Description

随着新能源的广泛使用,电池组作为动力源应用在各个领域中。为了增加电池组的使用寿命,电池组一般可循环充放电,从而能够循环使用。

下面将详细描述本发明的各个方面的特征和示例性实施例。在下面的详细描述中,提出了许多具体细节,以便提供对本发明的全面理解。但是,对于本领域技术人员来说很明显的是,本发明可以在不需要这些具体细节中的一些细节的情况下实施。下面对实施例的描述仅仅是为了通过示出本发明的示例来提供对本发明的更好的理解。本发明决不限于下面所提出的任何具体配置和算法,而是在不脱离本发明的精神的前提下覆盖了元素、部件和算法的任何修改、替换和改进。在附图和下面的描述中,没有示出公知的结构和技术,以便避免对本发明造成不必要的模糊。
本发明实施例提供了一种电池组充电系统和方法,能够利用现有的支持较小充电电流的过流器件,保证充电电流较大的电池组可以正常进行充电。具体的,可以通过在电池组的充电支路与充电电源的正极、充电电源的负极的连接处,以及各充电支路之间的连接处设置开关器件。在充电时,将多条充电支路由并联转化为串联。从而降低电池组充电回路中的总充电电流,避免所使用的支持较小充电电流的过流器件影响电池组的正常充电。需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,为电池组充电相当于为电池组充电系统中的电池集合体充电。
本发明实施例中的电池组充电系统包括充电电源的正极和充电电源的负极之间顺序排列的N条充电支路,N为大于或等于2的整数。
下面以电池组充电系统包括3条充电支路为例进行说明。图1为本发明一实施例中的一种电池组充电系统10的结构示意图。
如图1所示,充电电源的正极和充电电源的负极之间设有3条充电支路,分别为B1、B2和B3。也可以在3条充电支路的汇聚点与充电电源的
正极之间设置开关器件K6,在3条充电支路的汇聚点与充电电源的负极之间设置开关器件K7。可以通过控制开关器件K6和K7的开合状态,来控制是否进行充电。开关器件K6和K7闭合,则进行充电。开关器件K6和K7中的至少一个断开,则停止充电。
其中,第1条充电支路B1的输入端与充电电源的正极连接,第1条充电支路B1的输出端与充电电源的负极通过第一开关器件K1连接。第2条充电支路B2的输入端通过第二开关器件K2与充电电源的正极连接,第2条充电支路B2的输出端通过第三开关器件K3与充电电源的负极连接。第3条充电支路B3的输入端与充电电源的正极通过第四开关器件K4连接,第3条充电支路B3的输出端与充电电源的负极连接。在3条充电支路中,其中任意一条充电支路的输出端与下一条充电支路的输入端通过第五开关器件K5连接。也就是说,第i条充电支路的输出端与第i+1条充电支路的输入端通过第五开关器件K3连接,i为整数且1≤i<N。比如,第1条充电支路B1的输出端与第2条充电支路B2的输入端通过第五开关器件K5连接,第2条充电支路B2的输出端与第3条充电支路B3的输入端通过第五开关器件K5连接。
上述每条充电支路均包括至少一个电池集合体。电池集合体可以聚集电量或放出电量。聚集电量即为充电,放出电量即为放电。如图1所示的示例中,每条充电支路包括两个电池集合体。
在电池集合体处于充电状态时,可使第1条充电支路B1的输入端与充电电源的正极连通,可使第一开关器件K1断开,可使第二开关器件K2断开,可使第三开关器件K3断开,可使第四开关器件K4断开,可使第3条充电支路B3(即第N条充电支路,N=3)的输出端与充电电源的负极连通,可使第五开关器件K5闭合。在该种情况下,电池组充电系统中的3条支路串联起来,则通过串联后的3条支路的电池组充电回路中的总充电电流,要远远小于通过并联的3条支路的电池组充电回路中的总充电电流。
比如,设置每条充电支路中的充电电流为300A,在电池组充电回路中的过流器件能够支持600A的总充电电流。
现有技术中,3条充电支路并联,则电池组充电回路的总充电电流为
300A+300A+300A=900A,已经超出了过流器件能够支持的总充电电流的范围,导致电池组中的电池集合体无法正常进行充电。
