Description

防撞路灯 技术领域
本发明涉及一种防撞路灯,属于照明技术领域。
背景技术
路灯是一种常用的路边照明工具。其在现代城市中随处可见且不可或缺。路灯的出现不仅给人们的夜间出现带来了光明和方便,更是美化城市夜景中不可或缺的一环。但是目前所有的路灯存在以下问题;1)路灯本身没有防护装置,针对司机疲劳驾驶或者喝酒驾驶不小心撞到灯杆时,对司机、车辆都会产生一定的碰撞,产生危险;,2)现有的路灯没有监控装置,因此,迫切的需要一种新的方案解决该技术问题。
发明内容
本发明正是针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,提供一种防撞路灯,整个技术方案结构紧凑、成本较低,节能环保,该技术方案在原有传统照明路灯的设计上,将监控设备加入其中,使其不但具备了夜间照明的功能,还具有实时监控,录像保存的功能,并且该技术方案设置有防撞装置,提高了司机的安全性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下,一种防撞路灯,所述防撞路灯包括发电组件、照明组件、监控组件、支撑组件以及防撞装置;所述发电组件位于支撑组件内部及上端;所述照明组件位于支撑组件一侧顶端,所述监控组件固定在支撑组件外壁上,所述支撑组件固定于地面,所述支撑组件包括灯臂、液压伸缩灯杆和路灯底座; 所述灯臂一端固定在液压伸缩灯杆上,一端用于固定灯罩;所述液压伸缩灯杆固定在路灯底座上;所述路灯底座固定于地面,所述防撞装置设置在路灯底座的周围,所述防撞装置设置为海绵层,所述海绵层的厚度为3-8cm。该技术方案在原有传统照明路灯的设计上,将监控设备加入其中,使其不但具备了夜间照明的功能,还具有实时监控,录像保存的功能,并且该技术方案设置有防撞装置,提高了司机的安全性。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述发电组件包括光伏面板和蓄电池,所述光伏面板固定在液压伸缩灯杆的顶端;所述蓄电池组安装在路灯底座内。白天光伏面板产生电能,并存储于蓄电池组中,夜间或阴雨天气时,将电能从蓄电池组中释放出来,供能给各个部件进行运作。如此设计使本产品不仅可以响应国家开创能源节约型社会的号召,更是节约了照明路灯的使用成本,从而给城市的公共财政支出进行减负。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述监控组件包括可移动式摄像头、摄像头支撑架、无线路由器和FCS;所述可移动摄像头通过摄像头支撑架固定在液压伸缩灯杆上;所述无线路由器和FCS安装在路灯底座内。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述无线路由器通过移动数据信号将FCS所采集画面接入互联网。通过将无线路由器并入互联网,从而使可移动式摄像头所摄画面实时传送到远程监控端,并可与警务通等手持警务办公系统相连,基层执法人员可以随时随地的查看实时画面, 或倒挡回放所摄录像。
相对与现有技术,本发明具有如下优点,1)该技术方案整体结构设计巧妙、紧凑、成本较低;2)本产品不但具备了普通路灯的夜间照明功能,还具有实时监控,录像保存的功能。并能通过互联网方便快捷的加入到城市道路监控网或安全监控网中去,大大节省了安装城市监控系统时所需成本;3)本产品使用光伏发电,不仅可以响应国家开创能源节约型社会的号召,更是节约了照明路灯的使用成本,从而给城市的公共财政支出进行减负;4)本产品通过无线互联网技术,将所摄画面实时传送到远程监控端。当与警务通等手持警务办公系统相连时,基层执法人员可以随时随地的查看实时画面,或倒挡回放所摄录像,从而满足执法人员的实际工作需求;5)路灯的灯架普遍较高,因此将摄像头放置在路灯支撑架上,并可通过互联网终端对可移动式摄像头摄像角度进行调控,可以很好的避免摄像死角的产生,加大监控范围,并有效的防治违法犯罪人员对摄像头进行有针对性的破坏;6)该技术方案设置有防撞装置,提高了司机的安全性。

实施例2:参见图1,作为本发明的一种改进,所述无线路由器8通过移动数据信号将FCS9所采集画面接入互联网。通过将无线路由器并入互联网,从而使可移动式摄像头所摄画面实时传送到远程监 控端,并可与警务通等手持警务办公系统相连,基层执法人员可以随时随地的查看实时画面,或倒挡回放所摄录像。
实施例3:参见图1,作为本发明的一种改进,所述可移动式摄像头与无线路由器通过WIFI信号相连,并可通过互联网终端对可移动式摄像头摄像角度进行调控,从而减少摄像死角的产生,加大监控范围,所述可移动式摄像头6内部设有大容量硬盘。摄像头所摄录画面将在硬盘中进行备份。当设备无法连接互联网时,可将硬盘取下,直接从硬盘中调取所需画面。
本发明还可以将实施例2、3所述技术特征中的至少一个与实施例1组合形成新的实施方式。
需要说明的是上述实施例,并非用来限定本发明的保护范围,在上述技术方案的基础上所作出的等同变换或替代均落入本发明权利要求所保护的范围。

  1. 一种防撞路灯,其特征在于,所述防撞路灯包括发电组件、照明组件、监控组件、支撑组件以及防撞装置;所述发电组件位于支撑组件内部及上端;所述照明组件位于支撑组件一侧顶端,所述监控组件固定在支撑组件外壁上,所述支撑组件固定于地面,所述支撑组件包括灯臂、液压伸缩灯杆和路灯底座;所述灯臂一端固定在液压伸缩灯杆上,一端用于固定灯罩;所述液压伸缩灯杆固定在路灯底座上;所述路灯底座固定于地面,所述防撞装置设置在路灯底座的周围。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防撞路灯,其特征在于,所述发电组件包括光伏面板和蓄电池,所述光伏面板固定在液压伸缩灯杆的顶端;所述蓄电池组安装在路灯底座内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防撞路灯,其特征在于,所述照明组件包括灯罩和LED灯泡;所述灯罩与灯臂相连;所述LED灯泡安装在灯罩内。
  4. 根据权利要求3中所述的防撞路灯,其特征在于,所述监控组件包括可移动式摄像头、摄像头支撑架、无线路由器和FCS;所述可移动摄像头通过摄像头支撑架固定在液压伸缩灯杆上;所述无线路由器和FCS安装在路灯底座内。
  5. 根据权利要求4中所述的防撞路灯,其特征在于,所述防撞装置设置为海绵层,所述海绵层的厚度为3-8cm。
