请参阅图1至图2,本实用新型电连接装置一实施方式包括:插头11和插座12;插头11和插座12是人们日常生活中用电所不可缺少的电连接器件。本实施方式中的插头11可以为:耳机插头、DC插头、音频插头、USB插头、视频插头、麦克风插头、充电器插头、手机插头等,相应地,各种插座12则可以为:民用插座、工业用插座、防水插座、普通插座、电源插座、电脑插座、电话插座、视频插座、音频插座、移动插座、USB插座等等。在一个应用场景中,插头11固定设置在电动汽车内,插座12可活动设置在电源、发电机或者导线上,插头11和插座12连接进而实现电动汽车电池组件的安装。
插头11包括至少一个插接部111和插接部固定座112。至少一个插接部111的形状为中间为鼓形的圆柱型,此处的中间为鼓形的圆柱型即中间粗两头细的圆柱型,在一个应用场景中,该柱型的至少一个插接部111也可具有两个或两个以上的鼓形,或者中间不为鼓形而是其它形状均可。其中,至少一个插接部111的材质具体可以是紫铜、磷铜、黄铜、镀铬磷青铜、锡磷青铜、铁镀铜、银镍合金、银镉合金等,当然也可以是能够导电的其它材质,如导电塑料等。
插接部固定座112,连接并固定至少一个插接部111。其中,插接部固定座112的材质具体可以是聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(Polybutylene terephthalate,PBT)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(Acrylonitrile butadiene Styrene copolymers,ABS)、聚丙烯(Polypropylene,PP)、聚氯乙烯(Polyvinyl chloride,PVC)等绝缘材质。插接部固定座112与至少一个插接部111的连接是在对插接部固定座112进行注塑成型时将至少一个插接部111嵌入该插接部固定座112,例如,在进行注射前,将至少一个插接部111预先放置进模具内的预定位置,成型后,则插接部固定座112与至少一个插接部111则成为相互连接的整体。当然,也可以通过其他方式进行连接,此处不做限定。容易理解地,在至少一个插接部111的数量大于一个时,各插接部在与插接部固定座112上分隔设置,互不相连。
插座12包括至少一组导电弹片121和弹片固定座122。容易理解地,插头11和插座12相互对应连接,以形成电连接的通路,该电连接通路则通过至少一个插接部111与至少一组导电弹片121的连接形成。
至少一组导电弹片121的形状与至少一个插接部111的形状相匹配,以使得当对应的至少一个插接部111穿过至少一组导电弹片121插入插座12时,至少一组导电弹片121可以贴合并包裹住对应的至少一个插接部111,进而形成电连接。同时,由于至少一个插接部111具有鼓形的形状,因此,在该至少一个插接部111的鼓形部位经过至少一组导电弹片121下部一头较细之处时,需要将该较细之处顶开,以使得该鼓形部位插入。
同时,至少一组导电弹片121与至少一个插接部111的数量可对应相同。其中,每组导电弹片中可以为一个或者多个导电弹片。在插头11没有插入插座12时,即在至少一组导电弹片121处于自然状态下时,该至少一组导电弹片121可以形成一与至少一个插接部111对应相同形状的容置空间,以容置该至少一个插接部111;当然,也可以不形成容置空间,或者形成较小的容置空间,此时,至少一个插接部111可以通过一定的力穿过至少一组导电弹片121,进而使得至少一组导电弹片121贴合并包裹该至少一个插接部111。需要指出的是,当每组导电弹片仅包含一个导电弹片,且在自然状态下不形成容置空间,或者形成较小的容置空间时,该一个导电弹片中间有段开之处,并非在插头11插入插座12时完全贴合并包裹至少一个插接部111。其中,至少一组导电弹片121的材质可与至少一个插接部111的材质相同,具体请参阅上述相关内容。