在本发明实施例中,在电池集合体处于充电状态时,通过设置各个开关器件的断开和闭合,使得3条充电支路串联,则电池组充电回路的总充电电流为300A,在过流器件能够支持的总充电电流的范围内,使得电池组中的电池集合体可以正常进行充电。
需要说明的是,若电池组充电系统包括4条或4条以上的充电支路,除第1条充电支路与第N条充电支路之外的剩余充电支路的输入端均通过第二开关器件与充电电源的正极连接,剩余充电支路的输出端均通过第三开关器件与充电电源的负极连接。
比如,图2为本发明一实施例中的另一种电池组充电系统的结构示意图。电池组充电系统包括4条充电支路,分别为D1、D2、D3和D4。也可以在这4条充电支路的汇聚点与充电电源的正极之间设置开关器件K6,在这4条充电支路的汇聚点与充电电源的负极之间设置开关器件K7。可通过控制开关器件K6和K7的开合状态,来控制是否进行充电。开关器件K6和K7闭合,则进行充电。开关器件K6和K7中的至少一个断开,则停止充电。
其中,第1条充电支路D1的输入端与充电电源的正极连接,第1条充电支路D1的输出端与充电电源的负极通过第一开关器件K1连接。第1条充电支路D1的输出端与第2条充电支路的输入端通过第五开关器件K5连接。第2条充电支路D2的输入端通过第二开关器件K2与充电电源的正极连接,第2条充电支路D2的输出端通过第三开关器件K3与充电电源的负极连接。第2条充电支路D2的输出端与第3条充电支路D3的输入端通过第五开关器件K5连接。第3条充电支路D3的输入端通过第二开关器件K2与充电电源的正极连接,第3条充电支路D3的输出端通过第三开关器件K3与充电电源的负极连接。第3条充电支路D3的输出端与第4条充电支路D4的输入端通过第五开关器件K5连接。第4条充电支路D4的输入端与充电电源的正极通过第四开关器件K4连接,第4条充电支路D4的输出端与充电电源的负极连接。
在一个示例中,上述实施例中的第一开关器件、第二开关器件、第三开关器件、第四开关器件和第五开关器件的数目可以为一个,也可以为多个,在此并不限定。
值得一提的是,第1条充电支路的输入端与充电电源的正极可以直接连接,也可以通过开关器件连接。第N条充电支路的输出端与充电电源的负极可以直接连接,也可以通过开关器件连接。但需要注意的是,在电池集合体处于充电状态时,第1条充电支路与充电电源的正极连通,第N条充电支路与充电电源的负极连通。
本发明实施例提供了一种电池组充电系统,该系统包括顺序排列的N条充电支路。第1条充电支路的输入端与充电电源的正极连接,第1条充电支路的输出端与充电电源的负极通过第一开关器件连接。除第1条充电支路与第N条充电支路之外的剩余充电支路的输入端、输出端分别通过第二开关器件、第三开关器件与充电电源的正极、负极连接。第N条充电支路的输入端与充电电源的正极通过第四开关器件连接,第N条充电支路的输出端与充电电源的负极连接。第i条充电支路的输出端与第i+1条充电支路的输入端通过第五开关器件连接。通过控制各个开关器件断开或闭合,使得在电池集合体处于充电状态时,上述N条充电支路串联,降低电池组充电回路的总充电电流。因此,采用支持较小充电电流的过流器件,也可以保证充电电流较大的电池组正常进行充电。
在本发明的另一实施例中,当电池集合体处于放电状态时,可使第1条充电支路的输入端与充电电源的正极连通,可使第一开关器件闭合,可使第二开关器件闭合,可使第三开关器件闭合,可使第四开关器件闭合,可使第N条充电支路的输出端与负极连通,可使第五开关器件断开。
在一个示例中,可以设定第一开关器件、第二开关器件、第三开关器件、第四开关器件和第五开关器件的断开或闭合的顺序。当电池集合体处于放电状态时,可使第五开关器件先断开,再使第一开关器件、第二开关器件、第三开关器件和第四开关器件均闭合。
在电池集合体处于放电状态时,通过控制各个开关器件断开或闭合,使得电池组充电系统中的N条充电支路并联,并联的每一条充电支路均可
向外输出电量。
需要说明的是,在上述电池组充电系统中的开关器件中,第一开关器件的开合状态、第二开关器件的开合状态、第三开关器件的开合状态和第四开关器件的开合状态,与第五开关器件的开合状态相反,能够形成互斥状态。比如,第一开关器件、第二开关器件、第三开关器件和第四开关器件中的任意一个开关器件处于闭合状态,第五开关器件处于断开状态。或者,第五开关器件处于闭合状态,第一开关器件、第二开关器件、第三开关器件和第四开关器件均处于断开状态。从而防止互斥状态的开关器件同时闭合造成充电回路或放电回路发生短路。
