Description

一种高效滚筒拖把 技术领域
本实用新型涉及拖地工具,尤其涉及一种采用滚筒清洁地面、可以连续作业清洁效果好的拖把。
背景技术
拖把是重要的清洁工具,现有的拖把在清洁地面时,劳动强度大,清洁能力有限,不能收集较多的细碎垃圾,需要反复拖地才能达到清洁目的;现有的一些滚筒拖把体积大、分量重,操作起来十分吃力。故此业内亟需设计一种清洁效率高,能连续作业可收纳大量细碎垃圾,且体积小重量轻操作轻巧的拖把。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是要解决现有拖把劳动强度大、清洁效率不高、不能收纳较多细碎垃圾、操作吃力的技术问题,提出一种采用滚筒清洁地面、可以连续作业清洁效果好的拖把。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提出的技术方案是设计一种高效滚筒拖把,其包括:拉杆和拖头组件;所述拉杆供人把握操作,其内设控制电路,以及电连接控制电路的电池和操作按键;所述拖头组件具有外壳,外壳的后端与拉杆底部铰接,外壳内部设有受控制电路控制的电机,电机可驱动其外侧的滚筒,滚筒下部由外壳前部露出以清洁地面,外壳内部在靠近滚筒的位置处设置一个垃圾箱。
所述外壳具有可上下扣合的上盖和底盘,底盘的后部通过转轴与拉杆的底部铰接,底盘的后部设有轮子。
所述垃圾箱前端在贴近滚筒与地面的位置安装一条刮地软胶片,上盖中部固定一条用以清扫滚筒表面的清扫条。
所述垃圾箱底面开设一扇可向上开启的翻板门。
所述上盖的前端与底盘的前端铰接,上盖的后端通过弹簧把手与底盘的中部卡合。
所述拉杆的顶端设有一个向拖头组件方向弯曲的把手,所述操作按键设置在该把手上。
所述底盘的中部与拉杆的底端之间设有弹簧,拉杆在未受外力作用时受弹簧的驱动移到拖头组件的上方使滚筒拖地机保持竖立姿态。
所述拉杆采用伸缩杆。
所述电池采用长条形结构,并卡接在拉杆底部的外侧壁上。
所述清扫条采用毛刷或软胶条,滚筒采用高分子泡棉。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型自带垃圾收集盒,可收纳较多数量的细碎垃圾,电机驱动减轻劳动强度,能连续作业清洁效率高,且体积小、重量轻、使用起来十分轻松便利。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
本实用新型揭示了一种高效滚筒拖把,参看图1和图2,其包括:拉杆41和拖头组件1;所述拉杆供人把握操作,其内设控制电路,以及电连接控制电路的电池2和操作按键;参看图3至图5分别示出的拖头组件的剖视图、正面立体视图、展开视图、底面立体视图,所述拖头组件具有外壳,外壳的 后端与拉杆底部铰接,外壳内部设有受控制电路控制的电机15,电机可驱动其外侧的滚筒10,滚筒下部由外壳前部露出以清洁地面,外壳内部在靠近滚筒的位置处设置一个垃圾箱17。使用时,按动操作按键,控制电路控制电机逆时针旋转,滚筒摩擦底面,底面上的垃圾被卷带落入垃圾箱17中。垃圾箱体积较大,一次能容纳较多垃圾,籍此能连续作业清洁效率高。电机驱动,能减轻劳动强度,并且本滚筒拖把体积小、重量轻、使用起来十分轻松便利。
参看图3示出的较佳实施例,所述外壳具有可上下扣合的上盖42和底盘43,底盘的后部通过转轴44与拉杆的底部铰接,底盘的后部设有轮子45。滚筒与轮子一起支撑拖头组件,使之与地面保持平行。
所述垃圾箱17前端在贴近滚筒与地面的位置安装一条刮地软胶片18,上盖中部固定一条用以清扫滚筒表面的清扫条14。滚筒为高分子泡棉,柔软并且具有吸水和锁水性,滚筒逆时针旋转清洁地面,地面垃圾被带往其右侧,大颗粒垃圾会自动掉入垃圾箱,小的垃圾被清扫条扫入垃圾箱。刮地软胶片18可刮去底面残留污渍和水分进一步清洁地面。
参看图3、5、6,所述垃圾箱17底面开设一扇可向上开启的翻板门13。打开翻板门可以清理垃圾箱17中的垃圾。在较佳实施例中还可以在翻板门旁边设置至少一根向上突起的空心的冲洗套管11。冲洗套管可以外接自来水,用以冲洗垃圾箱中的污垢,污水由翻板门13中流出。