弹片固定座122,连接并固定至少一组导电弹片121。容易理解地,至少一组导电弹片121可将其用来贴合并包裹至少一个插接部111的另外一侧完全与弹片固定座122结合进而连接在一起,当然也可以将该至少一组导电弹片121的一部分与弹片固定座122固定在一起,如将该至少一组导电弹片121的中间部分、一端或者两端固定在弹片固定座122上即可。此处的连接,可通过铆焊法,将至少一组导电弹片121焊接在弹片固定座122上,也可通过其它的方式连接,如利用粘胶粘接在一起,或者通过螺钉螺接在一起等等。其中,弹片固定座122的材质可以是PC、尼龙66、ABS、电玉粉等均可。
本实施方式中电连接装置包括插头11和插座12,其中,插头11包括至少一个插接部111的形状为中间为鼓形的圆柱型,插座12包括至少一组导电弹片121,该至少一组导电弹片121的形状与至少一个插接部111的形状相匹配,使得当对应的至少一个插接部111穿过至少一组导电弹片121插入插座12时,至少一组导电弹片121可以贴合并包裹住对应的至少一个插接部111,进而形成电连接。通过上述方式的实施,由于至少一个插接部111为中间为鼓形的圆柱型,在电连接状态下,至少一组导电弹片121贴合并包裹该至少一个插接部111,且具有较大的接触面积,从而接触电阻降低,能够通过较大电流,进而提升电连接装置的电流传输效率。同时,至少一个插接部111中鼓形的设置,使得在插头11与插座12连接后,鼓形的上部和下部均较细而中间部分较粗,能够在一定程度上防止该至少一个插接部111过度向上插入造成的过插,或者向下脱落,从而保证了插头11和插座12的有效连接,且避免在震动等场景中出现松动或者滑落等情况,不需要在插接后再进行额外的固定操作。
其中,在一个实施方式中,至少一组导电弹片121的中间部分向外突出形成弧形,中间部分的一端向向外突出的方向水平延伸而形成水平固定端1211,另一端向向外突出的方向延伸并卷曲而形成抵触端1212,至少一组导电弹片121通过水平固定端1211和抵触端1212而连接并固定在弹片固定座122上。
水平固定端1211通过一定的方式与弹片固定座122连接在一起,具体的固定方式可为焊接、螺接、粘接等中的至少一种,当然,也可以采用其它方式,此处不做限定。
本实施方式中的至少一组导电弹片121的另一端卷曲形成抵触端1212,并通过水平固定端1211和抵触端1212连接并固定在弹片固定座122上,而非将两端均通过固定的方式与弹片固定座122形成死连接,这样在至少一个插接部111穿过该至少一组导电弹片121时,当鼓形部位通过至少一组导电弹片121的较细处时,至少一组导电弹片121需要通过张开,使其通过,此时可通过打开至少部分,卷曲的抵触端1212以使得至少一组导电弹片121的较细处张开。若至少一个插接部111的两端均通过固定的方式与弹片固定座122形成死连接,则在至少一个插接部111插入时会使得弹片在一定程度上产生形变,久而久之,弹片变形,最终导致失效。因此,本实施方式中至少一组导电弹片121的结构设置,不易失效。
其中,在一实施方式中,弹片固定座122包括对应的至少一个上下贯通的固定孔1221,固定孔1221的下端设置有抵触孔12211,至少一组导电弹片121的水平固定端1211固定在固定孔1221的上端,至少一组导电弹片121的抵触端1212通过抵触的方式而固定在抵触孔12211内。
容易理解地,抵触端1212的长度至少长于至少一个插接部111插入插座12时,至少一组导电弹片121的较细处张开所需要延伸的长度。
通过本实施方式,至少一组导电弹片121的抵触端1212通过抵触的方式固定在抵触孔12211内,进而使得至少一组导电弹片121形成中间悬空两头支撑的结构,结构牢靠,不易变形失效。
其中,在一实施方式中,至少一组导电弹片121每组包括至少两个导电弹片,每个导电弹片形状相同,且在固定孔1221的轴向上的两边平行,且至少两个导电弹片的水平固定端连接在一起。在一个应用场景中,至少一组导电弹片121每组包括六个形状相同的导电弹片,并且这六个导电弹片的水平固定端连接在一起。
本实施方式中,至少一组导电弹片121每组包括至少两个导电弹片,并且至少两个导电弹片的水平固定段连接在一起,在水平固定端1211与弹片固定座122形成连接时可一次性进行连接工序即可,无需将六个导电弹片依次进行分别连接,为该电连接装置的生产带来便利。