在本发明的又一实施例的一个示例中,电池组充电系统还可以包括第一粘连检测模块和第一控制模块。
第一粘连检测模块,被配置为在电池集合体充电前,检测第一开关器件、第二开关器件、第三开关器件和第四开关器件中的任一开关器件是否闭合。
第一控制模块,被配置为若第一开关器件、第二开关器件、第三开关器件和第四开关器件中的任意一个开关器件闭合,则禁止电池集合体充电。
比如,如图1和图2所示,若第一开关器件K1、第二开关器件K2、第三开关器件K3和第四开关器件K4中的任意一个开关器件闭合,则使开关器件K6和/或K7断开,禁止电池集合体充电。
又比如,如图1和图2所示,若第一开关器件K1、第二开关器件K2、第三开关器件K3和第四开关器件K4中的任意一个开关器件闭合,则使第五开关器件K5断开,从而禁止电池集合体充电。
若在电池集合体的充电过程中,第一开关器件、第二开关器件、第三开关器件和第四开关器件中的任意一个开关器件闭合,则多条充电支路无法串联,可能会影响电池组的正常充电。
在本发明的又一实施例的另一个示例中,电池组充电系统还可以包括第二粘连检测模块和第二控制模块。
第二粘连检测模块,被配置为在电池集合体放电前,检测第五开关器件是否闭合。
第二控制模块,被配置为若第五开关器件闭合,则禁止电池集合体进行放电。
若在电池集合体的放电过程中,第五开关器件闭合,则多条充电支路串联,会造成充电支路产生短路现象,从而会影响电池组的正常放电。
需要说明的是,在上述实施例中,第五开关器件可以连接有保险丝。若第i条充电支路与第i+1条充电支路之间连通时通过的电流过大,保险丝熔断。可以在充电回路产生过流现象或短路现象的情况下,使充电回路断开,从而保护电池组充电系统。
比如,图3为本发明一实施例的示例中的电池组充电系统10的结构示意图。图3与图1的不同之处在于,第1条充电支路B1的输出端与第五开关器件K5之间可以通过保险丝f1连接,第2条充电支路B2的输出端与第五开关器件K5之间可以通过保险丝f2连接。
或者,保险丝也可以设置在充电支路的输入端与第五开关器件之间,比如,第五开关器件K5与第2条充电支路B2的输入端通过保险丝连接,第五开关器件K5与第3条充电支路B3的输入端通过保险丝连接。
上述实施例中的开关器件(包括第一开关器件、第二开关器件、第三开关器件、第四开关器件和第五开关器件)包括接触器,也可以为具有开关功能的其他开关器件。具体的,在一个示例中,接触器可以为继电器。若继电器安装在高压电路中,可以将继电器设置在高压盒内。
值得一提的是,在一个示例中,电池集合体可以包括电池单体、电池模组或电池包。电池集合体具体可以根据工作场景来选择,比如,若电池组充电系统用于为电动车的电池组进行充电,则电池集合体可为电池包,为电动车提供更充足的电量。
图4为本发明一实施例中的电池组充电方法的流程图。如图4所示,电池组充电方法包括步骤201-步骤202。
在步骤201中,检测电池集合体是否处于充电状态。
在一个示例中,可以通过检测是否存在CC2充电信号,来检测电池集合体是否处于充电状态。若存在CC2充电信号,则电池集合体处于充电状态。
在步骤202中,若电池集合体处于充电状态,则控制第1条充电支路的输入端与充电电源的充电电源的正极连通,第N条充电支路的输出端与充电电源的负极连通,第五开关器件闭合,除第五开关器件之外的开关器件均断开。
也就是说,要控制第1条充电支路的输入端与充电电源的正极连通。第i条充电支路的输出端与第i+1条充电支路的输入端连通。第N条充电支路的输出端与充电电源的负极连通。
本发明实施例提供一种电池组充电方法,应用于电池组充电系统。若电池集合体处于充电状态,则控制第1条充电支路的输入端与充电电源的正极连通,第N条充电支路的输出端与充电电源的负极连通,第五开关器件闭合,除第五开关器件之外的开关器件均断开。从而使电池组充电系统中所有充电支路串联,降低了电池组充电回路的总充电电流。因此,采用支持较小充电电流的过流器件,也可以保证充电电流较大的电池组正常进行充电。