参看图3示出的较佳实施例,所述上盖42的前端与底盘43的前端铰接,上盖的后端通过弹簧把手9与底盘的中部卡合。图5示出了上盖打开的状态,上盖打开后可更换清扫条14和滚筒10。图4中图标16所指的是滚筒拆卸按键。
所述拉杆41的顶端设有一个向拖头组件方向弯曲的把手52,所述操作按键设置在该把手上。在较佳实施例中操作按键包括开机按键5和自我清洁按键4。开机按键5用以启动电机,自我清洁按键4用以启动外部自来水冲洗垃圾箱和滚筒。
所述底盘43的中部与拉杆41的底端之间设有弹簧53,拉杆在未受外力作用时受弹簧的驱动移到拖头组件1的上方使滚筒拖地机保持竖立姿态。此结构可以保持滚筒拖地机的平衡,不会翻到。
在较佳实施例中,所述拉杆41采用伸缩杆,便于调节拉杆的长度。
参看图1和图2,所述电池2采用长条形结构,并卡接在拉杆底部的外侧壁上。需要指出在较佳实施例中滚筒拖把可以插接到外部的一个清洗盆上,参看图2,拉杆底部还设有挂钩6、信号接触片8和充电接触片7。挂钩6可将拖把插接在清洗盆上,信号接触片8用于向清洗盆发送控制信号,充电接触片7用于向所述电池2充电。
在较佳实施例中,所述清扫条14采用毛刷或软胶条。需要了解到,毛刷或软胶条不用于限定清扫条的种类,只要采用能扫下滚筒上的垃圾同时不损伤滚筒的材料即可。滚筒采用高分子泡棉。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种高效滚筒拖把,其特征在于包括:拉杆(41)和拖头组件(1);
    所述拉杆供人把握操作,其内设控制电路,以及电连接控制电路的电池(2)和操作按键;
    所述拖头组件具有外壳,外壳的后端与拉杆底部铰接,外壳内部设有受控制电路控制的电机(15),电机可驱动其外侧的滚筒(10),滚筒下部由外壳前部露出以清洁地面,外壳内部在靠近滚筒的位置处设置一个垃圾箱(17)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的高效滚筒拖把,其特征在于:所述外壳具有可上下扣合的上盖(42)和底盘(43),底盘的后部通过转轴(44)与拉杆的底部铰接,底盘的后部设有轮子(45)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的高效滚筒拖把,其特征在于:所述垃圾箱(17)前端在贴近滚筒与地面的位置安装一条刮地软胶片(18),上盖中部固定一条用以清扫滚筒表面的清扫条(14)。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的高效滚筒拖把,其特征在于:所述垃圾箱(17)底面开设一扇可向上开启的翻板门(13)。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的高效滚筒拖把,其特征在于:所述上盖(42)的前端与底盘(43)的前端铰接,上盖的后端通过弹簧把手(9)与底盘的中部卡合。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的高效滚筒拖把,其特征在于:所述拉杆(41)的顶端设有一个向拖头组件方向弯曲的把手(52),所述操作按键设置在该把手上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的高效滚筒拖把,其特征在于:所述底盘(43)的中部与拉杆(41)的底端之间设有弹簧(53),拉杆在未受外力作用时受弹簧的驱动移到拖头组件(1)的上方使滚筒拖地机保持竖立姿态。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的高效滚筒拖把,其特征在于:所述拉杆(41)采用伸缩杆。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的高效滚筒拖把,其特征在于:所述电池(2)采用长条形结构,并卡接在拉杆底部的外侧壁上。
  10. 如权利要求1至9任一项所述的高效滚筒拖把,其特征在于:所述 清扫条(14)采用毛刷或软胶条,滚筒采用高分子泡棉。