其中,在一实施方式中,插头11进一步包括至少一个弹性件113,至少一个弹性件113的一端与至少一个插接部111连接,另一端与插接部固定座112连接,当至少一个插接部111穿过至少一组导电弹片121插入至插座12时,至少一个弹性件113处于压缩状态而使得至少一个插接部111与至少一组导电弹片121之间的连接更加贴合。
本实施方式中,至少一个弹性件113可以为弹簧、弹性橡胶等中的至少一种。
容易理解地,本实施方式中,至少一个弹性件113设置在至少一个插接部111和插接部固定座112之间,在插头11插入插座12的过程中,当至少一个插接部111的鼓形通过至少一组导电弹片121所形成的较细处时,至少一个插接部111受力,进而使至少一个弹性件113处于压缩状态,此时至少一个弹性件113通过反作用力能够使得至少一个插接部111能够插接得更彻底,使得至少一个插接部111与至少一组导电弹片121的贴合更加紧密。
其中,在一实施方式中,插头11还包括至少一个插接部连接座114,至少一个插接部连接座114用于连接并固定至少一个插接部111;至少一个弹性件113一端与插接部固定座112连接,另一端与至少一个插接部连接座114连接;插接部固定座112包括对应的至少一个开口朝上的与插接部连接座114匹配的固定腔1121,至少一对插接部连接座114分别对应设置在固定腔1121中,且至少一对插接部连接座114与固定腔1121之间预留容差间隙11211,以使得插接部连接座114只能在固定腔1121的预留容差间隙11211范围内活动。
上述至少一个插接部连接座114可为绝缘材质,具体材质可与插接部固定座112相同,具体参见上文中对插接部固定座112材质的相关内容,此处不再赘述。
本实施方式中,容差间隙11211的设置能够使得在至少一个弹性件113处于压缩状态时,对至少一个插接部连接座114施加反作用力,至少一个插接部111插接的更加彻底,同时由于固定腔1121限制了至少一个插接部连接座114的活动,进而又能够使得在至少一个弹性件113对至少一个插接部连接座114的反作用力过大时,不至于出现至少一个插接部111过插的现象,进一步提高了电连接装置插接的有效性。
其中,在一个实施方式中,至少一个插接部111的数量可以为一个,也可以为两个、三个或者更多个。对应的至少一组导电弹片121的数量也可以为可以一个,也可以为两个、三个或者更多个。
在一个应用场景中,电连接装置连接我国民用电的供电线路,两个插接部和两组导电弹片分别对应的是火线和零线。当然,也可以是三个插接部和三组导电弹片,分别对应火线、零线和地线。
在一个应用场景中,电连接装置连接直流电时,两个插接部分别为正极插接部、负极插接部;两组导电弹片分别为一组正极导电弹片和一组负极导电弹片,一组正极导电弹片贴合并包裹住对应的正极插接部,一组负极导电弹片贴合并包裹住对应的负极插接部。
请参阅图3,本发明电动汽车一实施方式中,电动汽车包括车辆本体21和可拆卸地固定安装在车辆本体中的电池组件22,电池组件22通过上述实施方式中的电连接装置23与车辆本体21中的电路实现电连接。
其中,电池组件22连接电连接装置23的插头232;电连接装置23的插座231固定在车辆本体21上,并与车辆本体21中的电路连接。
关于电连接装置23的具体的结构,与上述电连接装置实施方式中的相同,详细内容请参见上述实施方式,此处不再赘述。
本实施方式中,电连接装置23的至少一个插接部为中间为鼓形的圆柱型,在电连接状态下,至少一组导电弹片贴合并包裹该至少一个插接部,且具有较大的接触面积,从而接触电阻降低,能够通过较大电流,进而提升车辆本体21与电池组件22之间电流传输效率。同时,至少一个插接部中鼓形的设置,使得在插头232与插座231连接后,鼓形的上部和下部均较细而中间部分较粗,能够在一定程度上防止该至少一个插接部111过度向上插入造成的过插,或者向下脱落,从而保证了车辆本体21与电池组件22的有效连接,避免在震动等场景中电池组件22松动或者滑落等情况的出现,且不需要在电池组件22插接后再进行额外的固定操作。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电连接装置,其特征在于,所述电连接装置包括:插头和插座;