图5为本发明另一实施例中的电池组充电方法的流程图。图5与图4的不同之处在于,图5所示的电池组充电方法还包括步骤203-步骤204。
在步骤203中,检测电池集合体是否处于放电状态。
在一个示例中,可以通过检测是否存在放电信号,来检测电池集合体是否处于放电状态。若存在放电信号,则电池集合体处于放电状态。
在步骤204中,若电池集合体处于放电状态,则控制第1条充电支路的输入端与充电电源的正极连通,第N条充电支路的输出端与充电电源的负极连通,第五开关器件断开,除第五开关器件之外的开关器件均闭合。
也就是说,要控制所有充电支路的输入端均与充电电源的正极连通,所有充电支路的输出端均与充电电源的负极连通。一条充电支路与下一条充电支路断开,并不导通。从而保证电池组充电系统中的电池集合体放电的情况下,多条充电支路并联。
需要说明的是,步骤203和步骤204可以在步骤202之后执行,也可以在步骤201之前执行,在此并不限制步骤203和步骤204与其他步骤的执行顺序。
图6为本发明又一实施例中的电池组充电方法的流程图。图6与图5的不同之处在于,图6所示的电池组充电方法还可包括步骤205-步骤208。
在步骤205中,在电池集合体充电前,检测第一开关器件、第二开关器件、第三开关器件和第四开关器件中的任一开关器件是否闭合。
为了避免开关器件在应该断开的时候闭合而发生粘连,在电池集合体充电前,即电池集合体即将充电前,检测可能使充电支路并联的开关器件是否闭合。若可能使充电支路并联的开关器件中的任意一个开关器件闭合,则禁止电池集合体充电,防止电池组充电回路的总充电电流过大,影响电池组的正常充电。
在步骤206中,若第一开关器件、第二开关器件、第三开关器件和第四开关器件中的任一开关器件闭合,则禁止电池集合体充电。
在步骤207中,在电池集合体放电前,检测第五开关器件是否闭合。
为了避免开关器件在应该断开的时候闭合而发生粘连,在电池集合体放电前,即电池集合体即将放电前,检测可能使充电支路串联的开关器件是否闭合。若可能使充电支路串联的开关器件闭合,则禁止电池集合体放电,避免影响电池组的正常放电。
在步骤208中,若第五开关器件闭合,则禁止电池集合体放电。
需要明确的是,本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同或相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。其中方法实施例描述得比较简单,相关之处请参见系统实施例的说明部分。本发明并不局限于上文所描述并在图中示出的特定步骤和结构。本领域的技术人员可以在领会本发明的精神之后,作出各种改变、修改和添加,或者改变步骤之间的顺序。并且,为了简明起见,这里省略对已知方法技术的详细描述。
上述实施例中的功能模块(如第一粘连检测模块、第一控制模块、第二粘连检测模块和第二控制模块)可以实现为硬件、软件、固件或者它们的组合。当以硬件方式实现时,其可以例如是电子电路、专用集成电路(ASIC)、适当的固件、插件、功能卡等等。当以软件方式实现时,本发明的元素是被用于执行所需任务的程序或者代码段。程序或者代码段可以
存储在机器可读介质中,或者通过载波中携带的数据信号在传输介质或者通信链路上传送。“机器可读介质”可以包括能够存储或传输信息的任何介质。
Claims (12)
- 一种电池组充电系统,其特征在于,包括在充电电源的正极和所述充电电源的负极之间顺序排列的N条充电支路,N为大于或等于2的整数,其中:第1条充电支路的输入端与所述充电电源的正极连接,第1条充电支路的输出端与所述充电电源的负极通过第一开关器件连接;除第1条充电支路与第N条充电支路之外的剩余充电支路的输入端均通过第二开关器件与所述充电电源的正极连接,所述剩余充电支路的输出端均通过第三开关器件与所述充电电源的负极连接;第N条充电支路的输入端与所述充电电源的正极通过第四开关器件连接,第N条充电支路的输出端与所述充电电源的负极连接;第i条充电支路的输出端与第i+1条充电支路的输入端通过第五开关器件连接,i为整数,且1≤i<N;所述N条充电支路中的每条充电支路包括至少一个电池集合体;并且当所述电池集合体处于充电状态时,使所述第1条充电支路的输入端与所述充电电源的正极