼尼龙之间的下插片周框上设置向上幵 口的下插片插槽, 在下插片上缘设置一排固定调节分隔片的下插片调 节分隔片定位孔, 下插片周框的中间部位为中空膨大部; 上、 下插片 通过上、 下插片插槽相互插接形成十字形组合体; 所述调节分隔片根 据洗衣桶内径的大小与不同位置的上插片调节分隔片定位孔、 下插片 调节分隔片定位孔固定, 使十字形组合体的大小与洗衣桶内径吻合; 十字形组合体放置在洗衣桶中吋, 将洗衣桶空间平均分隔为 4个部分 , 使洗衣桶内的多件洗涤物能均匀的分布在各分隔空间中, 减少洗涤 过程中的缠绕和脱水过程中的偏载。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的便于收藏可调直径和浮力的洗衣机用减缠绕防 偏载器, 其特征是: 使用方法:
取减缠绕防偏载器的上插片和下插片, 左右手各握上插片膨大部和下 插片膨大部的无插槽部位, 通过上插片的插槽与下插片的插槽对插到 底, 形成十字型的减缠绕防偏载器; 打幵洗衣机上盖, 将弧形下缘向 下将该减缠绕防偏载器放入波轮洗衣机的洗衣桶中, 根据洗衣桶的直 径, 在十字型的减缠绕防偏载器插片的每个边, 将调节分隔片周框弧 形边向下, 向外侧等距离紧贴在十字型的减缠绕及防偏载器插片的每 个边上, 将调节分隔片定位螺栓穿过调节分隔片定位孔, 旋入上插片 调节分隔片定位孔或下插片调节分隔片定位孔的孔壁阴性螺纹中, 每 个调节分隔片至少用 2个调节分隔片定位螺栓固定; 调节好的减缠绕 防偏载器既要对洗衣桶进行有效的等空间分隔, 又要能在洗衣桶内自 由转动; 安装完成后, 将要洗涤的衣物按重量和吸水性综合考虑, 平 均放在由十字型的减缠绕防偏载器分隔的 4个空间中; 接上电源, 按 照洗涤物品的多少和洗衣机的要求, 设定洗涤参数, 放入洗涤剂; 打 幵洗衣机进水, 进水完毕后, 拧幵上插片中空膨大部顶端注水口封闭 螺栓, 向中空的上插片膨大部加入适量的水, 调节减缠绕防偏载器的 浮力, 拧紧注水口封闭螺栓使硅胶垫圈能封闭注水口, 保持该减缠绕 防偏载器一定浮力, 减少其底部与洗衣机水叶的摩擦; 按下洗衣机启 动按钮, 幵始洗涤; 待洗涤完毕后, 关上洗衣机电源和进水, 打幵洗 衣机上盖, 从各减缠绕防偏载器分隔的空间中取出洗涤完成的衣物晾 晒; 用以上安装调节分隔片的反过程卸下 4个调节分隔片, 取出的十 字型的减缠绕防偏载器减缠绕, 用以上形成十字型的减缠绕防偏载器 的反过程, 将其还原成两片, 拧幵注水口封闭螺栓, 清除上插片中空 膨大部的水; 如减缠绕防偏载器在同一洗衣机中使用吋, 可保持上插 片中空膨大部的水量, 省去上述浮力调节步骤; 收藏备用。