    所述插头包括:
    至少一个插接部,所述至少一个插接部的形状为中间为鼓形的圆柱型;
    插接部固定座,连接并固定所述至少一个插接部;
    所述插座包括:
    至少一组导电弹片,所述至少一组导电弹片的形状与所述至少一个插接部的形状相匹配,以使得当对应的所述至少一个插接部穿过所述至少一组导电弹片插入所述插座时,所述至少一组导电弹片可以贴合并包裹住对应的所述至少一个插接部,进而形成电连接;
    弹片固定座,连接并固定所述至少一组导电弹片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电连接装置,其特征在于,所述至少一组导电弹片的中间部分向外突出形成弧形,所述中间部分的一端向所述向外突出的方向水平延伸而形成水平固定端,另一端向所述向外突出的方向延伸并卷曲而形成抵触端,所述至少一组导电弹片通过所述水平固定端和所述抵触端而连接并固定在所述弹片固定座上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电连接装置,其特征在于,所述弹片固定座包括对应的至少一个上下贯通的固定孔,所述固定孔的下端设置有抵触孔,所述至少一组导电弹片的所述水平固定端固定在所述固定孔的上端,所述至少一组导电弹片的所述抵触端通过抵触的方式而固定在所述抵触孔内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电连接装置,其特征在于,
    所述至少一组导电弹片每组包括至少两个导电弹片,每个所述导电弹片形状相同,且在所述固定孔的轴向上的两边平行,所述至少两个导电弹片的所述水平固定端连接在一起。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电连接装置,其特征在于,
    所述插头进一步包括至少一个弹性件,所述至少一个弹性件的一端与所述至少一个插接部连接,另一端与所述插接部固定座连接,当所述至少一个插接部穿过所述至少一组导电弹片插入至所述插座时,所述至少一个弹性件处于压缩状态而使得所述至少一个插接部与所述至少一个导电弹片之间的连接更加贴合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电连接装置,其特征在于,
    所述插头还包括至少一个插接部连接座,所述至少一个插接部连接座用于连接并固定所述至少一个插接部;
    所述至少一个弹性件一端与所述插接部固定座连接,另一端与所述至少一个插接部连接座连接;
    所述插接部固定座包括对应的至少一个开口朝上的与插接部连接座匹配的固定腔,所述至少一对插接部连接座分别对应设置在所述固定腔中,且所述至少一对插接部连接座与所述固定腔之间预留容差间隙,以使得插接部连接座只能在固定腔的预留容差间隙范围内活动。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的电连接装置,其特征在于,
    所述插头包括两个插接部,所述插座包括两组导电弹片。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电连接装置,其特征在于,
    所述两个插接部分别为正极插接部、负极插接部;所述两组导电弹片分别为一组正极导电弹片和一组负极导电弹片,所述一组正极导电弹片贴合并包裹住对应的所述正极插接部,所述一组负极导电弹片贴合并包裹住对应的所述负极插接部。
  9. 一种电动汽车,其特征在于,所述电动汽车包括车辆本体和可拆卸地固定安装在所述车辆本体中的电池组件,所述电池组件通过如权利要求1-8任一项所述的电连接装置与所述车辆本体中的电路实现电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电动汽车,其特征在于,所述电池组件连接所述电连接装置的插头;所述电连接装置的插座固定在所述车辆本体上,并与所述车辆本体中的电路连接。