连通,使所述第一开关器件断开,使所述第二开关器件断开,使所述第三开关器件断开,使所述第四开关器件断开,使所述第N条充电支路的输出端与所述充电电源的负极连通,使所述第五开关器件闭合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池组充电系统,其特征在于,当所述电池集合体处于放电状态时,使所述第1条充电支路的输入端与所述充电电源的正极连通,使所述第一开关器件闭合,使所述第二开关器件闭合,使所述第三开关器件闭合,使所述第四开关器件闭合,使所述第N条充电支路的输出端与所述充电电源的负极连通,使所述第五开关器件断开。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池组充电系统,其特征在于,所述第一开关器件、所述第二开关器件、所述第三开关器件和所述第四开关器件中的任意一个开关器件处于闭合状态,并且所述第五开关器件处于断开状态;或者,所述第五开关器件处于闭合状态,并且所述第一开关器件、所述第二开关器件、所述第三开关器件和所述第四开关器件均处于断开状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池组充电系统,其特征在于,还包括第一粘连检测模块和第一控制模块;所述第一粘连检测模块,被配置为在所述电池集合体充电前,检测所述第一开关器件、所述第二开关器件、所述第三开关器件和所述第四开关器件中的任一开关器件是否闭合;所述第一控制模块,被配置为若所述第一开关器件、所述第二开关器件、所述第三开关器件和所述第四开关器件中的任意一个开关器件闭合,则禁止所述电池集合体充电。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电池组充电系统,其特征在于,还包括第二粘连检测模块和第二控制模块;所述第二粘连检测模块,被配置为在所述电池集合体放电前,检测所述第五开关器件是否闭合;所述第二控制模块,被配置为若所述第五开关器件闭合,则禁止所述电池集合体进行放电。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电池组充电系统,其特征在于,所述第五开关器件连接有保险丝。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的电池组充电系统,其特征在于,所述开关器件包括接触器。
- 根据权利要求1、4或5中任意一项所述的电池组充电系统,其特征在于,所述电池集合体包括电池单体、电池模组或电池包。
- 一种电池组充电方法,其特征在于,用于如权利要求1所述的电池组充电系统,所述方法包括:检测所述电池集合体是否处于充电状态;若所述电池集合体处于充电状态,则控制所述第1条充电支路的输入端与所述充电电源的正极连通,所述第N条充电支路的输出端与所述充电电源的负极连通,所述第五开关器件闭合,并且除所述第五开关器件之外的开关器件均断开。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电池组充电方法,其特征在于,还包括:检测所述电池集合体是否处于放电状态;若所述电池集合体处于放电状态,则控制所述第1条充电支路的输入端与所述充电电源的正极连通,所述第N条充电支路的输出端与所述充电电源的负极连通,所述第五开关器件断开,并且除所述第五开关器件之外的开关器件均闭合。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电池组充电方法,其特征在于,还包括:在所述电池集合体充电前,检测所述第一开关器件、所述第二开关器件、所述第三开关器件和所述第四开关器件中的任一开关器件是否闭合;若所述第一开关器件、所述第二开关器件、所述第三开关器件和所述第四开关器件中的任一开关器件闭合,则禁止所述电池集合体充电。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电池组充电方法,其特征在于,还包括:在所述电池集合体放电前,检测所述第五开关器件是否闭合;若所述第五开关器件闭合,则禁止所述电池集合体放电。
